WHO ARE WE?
Welltech is a global wellness technology company with Ukrainian roots. Our mission is to build and scale wellness apps globally through state-of-the-art, tech-driven performance marketing.
We are one of the most established players in the wellness app space, and we are accelerating. Over 25.5 million people across the world use our apps — Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit — to build healthier habits, move more, and feel better every day. Every subscription represents a real person making a real change in their life, and we take that seriously.
With 500+ people across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, we combine the scale of a market leader and the drive of a team that's just getting started.
The Product Engineer Mindset
We don’t hire people to implement specs. We hire people who can spot the right problem to solve, talk directly to product, design, data, and users to sharpen it, and ship the thinnest version that proves the bet, then iterate. If this is you, you probably:
- Measure your work in outcomes, not output. A feature isn’t done when it merges; it’s done when the metric moves, or you’ve learned it won’t, and killed it.
- Go to the source. You don’t wait for a perfect PRD. You sit with PMs, designers, marketers, and data, and sometimes users directly, to understand what’s actually being asked.
- Own things end-to-end. From the first conversation about a problem through architecture, code, rollout, monitoring, and the follow-up experiment. You don’t hand work off at a boundary.
- Have a strong bias to ship. Prototypes, A/B tests, feature flags, kill switches. You’d rather get something in front of users this week than a perfect plan in two months.
- Treat AI as leverage, not a novelty. You use agentic workflows to compress the loop between idea and learning, for yourself and the team.
What You’ll Own
This is an ownership role, not a feature factory seat. You’ll be on the hook for outcomes across the stack, not just the code in your area:
- A cross-platform foundation, end to end. Mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers, built and evolved with an AI-first, agentic development approach, and held to outcomes you helped define.
- Scalable foundations for health & fitness apps. React Native and modern web technologies, designed so product teams can ship and experiment faster without rederiving the basics each time.
- The discovery loop with stakeholders. Working directly with product, design, marketing, and data to translate business bets into running experiments, not just tickets in a backlog.
- AI-agentic workflows across the SDLC. You’ll continuously improve how the team uses AI to raise productivity, code quality, and delivery speed, and prove the impact.
- Shared platform capabilities. Internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows that make every engineer at Welltech faster and the product better.
- Native mobile and media experiences. Video playback, streaming, and HLS, owned from native integration through user-perceived quality.
- Modular, reusable systems. Backend-driven UI, white-label capabilities, and the architectural choices that let one team’s work compound for the next.
- Reliable integrations. Between frontend clients, BFF services, and platform infrastructure, with you on the hook for the health of the seams.
- The engineering culture. Architecture discussions, code reviews or pairing when working on trunk based development workflows, documentation, and continuous improvement, leading by what you ship and how you ship it.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Key responsibilities:
- Build and evolve a cross-platform ecosystem covering mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers using an AI-first, agentic development approach
- Design scalable foundations for health & fitness applications powered by React Native and modern web technologies
- Work directly with product, design, and marketing stakeholders to rapidly translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and experiments
- Develop and continuously improve AI-agentic workflows across the full development lifecycle to increase team productivity, code quality, and delivery speed
- Develop shared platform capabilities, internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows that improve development speed and product quality
- Work on native mobile integrations and advanced media experiences, including video playback, streaming, and HLS-based solutions
- Contribute to modular architectures, reusable systems, backend-driven UI solutions, and white-label application capabilities
- Build reliable and scalable integrations between frontend clients, BFF services, and platform infrastructure
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering workflows
Required skills:
- Strong commercial experience with React Native and modern TypeScript-based application development
- Solid understanding of full-stack architecture including mobile, web, BFF, and cloud/infrastructure layers
- Experience building scalable cross-platform systems and shared application foundations
- Deep understanding of software architecture, modular systems, scalability, and performance optimization
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, automation tooling, and modern developer workflows
- Strong engineering mindset focused on maintainability, reliability, testability, and fast iteration
- Comfortable working in AI-assisted or agentic development environments and adopting new AI-driven workflows quickly
- Experience with backend-driven UI architectures
Nice to have:
- Experience building white-label mobile applications or multi-brand ecosystems
- Experience designing and implementing BFF (Backend for Frontend) services
- Hands-on backend development experience with TypeScript (Node.js)
- Experience building internal developer platforms, shared tooling, or scalable platform capabilities
- Familiarity with OWASP mobile security best practices
- Experience with engineering methodologies focused on rapid iteration and high developer productivity (Trunk Based Development, CI/CD mindset, TDD, BDD, XP, etc.)
