About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's production models undergo sophisticated post-training processes to enhance their capabilities, alignment, and safety. As a Research Engineer on our Post-Training team, you'll train our base models through the complete post-training stack to deliver the production Claude models that users interact with.
You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge research and production engineering, implementing, scaling, and improving post-training techniques like Constitutional AI, RLHF, and other alignment methodologies. Your work will directly impact the quality, safety, and capabilities of our production models.
Note: For this role, we conduct all interviews in Python. This role may require responding to incidents on short-notice, including on weekends.
Responsibilities:
Implement and optimize post-training techniques at scale on frontier models
Conduct research to develop and optimize post-training recipes that directly improve production model quality
Design, build, and run robust, efficient pipelines for model fine-tuning and evaluation
Develop tools to measure and improve model performance across various dimensions
Collaborate with research teams to translate emerging techniques into production-ready implementations
Debug complex issues in training pipelines and model behavior
Help establish best practices for reliable, reproducible model post-training
You may be a good fit if you:
Thrive in controlled chaos and are energised, rather than overwhelmed, when juggling multiple urgent priorities
Adapt quickly to changing priorities
Maintain clarity when debugging complex, time-sensitive issues
Have strong software engineering skills with experience building complex ML systems
Are comfortable working with large-scale distributed systems and high-performance computing
Have experience with training, fine-tuning, or evaluating large language models
Can balance research exploration with engineering rigor and operational reliability
Are adept at analyzing and debugging model training processes
Enjoy collaborating across research and engineering disciplines
Can navigate ambiguity and make progress in fast-moving research environments
Strong candidates may also:
Have experience with LLMs
Have a keen interest in AI safety and responsible deployment
We welcome candidates at various experience levels, with a preference for senior engineers who have hands-on experience with frontier AI systems. However, proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks, and distributed computing is required for this role.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Flosum
Flosum is a leading DevOps and release management platform purpose-built for the Salesforce ecosystem. We serve Fortune 500 enterprises across regulated industries, helping them ship faster, stay compliant, and scale their Salesforce operations with confidence. We are entering an aggressive growth phase and are looking for exceptional leaders who can help us dominate our market and scale rapidly toward $100M+ in annual revenue.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a VP of Finance who is far more than a traditional finance executive. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role for someone who can serve as a true strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, wielding financial intelligence as a growth weapon. You will own the financial architecture of the business while simultaneously driving operational excellence across our go-to-market functions. You will be the person who figures out where every dollar should go to maximize growth velocity and ensures we are building a scalable, capital-efficient machine.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and produce reports. We need a builder and operator who can make a dent in the company from day one.
What You Will Own
Financial Strategy & Capital Allocation
Own the company’s financial model, forecasting, and long-range planning with a relentless focus on accelerating growth to $100M ARR
Determine where capital should be deployed across R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success to maximize ROI and speed to scale
Build and maintain a capital allocation framework that balances aggressive growth with operational discipline
Lead fundraising strategy, investor relations, and board-level financial reporting if and when external capital is pursued
Go-to-Market Financial Operations
Partner with sales, marketing, and revenue operations leadership to optimize GTM spend efficiency and pipeline economics
Build financial models that connect marketing investment to pipeline generation, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue outcomes
Establish and track unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period, magic number) to inform GTM investment decisions at an enterprise SaaS level
Provide financial oversight and accountability for GTM team performance, headcount planning, and quota/capacity modeling
Budgeting, Planning & Operational Efficiency
Own the annual budget process and quarterly business reviews, ensuring every function is aligned to growth targets
Implement rigorous financial controls and reporting cadences without creating bureaucratic drag
Identify inefficiencies and reallocate resources in real time to capitalize on what’s working
Build dashboards and reporting that give the executive team instant visibility into financial and operational health
Scaling the Business
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on all growth decisions, including pricing, packaging, market expansion, and M&A
Bring a deep understanding of SaaS business models and the levers that drive hyper-growth in enterprise software
Help design compensation structures, commission plans, and incentive models that drive the right behaviors across the organization
Evaluate and optimize vendor spend, technology investments, and operational costs to fund growth
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in B2B SaaS companies, with at least 3–5 years at the VP or CFO level
Proven track record of scaling a SaaS company from the $10–30M range toward $100M+ ARR in a compressed timeframe
Deep fluency in SaaS metrics, unit economics, and the financial mechanics of enterprise software businesses
Exceptional command of go-to-market functions — you understand how sales, marketing, and customer success drive revenue, not just how to count it
Experience managing or providing financial oversight to GTM teams, including headcount planning, territory modeling, and pipeline forecasting
