About Our Clients
We are a recruiting partner representing
three leading, fast-growing e-commerce retention agencies
currently scaling their teams. By applying to this single role, you will be considered for three distinct agency dynamics depending on your background and career goals:
They are looking for experienced
Lifecycle & Retention Growth Strategists
who can take ownership of customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and growth initiatives.
The Enterprise Scale Agency:
Best for strategists who love global teams, structured multi-person account pods, and managing high-profile global brand portfolios.
The Agile Boutique Studio:
Best for autonomous, execution-focused strategists who love working closely with founders and driving rapid list growth for 7-figure brands.
The Data & Tech-Heavy Growth Shop:
Best for analytical minds who love custom data pipelines, proprietary funnel architectures, and leveraging advanced AI production tools.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who understands how to turn customer and performance data into actions that improve revenue, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
Depending on the client, your scope may include email and SMS marketing, lifecycle automation, retention strategy, subscription growth, customer journeys, experimentation, and cross-functional team leadership.
Key responsibilities
Own lifecycle and retention strategy across email, SMS, subscription, and other customer touchpoints based on business needs.
Analyze customer, campaign, retention, and revenue data to identify opportunities and determine what should be tested or optimized.
Develop and execute experiments around offers, messaging, segmentation, customer journeys, subscription conversion, retention, and lifecycle engagement.
Build and optimize lifecycle programs, including campaigns, automated flows, onboarding, post-purchase, winback, cancellation/save journeys, and other retention initiatives.
Translate data and customer behavior into clear strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
Own performance against key business outcomes such as revenue, retention, customer lifetime value, subscription take rate, churn, or lifecycle program performance.
Work directly with clients, founders, or senior stakeholders to present performance, recommendations, and strategic priorities.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, project managers, developers, and other marketing specialists.
Provide clear briefs, direction, feedback, and quality control to ensure execution aligns with strategy and brand requirements.
Troubleshoot lifecycle marketing, CRM, subscription, or customer journey issues and provide practical solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows, including the use of AI and automation where appropriate.
Monitor account/customer health and proactively identify risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Help build scalable playbooks, processes, and best practices that improve lifecycle and retention performance across the business.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, retention marketing, CRM, growth marketing, email/SMS marketing, subscription growth, or a closely related field.
Strong understanding of DTC/ecommerce, consumer, subscription, or digital businesses and how customer retention contributes to revenue and profitability.
Proven experience using data to make strategic marketing or growth decisions rather than simply executing predefined campaigns.
Strong experience with lifecycle marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or comparable CRM/marketing automation tools.
Hands-on understanding of customer segmentation, automated journeys/flows, retention programs, experimentation, and performance optimization.
Experience owning measurable business outcomes such as revenue, retention, churn, LTV, conversion, subscription growth, or lifecycle performance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations and next actions.
Comfortable working directly with clients, founders, CMOs, or senior stakeholders and communicating recommendations with confidence.
Strong project ownership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
Able to work cross-functionally and direct or collaborate with creative, project management, development, and marketing teams.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills suitable for client-facing work.
Self-directed, commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.
Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality; you check your own work and take responsibility for outcomes, not just assigned tasks.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve marketing workflows, analysis, content development, or operational efficiency is a plus.
Benefits
Competitive USD compensation based on experience and client requirements.
Remote flexibility – work from anywhere while collaborating with international teams.
Opportunities to work with international companies across ecommerce, DTC, subscription, and digital businesses.
High-ownership roles with exposure to strategy, experimentation, and business growth.

Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Research Engineer to join the research team at ElevenLabs, focused on the data infrastructure that powers our frontier AI models. The quality of our models is bounded by the quality and scale of the data behind them, and you will own the systems that make world-class data possible. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy:
- Building large-scale data pipelines for collecting, processing, filtering, and transforming datasets used to train state-of-the-art models.
- Training models used in our data processing pipelines, such as classifiers, quality filters, and labeling models.
- Designing data curation strategies such as deduplication, quality scoring, labeling, and augmentation that measurably improve model performance.
- Creating tooling and infrastructure that lets researchers explore and train on massive datasets quickly and reliably.
REQUIREMENTS
We do not require any formal certifications or degrees. Instead, we are seeking enthusiastic engineers who can showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts such as past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions. Ideally, you bring:
- Experience building data-intensive systems, ideally in support of machine learning training pipelines.
- Strong engineering skills in distributed data processing at scale (e.g., Kubernetes, or custom pipelines over large datasets).
- The capacity to autonomously evaluate how data quality, composition, and curation affect model outcomes, and to build the tooling to measure it.
Bonus: Experience building or operating web crawlers.
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
#LI-Remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's customer-facing teams are often the first place a customer sees what Claude can do. As a Demo Engineer, you'll build the demos, reference implementations, and reusable tooling that help those teams make new capabilities tangible, relevant, and trustworthy, ideally within days of a product launch rather than weeks after.
This role sits between product engineering, technical storytelling, and GTM execution. You'll own ambiguous, high-leverage problems end to end: prototyping an agentic experience for a new capability, then hardening it into something reliable that other teams can run on their own. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and our sales and solutions teams, and you'll bring what you learn from customer-facing work back to the people building the products.
