At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render is looking for a Staff Developer Relations Engineer to grow usage and word of mouth for Render among developers building full-stack and AI applications. You'll be Render's technical face on stage, in workshops, at meetups, and in the developer and AI ecosystems where our users build.
DX at Render has two halves. DX Engineering builds and maintains Render's tutorials, sample apps, templates, and video library. DevRel takes Render to developers in person and through the communities and partners they trust, then brings what it hears back into the product. You'll set the technical bar and direction for DevRel, and you'll be the person developers and partners go to for a deep, candid answer about running AI workloads on Render.
You'll build the demos and workshop material behind your own talks. When something you build deserves a long life, DX Engineering turns it into a maintained example or template.
This is a remote role within the US, with the option to work out of our headquarters in San Francisco. Expect regular travel for conferences and events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Represent Render at conferences, meetups, hackathons, podcasts, and livestreams, with talks and live demos on building and running AI agents and full-stack apps.
- Design and run hands-on workshops and hackathons, from the curriculum to the technical setup behind them.
- Set DevRel's technical direction: pick the communities, ecosystems, and events worth investing in, and define what good looks like for talks, workshops, and demos.
- Be the technical counterpart for ecosystem partners such as AI frameworks, agent tooling, and open source projects: joint workshops, co-hosted events, and the integrations worth building together.
- Go deep in technical communities on GitHub, X, Discord, Reddit, and Hacker News. Answer hard questions, debug real deployments, and show up where Render has a credible voice.
- Run the developer feedback loop. Turn what you hear in the field into clear, prioritized input for Product and Engineering, and follow it through until it ships.
- Help Render's highest-potential developers and startups go further on the platform through technical deep dives and architecture reviews, and turn them into champions who talk about Render in their own communities.
- Raise the bar for the DevRel team through talk reviews, demo reviews, and your own work.
- Track impact through activation from events and workshops, community engagement, partner-driven adoption, and the product changes you drove.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in developer relations, solutions engineering, or software engineering, including at least 3 years in a developer-facing role at a developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure company.
- A track record on stage: talks at recognized developer conferences, and workshops you designed and ran yourself.
- Experience setting direction for a developer relations program: choosing where to invest, measuring what worked, and changing course.
- Hands-on fluency with AI agents: tool calling, MCP servers, LLM APIs, and agent frameworks. You can build a working agent app live and explain what it needs to run in production, such as long-running tasks, sandboxed code execution, and retries. The field is young, so we look at what you've done recently. We don't expect years of experience in it.
- The engineering depth to be credible with senior engineers. You can deploy a multi-service app, read logs, trace a failed deploy, and find the root cause in front of an audience.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure: containers and Docker, networking basics, CI/CD, environment configuration, and infrastructure as code.
- You use coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor every day and keep up with the agent ecosystem as it changes.
- Examples of developer feedback you turned into product changes: what you heard, the case you made, and what shipped.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Mobile Growth Manager to take full ownership of monetization and retention for our AI LLM chat mobile app on iOS and Android. You will be accountable for how much revenue each mobile user generates and for how long they stay.
This is a senior, hands-on role with end-to-end ownership. You own the funnel from store listing to first session, trial, paid conversion, renewal and win-back. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has grown ARPU and retention on subscription apps, who can run experiments quickly and independently, and who knows how to work within Apple and Google subscription rules.
You will manage performance against real revenue data (ARPU, trial-to-paid conversion, ROI D7, retention and cohorts), not vanity metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own mobile growth end to end: from store page to paid conversion and renewal, across strategy, experimentation, launch, reporting and documentation.
- Deliver a quarterly ARPU target on mobile (set against a measured baseline), through conversion, retention and perceived product value.
- Own the paywall and pricing: offerings, packaging, trial and intro-offer structure, price tests by geo, and placement. Run them through RevenueCat or an equivalent.
- Own onboarding and activation: shorten the path to the first moment of value and fix drop-offs in the first session and first week.
- Build retention and win-back loops: push, in-app messaging, cancellation-save flows and involuntary-churn recovery (billing retries, grace periods).
- Own store conversion: ASO, listing and screenshot tests, ratings and review prompts on the App Store and Google Play.