Hands-on operator who builds models, digs into data, and drives decisions — not someone who delegates everything to a team of analysts
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or selling into Fortune 500 enterprises in regulated industries is a strong plus
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
Missionary mindset — you take ownership, think independently, and care about the success of the company as if it were your own
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days:
Complete a full diagnostic of the company’s financial model, GTM spend efficiency, and unit economics
Deliver a capital allocation recommendation identifying the highest-ROI growth investments
Establish baseline KPIs and a financial reporting cadence that gives leadership real-time visibility
First 6 Months:
Implement a scalable financial planning and analysis framework tied directly to growth milestones
Optimize GTM spend to measurably improve pipeline efficiency and reduce CAC payback period
Partner with the CEO and revenue leadership to finalize the investment plan for scaling to $100M ARR
First Year:
The company has a clear, data-driven financial roadmap with capital deployed against the highest-impact growth levers
GTM team operating at peak financial efficiency with transparent cost-to-revenue attribution
Financial infrastructure is investor-ready and scalable for the next phase of growth
Benefits
Why Flosum
Market Leadership: We are a category leader in Salesforce DevOps with deep enterprise traction and a product that Fortune 500 companies depend on
Massive Opportunity: The Salesforce ecosystem is a multi-billion dollar market, and we are positioned to capture outsized share
Impact: This is a company where one person can make a transformational difference. You will not be a cog — you will be a catalyst
Culture: We value missionaries over mercenaries, ownership over politics, and results over posturing
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
Performance-based bonus tied to community growth and engagement milestones
Equity participation
Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)
Remote-first flexibility with travel budget for in-person executive engagements as needed

About the teams
Our Reinforcement Learning teams lead Anthropic's reinforcement learning research and development, playing a critical role in advancing our AI systems. We've contributed to all Claude models, with significant impacts on the autonomy and coding capabilities of Claude Sonnet 4.5 and Opus 4.5. Our work spans several key areas:
Developing systems that enable models to use computers effectively
Advancing code generation through reinforcement learning
Pioneering fundamental RL research for large language models

You'll work on fundamental research in reinforcement learning, creating 'agentic' models via tool use for open-ended tasks such as computer use and autonomous software generation, improving reasoning abilities in areas such as mathematics, and developing prototypes for internal use, productivity, and evaluation.
Representative projects:
Architect and optimize core reinforcement learning infrastructure, from clean training abstractions to distributed experiment management across GPU clusters. Help scale our systems to handle increasingly complex research workflows.
Design, implement, and test novel training environments, evaluations, and methodologies for reinforcement learning agents which push the state of the art for the next generation of models.
Drive performance improvements across our stack through profiling, optimization, and benchmarking. Implement efficient caching solutions and debug distributed systems to accelerate both training and evaluation workflows.
Collaborate across research and engineering teams to develop automated testing frameworks, design clean APIs, and build scalable infrastructure that accelerates AI research.
You may be a good fit if you:
Are proficient in Python and async/concurrent programming with frameworks like Trio
Have experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX)
Have industry experience in machine learning research
Can balance research exploration with engineering implementation
Enjoy pair programming (we love to pair!)
Care about code quality, testing, and performance
Have strong systems design and communication skills
Are passionate about the potential impact of AI and are committed to developing safe and beneficial systems
Strong candidates may have:
Familiarity with LLM architectures and training methodologies
Experience with reinforcement learning techniques and environments
Experience with virtualization and sandboxed code execution environments
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with distributed systems or high-performance computing
Experience with Rust and/or C++
Strong candidates need not have:
Formal certifications or education credentials
Academic research experience or publication history
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£260,000
—
£630,000 GBP

About The Role
As a Product Designer you'll sit at the intersection of product design, product thinking, and front-end engineering—someone who can take early, ambiguous ideas and turn them into interactive, evaluable experiences fast, helping teams make better decisions sooner.
This role is front-end and systems-heavy, with a strong balance of hands-on building and product design partnership. You’ll help us scale and evolve Alchemy’s UI system—owning core components, patterns, and implementation quality—while also jumping into product work when needed to unblock teams and raise the craft bar.
This is a high-leverage role: you’ll reduce handoff friction, increase prototype velocity, and elevate UI quality through hands-on building, close collaboration, and a strong point of view on systems.
What You'll Do
- Build production-quality prototypes (and, when appropriate, ship production front-end code) to validate UX direction quickly—often on tight timelines.
- Own and evolve Alchemy’s design system in practice: build and maintain reusable components, patterns, and interaction primitives that scale across products.
- Translate design intent into high-quality React/TypeScript UI, with attention to spacing, hierarchy, motion, and interaction polish.
- Drive system scalability: identify gaps, propose improvements, and ship additions that make the product ecosystem more consistent and faster to build.
- Partner closely with product designers to improve the craft and feasibility of design work—bringing an engineer’s pragmatism and a designer’s taste.