Because a demo is frequently someone's first impression of what our models can and can't do, accuracy and honesty matter as much as polish. Success in this role looks like customer-facing teams demonstrating new capabilities sooner and with more confidence, recurring requests becoming reusable assets rather than one-off projects, and field insights shaping product and launch-readiness decisions.
Responsibilities
Own demo readiness for new and priority Claude capabilities, including environments, integrations, synthetic data, evaluations, reliability checks, and fallback paths
Build prototypes, agents, and reference flows that make complex capabilities concrete and tie them to clear customer outcomes
Turn recurring requests into reusable accelerators such as companion apps, templates, Skills, plugins, and self-service demo packages that scale across customer-facing teams
Partner with GTM colleagues on high-impact customer moments, unblock critical technical gaps, and spot the patterns worth turning into shared assets
Build internal agentic systems that automate demo preparation, validation, and asset maintenance, so demos stay current as products change
Translate patterns from customer-facing work into product feedback, launch-readiness priorities, and systemic improvements with Product and Engineering
Define and raise the bar for demo quality across accuracy, safety, reliability, usability, and adoption
Decide when a customer need calls for a bespoke build and when it should become a shared capability
You may be a good fit if you have
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with experience shipping working software end to end
Hands-on experience building applications or agents on top of LLM APIs, including prompting, tool use, and retrieval
Experience designing integrations with third-party APIs, data sources, and services
The ability to take an ambiguous capability or customer need to a working prototype quickly, and then make it reliable
Clear communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including sales and solutions teams
Comfort collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and GTM teams
Experience in a demo engineering, solutions engineering, sales engineering, forward deployed engineering, developer relations, or product engineering role
A track record of building reusable internal tools, templates, or self-service assets that other teams adopted
Hands-on experience with Claude Code, the Claude Agent SDK, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), Skills, or plugins
Experience building evaluation or validation harnesses for AI systems, including reliability checks and graceful fallbacks
Experience building always-on or scheduled agentic systems that automate internal workflows
Experience building synthetic or sanitized datasets that make demos realistic without exposing sensitive information
Front-end or product design skills that help demos feel polished and intuitive
Experience supporting product launches or running launch-readiness programs
A history of turning field feedback into concrete product input that influenced a roadmap
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial, and a commitment to representing model capabilities accurately and honestly
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$240,000
—
$315,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to design, run, and continuously improve the health, wellness, and financial benefits programs that support our growing, distributed workforce. You will be the senior subject matter expert on benefits within People Operations, owning the strategy and delivery of our programs end to end, managing carrier and vendor relationships, and ensuring our offerings are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will work independently on complex, ambiguous problems, influence decisions across People, Finance, Legal, and IT, and serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders. You will not have direct reports, but you will guide and coach teammates and external partners through your expertise.
We are looking for someone who pairs deep technical benefits knowledge with sound business judgment, a bias for operational excellence, and a genuine commitment to the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Own the benefits strategy and roadmap, covering medical, dental, vision, life and disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k), leave of absence, mental health and wellness, and global/international offerings, and recommend changes backed by data and market benchmarking.
Lead the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment cycle: plan design analysis, funding and cost modeling, carrier negotiation, communications, system configuration, and post-enrollment audits.
Manage broker, carrier, PEO/EOR, and third-party administrator relationships, holding vendors accountable to service levels, pricing, and employee experience standards.
Partner with Finance to forecast, budget, and report on benefits spend, and identify cost containment and plan optimization opportunities without compromising employee value.
Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, state and local leave laws, and non-discrimination testing; own required filings, notices, and audits, partnering with Legal and outside counsel as needed.
Administer and optimize benefits technology (HRIS, benefits administration platform, and carrier feeds), including integrations, data accuracy, and reconciliation of invoices and eligibility.
Serve as the escalation point for complex employee benefits, leave, and accommodation cases, and coach People Operations teammates on resolution.
Design and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications and education that help employees make informed choices.
Evaluate benefits for new geographies and acquisitions, and support the integration of new employee populations.
Build scalable processes, documentation, and metrics (participation, cost per employee, utilization, satisfaction) and report insights to People leadership.
Stay current on regulatory changes, market trends, and emerging benefits solutions, and proactively bring recommendations to the team.
Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive benefits experience, including significant ownership of renewals, open enrollment, and vendor management in a high-growth technology or similarly fast-paced environment.
Deep working knowledge of US benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and state/local requirements) and of health plan funding models, including fully insured and self-funded arrangements.
Demonstrated ability to analyze plan data, build cost models, and turn them into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Experience with benefits administration platforms and HRIS systems (for example, Workday, Rippling, or similar) and with managing carrier and eligibility integrations.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with a track record of improving cost, service, or employee outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex topics simply to employees and executives alike.

Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact.
At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses.
We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.
So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
🚀 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
As a founding member of our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world impact. This is not a plug-and-play role with a pre-written playbook. You will work hand-in-hand with our most forward-thinking, strategic customers to transform complex L&D workflows into autonomous, high-impact AI agents. By translating customer challenges into reusable platform capabilities, you will play a central role in establishing our FDE function from the ground up, defining what success looks like, and shaping the future of AI-first learning.
