Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate the Security Observability & Data Platform (tens of TB/month and growing). This covers ingestion, normalization and retention, plus the query and detection layer on top. Detections are code: tested, reviewed, and measured for precision.
- Own endpoint security across the fleet: deploy, tune and respond with EDR; run and configure binary authorization; and set hardening baselines with IT Operations.
- Lead threat hunting, internal investigations and insider-threat work. Handle security incidents end to end: triage, containment, forensics, root cause, and the control that prevents a repeat.
- Build the next generation of security services and run them in production: zero-trust AuthN/AuthZ, a uniform blocking service, an application proxy, asset inventory, developer portal, and compliance as code.
- Build and run the agent platform (local and Kubernetes). Use LLM agents to automate triage, enrichment, investigation and response, with deterministic checks wherever a model's answer isn't enough.
- Review infrastructure and cloud designs (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, bare metal, CI runners) for security, and help engineering teams adopt the shared services instead of building their own.
- Run red-team and adversary-emulation exercises, and turn the results into detections and fixes.
- Write runbooks and post-mortems that someone who wasn't in the room can follow at 3 a.m.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in security engineering, detection and response, or infrastructure/SRE with a security focus, including hands-on incident response on endpoints and in the cloud.
- Experience operating an EDR, writing and tuning detections. Knowledge of macOS and Linux internals as attackers use them: persistence, credential theft, process injection, living-off-the-land binaries.
- Experience building or operating telemetry pipelines and a SIEM or security data lake at TB scale. Strong SQL, including detection logic over large datasets.
- Hands-on production engineering: Linux, containers, Kubernetes, at least one major public cloud, infrastructure as code, monitoring and alerting.
- Proficiency in Python or Go, and comfort with Rust or willingness to work in it (most of Mysten's stack are Rust).
- Working knowledge of identity: SSO (OIDC/SAML), phishing-resistant MFA, device trust, and how session and token theft work.
- Strong written communication: can run an incident channel and write the post-mortem.
- Interest in the web3 space is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building zero-trust access, identity-aware proxies or policy engines.
- Binary authorization or allowlisting at fleet scale
- Familiarity with the threat actors that target crypto companies and their methods, from social engineering and fake campaigns to supply chain compromises.
- Digital forensics (memory, disk, macOS unified logs) and malware analysis.
- Experience building security tooling with LLM agents (Claude Code skills or comparable), and a clear sense of where models help and where deterministic tooling has to do the work.
- Compliance as code (CIS benchmarks); experience in ISO 27001 or SOC 2 environments.
- Publications, conference talks or open-source security tooling.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.
Regarding the recent rash of technology job scams: Be aware that emails from genuine Mysten Labs group recruiters will always come from the @mystenlabs.com http://mystenlabs.com domain or related subdomains (e.g., mystenlabs.com/careers http://mystenlabs.com/careers). To support an efficient and fair hiring process, we may use technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help identify and evaluate candidates. All hiring decisions are ultimately made by human reviewers.
Our team is remote first and we are hiring across the world. Here at Mysten Labs, you’ll be joining a world-class team with tremendous growth potential as we bring the next billion users to web3. We raised a $300M Series B round from top Silicon Valley led venture funds like Jump Crypto, Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Binance Labs, Redpoint, Lightspeed, Coinbase Ventures, Electric Capital, Standard Crypto, NFX, Slow Ventures, Scribble Ventures, Samsung Next, Lux Capital, among other investment firms and strategic partners. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Truly unique opportunity to shape and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems for Growth. This role exists to turn our performance marketing experimentation program from a prototype into the operating system. The opportunity calls for deep paid-growth expertise and a strong grasp of how channel mechanics, audiences, creative, measurement, experimentation, and automation fit together. You’ll set the strategy and operating model, and guide the agentic infrastructure that brings it to life. You’ll partner with BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT, interpreting always-on geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By day 90:
- Map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact; establish an operating model that turns those signals into hypotheses, tests, and clear kill/scale decisions, with agents supporting execution.
- Build a deep understanding of onboarding and activation, and how paid acquisition connects to downstream user quality; partner with Growth PM and Ecosystems PM on meaningful improvements.
- Establish how AI and agents can strengthen the end-to-end decision system—from analysis and hypothesis generation to creative and audience development, experiment QA, and reusable workflows—improving decision quality, not only execution speed.
- By the end of year one:
- Graduate the program from managing the experimental budget to managing the majority of paid spend, while maintaining efficiency and Notion’s quality bar for ad creative.
- Establish stronger measurement and a clear, connected view of which experiments move which metrics, why they work, and how results vary by user cohort; use that understanding to shape more personalized experiences.
- Turn the system into a repeatable model for Demand Generation, raising the standard for experimentation, measurement, and agentic marketing infrastructure across the organization.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong systems fluency across APIs, automation pipelines, and agentic systems. You can see how platform integrations, data, measurement, workflows, and constraints fit together; shape sound architecture and tradeoffs; and partner credibly with technical teams to make the system reliable.
- Deep paid-growth subject matter expertise across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You understand how channel mechanics, budgets, audiences, creative, and performance interact, and can connect those dynamics to real marketing outcomes.
- Expert measurement and performance-analysis judgment: you can interpret geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context, identify meaningful patterns, understand what is driving them, and make clear kill/scale decisions.
- Strong product and systems judgment across technical and marketing domains, with the ability to connect the parts into a coherent strategy and translate an ambiguous frontier into a system with a high quality bar.
- High-agency cross-functional ownership: you can work across BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing to align decisions and deliver the full loop from strategy through operating model and infrastructure to outcomes.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $191,000 - $225,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Provide mechanical and plumbing technical and budget input during planning and design for HVAC and plumbing systems, heat rejection, liquid cooling (FWS/TCS and CDUs), fire protection, BMS and mechanical controls, water treatment, and generator fuel systems.
Translate tenant requirements and Engineer of Record (EOR) design intent into vendor-neutral OFCI equipment specifications, and maintain Galaxy's mechanical equipment standards.
Provide equipment cost, lead-time, and escalation inputs to the estimates, budgets, and forecasts used by construction and Finance.
Where liquid cooling equipment is tenant-furnished, define and document the facility/tenant demarcation, interface requirements, and acceptance criteria. Where it is Galaxy-furnished, manage it like all other OFCI equipment.
Incorporate Operations feedback on maintainability, spares, and lifecycle cost into specifications and award recommendations.
3. Submittals, Production Tracking, and Expediting
Coordinate submittal and shop drawing review with the EOR and Galaxy engineering, and track approvals against release-for-production dates.
Own the mechanical and plumbing OFCI master tracker covering purchase order, submittal, production slot, factory testing, shipment, and required-on-site (ROS) dates.
Verify production progress directly with OEMs, escalate slips early, and present recovery options.
Coordinate shipping and logistics and confirm delivery windows with Construction.
4. Factory Witness Testing, First-of-Kind, and Quality
Define and lead factory witness testing (FWT/FAT) and first-of-kind and first-article testing (Commissioning Level 1) for chillers, dry coolers, CDUs, CRAHs and fan walls, air handlers, pumps and skids, and modular plants.
Align test scope and acceptance criteria with the commissioning agent and Galaxy's Construction and Commissioning teams.
Document results, track nonconformances to closure, and approve units for shipment within delegated authority.
5. Vendor Research and New Technology
Engage OEM product roadmaps, evaluate and qualify new products and suppliers, including modular and prefabricated mechanical plants and liquid cooling equipment, and run pilots and first-of-kind tests.
Recommend standard product families and approved alternates that enable dual-sourcing and faster, repeatable campus delivery.
Track regulatory and market drivers, such as low-GWP refrigerant transitions, tariffs, and lead-time shifts, and assess their impact on specifications and budgets.
6. Cross-Department Coordination, Turnover, and Process Building
Serve as the mechanical and plumbing OFCI point of contact for Procurement, Finance, Legal, Construction, Operations, design teams, commissioning agents, and tenant technical teams.
Provide Finance with committed cost, forecast, and payment-milestone data for OFCI purchase orders.
Deliver a complete turnover package to Construction with each delivery, including a commercial terms summary, warranty terms and start conditions, OEM storage and maintenance requirements, factory test reports, serial numbers, approved submittals, O&M manuals, spare parts lists, and vendor startup contacts.
Build the team's foundational tools and processes, including the OFCI tracker, bid leveling templates, factory test protocols, vendor qualification criteria, and a commercial terms checklist, and capture lessons learned across sites.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

