Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The Team
The Enterprise restaurant team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, management and growth of our partnerships with the world’s largest restaurant groups. In the UK & Ireland, this means the local arms of our largest global brands. Given the scale of these partners, this team is a critical piece of Deliveroo’s growth and success.
3 days in our London HQ is required.
The Role
As a Client Partner, you will lead the relationship, strategy, project planning and account management for one or more of our largest global restaurant partners in the UK & Ireland. You will own the past and future of those relationships: building the annual joint business plan, leading contract negotiations and renewals, and working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, legal, analytics, operations and product to deliver it. You will also work with the partner’s EMEA and global counterparts, and partner closely with the DoorDash and Wolt EMEA and Global team to bring world-class technology and best practices to your accounts.
What you'll be doing
● Own the overall off-premise strategy for your partners across every phase of the relationship (piloting, rollout, support and growth)
● Lead contract negotiations and renewals, agreeing terms that unlock mutual value and grow like-for-like sales and take rate
● Use data and insights (SQL, dashboards and analysis) to find growth opportunities, build the business case for recommendations and sell Deliveroo’s suite of products and services into strategic clients
● Oversee partner-specific needs such as POS integrations, customised reporting, menu optimisation, merchant marketing and operational improvements
● Lead business reviews and present to partner executives and Deliveroo senior leadership, handling challenging questions with confidence
● Work cross-functionally and serve as a working team lead across marketing, finance, legal, analytics, operations, product and support
● Help raise the analytical capability of the team by sharing best practice, and contribute to the hiring and development of the Enterprise team as it grows
Requirements
Requiring a high level of commercial skills, you will demonstrate excellence in selling, negotiation and account management, combined with the passion and drive to shape the culture of an inclusive, sustainable and successful team.
You have 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy and analytics, strategy and operations, investment banking, account management, business development or other analytically-intensive and client-facing roles
You have strong SQL skills: you can pull, read and manipulate large data sets yourself and turn them into insight (other forms of data experience can be considered)
You have a track record of end-to-end problem solving: spotting a problem, ideating a solution and taking it all the way to a measurable, high-value outcome with cross-functional teams
You are an excellent data storyteller who can build a clear narrative from data and present it, and defend it, to senior executives
You have proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions, with strong project management, organisation and presentation skills
You are a problem solver at core with a strong bias for action, you like rolling up your sleeves as much as you like the big picture, and you are comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts
You know how to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance
You have well-developed negotiation skills and the ability to flex your style to all levels and situations
You are comfortable using AI tools day to day to work faster and smarter
Nice to have: experience with global or US brands, tech or startup exposure, marketplace, logistics or unit economics knowledge, and prior people leadership or hiring experience.

Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Before a gamer buys from Eneba, they look us up online. What they find in the results, such as our Trustpilot score, review snippets and community threads, often decides whether they trust us enough to purchase. Reviews and opinions also shape what search engines show about us, and that shapes what the next customer believes.
The Reputation and Community Operations team manages that. We track how Eneba is perceived, work out what is driving it, and act on it, so that the story people find about us is accurate, current and earned.
ABOUT YOU
As a Reputation and Community Operations Specialist, you will read the public signals about Eneba, respond where it matters, and bring what you learn to the teams who can fix the root causes. You will also help build a community that is healthy and welcoming. We want to strengthen our team with a flexible person who writes well, stays calm under pressure and is curious about why customers feel the way they do.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and respond to feedback: Track reviews, ratings and community discussions about Eneba, and respond where it has the most impact.
- Analyse sentiment trends: Identify the factors behind changes in public sentiment and present clear, evidence-based findings.
- Escalate and resolve recurring issues: Raise recurring issues with Support, Product and other teams, with supporting evidence and a defined ask, and follow up until they are resolved.
- Engage with the community: Take part in community spaces as a genuine, recognisable presence. Welcome new members, answer questions, de-escalate tense discussions and pass member feedback on to the relevant teams.
- Report on and improve public ratings: Contribute to regular reporting and, over time, take ownership of initiatives to improve Eneba’s public ratings.
REQUIREMENTS
- Less than a year of hands-on experience taking part in and/or growing online communities on platforms such as Reddit and Discord, along with a background in customer support, community management, social media or reputation management, and a real interest in gaming culture.
- Excellent written English and the ability to handle customers with clear, empathetic and professional communication, staying composed in difficult conversations and committed to resolving issues.
- A structured, organised approach to work, with strong ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage several priorities and work across teams independently.
- Curiosity about what drives customer sentiment, and confidence interpreting data trends.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a shift-based schedule, including occasional late evenings and weekends, particularly around major game releases and other high-impact periods.
COMPENSATION: €21,420 - €22,260 A YEAR;
Salary ranges may vary. We're seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
We're an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AT ENEBA
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. An overview of this role
What does software planning look like when people and artificial intelligence agents work together? As a Staff Product Manager for Planning at GitLab, you'll help answer that question and lead the team toward a clear product direction. This isn't just about improving traditional agile planning. You'll rethink how intent becomes actionable work, how that work moves through software development, and where human involvement is needed.
You'll develop a point of view on planning's future and turn it into product decisions with engineering, design, and product leadership. That includes exploring how planning could connect work to business priorities and budgets, rather than assuming the answer is already decided. Alongside that strategic work, you'll share ownership of existing planning capabilities with another product manager.
We're opening this role at Staff level, with flexibility to consider Principal level based on your experience and scope of impact.
What you'll do
Define a clear direction for planning as software development shifts toward collaboration between people and artificial intelligence agents, and help the team move from open questions to concrete priorities.
Shape how users capture intent, break it into actionable work, and determine which work can proceed autonomously and which needs human involvement.
Evaluate whether and how planning should connect software delivery to company priorities, business objectives, and budgets.
Share ownership of planning capabilities, including work items, boards, specifications, and portfolio planning, with a fellow product manager. Help define how that scope is divided.
Work with engineering and design to translate product direction into a roadmap and improvements to planning workflows across GitLab.
Communicate your recommendations clearly to senior leaders, challenge assumptions constructively, and lead the team through changes in direction.
What you'll bring
Experience leading product strategy and execution for software development, developer tools, or planning products, with the depth to make decisions in a specialized product area.
A strong understanding of software development and development and operations (DevOps) workflows, including how planning decisions affect downstream delivery.
The ability to form and defend a product point of view in an uncertain, changing market, while staying open to different ideas.
Clear communication with technical teams and senior executives, including experience challenging leadership decisions constructively and building support for a direction.
The ability to connect a forward-looking strategy to practical product decisions and work collaboratively across product, engineering, and design.
About the team
The Planning team builds the capabilities at the start of GitLab's software development workflow, including work items, boards, specifications, and portfolio planning. Decisions here affect how work moves through the rest of the platform, so the team's scope extends beyond standalone project management tools.
You'll work alongside another product manager and partner with engineering and design across this product area. The division of product ownership is still being shaped, and you'll help define it. The hiring manager wants you to bring a different perspective, question established approaches, and challenge senior leaders constructively, with room to influence decisions beyond your immediate product scope.
GitLab's mission is to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. Our platform brings software development, security, and operations together.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a builder's role, where you'll own both the technical depth and commercial outcomes for some of ElevenLabs' most exciting customers across the UK & Ireland region, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue.
You'll get ahead of the problem. You'll dig into how customers deploy ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and their systems, spot the problems before they do, inspire new use-cases and own the solution end to end. You'll own the number too: renewals, expansion and cross-sell. Success here means driving real revenue retention and growth for your book of business.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE DAY TO DAY
You'll run onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs' full platform, core speech models, creative tools, and Agents. You'll advise customers on production deployment, not just theory, digging into usage and performance data to catch friction early and keep adoption moving.
You'll also own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against clear targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. You'll spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the UK & Ireland region
- Proven experience of owning and managing a defined Book of Business
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience working across the UK & Ireland market. Knowledge of the landscape and cultural nuances
- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- Strong builder mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and being a pioneer, finding ways to innovate across a full region or market to drive revenue outcomes
- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- Proven experience working cross functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the UK or Ireland.
#LI-Remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Engineer - Satellite Communications
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Fleet Control and Satellite Communications
- Reports to: Director, Fleet Control and Satellite Communications
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid. 3 days a week at the office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Staff Engineer in Satellite Communications, you will own the satellite-to-ground link, the core communications protocols, and the end-to-end transmission of data from ground stations to customers. Trend is that our constellation produces an increasing volume of data and we want it down faster and more reliably. As we scale, the communications link sets the limit on what we deliver and how fast customers receive it.
You'll own the end-to-end communication stack: the satellite-to-ground link (X-band, Ka-band and S-band), the underlying protocols used, and the transmission of data from ground stations to customers. Today these decisions are spread across several teams. This role brings them under one technical owner.
The work sits where software meets physics. On one side are link budgets, modulation and coding, and spectrum constraints; on the other are schedulers, distributed systems and production operations. The hardest problems live where the two meet.
You own what you build, from design to production, across a stack that combines cloud, on-prem and real hardware. Our engineering culture is AI-positive, with active use of copilots and LLMs to improve speed, code quality and productivity.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the architecture of the satellite-to-ground link acrossX-band and Ka-band payload downlink and S-band command and control
- Measure what the constellation delivers against its theoretical capacity, and lead the work that closes the gap
- Design how data moves from ground station to customer, including latency tiers and delivery accounting
- Build alongside software engineers, contributing code and reviews, not only architecture documents
- Lead technical initiatives across team boundaries and align teams on link and data path decisions
- Grow satellite communications expertise across the domain through mentoring, design reviews and shared standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Communications engineering on at least one flown mission, including personally diagnosing an anomaly on a live satellite.
- High-rate payload downlink experience in X-band or Ka-band, beyond S-band command and control
- Ability to build and defend a link budget: EIRP, G/T, Eb/N0, margin, rain fade, elevation constraints
- Practical CCSDS knowledge: transfer frames, virtual channels, synchronisation and channel coding, file delivery
- Experience owning how data moves from a ground station to where it is consumed, with latency and completeness guarantees
- Hands-on coding in Python, Go, C++ or similar; you ship code, not just designs.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., copilots, LLMs) to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving
- Fleet-scale contact planning and scheduling across commercial ground station networks, especially leased third-party capacity
- DVB-S2/S2X with adaptive coding and modulation
- Delay-tolerant networking, or other store-and-forward file delivery with completeness accounting
- SDR and DSP work: GNU Radio, FPGA or RFSoC, including personal or open-source projects
- Awareness of spectrum regulation and coordination. We have a separate spectrum licensing team, so this is a plus rather than a requirement
APPLICATION PROCESS
- TA Partner Screen Call (30 min)
- Hiring Manager Interview (90 min)
- Technical Interview (120 min)
- Values and Fit Interview (60 min)
- Final interview with SVP of Engineering (60min)

Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged at 1Password—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of most roles. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.

We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