- Strong experience with native mobile integrations and media/video playback technologies
- Hands-on experience with HLS streaming and native video player integrations on iOS and Android (AVPlayer, ExoPlayer, Chromecast, AirPlay)

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Computer Use team teaches Claude to see and operate computer interfaces, and builds the agent harness and end-user products that turn that capability into real tools. The team sits inside Anthropic's research organization and closes the loop between product and model.
As a Product Engineer on this team, you'll own end-to-end delivery of our computer-use and browser-control product surfaces. You'll build across the full stack, from the user interface to the agent runtime to the backend services behind it. You'll work directly alongside researchers, with no layers between you and the model or the user.
This is a dynamic role in which priorities evolve frequently. Success depends on a high tolerance for ambiguity, the adaptability to shift focus as needs change, and the agility and discernment to continuously prioritize the highest impact work.
Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of computer-use and browser-control product surfaces: scope, build, ship, measure, and iterate
Diagnose and resolve reliability and robustness issues in the computer-use agent harness that block real-world usage
Partner with computer-use researchers
Partner with the Claude Cowork team on shared surfaces, integrations, and knowledge-worker workflows
Instrument products and use usage data to drive prioritization and measure progress
Translate fuzzy user pain points into concrete, shippable features for knowledge workers
Minimum qualifications
Experience building and shipping a product from zero to one with end-to-end ownership, as a founding or early engineer at a startup or with equivalent ownership inside a larger company
Strong full-stack engineering skills, including production web frontend and backend development
Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, prompting, or agent frameworks
A track record of shipping to external users and iterating based on their feedback
Preferred qualifications
Strong product design instincts and the ability to produce a clean, usable interface without a dedicated designer
Experience with browser automation, desktop automation, or robotic process automation systems
Experience building evals or quality harnesses for machine learning systems
Comfort with lightweight data analysis, such as SQL, notebooks, and defining and tracking product metrics
Experience designing agent loops, tool integrations, or guardrails for LLM-based systems

Own and resolve the top reliability and robustness issues on the computer-control and browser-control product surfaces, with measurable improvement in task success rate
Take a net-new computer-use powered workflow from concept to external users, including instrumentation and a readout on usage
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$300,000
—
$320,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
Launched in 2019, Constructor is an AI-first ecommerce search and discovery platform that helps shoppers find the right products at the right time and enables leading global e-commerce brands to drive meaningful revenue and conversion gains.
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the Search Quality team, you will improve the e-commerce experience for hundreds of millions of users across the world by building the systems that power relevance for global retailers - from fashion and grocery to electronics and hardware.
The mission is to measure search quality, push it higher, and catch degradations before the user does. You will achieve this through a blend of fine-tuned LLMs for relevance judgment, real-time models, and deep offline analysis of query logs.
ABOUT THE JOB
Your primary focus will be relevance evaluation and quality improvements:
- LLM-based evaluation. We fine-tune our own models to assess relevance. This involves teaching the model to understand query intent, represent items from messy catalog data, and align model judgments with real user behavior.
- Real-time quality in production. Reranking, filtering, signal computation. Latency is a strict requirement, so quality vs speed tradeoff is constant.
- Automated quality monitoring and agentic insights. Pipelines to detect degradations and find underperforming patterns. Agent-based systems that generate actionable recommendations for the product data and search configurations.
WHAT MAKES THIS INTERESTING
- Multi-domain, multi-language, at scale - 40+ languages, 20+ domains. The models need to generalize across all of them - without per-customer rules or overrides.
- No universal ground truth. A grocery retailer and a fashion retailer may have different perceptions on what "relevant" means.
- Efficiency at scale. Optimizing and scaling LLM inference across our entire customer base.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years shipping production ML systems
- Experience with search, information retrieval, or recommendation systems
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and scaling LLM deployments
- Strong Python and PyTorch. Fluency in SQL and data orchestration tools (Spark, Airflow)
- Experience designing and running A/B tests to validate model impact
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (ranking, product, data engineering)
BENEFITS
- 🧠 Work with smart and empathetic people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact.