🛠️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Build the Blueprint: Thrive in extreme ambiguity. You won't just follow operational rituals—you'll create them. You’ll define how our FDE team operates, set internal playbooks, and figure out the technical roadmap as you navigate uncharted territory alongside our clients.
- Deploy Autonomous Intelligence: Partner directly with our strategic enterprise customers to map complex L&D workflows, pin-pointing high-impact opportunities for agentic AI integration.
- Architect Custom AI Agents: Design, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents that integrate seamlessly with customer systems and the Docebo Agent Hub.
- Drive Platform Evolution: Translate hands-on customer insights into foundational platform enhancements, turning bespoke client solutions into scalable features for our broader ecosystem.
- Own the Product Lifecycle: Take full ownership from discovery and system architecture to production deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization.
- Build the Discipline: Shape the founding FDE team culture, operational rituals, and internal playbooks while defining our technical roadmap and cross-functional org design.
💪 YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Full-Stack Craftsmanship: 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
- Agentic AI Expertise: Prior experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications in production environments.
- Product-First Mindset: A strong customer-centric focus with the confidence and communication skills to engage directly with enterprise stakeholders.
- Founder Mindset & Ambiguity Tolerance: You don't wait for clear specs or structured hand-offs. You are energized by undefined problems, comfortable making high-stakes decisions with partial information, and obsessed with taking complete ownership from zero to one.
- Rapid Prototyping Agility: Proven ability to quickly build prototypes, experiment boldly, and iterate based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
- Modern Tech Fluency: Proficiency in our core tech stack, including frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend development (Next.js, TypeScript).
- Systems Architecture: Strong architectural background with solid experience navigating distributed systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and LLM providers.
- Ecosystem Familiarity: Experience using modern engineering tooling like GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, and multi-LLM orchestration tools.
💬 OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
- Step 1: We’ll kick things off with a 30-minute video call with a member of our Talent team. We’ll get to know you, share more about the role and team, and make sure we’re aligned.
- Step 2: A 60-minute video call with the hiring manager, where they’ll dig deeper into your experience, approach, and what excites you most about this opportunity.
- Step 3: A hands-on technical deep dive and architecture discussion with key stakeholders.
- Step 4: A final conversation focused on culture fit, team dynamics, and cross-functional alignment.
OUR HYBRID WORK PHILOSOPHY 🤝

9-Month Contract Position
About the Job:
We're looking for a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through digital campaigns and paid channels, in close collaboration with global marketing and regional Sales. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional digital marketing programs are built in B2B SaaS. The role spans tactics through hands-on execution, shaping and building the growth approach for EMEA and APJ rather than running a standard playbook.
You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role, reporting to the Director, International Marketing. You'll take ownership of the regional digital strategy and execution in close collaboration with the global Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Drive regional new-logo pipeline growth through digital and paid channels in EMEA and APJ.
Partner with the global team on paid and digital campaign execution (SEM, paid social, and paid ABM), helping set regional strategy from planning through execution, optimisation and reporting.
Drive the digital ABM motion for the region, turning Sales input into actual targeted, paid campaigns.
Adapt global campaigns for regional messaging, rather than deploying generic global assets.
Build and own region-native digital content, platform launches, and offerings, doubling down on successful programmes.
Surface and mitigate region-specific risks, helping ensure efficient media spend.
Own digital pipeline reporting and ROI for the regions, tracking leads, conversion, and spend against campaigns, and reporting results back to leadership.
Partner closely with EMEA and APJ Sales and SDR teams to align digital campaigns with account priorities and pipeline targets.
Operate independently: define approach, channel mix, regional tools or platforms, and budget requests in line with regional Sales needs and the wider marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
8+ years' experience in a digital/growth marketing role with a focus on ABM, paid digital, and demand generation for B2B SaaS in EMEA and APJ.
Track record owning digital pipeline growth end-to-end: strategy, execution, budget, and reporting, with close interaction with Sales.
Direct experience running paid social, SEM, and ABM programmes in regions, with clear attribution back to pipeline and revenue.
Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce or similar), a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), and ABM/paid tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
Experience adapting global campaigns for regional markets: localisation, messaging adaptation, regional content, as well as creating their own regional campaigns.
Experience working across EMEA and APJ; an additional language is a plus.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity operating across international markets.
Confident self-starter and communicator with a positive, hands-on and can-do attitude; comfortable operating independently and driving outcomes autonomously.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally.
- Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap.
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re hiring a Commercial Counsel to be a core member of Sierra’s legal team. We are looking for someone who has deep expertise in commercial contracts, but also someone who is eager to broaden their scope across IP, regulatory, and product. Commercial privacy and security contracting experience (e.g., DPAs, BAAs, security agreements) is a plus.
- Operational Excellence: Help build out our commercial function to be best-in-class. We aim to be the fastest and strongest, where the legal team is the differentiator in the contract lifecycle. You will be developing templates, playbooks, and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.