- Keep web and app aligned: manage the web-to-app handoff and make sure subscribers get a consistent experience and entitlement across both.
- Manage signal quality: subscription and in-app events, attribution and MMP data, and measurement under iOS privacy rules (ATT / SKAdNetwork).
- Run a structured experiment process: own the mobile backlog, with a clear hypothesis, target metric and kill/scale rule for every test. Run the A/B tests end to end.
- Review sessions daily: find friction, drop-offs and behavioural patterns, and turn them into backlog items.
- Build the reporting: Mixpanel dashboards and a weekly report on mobile ARPU, trial conversion, ROI D7 on matured cohorts, 1-hour cancellation and retention.
- Own policy compliance: keep paywalls, subscription disclosure, refunds and store listings within Apple and Google rules, with prevention-first checks before launch.
- Prototype with AI: use Claude and automation for prototypes, analysis, QA and reporting, and ship the ones that work.
- Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them.
- Document tests, learnings and playbooks.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in mobile growth, product growth or lifecycle roles on subscription apps.
- Proven, measured ARPU, conversion or retention gains on a live subscription app, on both iOS and Android.
- Strong understanding of subscription economics: trials, intro offers, renewals, LTV, payback windows and cohorts.
- Hands-on paywall and pricing experimentation (RevenueCat, Superwall or similar).
- Hands-on with Mixpanel or an equivalent: funnels, cohorts, custom boards.
- Experience with StoreKit and Google Play Billing mechanics: grace periods, billing retries, refunds, cancellation flows.
- Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular or similar) and with ATT / SKAdNetwork-era measurement.
- Experience with push and in-app messaging tools and with building retention mechanics.
- Working knowledge of ASO and store listing conversion.
- Strong experiment discipline: hypotheses, sample sizing, readouts and clean decisions.
- Daily use of Claude or other AI tools for prototyping, analysis and writing.
- Ownership mentality: you run the funnel with minimal supervision and take responsibility for outcomes.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI or consumer-subscription products.
- Experience with web-to-app subscription funnels.
- Experience coordinating paid acquisition with product conversion, as a partner to a UA lead.
- Experience working under strict platform policy (subscription disclosure, ROSCA-type rules).
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
BENEFITS
- Remote Work Environment: Embrace the freedom to work from anywhere, anytime, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Unlimited PTO: Enjoy unlimited paid time off to recharge and prioritize your well-being, without counting days.
- Paid National Holidays: Celebrate and relax on national holidays with paid time off to unwind and recharge.
- Company-provided MacBook: Apple MacBooks provided to all employees who need them.
- Flexible Independent Contractor Agreement: Unlock the benefits of flexibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurial opportunities. Read more about it here: Independent Contractor Agreement

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help Webflow scale our go-to-market systems with quality, scalability, and strong governance. You’ll design and build the Salesforce, CPQ, and integration solutions that our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams depend on every day. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and the broader Enterprise Technology team to turn business needs into clean, durable solutions.
This role combines hands-on engineering excellence with the judgment to know what to build, what to simplify, and what not to build at all. You’ll help make our platform easier to use, easier to trust, and easier to extend.
You’ll join a team of 5 architects, developers, and admins who own Webflow’s GTM systems end to end. We don’t have dedicated project managers, business analysts, or QA. Each of us runs our own projects from the first stakeholder conversation through requirements, design, build, testing, and rollout. We work as a community of practice. We share patterns, review each other’s work, and grow the craft together.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (Canada)
- Core working hours overlap with US Eastern / Pacific time
- Full-time
- Permanent
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
- $116,600-$163,300
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to Anna Duncanson
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will:
- Own the whole problem, not just the ticket. You’ll shape solutions from the first stakeholder conversation through launch, and bring your designs to a team that reviews, challenges, and builds on each other’s work.
- Partner with RevOps, MarketingOps, LegalOps, Finance, and Pricing & Packaging leaders to turn business needs into clear designs, with options and tradeoffs that help them decide well.
- Help own and evolve our Quote-to-Cash platform, from quoting and approvals through contracts and renewals, and help shape where Revenue Cloud Advanced fits.
