At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
We are hiring a Sourcing Manager, Technology Services to join our high-performing procurement team! In this position, you will champion sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for Technology & Digital Services throughout Hasbro, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities, including Wizards of the Coast, LLC — handling an expansive, multi-entity portfolio covering SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, network, data centers, security tools, managed services, and IT professional services.

Partnering with IT Security, Data Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture ensures every vendor meets our compliance and risk standards before contract execution.

Spend data, market benchmarks, and vendor intelligence inform strategy and drive favorable pricing decisions across the portfolio. Your expertise in procurement will be crucial in driving outstanding results and flawless management of all sourcing activities. You will bring a proven track record of success and the ability to compete in a dynamic environment. You will Build structured Supplier Relationship Management programs that drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement and champion sourcing processes and governance frameworks that scale across our enterprise.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
A Day in the Life of a Sourcing Manager, Technology Services:
Deliver measurable procurement value through structured sourcing execution, cost optimization, and supplier performance management
Track and report efficiency using measurable savings and cost avoidance metrics to tell the complete value story
Balance speed, quality, and risk to meet business objectives without compromising governance
Collaborate & Influence
Build strong connections with cross-functional collaborators across creative, technology, legal, and finance teams
Influence without authority by bringing insight, structure, and solutions to sophisticated business needs
Lead with Integrity
Operate with clarity and accountability in all sourcing and contracting activities, collaborating with suppliers in a mutually beneficial manner
Maintain Hasbro’s ethical standards, financial controls, and governance expectations
Think Strategically
Employ market data and spend analysis to formulate and carry out sourcing strategies with collaborators
Anticipate risks and opportunities to support balanced business growth
Adopt Innovation & Change
Champion the improvement of procurement approaches
Bring forward fresh insights, tools, and techniques to refine the sourcing and management of Technology & Digital services
Develop Self & Others
Demonstrate continuous learning and professional growth
Share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to building procurement capability across the organization

Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Software Development Processes, and Information Security and Data Privacy considerations in vendor selection and contracting
Proven experience leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and varied collaborator engagement across multiple business units or legal entities
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with experience using spend data and market benchmarks to drive sourcing decisions
Ability to handle competing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About this role:
We believe technology will play a critical role in enabling the next generation of cash delivery operations: from identifying recipients without needing to knock on doors to a modern payments infrastructure that gets dollars in recipients’ hands faster and more scalable. We are seeking a Technical Program Associate responsible for implementing and managing the technology used across our programs - including systems for recipient data collection, verification, payments, and monitoring.
In this role, you will own all technology-related aspects of new project launches: working with our operations team to define and implement program requirements, project managing the implementation across multiple stakeholders, and analyzing, structuring, and acting on program data. You are a systems thinker who is comfortable assessing tradeoffs and deriving and communicating data-driven insights. You enjoy learning about technology in a variety of business contexts. You naturally take ownership, can navigate unfamiliar settings, and enjoy both building and managing ops. You can excel at both 10,000 feet as well as in the weeds of complex problems.
Reports to:
Senior Technical Program Manager
