Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
At Figma, we're building tools that help teams design, build, and ship better products together. Figma Make enables teams to go from prompt to production code, and the Figma agent is a purpose-built design agent that edits files directly on the Figma canvas.
We're looking for a deeply technical product leader to lead the four teams responsible for Figma's Roundtripping area: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform. You'll manage and grow a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and research leaders.
This team builds the products and platform capabilities that help design and code move fluently together. You'll set the strategy for improving connecting customer codebases to Figma.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York hub or remotely within the Eastern US time zone.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead the product aspects of the four teams driving Figma's Roundtripping area - Code Context, Design to Code and Code to Design, and Code Platform
Set vision, strategy, and goals for how design and code stay in sync at Figma
Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows end to end, including quality measurement, improvement, and discoverability
Guide the development of the code-context systems and translation primitives that power agentic workflows and round-tripping between design and code
Manage and develop three Product Managers, hire the team's open Product Manager role, and establish a high bar for product management craft
Partner with leaders across engineering, design, data, and research to make technical product decisions and serve needs across Figma's product suite
Establish a strong operating cadence across the area and own adoption goals for MCP and Design to Code/Code to Design workflows
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, with a proven track record of hiring, calibrating, and developing talent
Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products - has run evals, owned annotation pipelines, and made real ship/no-ship calls on model behavior
A track record of setting strategy and executing on major initiatives in environments with deep technical and product ambiguity - and rallying an org around a bold, unproven bet
Experience working with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn that into shipped product
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication with technical depth; credible in engineering reviews and with senior stakeholders
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As our Cloud Hyperscaler Readiness Lead, you’ll build scalable programs to set our cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure) up for success. You will support the global sales teams across our cloud partners with content, training, and programming, working closely with Anthropic’s Product Marketing,Partner Enablement, and Cloud Partnership teams. Your job is to develop and curate the right material on a rapid cadence, and to tailor content for each audience, ensuring that the messages, formats, and channels each cloud uses to upskill their sellers and solutions architects can position and deploy Claude with confidence. You’ll stay close to our GTM teams, using what our co-sellers are hearing in the field to sharpen what you build and how it lands. This role is the connective tissue that helps diverse audiences across all our cloud partners understand not just what Claude does but also why it matters to the customers they serve.
Responsibilities
Land our mission and differentiation.
You'll make sure Anthropic's mission and our approach to safe, responsible frontier AI show up accurately and consistently wherever cloud sellers encounter us, so the case for Anthropic as the enterprise's trusted AI partner is clear. When positioning changes, you'll get the update into the right channels quickly and retire what's out of date.
Ensure internal and external readiness.
You'll shape our certifications and scaled training for the way each cloud learns and upskills its people. You won’t simply rinse-and-repeat known patterns; instead, you’ll shape programs that fit each provider's world and map to how its marketplace and co-sell mechanics actually work. Internally, you'll enable Anthropic’s field team to be aware of products and programs and effectively engage CSP partners.
Connect the field to the content.
You'll pair internal assets with what our GTM team are hearing in customer conversations, and turn that traction into co-sell plays and assets the next hundred sellers can use without anyone from our team in the room.
Measuring Impact.
You'll define the signals that connect this work to partner-sourced pipeline, deal velocity, and seller engagement, watch what's actually changing seller behavior, and adjust based on what you see.
You may be a good fit if you have
A working understanding of how Cloud Service Providers go to market
Deep understanding of what motivates sellers, and how to land a message so it gets retained
A track record of taking a narrative or asset to scale through channels you don't own, and showing what changed because of it
Excellent program management skills, a systems mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity against a fast launch cadence
Experience pairing marketing and enablement content with field feedback to build plays, assets, and/or repeatable programs for internal and external teams
A background in product marketing, partner or channel marketing, sales enablement, or co-sell program management. (We’re also very happy to hear from you if you come from a non-traditional background!)
The ability to make safety and responsibility a credible, compelling part of a commercial story, and genuine interest in Anthropic's mission
Strong presence in front of an audience, from a live seller call to a room of technical and commercial people at once
The ability to influence people you don't manage, across Anthropic and inside large partner organizations
Willingness to dive in and figure out what needs to be done, often without concrete guidance or a large supporting team
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with marketplace and/or reseller motions
Experience shaping positioning and differentiation for enterprise buyers
Experience launching technical products or platform capabilities through a channel or partner ecosystem
Hands-on familiarity with LLM and AI developer tooling, or a demonstrated ability to get technical quickly in a new domain
Experience using AI in your own day-to-day workflows to extend your scale and reach
Familiarity with LMS and partner portal platforms

