ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.

ROLE:
This person will bring Enteprise Accounts onto Morpho: Neobanks, Fintechs and Exchanges that put Morpho-powered earn and borrow in front of their own users (B2C or B2B). You will own the full cycle, from the prospecting to go-live and ramp up of the integration. This is a new business acquisition role: it rests on finding the accounts where Morpho can become core infrastructure partner, getting to the people who decide, coordinating the launch and closing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build a strategic fintech pipeline through targeted outreach and discovery to qualify valuable lending use cases.
- Map decision-makers across business, product and compliance to build a clear path to agreement.
- Lead technical discovery with crypto and product leaders to shape viable onchain lending integrations.
- Drive structuring and negotiation with executive stakeholders to close complex partnerships.
- Coordinate Solutions, Product, Legal and Risk to move signed partnerships toward launch and active loans.
- Plan account transitions with Growth to support expansion
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
FIRST 30 DAYS
You're fluent in the Morpho stack and caught up on every live new business conversation. Your own network is mapped, and you have a first view of the accounts worth pursuing.
FIRST 4 MONTHS
The target accounts are mapped and prioritized, you're in live conversations with the top ones, and your first new account is in motion with a term sheet in draft.
IN 1 YEAR
Your first integrations are live and ramping, and you've built a repeatable pipeline of new-logo distribution deals. The accounts you cover already know Morpho.
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 10+ years experience of personally originating and closing complex fintech partnerships or integration deals.
- Technical fluency in crypto and onchain lending to lead most customer conversations independently.
- Understanding of how fintech business, product and compliance teams make decisions.
- Experience sustaining complex sales cycles and coordinating teams through launch.
- Executive presence, patient listening and the judgment to know when to push or pause.
- Strong ownership and autonomy in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Clear, crisp async communication across teams and time zones.
- A team-first mindset and low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
The CDN Content team is responsible for serving all content that flows through Vercel's global CDN — static assets, optimized images, incrementally regenerated pages, partially prerendered shells, and everything in between — to billions of requests for millions of developers. Our focus is performance: ensuring content is served globally as fast as possible. Caching plays a big role in making that happen, and the team operates a multi-tier caching architecture spanning in-process caches, regional cache services, and object storage across 20+ regions.
As a Software Engineer on the team, you'll take on well-scoped projects with real production impact and grow into owning larger pieces of the system. The work spans the serving path end to end, and everything ships through careful, progressive rollouts validated with production data. You'll learn how a planet-scale CDN works from engineers who built it.
This is a team where infrastructure meets product: we work in close partnership with frameworks such as Next.js, bringing framework-defined infrastructure to life on Vercel's CDN, and the serving and caching behavior we ship directly shapes the performance and cost that millions of developers see. You'll develop strong instincts for distributed systems, careful production rollouts, and data-driven engineering.
If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF or NY), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Build and improve the services behind ISR, PPR, and image optimization — working in Go, Lua, and TypeScript across the serving path.
Execute well-defined projects independently, from implementation through safe rollout (feature flags, shadow modes, progressive deployment) and post-ship validation.
Monitor and maintain your work in production: build dashboards, add metrics and alerts, and develop ownership of what you ship.
Contribute to the team's observability and testing surface — the dashboards, log views, and e2e test suites that keep a high-change system trustworthy.
Participate in the on-call rotation with support from senior engineers, and contribute to incident follow-ups that make the system more resilient.
Collaborate with teammates and partner teams (Next.js, CI/CD) through design discussions, code review, and pairing.
What you need
2+ years of experience building and operating backend services in production.
Proficiency in at least one of Go, TypeScript/Node.js, or a comparable systems language, and enthusiasm for working across a polyglot stack.
Solid understanding of HTTP and web fundamentals — caching headers, request/response lifecycle, what a proxy does.
You write code you're willing to operate: tested, instrumented, and documented.
Curious about how large-scale systems work, and motivated to dig into unfamiliar code and production data to figure things out.
A collaborative teammate who communicates clearly, asks good questions, and follows through reliably.
Bonus if you
Have experience with caching systems (CDNs, Redis/Memcached, application-level caches) at any scale.
Have AWS experience, particularly S3 or ElastiCache.
Have used Next.js or another modern web framework and understand rendering modes like SSR/SSG/ISR.
Have experience with observability tooling (Datadog, Honeycomb, or similar).
Have experience with Terraform or Kubernetes.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $172,000 - $258,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Site Reliability Engineering team, which plays a critical role in ensuring the platform delivers consistent, reliable service to clients. The services run on Kubernetes in AWS, and this role is focused on maintaining the health, stability, and performance of production environments.
This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives in diagnosing complex production issues where the root cause is not immediately apparent. This role transforms insights gained from production incidents into stronger reliability standards, safer deployment practices, more effective alerting, and automation that helps prevent recurring issues. While metrics, logs, and traces are leveraged daily, the core focus is identifying, resolving, and learning from the issues they reveal.
Responsibilities
Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues in Kubernetes-based services, leading hands-on investigation across application, container, Kubernetes, and AWS layers through to root cause.
Partner with the teams that own our cluster infrastructure to resolve platform-level issues, and feed what you learn back into reliability standards and improvements.
Define and implement reliability and operability standards for Kubernetes-based services, including resource sizing, health checks, scaling patterns, rollout safety, and baseline monitoring, as part of service onboarding.
Serve as the incident commander or senior technical lead for high-severity incidents, lead postmortems, and drive systemic improvements through action items and measurable follow-through.
Turn recurring investigations into runbooks, diagnostic tooling, and automated remediation that shorten time to resolution and eliminate toil.
Coach engineers in systematic troubleshooting and Kubernetes best practices through reviews, game days, and knowledge sharing.
Define, implement, and iterate service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) that reflect customer and business expectations.
Standardize monitoring and alerting through “monitors as code” (Terraform preferred), including quality gates such as severity, ownership, and runbook links.
Operate and tune OpenTelemetry pipelines, including sanitizing data, managing cardinality, and enriching telemetry with consistent fields.
Maintain the infrastructure behind our monitoring stack, including Helm charts, ArgoCD ApplicationSets, Kinesis streams, Lambda functions, and Prometheus.
Participate in on-call rotations with a focus on improving reliability, reducing alert noise, and increasing signal quality over time.
Qualifications
5+ years in SRE or related roles, with evidence of technical seniority across multiple services and teams
3+ years of hands-on experience running and troubleshooting production workloads on Kubernetes, with a deep understanding of how Kubernetes schedules, connects, scales, and rolls out workloads
Proven ability to independently diagnose complex failures in distributed systems running on Kubernetes, spanning application, configuration, resource, networking, and scaling issues, including cases where the root cause wasn't obvious
Strong Linux and networking fundamentals, with the ability to troubleshoot below the container layer
Strong production experience with AWS, including how cloud networking and access controls affect workloads running in Kubernetes
Strong incident response skills, including leading retrospectives and postmortems and following through on systemic fixes
Strong IaC skills (Terraform preferred), with examples of reusable modules, monitors-as-code patterns, or similar standardization work, and the coding ability to build automation and diagnostic tooling
Track record of defining SLOs/SLIs and using an observability stack (i.e. Prometheus and Grafana, New Relic, Splunk, or similar) to drive decisions and find root causes quickly
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence engineering teams through standards, tooling, and practical guidance
Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKS) or equivalent depth
Experience improving rollout safety and autoscaling behavior for Kubernetes workloads
Familiar with common data stores (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and how they fail in distributed systems
OpenTelemetry instrumentation experience at scale is preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000 depending on level. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