Hands-on experience running RFPs and technical and commercial bid leveling for mission-critical mechanical systems, including cooling plants, air handling systems, pumps, heat rejection equipment, piping, valves, controls, and redundancy configurations.
Experience coordinating equipment submittals with an Engineer of Record, cross disciplinary design teams, and managing production tracking, expediting, and factory witness testing expectations.
Working knowledge of equipment commercial terms, including warranty, storage, startup, liquidated damages, and title and risk of loss, and how they affect construction and operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent equipment packages across multiple sites and schedules.
Advanced Excel skills, with experience building trackers, bid leveling models, and cost forecasts.
Experience reviewing mechanical drawings, equipment submittals, sequence-of-operations documents, commissioning scripts, test reports, O&M manuals, and maintenance documentation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to site operations, leadership, vendors, design teams, construction teams, and commissioning partners.
Bonus Points:
10+ years of experience, including multi-site hyperscale, AI/HPC, or wholesale colocation programs that use an OFCI delivery model.
Professional Engineer license or Engineer-in-Training certification.
Liquid cooling experience, including CDUs, FWS/TCS design, fluid quality, wetted materials, and leak detection, and familiarity with ASHRAE TC 9.9 and OCP liquid cooling guidance.
Experience at a chiller, heat rejection system, CRAH/fan wall, or CDU manufacturer.
Experience with modular or prefabricated mechanical plants and first-of-kind product qualification.
Experience with Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or Power BI, and ERP or procurement systems.
PMP, CSCP, or an equivalent project management or supply chain industry recognized credential.