- 🎉 Regular team offsite events to connect and collaborate.
- 🌎 Fully remote team - choose where you live.
- 🏝️ Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year.
- 🛋️ Work from home stipend! We want you to have the resources you need to set up your home office.
- 💻 Apple laptops provided for new employees.
- 🧑🎓 Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year.
- 👪 Maternity & Paternity leave for qualified employees.
- 💵 Base salary: $80k–$120K USD, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and interview results
- 📈 Stock options - offered in addition to the base salary

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to candidates based near our NYC office or those willing to relocate.
Building general world models — systems that understand and simulate reality across tasks, modalities, and domains — requires closing the loop between learned representations and real-world action. We're looking for a Robotics Engineer to bring our video-native foundation models onto real hardware: deploying world-model-based policies on real robots and making them work in the real world.
You will work across the full stack of robot learning — from data collection and task design, to policy deployment, to physical evaluation. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role at the intersection of foundation models, learned robot policies, and hardware. You'll bring deep robotics domain expertise and help us ship world-model-based robot policies end-to-end, with applications ranging from manipulation to mobile robotics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the deployment loop for learned policies (VLAs, diffusion policies, World Action Models) on real robot arms: inference serving, action decoding, controller integration, latency budgets, and safety limits
- Diagnose real-world policy failures — determining whether the problem is data coverage, camera/proprioception mismatch, or execution — and partner with the research team to fix it at the right layer
- Design demonstration data collection protocols (task setup, camera placement, teleop conventions) that produce data our world models can actually learn from — working with our existing teleop and lab infrastructure
- Partner with research to run controlled experiments connecting world model representations, data composition, and fine-tuning recipes to physical success rates
- Define and run physical evaluation protocols so results are trustworthy and comparable across policy iterations
- Adapt our policy recipe to partner hardware and new embodiments
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- You have personally deployed software on real robot hardware and iterated to make it work — whether learned policies, motion planning, classical control, or perception-driven manipulation. You can walk through a specific system you shipped, what broke on the physical robot that didn't break in sim or testing, and how you fixed it.
- Fluency in the software-to-robot interface: action/command spaces, control frequencies, observation pipelines, calibration, and how each affects real-world behavior
- Comfort working at the intersection of software and physical systems: you can reconfigure a robot workspace and trace a policy failure in the same afternoon
- Bonus: direct experience deploying learned policies (VLAs, diffusion policies) on real hardware; experience with video/multimodal generative models or world models
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The AI/ML Engineering team builds and operates ClickHouse's AI and machine learning products end-to-end. This includes the Agentic Data Stack, AI Functions, chDB, the in-Console copilot, and the AI/ML partnerships that distribute them — together with the shared components and expertise that let every other ClickHouse team ship AI in the surfaces they own. Our team is looking for highly skilled and experienced software engineers to join us, who will be responsible for designing, building, and operating the products that make ClickHouse the platform of choice for agents and data scientists.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Feature Development: Design and implement AI-powered features across the full stack, from backend inference services to intuitive frontend interfaces within the ClickHouse Cloud platform.
- API Architecture: Create robust, scalable APIs that connect ClickHouse's database capabilities with modern AI/ML inference systems and external/internal AI services.
- Ecosystem Integrations: Implement and maintain integrations with the broader AI/ML ecosystem and standards, ensuring that ClickHouse as a technology works seamlessly with popular frameworks and tools.
- Technical Integration: Integrate models into production systems with proper monitoring, versioning, observability, and evaluation.
- Oncall: Participate in the daytime oncall rotation along with the rest of the team.
- Developer Experience: Design and implement developer tools, SDKs, and documentation that enable users to leverage ClickHouse’s AI/ML capabilities.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments
- Exposure to working directly with AI/ML technologies
- Backend development experience in TypeScript or Python, with a focus on API design and service architecture
- A high level of ownership and can drive features from concept to production with minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience integrating and deploying AI/ML models in production systems, including working with inference APIs and vector databases
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly services related to AI/ML deployment
- Understanding of database systems and data processing pipelines, with ClickHouse experience being a significant plus