- Make the platform simpler. Reuse before you build, consolidate overlapping automation, and retire tools and packages we no longer need.
- Design resilient integrations across the GTM tech stack, and chase data issues to their root cause even when they span several systems.
- Build shared AI tooling that speeds up the whole team, from test generation to code review to metadata analysis.
- Ship with care. Deploy your own changes through Gearset, build in monitoring, and fix production issues before users notice.
- Raise the bar. Set the Apex, LWC, and security patterns others build on, give thoughtful reviews, and mentor developers and admins.
- Help shape how we work, not just what we build. Take your turn as Scrum Master, run our ceremonies, and bring ideas that make the whole team faster and better.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in a complex Sales Cloud org.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
- Strong Apex, SOQL, Flow, and LWC skills, and a clear sense of when to use each.
- Deep understanding of the platform’s transaction model, including order of execution, synchronous and asynchronous processing, bulkification, and governor limits, plus experience tuning performance in large-data-volume orgs.
- Strong grasp of Salesforce security in code, including CRUD, FLS, sharing, injection prevention, and named credentials.
- Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Experience with source-driven delivery: SFDX, Git, pull request workflows, static analysis, automated testing, and rollback planning in a CI/CD tool such as Gearset or Copado.
- Experience with event-driven patterns such as Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
- Experience building and supporting integrations designed for failure, including retries, idempotency, error handling, and clear system-of-record boundaries.
Preferred:
- Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and/or Platform App Builder certifications.
- Experience with identity provisioning or data warehouse integrations.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
You’ll thrive as a Senior Salesforce Developer at Webflow if you:
- Are comfortable wearing many hats. You’re as confident running a requirements session, managing a timeline, writing test plans, and handling a production issue as you are writing code.
- Hold a high bar for quality. You write clean, well-tested, well-documented code, and you treat production with care.
- Design for scale. You build for where Webflow is going, not just where it is today.
- Value strong governance. Clear standards, peer review, and documented decisions matter to you, and you help others follow them.
- Challenge assumptions, including your own. You ask why, test ideas with data, and change course when the evidence says you should.
- Always look for a better way. You reflect on your work and keep improving your skills, our patterns, and our processes.
- Find the root cause. You use logs, data, and testing to prove what’s wrong before you change anything.
- Communicate clearly. You can explain a technical tradeoff to a sales leader and to another engineer.
- Protect focus. You redirect out-of-scope asks into intake, prioritize by value and risk, and leave room for the unplanned.
- Help create a team where everyone feels safe to ask questions, raise concerns, and admit mistakes.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.

- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS

- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.

- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consulting is Ramp's post-sales technical delivery team. When a finance org needs Ramp to work the way their business actually runs, this is the team that takes customers through that transformation, from complex accounting issues to integration errors to everything in between.
The Senior Manager, Technical Consulting, Strategic leads the team responsible for Ramp's largest and most strategic accounts. You'll own post-sales technical implementation for this segment end to end — from technical discovery and solution design through go-live, adoption, and expansion — working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Customer Activation team, with whom you'll co-own activation milestones and time-to-value.
Strategic customers arrive with multi-entity structures, legacy ERPs, in-flight finance transformations, procurement and treasury requirements, and executive sponsors who expect a named technical leader in the room. Your team is the last line of technical escalation for these accounts — there is no tier above you.