You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with Go, Rust, Python, or other similar programming languages
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working with large distributed systems
Experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud o r experience with systems engineering
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
Bonus Points For:

Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win. Customers reach our intelligence through products, AI agents, workflows, APIs, data and expert services. This role owns what those add up to. Our segment leads make it specific to an industry; you make the case for Chainalysis as a whole, and build the programs that grow each customer over time.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform, you will own the positioning for the Chainalysis platform as a whole, then turn it into the lifecycle campaigns and programmes that drive adoption, usage and expansion across our customer base.
This is a horizontal role working across every segment. It suits a problem solver rather than a feature marketer: you start from what customers are trying to do and what gets in their way, then work back to what we offer. You are metrics-savvy. You know what moves the needle and which levers to pull to meet an objective. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Outcomes, Marketing & Communications and GTM Solutions & Readiness, alongside the segment leads who go deep on their industries.
In this role, you'll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the Chainalysis story: what our intelligence enables, why we are meaningfully different, and why the whole is worth more than any one part.
- Build the messaging that lets GTM teams tell that story consistently.
- Own competitive positioning: frame the category and turn market moves into guidance deal teams can act on.
Build the programmes that grow it
- Build the lifecycle campaigns that take customers deeper into the platform and scale them in partnership with demand generation, product and sales strategy: onboarding, activation, expansion and renewal, each with its own message and moment.
- Spot the expansion patterns that hold across segments and turn them into cross-sell and upsell plays: the trigger, the message, the proof, and the asset a seller uses.
- Explain our commercial model in the customer’s terms, so buyers can see how what they use connects to what they get.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches that span the portfolio, working with segment leads on the value proposition for each audience.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves these conversations forward: first-call decks, value maps, discovery frameworks, ROI stories, objection handling and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to turn the strongest narratives into field tools sellers can find and use without asking.
- Turn churn, win-loss, field feedback and competitive signal into sharper positioning, and measure what reflects business health rather than activity.
We're looking for candidate who have:
- 8+ years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing.
- Experience building something from nothing: a new proposition, segment or business line where there was no playbook.
- Positioning that changes how customers and sellers see a problem, and connects many capabilities into one value story.
- Experience designing lifecycle campaigns or expansion programmes where you owned the messaging and mechanics.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable driving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward across Product, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
- Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.
You’ll thrive here if:
You enjoy connecting many products into one story more than marketing a single product in isolation. You build from first principles and create structure where none exists. You write with precision, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field. You know when to go deep and when to simplify, and help raise the standard of the work around you.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building agents that run real parts of our business, take on real work, and get better based on the results they produce. You'll build them with whatever is most capable right now: our own agents platform, the latest orchestration tools, and frontier models. The hard part is making them reliable, measurable, and safe enough for the business to depend on.
You'll sit in Marketing Engineering and be forward-deployed to our growth pods, where you'll find the problems worth solving and own the solutions end to end. You might be a forward-deployed builder, an applied AI engineer who has taken agents beyond the demo stage, or a full-stack engineer who is curious about growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Python, SQL, LLM APIs and agent orchestration
- You've shipped production systems that other people relied on, starting from a vague problem
- You've built with LLMs beyond a demo and know how to evaluate them and where they fail
- You measure whether what you built worked
- Bonus: experience with GTM data or marketing systems.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in GMT and GMT+1 timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London and Warsaw.

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities while maintaining accountability from planning through delivery.
• Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), cybersecurity, technology, product operations, or a similarly fast-moving environment, along with experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.

• Create clear roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations that improve visibility and accelerate decision-making.
• Bring teams together to resolve blockers, align priorities, manage change, and deliver shared outcomes.
• Use modern tools, including AI-assisted analysis and workflow automation, to generate insights, identify risks and dependencies, and scale program execution.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission.
