OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).
Location: Australia

- Continuously evaluate distribution gaps relative to competitors.
STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS
- Build and maintain C-suite and senior executive relationships with the most important WHOOP retail and strategic partners.

- Develop channel-level economics and ensure commercial decisions are grounded in contribution margin and lifetime value.
- Establish clear targets and KPIs for the sales organization and individual account teams.
- Identify and address performance gaps quickly.
- Build a culture of data-driven decision making and operational excellence.
GO-TO-MARKET & LAUNCH EXCELLENCE
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver major product and membership launches.

- Ensure WHOOP maintains a consistent and premium brand experience across all channels.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Build and lead a high-performing North American sales organization.
- Define the appropriate organizational structure across key accounts, retail, channel development, sales operations, and strategic partnerships.
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional commercial talent.
- Establish a culture of high standards, accountability, urgency, and collaboration.
- Ensure the organization remains highly connected to global WHOOP commercial and functional teams.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Membership, and Customer Experience.
- Create a single North American commercial plan across functions.
- Ensure sales priorities are aligned with company-wide strategic objectives.
- Bring market, consumer, competitive, and retailer insights into global decision-making.
- Act as the voice of the North American customer and retail ecosystem within WHOOP.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Requirements
3+ year experience in a Business Development role or similar in the B2B sphere
Strong communication and networking skills
Knowledge of the Thai business environment and the ability to communicate confidently in Thai and English are mandatory
Strong network within the brokerage, fintech, affiliate, trading, iGaming, payments, or related industries
An existing network of potential partners, brokers, affiliates, industry contacts, or relevant businesses in Thailand or across Asia will be a major advantage
We offer
Full-time remote role with long-term collaboration (service provider contract)
Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses (paid in EUR or USD directly to your bank account)

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Data Science organisation sits at the heart of Deliveroo powering decision-making across our 3 sided marketplace.
We’re looking for a
Senior Data Scientist
to join our
London
team (working hybrid, 3 days in the office). In this role, you’ll drive high-quality decision-making to maximise impact.
We’re hiring multiple Senior Data Scientists across different areas of the business. Rather than hiring for one fixed team, we use the interview process to understand your strengths, interests and development areas, and then align you to the right scope, remit and team.
About Our Data Science Organisation
We have an outstanding Data Science organisation, with a mission to drive the highest quality decision-making across our marketplace. We work throughout the company, in product, operations, and platform teams and are uniquely placed to use data to help make better decisions and improve data literacy across Deliveroo. We are great communicators, and move fast to serve our customers a little better every day.
Our community is highly active, with guest lectures, study groups, mentorship programmes and a robust technical review process. Data Scientists can progress equally as IC leads or managers.
Our data scientists come from all kinds of backgrounds but have excellence in common. Many are formally trained in data science, many are not.
What You’ll Be Doing
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Proactive Impact Delivery:
You will independently identify, define, and deliver impactful work that aligns with business goals and metrics, operating with minimal guidance to provide high value to your team and the broader organisation. You will own delivery end-to-end, ensuring the delivery of fast, high-quality, solutions that meet business needs.
Navigating Ambiguity and Complexity:
You will excel at deconstructing broad, ambiguous problem spaces into structured technical roadmaps, managing projects that require both deep team-specific rigour and an understanding of how they intersect with adjacent systems.
Strategic Technical Execution:
Drive strategic decision-making by selecting the most effective tool or method for the task, maintaining a focus on high-quality execution and measurable results. You will act as a well-trusted strategic partner to stakeholders, using analytics, effective communication and domain expertise to influence roadmaps.
Experimentation and measurement:
Design and lead measurement strategies that drive product direction, ranging from simple A/B tests to complex experimental designs. You will be equally capable of applying alternative causal inference techniques when standard trials aren't feasible, ensuring the business moves based on data driven insights.
Organisational Alignment
: Actively contribute to the broader Analytics community, driving L+D initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure we are delivering the "right" things org-wide by aligning technical work with overarching business strategy and shared best practices.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant experience in Data Science (or similar) roles.
A pragmatic and adaptable approach, with a strong focus on delivering impact efficiently at pace.
Excellent people skills — you'll be meeting with a range of both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into data science problems
Experience leading both simple and more complex experiment designs, with the ability to proactively unpick insights to steer strategic decision making
Great communication skills - in person, in writing, in code; to technical and non-technical audiences.
Through solid analysis, provide clear and actionable recommendations that influence the team's roadmap.
Effective problem-solving, demonstrating an ability to successfully address complex and ambiguous challenges.
Ability to think creatively and insightfully about business problems
Proficiency with analytical tools like R/Python and familiarity with SQL. Proficiency with Cursor/AI tools to deliver impactful, high quality work efficiently is also valued

We are looking for a Retail Account Manager to join our UAE New Verticals Team. This is a great opportunity to become a critical member in one of the fastest-growing divisions at Deliveroo and drive impact across our most exciting vertical. The Role
In this role, you will manage relationships with a number of our top National and SMB Retail/Non-food partners across a small variety of categories. You will be responsible for onboarding, maintaining, and growing the partnerships as well as being the day-to-day contact between partners and Deliveroo, communicating their needs to internal teams. You will be helping new partners to launch and succeed on the platform and grow existing business on the Deliveroo platform, developing the ‘best in class’ value proposition for our customers within a new and exciting area of our business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Manage the relationship of our top Retail/Non-food partners, becoming the expert in this space as we scale
Driving partner performance by owning your portfolio’s business growth through proactive reporting, weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings and reviews, analysis, improvement projects, and identifying growth opportunities. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive change and devise solutions to ensure issues are addressed and your accounts continue to grow.
Managing marketing and promotional planning for our Retail/Non-Food partners as they scale on the platform.
Ensuring that we are developing an ongoing attractive value proposition for customers, including selection, promotions, pricing, and service levels.
Working closely with compliance, legal, and operations to ensure best practices
Owning the execution of site roll-outs as we scale the proposition, mapping our gaps in coverage for partner expansion
Representing Deliveroo across your partner’s organisation, and ensuring that our internal stakeholders are supporting where appropriate.
What You'll Need To Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
3-4 years of experience in an account management, business development/new business, or commercial role.
Experience in working within the Retail and/or Pharmacy industry is required
Experienced negotiator with the ability to drive mutual value for both partners and Deliveroo
Partner obsessed, with effective relationship building, organisation, and communication skills, whether face to face, through video, phone, or email.
Confident working with and analysing data - able to cut through the noise to understand what performance improvements will help grow your Retail partners, in order to make clear and actionable recommendations.
Able to create ideas and strategies to drive the growth of our joint business with our partners, with a willingness to trial at pace.
Collaborative team player who is able to get the best out of the people around you. Able to work effectively with all levels of Deliveroo.
Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth company is preferable