ABOUT YOU
Xsolla seeks a security engineer to join a new security team during a critical build-out phase. You work across application security and infrastructure security - reviewing code, hardening cloud environments, supporting incident response, and partnering with engineering teams to improve security posture across the company.
This is a generalist role well-suited to an early-team hire. You are comfortable working across domains rather than specializing in one, and you grow into deeper expertise as the team and program mature. You collaborate closely with the security program manager and work directly with engineering teams on secure design, findings, and remediation.
Our tech stack includes GCP, vSphere/ESX, Kubernetes and container workloads, MariaDB, CockroachDB, Go, PHP, and Python. You do not need expertise in all of these, but you are comfortable navigating a mixed environment and learning what you need.
As always true in job descriptions, there is an intangible value that is hard to capture. We look for a diverse set of perspectives and skills. Even if you don't match every requirement, we encourage you to apply if you think you can be highly successful in this role.

Clear Written Communication
- You write findings and summaries that are precise, reproducible, and useful to the engineers who need to act on them.

About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed and regulated financial institution for digital assets. We hold licenses in Dubai (VARA) and Singapore (MAS), are registered in Hong Kong (TCSP), and operate 24/7 from offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
We are an integrated provider of custody, trading, financing, staking, and tokenization services. Our custody platform, Hex Safe, is one of the strongest in the market and serves 600+ institutional clients globally: investors and allocators (VCs, funds, family offices), Web3 companies (foundations, protocols, token issuers), and service providers (wealth managers, OTC desks, brokers, PSPs, corporates, banks). It stands out as the only platform offering regulated cold wallets with transaction signing under 1 second, compared to an industry average of around 2 hours.
As a pioneer in digital asset infrastructure, we are now expanding our ecosystem by strategically entering the payments’ business space. This expansion marks a pivotal milestone in our growth, aimed at bridging traditional finance with the digital economy through compliant, scalable and instant payment infrastructure.
Position Summary
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to originated revenue, paid quarterly.
We are looking for a VP / Director Senior Sales for Cross-border Payments Solutions with a strong network across the payments and PSP ecosystem in APAC and the GCC. The ideal candidate has sold payment infrastructure into institutional clients, understands how PSPs and fintechs make integration decisions, and can speak credibly about stablecoins, on/off-ramps, settlement, and APIs.
As a Senior Payments specialist, you will help spearhead Hex Trust's strategic expansion, transforming our core enterprise capabilities into cutting-edge merchant solutions and global digital payment networks.
This role carries two mandates:
Scale our existing Convert-to-Pay business
by originating and closing PSP, acquirer, and fintech clients across APAC and the GCC — driving payment volume, recurring revenue, and stickiness from day one.
Secure a flagship design partner
to co-develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure — a strategic, build-the-future mandate at the frontier of where payments and digital assets are heading.
This is a pure origination role with high autonomy and direct impact on revenue. You will own the commercial cycle end-to-end: prospecting, structuring, closing, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage. The platform is proven, the licenses are real, and we have the right to win.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own the full commercial cycle for Convert-to-Pay: prospecting, qualification, structuring, closing, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage across APAC and the GCC.
Identify and win new PSP, acquirer, fintech, and payment-infrastructure clients to grow stablecoin payment volume, recurring revenue, and assets in flow — this is a hunting role.
Translate Hex Trust's regulated, API-first stablecoin payment capabilities into commercial wins with senior payments and treasury stakeholders.
Identify, qualify, and secure a flagship design partner to co-develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure — shaping requirements, structuring a co-build relationship, and turning early collaboration into a long-term commercial anchor. This is a core responsibility and a key deliverable for the role.
Work closely with product, client operations, compliance, and legal to deliver smooth onboarding and integration.
Feed product, marketing, and leadership with market intelligence and client signals that shape the roadmap and our go-to-market.
Requirements
7–10 years of institutional or B2B sales / business development experience, with meaningful time in payments.
Proven track record of selling payment infrastructure — ideally cross-border, on/off-ramps, acquiring, or stablecoin/digital-asset payment rails — into PSPs, fintechs, or financial institutions.
An existing, active network in the PSP and payments ecosystem across APAC and/or the GCC. This is critical; we are not building your network from scratch.
