About the Role
Spin.AI is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven
Field Marketing Manager
to lead and execute field marketing initiatives across our portfolio of brands, including Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl.
In this role, you'll own the planning and execution of high-impact events and field marketing programs, including major cybersecurity conferences, industry summits, trade shows, executive roundtables, customer gatherings, and regional experiences. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, executive leadership, and external partners to create memorable experiences that strengthen relationships, build brand awareness, and contribute to measurable pipeline growth.
We're looking for someone who combines
strong event management expertise with a strategic, business-minded approach to field marketing
. You should be comfortable managing every aspect of an event, from initial planning and budgeting to onsite execution and post-event follow-up, while understanding how each initiative supports broader marketing and revenue objectives.
This is a role with real ownership and autonomy. We value people who bring fresh ideas, take initiative, work independently, and find smarter ways to get things done.
What You'll Do:
Run a full annual calendar of 35+ events across the US, EMEA, APAC, Canada, and LATAM, ranging from major flagship conferences and regional shows to community meetups, executive dinners, and partner sessions, while stretching the budget by running events remotely through local partners and vendors.
Own the planning, coordination, and execution of field marketing programs across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, including conferences, trade shows, industry summits, executive roundtables, regional events, and customer experiences.
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venues, sponsorships, vendors, contracts, budgets, registration, booth design, collateral, promotional materials, and onsite execution.
Collaborate with Sales teams on target accounts, pre-event outreach, meeting scheduling, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-up.
Work with Marketing to align field marketing initiatives with integrated campaigns, messaging, promotional strategies, and broader GTM priorities.
Coordinate event marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, partner communications, and other relevant platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, industry partners, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Track event performance, including attendance, engagement, meetings generated, qualified opportunities, pipeline influence, and return on investment.
Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, optimize spending, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify new and creative opportunities to engage cybersecurity and technology audiences through meaningful, differentiated experiences.
Leverage AI tools and AI-driven workflows to streamline event planning, research, reporting, data analysis, vendor management, and operational processes.
Continuously evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and apply learnings to improve future programs.
Experience We're Looking For:
10+ years of professional experience, including 3–5+ years owning B2B events end to end, from strategy, budget, and vendor selection through onsite execution and post-event pipeline follow-up, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
Hands-on experience setting up international events (EMEA, APAC, LATAM), including successfully running and supporting events remotely when you can’t be there in person, by working through local vendors, partners, and in-region teams across time zones.
Proven success with innovative, out-of-the-box approaches that drive outsized results from modest budgets. You know how to make a scrappy activation, a creative partnership, or a small, well-targeted event punch well above its weight, and you have the numbers to show it.
AI-first in how you work, not just AI-curious. You already use AI as a major multiplier on your own productivity, going well beyond chatting in a browser to building AI projects, custom workflows, and automations (e.g., Claude, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT) that handle research, planning, content, reporting, and follow-up. Be ready to walk us through how you’ve set it up.
Proven experience managing conferences, trade shows, executive events, roundtables, and other B2B field marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
Strong understanding of how field marketing supports brand awareness, customer engagement, sales enablement, demand generation, and pipeline development.
Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams, marketing leadership, executive stakeholders, and external partners.
Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Experience managing event budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, coordinating logistics, and overseeing onsite execution.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, event management, and project management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate event performance, report on results, and make data-informed recommendations.
AI-native proficiency, with demonstrated experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Cowork, and other AI-enabled platforms to improve productivity, research, analysis, and execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to build positive working relationships.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and onsite execution, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Cybersecurity experience is a plus, but a strong understanding of B2B technology marketing and the ability to learn quickly are equally valuable.
What Success Looks Like:
Success in this role means delivering exceptional events that contribute to meaningful business outcomes. You'll be responsible for building a field marketing program that strengthens our presence in the cybersecurity market, creates valuable customer and prospect experiences, and supports revenue growth.
We'll measure success through event execution and attendee experience, qualified meetings and opportunities generated, target-account engagement, event-sourced and influenced pipeline, budget efficiency, event ROI, and strong collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Just as importantly, success means continuously improving how we operate: identifying better opportunities, streamlining processes, applying new technologies, and creating repeatable, scalable field marketing programs across our brands.
How We Work:
You have a startup mindset.
You're a self-starter who doesn't need someone telling you what to do throughout the day. You can take an objective, build a plan, coordinate the right people, and make it happen. You're resourceful, curious, organized, and a fast learner.
We trust your expertise.
We hire great people because we want their ideas, judgment, and experience – not because we want someone to simply execute instructions. If you see a better way to approach an event, improve a process, or create an opportunity, we genuinely want to hear it. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, take ownership, and execute in the way you believe will deliver the strongest results.
You're collaborative and dynamic.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, executive leadership, and external partners. You're comfortable working across teams, bringing new ideas to the table, and building strong relationships. You value feedback, communicate openly, and understand that the best results come from working together.
You move fast.
We're a fast-moving company in an even faster-moving industry. You know how to prioritize, solve problems, adapt to changes, and keep things moving. If something doesn't work, you learn from it, adjust, and try again.
You're a team player.
We care about the work we do and the people we do it with. You take pride in producing great work, celebrate team wins, support your colleagues, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with others.