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us build Nebius Serverless AI — our GPU-native platform for deploying inference endpoints, batch jobs, and AI workloads without managing infrastructure. Customers run production AI on it today; the mission now is to make it the fastest, cheapest, most reliable place to ship GPU workloads on the planet.
This is a senior, high-ownership position on a fast-evolving service. You'll set the technical bar: own the architecture of the parts you ship, drive the hard design decisions, and raise the standard of everything around you through code reviews, design reviews, and the way you operate. The work is end-to-end — from cold-start latency in the runtime to the API contract customers integrate against.
You'll work from our office in Amsterdam or London, hybrid.
In this position, your responsibility will be to:
Design and build core components of the Serverless platform — the control plane, scheduler, runtime, autoscaler, and the APIs customers integrate against.
Own the hardest engineering problems on the service: cold-start latency, GPU scheduling under contention, multi-tenant isolation, fair-share quotas, request routing at the edge.
Set the technical direction for the areas you own — drive architecture decisions, write the design docs, and align the team behind the chosen approach.
Raise the engineering bar across the team through code reviews, design reviews, and example — the kind of senior presence that compounds.
Run the service like an SRE: define SLOs, build observability, lead incident response, and make sure every postmortem changes the platform, not just the runbook.
Work directly with customers on architecture reviews, performance escalations, and the production problems that don't fit a ticket template.
Partner closely with Product, GTM, and infrastructure teams to translate customer needs into a coherent technical roadmap.
We expect you to have:
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production distributed systems at scale.
Excellent knowledge of Golang, or you are ready to quickly switch to it.
Deep experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration — you've operated it in anger, not just deployed it.
Strong distributed-systems instincts: consistency vs. availability trade-offs, queueing, backpressure, retries, idempotency, multi-tenancy.
Experience designing and operating high-throughput, low-latency services — you know where the milliseconds go and how to get them back.
A history of being the engineer others look to on hard problems — driving design discussions, unblocking teammates, and shipping the thing nobody else wanted to touch.
Ability to write reliable code and dig into complex problems.
Teamwork-oriented approach.
It would be an added bonus if you had:
Experience building serverless or function-as-a-service platforms (Knative, AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, Cloudflare Workers, Modal, Replicate, Together, Fireworks, Anyscale, or similar).
GPU scheduling experience — Kubernetes device plugins, MIG, MPS, time-slicing, NVIDIA GPU Operator.
ML inference experience — vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, SGLang, model loading and warm-pool strategies.
Cold-start optimization at the runtime, image, or snapshot level (FireCracker, gVisor, checkpoint/restore, image streaming).
Experience writing Kubernetes operators (Go + controller-runtime / kubebuilder).
Contributions to relevant open-source projects in the serverless, scheduling, or inference ecosystems.
We conduct coding interviews as part of the process.

To support this ambition, we're hiring a Sales Director to lead our human-led Sales strategy and join our growing team in Barcelona.
🚤 The role
We're looking for a Sales Director to join our crew in Barcelona and own the strategy for our human-led Sales: the part of our business where a Sales rep steps in between a tenant and an owner to close the deal.
This is an inbound, transactional, high-volume business (40k leads per year), international and B2C, with an average basket of €7K.
Reporting directly to the COO, you'll lead a team of 4 Sales Managers handling around 15 Sales Executives and 25 seasonal employees, with full ownership of your team's recruitment and the whole Sales cycle.

Your mission is clear: deliver the yearly expected revenue base while :
Challenging the Sales approach we've had for the past 10 years
Managing potential geographical and segment expansion
Assessing where AI could be wisely introduced in our Sales cycle.
You'll shape the strategy, own the execution, and measure the impact.
🛟 What floats your boat
You will be responsible for the following:
Defining and executing the human-led Sales strategy, from first contact to closing, to reach your revenue objective. Lead generation stays out of your scope.
Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of 4 Sales Managers, setting clear objectives aligned with company goals and building a culture of accountability, constant feedback, and raising the bar.
Ensuring the quality and delivery of recruitment by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.
Managing the Sales side of potential business expansion into new geographies like the U.S. or segments like luxury yachting.
Introducing AI into the dealflow when relevant.
Managing your P&L according to budget.

