ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as a primary point of accountability for customer trust enablement, including participation in customer meetings, security reviews and AI governance.
- Contribute to AI Governance including building guardrails to align with AI regulations (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF and local EU laws).
- Partner closely with Legal and Privacy to interpret regulatory requirements and support complex, security-sensitive contractual discussions, escalating risks and tradeoffs appropriately.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure expectations are reflected in system design and operational effectiveness.
- Translate regulatory and privacy expectations into scalable, region-aware technical controls across model governance, agent security and safety, and data handling.
- Own and evolve customer-facing trust materials and narratives related to AI, privacy, and security.
- Represent Sierra in customer audits and formal assessments, clearly explaining security posture, governance decisions, and risk management approaches.
- Support resilience and response expectations as part of broader governance, with an emphasis on learning and continuous improvement.
- Continuously improve trust by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, increase automation, and improve signal quality, while maintaining a high bar for accuracy and quality.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will act as a strategic partner to Platform, Security, Product, Agent Development, Legal, and GTM, ensuring security and compliance requirements are embedded into architecture decisions, product roadmaps, and go to market execution while supporting product velocity and technical complexity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years of experience in security compliance, privacy, or regulatory roles in SaaS, fintech, or AI companies.
- Deep experience with EU regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, DORA, EU AI Act and emerging AI regulations, paired with strong awareness of US and APAC regulatory norms.
- Demonstrated ability to operate globally understanding where requirements must diverge and where alignment is possible.
- Experience engaging directly with enterprise and regulated customers as a trusted representative of security, privacy, and compliance.
- Ability to translate abstract or evolving regulatory requirements into defensible, real-world practices.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, making reasoned judgment calls, and clearly articulating rationale and tradeoffs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including close collaboration with Legal and external stakeholders.
EVEN BETTER...
- Direct experience preparing for or operationalizing DORA, EU AI Act or ISO/IEC 42001.
- Experience working in and/or supporting fintech or AI companies globally
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or CSA AI controls.
- Experience navigating cross-border data transfer, residency, and localization consideration in a multi-cloud environment.
- Prior experience in customer-facing, sales-adjacent, or deal-support contexts.
- Experience automating global security and compliance workflows.

We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports To: VP of Product
Location: Remote US
Compensation: $230,000 to $250,000
base plus bonus and equity
About the Role:
We are building a product management organization to own and drive our product strategy and are looking for an experienced product manager to join this growing team. As a Staff Product Manager at Huntress, you will assist the CTO in driving the success and expansion of our SIEM product launched in October 2024. We are not building yet another SIEM that intends to replicate what every other SIEM already does. We are building a SIEM that focuses on what really matters to our Small Enterprise and SMB partners. They don’t need a SIEM with all the advanced features and the costs that come with that; they need a SIEM that keeps the relevant data, reduces the noise, makes it easy to find what they need, doesn’t require full-time employees to manage, and works at a cost that fits their budget. This is an opportunity to upend the existing SIEM market for everyone who wants or needs a SIEM but whose current solutions don’t work.
This position offers the chance to help scale the vision of an already wildly successful company past $200M and beyond, sustaining and building on a remarkable existing growth rate. You will make an impact on the vision, goals, and, in partnership with other functions, execution of a SaaS offering (like other Huntress products) that keeps SMB and mid-market customers safe and secure with cutting-edge capabilities currently only found in the largest enterprises. You will work very closely with the company founders, product leaders, engineering leaders, support, sales, and marketing teams, as well as other Product Managers.
To be successful in this position, you must possess a combination of strong business acumen and technical skills to bridge customer business requirements with trends in the threat landscape. You’ll be asked to frequently interact with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to articulate our value proposition.
What You’ll Do:
Work with the Portfolio Leader and relevant stakeholders to assist in setting the SIEM product vision and strategy, and clearly articulate the business value so that everyone understands where we are headed
Analyze market trends and perform competitor analysis and research in order to drive strategy as well as pricing and the product roadmap
Demonstrate an ability to decipher and articulate potentially ambiguous client needs and mold them into successful, innovative solutions that surprise and delight the customer
Work with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories that will be used to shape product specifications and architecture
Prioritize features by assessing their alignment with the broader product strategy and initiatives, as well as unmet market needs
Participate as a key contributor in all phases of product development, from discovery to launch
Drive and manage product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by working closely with marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams
Collaborate with marketing and other key stakeholders to drive and execute product launches to market
Derive feedback and insights from customers through face-to-face interaction and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle
Serve as the intermediary between engineering and senior management and other non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to break down and translate highly technical information into layman's terms and vice versa
Drive high-level strategic initiatives and execution while possessing a willingness to dig into the weeds
Work with design and engineering teams to produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to assess the validity and strength of a new product or feature idea.
Manage and drive results from user experience testing and gain crucial insights into how customers use (or don’t use) the platform
In partnership with product operations, provide product metrics, including conversion rate, churn rate, and monthly recurring revenue, etc., to track and evaluate the success of the product strategy
What You Bring To The Team:
7+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for SIEM products; bonus for SOAR Products
Demonstrated success driving longer-term vision and strategy that resulted in outperformance
Experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, delivery, and launch
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar
Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools
Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes
Experience with products delivered from AWS or other cloud environments
Strong creative and critical thinking abilities
Experience building products for the SMB is a significant benefit