This role suits an experienced leader who can hold two things at once: the operating rigor to run a delivery function at scale, and the technical credibility to sit across from a Controller or VP of Finance and design the solution live.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and grow the Strategic Technical Consulting team — coach senior and principal-level consultants, own hiring, onboarding, performance, and career architecture, and build a bench deep enough to scale with the segment
- Own post-sales technical implementation for Ramp's largest accounts — accountable for solution quality, delivery timelines, and technical outcomes across the portfolio
- Co-own activation milestones with Customer Activation — build a joint operating model where TC drives technical design and Activation drives adoption and enablement, with shared accountability for time-to-value and a single, coherent customer experience
- Serve as the terminal escalation point for complex technical and delivery challenges — ERP integration failures, custom API work, at-risk go-lives, and commitments made pre-sales that need to be re-scoped
- Define the Strategic delivery model — scoping standards, solution design review, rules of engagement with CSM/Activation, staffing and capacity models, and quality bars that hold up under enterprise scrutiny
- Run the function with operational rigor — forecast capacity, balance workload across accounts, instrument the team with KPIs (time-to-value, go-live on-time rate, escalation volume, adoption and expansion attach), and use the data in coaching and planning
- Partner cross-functionally at the leadership level — Customer Activation, Strategic CSM and AM, Sales, Product, Engineering, and GTM Ops — to align on roadmap, feedback loops, and segment strategy
- Turn field insight into product influence — synthesize what Strategic customers actually need, champion it with Product and Engineering, and close the loop back to the field
- Set precedent where none exists — make sound calls in ambiguous, high-stakes situations, document the reasoning, and teach the team to do the same
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years in technical consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, or professional services — with substantial time on enterprise or strategic accounts
- 2-3+ years managing individual contributors and owning team-level outcomes; experience managing senior or principal-level ICs strongly preferred
- Proven track record owning post-sales implementation for large, complex customers — multi-entity, multi-system, executive-sponsored engagements
- Deep fluency in ERP and financial systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics), APIs, SSO/HRIS integrations, and core accounting workflows (chart of accounts, subsidiaries, approval hierarchies, month-end close)
- Ability to assess and guide technical solution design at enterprise complexity — and to tell the difference between a configuration problem, a product gap, and a customer process problem
- Experience building the operating model between two functions — e.g. delivery and onboarding, or services and customer success — and making shared accountability actually work
- Executive-grade communication — able to hold the room with a CFO or Controller, advocate for your team internally, and translate technical trade-offs into business consequences
- Demonstrated judgment in ambiguity and a bias toward ownership in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at an ERP or financial systems vendor (Workday, NetSuite/Oracle, Sage Intacct, Coupa) or in a Big 4 / systems integrator implementation practice
- Background in fintech, spend management, or AP automation
- Experience standing up or scaling a technical consulting / professional services function from an early stage
- Experience managing managers or team leads, or building the career ladder for a technical IC track

If you’re excited about how AI can shape creativity and social interaction, come help us build what’s next.
About the Role:
Cantina is looking for a Head of Content to build the content operation that brings Cantina Labs to life across 75+ niche content areas. Cantina Labs lets everyday people make high-production-value, character-driven videos with no special technical skills.
You’ll recruit and lead a network of 100 content producers and video editors making great social content at serious volume. You’ll pitch the concept, write the brief, make the first version, and bring in the people who can take it much further.
What You’ll Do:
- Define our multichannel social content strategy, with a particular focus on viral content on X and formats built for each additional platform.
- Turn new features and core product use cases into launches, tutorials, showcases, recurring series, and content people share because it’s entertaining.
- Build a content program across 75+ niches: find the right creators, understand the audience, develop the formats, and keep the work specific to each community.
- Recruit and manage a team of 100 content producers and video editors, supported by strong creative leads, clear briefs, and a production system that keeps everyone moving.
- Stay hands-on: pitch ideas daily, write scripts and briefs, make example videos, and jump into edits when something needs a stronger hook or a better ending.
- Build workflows for AI generation, editing, motion graphics, review, publishing, and rapid iteration.
- Partner with product to showcase new capabilities and bring creator feedback into product development.
- Track reach, retention, shares, product visits, signups, and activation to learn what gets attention and what gets people creating.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience building and running high-output social content teams and managing multiple accounts with 100,000+ followers.
- Ability to recruit and manage a large (20+ person) creator operation.
- A track record of viral content, especially on X, and an understanding of the platform’s culture and how video, copy, and conversation work together.
- Excellent taste: you can spot a great concept early and explain exactly why an almost-good piece isn’t there yet.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills across briefs, scripts, social copy, and educational content.
- Hands-on experience with video editing, motion graphics, and AI-native production workflows.
- The ability to work across very different niches without making everything sound or look the same.
- Operational discipline around production calendars, review cycles, creator feedback, and publishing cadence.
Compensation:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is between $225,000-$300,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity

- 42 days of paid time off, including:
- 15 PTO days
- 10 sick days