- Collaborate tightly with product engineers to reduce rework and make the path from prototype → implementation smoother.
- Improve “how we build UI” muscle across teams: documentation, examples, and workflow improvements that raise the baseline.
- Build for an AI-native product future: create interaction patterns and UI foundations that support rapid experimentation and iteration in AI-driven experiences.
- Contribute to design-system adoption and quality: tokens/components/docs, accessibility standards, and tooling (e.g., Storybook) when needed.
- Help teams iterate in short cycles (e.g., ~5–10 day “idea → prototype → decision” loops), bringing clarity to what’s possible and what’s worth building.
What We're Looking For
- Strong front-end fundamentals and comfort building interactive UI (e.g., React + TypeScript; equivalent stacks welcome).
- Systems-minded builder: you’ve shipped and maintained component libraries / design systems (tokens, components, documentation, adoption).
- A designer’s eye: you care about hierarchy, spacing, typography, interaction details, and visual polish.
- Proven ability to prototype quickly without sacrificing craft—and to choose the right fidelity for the question at hand.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and move fast with high ownership.
- Clear communicator across disciplines; you can translate between design intent and technical constraints.
- Bonus: accessibility fluency, Storybook (or similar), motion/animation experience, and experience scaling design systems across multiple product surfaces.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
As a Solution Architect in the Field Engineering team, you will span both technical pre‑sales and post‑sales, serving as a trusted advisor to our enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle. In pre‑sales, you will qualify technical fit, design future‑state architectures, run evaluations, and demonstrate how Vercel unlocks measurable business outcomes. Post-sales, you will act as a technical quarterback, helping customers successfully adopt and standardize on Vercel by aligning the right resources at the right time. You will guide architecture and implementation decisions, identify when to engage Professional Services or Developer Success, and work across Product and Engineering to unblock customers and drive long-term success for critical AI and Web workloads.
If you’re based within commuting distance of our London or Berlin office, the role includes in-office anchor days.
What you'll do
Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, qualify customer use cases, and shape solution strategy for key opportunities.
Design target architectures for modern Agentic workflows, and AI and web applications on Vercel, including frontends, APIs, data and edge services, and integrations with headless and composable ecosystems (CMS, commerce, payments, media, analytics).
Create and deliver tailored demos, technical presentations, and workshops that clearly articulate Vercel’s value and differentiate our platform.
Own and run proofs of concept and pilots end‑to‑end: define success criteria, guide implementation, remove technical blockers, and ensure executive‑level outcomes are documented.
Act as lead architect post‑sale for strategic accounts, guiding onboarding, reference implementations, migration patterns, and best practices for building and operating on Vercel.
Proactively engage with customers on performance, reliability, and cost optimization, using metrics like Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and observability data to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other members of the Field Engineering Team to standardise playbooks, reusable assets, and patterns that scale across customers and regions.
Respond to and coordinate security, compliance, and architecture reviews, partnering with internal specialists on areas like data protection and regulatory requirements.
Capture recurring themes, patterns, and gaps from the field and feed them back into Product and Engineering roadmaps as the technical Voice of the Customer.
Contribute to internal enablement and external content (reference architectures, example repos, talks, and blog posts) that help developers be successful on Vercel.
Some travel elements are expected relating to industry events, customer on-sites.
What you need
You have significant experience in a customer‑facing technical role (solutions architect, sales engineer, platform architect, Agency Software Engineer) working with modern web or cloud platforms.
You bring strong hands‑on skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks, ideally including Next.js, and are comfortable reviewing and discussing application code with engineering teams.
You understand web performance, caching, networking, and security fundamentals, ideally AI/LLM powered applications and Agentic workflows and can translate them into practical guidance for enterprise architectures.
You are equally comfortable discussing business outcomes with executives and implementation details with developers, switching context quickly while maintaining credibility.
You have a track record of owning complex technical projects, juggling multiple stakeholders, and delivering on time in fast‑moving environments.
You thrive in collaborative field teams, enjoy mentoring others, and value clear, concise communication and documentation.
You are familiar with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and how SaaS and edge platforms integrate into broader enterprise architectures.
You have empathy for developers and a passion for great developer experience, and you enjoy helping teams build accurate mental models of how platforms work.
Bonus if you have experience of building AI powered applications, or Agentic workloads, ideally leveraging tooling such as the AI SDK.
Bonus if you
Have production experience deploying and operating Next.js or other modern frontend frameworks on Vercel or similar platforms.
Have worked with organisations standardising on composable architectures (headless CMS, commerce, search, analytics, and identity providers).
Hold cloud or architecture certifications (for example, Cloud Solutions Architect certifications) or have led large‑scale migrations to cloud‑native platforms.
Are familiar with security and privacy standards such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, or HIPAA and have participated in customer security reviews.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