You're adaptable.
Technology changes, priorities shift, and the cybersecurity landscape is constantly evolving. You're comfortable with change and excited by the opportunity to learn, grow, and improve.
You care about outcomes.
A successful event isn't just one that runs smoothly. It's one that creates value for our customers, prospects, partners, and business. You take pride in understanding the impact of your work and continuously finding ways to improve it.
And we genuinely enjoy working together.
Across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, we believe great work and a great life should go hand in hand. We respect work-life balance, trust people to manage their responsibilities, and value positive, healthy working relationships. We work hard, move quickly, and care deeply about results – but we also want people to enjoy the work they're doing and the life they're living while doing it. A positive attitude, mutual respect, and being someone others genuinely enjoy working with matter here.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Higgsfield's Growth team runs on an internal platform. We need a Business Engineer to turn operational bottlenecks into software, from the data model and API to the screens the team uses every day. You own features through launch, adoption and production support.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Turn growth team problems into useful features. Define a small first release and build it across backend and frontend.
- Own database schemas, query performance and safe migrations on a live database.
- Build third-party integrations that handle API quotas, rate limits, retries and webhooks.
- Make payment and messaging workflows safe to retry, without duplicate payouts or sends, and keep an audit trail.
- Ship LLM features and measure quality, latency and cost per result.
- Own environments, releases, monitoring, security and access. Share on-call responsibility.
- Define success metrics, track adoption after launch and improve what you ship.
MUST-HAVES
- Production experience. You've built and operated backend systems and can explain your decisions, personal contribution and results.
- Strong Python and full-stack delivery. You build backend services and React screens when a feature needs them.
- Deep PostgreSQL knowledge. Data modeling, query plans, indexes, transactions, locking and migrations on live databases.
- API security. Authentication, object-level authorization and role isolation. You prevent IDOR on reads and writes and test access as different users.
- Hands-on operations. Linux, containers, CI/CD, monitoring and debugging production from logs. You can run what you build.
- High agency and ownership. You find worthwhile problems, remove blockers and follow through without waiting for assignments.
- Low ego. You welcome direct feedback, admit mistakes and change your mind with evidence.
- Energy for an intense pace. The team ships daily, priorities shift and urgent production issues can need you outside regular hours.
OUR TECH STACK
- Languages: Python and TypeScript.
- Backend: Python and Node.js services, REST APIs, background workers and scheduled jobs.
- Frontend: React with server-side rendering.
- Data: PostgreSQL and S3-compatible object storage.
- Infrastructure: Linux, Docker and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
- AI: LLM APIs from major providers.
- Quality: Static typing, linters and automated tests in both languages.
Bonus experience: Influencer marketing, affiliate programs or creator payouts; large-scale YouTube data within API quotas; email outreach and deliverability; LLM evaluations, prompt regression sets and cost tracking.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Recruiter screen: role expectations, logistics and fit.
2. Technical interview: a difficult system you shipped, what you personally decided and built, and how your work made the team more capable without leaving it dependent on you.
3. Practical task: a real problem from our backlog, under NDA. You design the data model and API, write the core of it and explain your trade-offs.
4. Product interview: turn a growth team problem into a small first release, decide what to leave out and explain how feedback would change it.
5. Offer.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check that may consist of prior employment verification, reference checks, education confirmation, criminal background, publicly available social media, credit history, or other information, as permitted by local law.
1Password uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, including natural language processing and predictive analytics, to assist in the initial screening of employment applications and improve our recruitment process. WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth engineer to help grow Notion’s Startups and SMB programs. You’ll work closely with our Ecosystem Growth Lead to help more businesses grow with Notion.
You can spot opportunities in the data and own the executing on the plan that follows. You’re comfortable getting into the tools yourself, moving quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and staying accountable for results.
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Work with a small team that operates like a growth lab. Startups and SMBs are the proving ground for ideas that can change how Notion grows.
- Build and launch new growth programs, from creator-led acquisition to AI-powered systems for testing new audiences and campaigns. Bring your own ideas and take responsibility for getting them off the ground.
- Move quickly from a rough hypothesis to a live experiment. Write code for new in-product experiences and build alongside Storytelling, Product, and Engineering to get your work into customers’ hands.
- Use SQL and customer research to find overlooked opportunities. Measure what changes customer behavior and revenue, and use the results to choose where to go next.
- Turn the strongest experiments into programs other teams can run. Build the systems and playbooks for them to expand across Notion, then take on the next growth challenge.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 2+ years and a record of shipping growth or operations projects. You can explain what you personally built and what changed as a result.
- Typescript, Full-stack, and Systems-thinking
- Strong SQL and analytical judgment. You can work through messy data and distinguish a promising signal from a misleading result.
- Hands-on experience building campaigns or automated workflows in tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
- The ability to take an ambiguous goal and execute on growth initiatives. You unblock yourself where possible and communicate clearly when you need another team’s help.
- Experience with self-serve SaaS or startup and SMB customers is a plus. If you’ve done similar work but with a different title, we’d love to hear from you!
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550?pvs=74 and NYLL 144 https://notion.notion.site/Ashby-AI-Bias-Audit-2b0efdeead05803bbbfae159ec86c528.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