100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays

Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.

EVEN BETTER...
- AI-related experience (experience with product development for AI agents a plus).
- Some coding experience with React, Typescript, and Go.
- MBA or equivalent professional experience (while this is a product management role, you will have the opportunity to lean into broader business roles).
- Past roles that interface with end customers to influence software development.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel is hiring a Strategic Cloud Partnerships Lead to own and grow our relationships with the cloud and infrastructure companies that underpin our platform and help us reach enterprise customers.
This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, product, and go-to-market. You will work with Vercel’s Product and Engineering teams to understand how we use our partners’ infrastructure today, identify where deeper technical collaboration could improve our platform or economics, and turn those opportunities into executable partnership strategies. At the same time, you will build joint go-to-market motions that create pipeline, accelerate enterprise deals, and make Vercel more strategic to our partners’ field organizations.
This is a hybrid position, based in San Francisco, with in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
What you'll do
Own a named set of strategic cloud partners end to end, with accountability for the health, growth, and business impact of each relationship
Develop a clear strategy and joint business plan for each partner, covering technical priorities, commercial opportunities, go-to-market motions, investments, and measures of success
Build a detailed understanding of how Vercel uses each partner’s infrastructure today and identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, geographic reach, product capabilities, or unit economics
Build the business case for new initiatives: size the opportunity, define the customer value, scope the technical investment, model the economics, and give leadership a clear recommendation
Develop and execute joint go-to-market motions, including co-selling, account mapping, marketplace programs, solution development, field enablement, demand generation, and executive engagement
Lead negotiations involving cloud consumption, commercial commitments, marketplace terms, co-sell investments, product integrations, and joint customer offerings
Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to move initiatives from concept through agreement, launch, and growth
What you need
8+ years of experience in cloud partnerships, strategic alliances, business development, enterprise sales, or a related role at a cloud, infrastructure, developer tools, or platform company
A track record of building and growing strategic relationships with major cloud or infrastructure providers
Strong go-to-market experience, including developing joint value propositions, launching co-sell motions, creating pipeline, and helping close complex enterprise opportunities
Strong technical fluency across modern cloud infrastructure and application delivery. You do not need to be an engineer, but you can understand architectures, ask incisive technical questions, and earn credibility with product and engineering teams
Commercial judgment and experience negotiating complex agreements, including cloud commitments, marketplace terms, co-sell structures, or joint product initiatives
Strong agency and comfort with ambiguity. You identify what matters most, decide where to invest, and can defend the choice
Excellent written and verbal communication with executives, technical leaders, field teams, and customers
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