Strong working knowledge of stablecoins, settlement, treasury workflows, and payment APIs — you do not need to be an engineer, but you must speak credibly on these topics to technical and commercial audiences alike.
Demonstrated ability to run the full sales cycle independently — prospecting through close — in a lean, fast-moving environment, including consultative, product-minded selling and co-creating solutions with early or strategic partners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex products clearly to senior stakeholders.
Fluent English is required. Mandarin (for HK/Singapore) or Arabic (for GCC) is a strong plus.
Highly organized and self-driven, comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with an adjustment to the level of seniority.
Benefits
As one of the leading Web3 innovators,

- Thoughtful problem-solving: You approach problems holistically, starting with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You think about the implications of what you're building and how it will impact real people's lives. You can navigate ambiguity successfully, decompose complex problems into clean solutions, while also balancing the business impact of what you’re building.
- Impact-driven approach to technology: You see technologies as tools to achieve user impact rather than ends in themselves. You care more about building successful systems that solve real problems than about using specific tech stacks or following trends. You stay current with the latest tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI-assisted development environments, you're pragmatic about choosing the right tool for the job, focusing on what delivers the most value to users and the business.
- Proactive communication and high agency: You own your work, communicating clearly about progress and blockers. You don't wait for instructions for every step but rather show initiative in identifying what needs to be done and driving projects forward. You ask questions when needed while independently finding solutions to problems.
NICE TO HAVES
- You have experience with any part of our technology stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, and Elasticsearch.
- You care about the interaction between technology and society, the ways in which they inform each other, and our responsibility as technologists to be conscious of that relationship.
- You've heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others—and understand why we're big fans of their work.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Garner’s mission is to transform the healthcare economy, delivering high-quality and affordable care for all.
We are fundamentally reimagining how healthcare works in the U.S. by partnering with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using clear incentives and powerful, data-driven insights. Our approach guides employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care, creating a system that works better for everyone. Patients achieve better health outcomes, employers spend healthcare dollars more effectively, and physicians are rewarded for delivering exceptional care rather than performing more procedures.
Garner is one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the country. Our products are trusted by the most sophisticated employers and providers in the industry, and we are building a team of talented, mission-driven individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact on healthcare at scale.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our Employer Experience team, the team responsible for building our employer-facing benefit experience. This role owns both the external-facing experience and internal systems and tools that support how Garner’s employer clients interact with and experience the Garner benefit. This includes our client and broker-facing Garner Portal, our invoicing and eligibility systems, and a suite of internal applications operated by the Implementations, Integrations and Finance teams. This role reports to the Head of Product.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own Garner’s external-facing employer experience strategy and roadmap, including development and expansion of the Garner Portal.
Drive development of internal revenue and eligibility data products that enable teams across Garner to perform analytics based on Garner’s membership and revenue.
Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 employer-facing products and use cases. Example projects include designing a broker-facing product enabling them to gain insight into the performance of their customers, or building a data warehouse product enabling innovative provider and plan analytics.
The ideal candidate has:
5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least one role owning a technical or financial product end-to-end.
Strong systems thinking and detail orientation. You instinctively look for edge cases and reason from first principles about how systems can fail
Strong technical background, with experience owning financial or data systems at scale.
Superb written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for engineering, business, and external stakeholders.
Deep AI fluency, using AI daily to run analyses, build prototypes, and automate workflows. You pride yourself on staying at the bleeding edge of what’s possible.
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you’ll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $222,000 - $245,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