5+ years of experience managing a team and driving performance through coaching, prioritisation, and clear goal-setting.
A first experience of managing managers.
A doer and problem-solver with a massive bias for action, comfortable rolling up your sleeves and balancing the long-term view with short-term workarounds.
Data-obsessed and analytically rigorous: comfortable building and reading dashboards (Tableau or equivalent) to report on your line of business with accuracy.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with Tech, Marketing, and Business teams while minimising dependencies.
Full proficiency in English is required.
🌊 Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)
Spanish or French.
Seasonal experience with scale-up/scale-down.

The Infrastructure Acquisition Group
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group secures the land, power, and data center capacity that enables the Nebius AI Cloud. We identify where Nebius should grow next, structure the commercial agreements that make that growth possible, and partner across engineering, energy, finance, legal, and development to bring new AI infrastructure online.
We're a small, founding team building this function from the ground up, leading the acquisition of colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities as one of the world's fastest-growing AI cloud platforms scales.
Examples of Problems We're Solving
Determine whether a site can actually support the AI infrastructure we're planning to build.
Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence across geotechnical, environmental, civil, utility, and entitlement workstreams to determine whether a project is technically feasible before Nebius commits capital.
Build a repeatable technical due diligence program.
Help establish the standards, consultant network, playbooks, and review processes that ensure every infrastructure opportunity is evaluated consistently across the Americas.
Identify technical risk before it becomes commercial risk.
Work with Site Selection, Project Development, Engineering, and external consultants to identify development constraints early enough to influence negotiations, investment decisions, and project schedules.
About the Role
As a Technical Due Diligence Manager, you'll evaluate the technical feasibility of AI infrastructure opportunities across the Americas before Nebius commits capital. Working within the Infrastructure Acquisition Group, you'll lead multidisciplinary engineering due diligence across powered land and build-to-suit developments, partnering with Site Selection, Engineering, Energy, Legal, and Project Development to identify technical risk, assess development feasibility, and support investment decisions.
This is a build-phase role on a build-phase team. Many of the standards, playbooks, consultant relationships, and technical review processes you'll use are still being written—in some cases, you'll help write them. We're looking for someone who can independently lead complex technical due diligence programs while helping build the systems that make every future evaluation faster, more consistent, and more scalable.
What You'll Own
Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land, build-to-suit, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities.
Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and entitlement studies required to evaluate prospective sites.
Procure, manage, and coordinate external engineering and technical consultants from scope development through final recommendation.
Interpret technical findings and provide development recommendations supporting acquisition decisions.
Prepare technical due diligence summaries and present risks, constraints, and recommendations to executive leadership.
Technical Risk Assessment
Evaluate geotechnical conditions, environmental constraints, utility capacity, network connectivity and fiber access, entitlement requirements, constructability, and development schedules.
Identify technical risks that may impact project cost, schedule, or feasibility.
Recommend mitigation strategies and additional investigations where appropriate.
Quantify technical risks and communicate commercial impacts to Site Selection and Project Development.
Studies & Consultant Management
Define the scope of engineering, environmental, geotechnical, surveying, utility, and entitlement studies required to evaluate prospective sites.
Procure, manage, and coordinate external engineering and technical consultants from scope development through final recommendation.
Interpret engineering studies and translate technical findings into clear development recommendations.
Maintain technical documentation and due diligence records that support investment decisions.
Program Standards & Process
Apply Nebius' technical due diligence standards consistently across all projects.
Help develop and improve due diligence templates, consultant scopes, checklists, and review processes.
Capture lessons learned to strengthen future technical evaluations.
Build and maintain a trusted network of engineering and technical consultants.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Site Selection to evaluate new infrastructure opportunities and support acquisition recommendations.
Work with Project Development to transition technically viable projects into development.
Coordinate with Engineering, Energy, Network, Legal, Finance, and Delivery throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Build trusted relationships with engineering firms, land-use attorneys, environmental consultants, and technical partners.
What Success Looks Like
Deliver timely technical recommendations that support investment decisions.
Identify development risks early enough to influence commercial negotiations and project strategy.
Establish consistent technical due diligence standards across the Americas.
Build a trusted network of engineering and technical consultants.
Help build the standards and processes the Infrastructure Acquisition Group runs on as it scales.
What You'll Bring
You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist. You know how to independently lead complex technical due diligence efforts while helping define how future evaluations should be performed.
5–10 years of experience leading technical due diligence, site development, civil engineering, land development, infrastructure design, or large-scale industrial projects.
Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultants.
Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, zoning, entitlements, utility coordination, permitting, and infrastructure development.
Ability to interpret engineering studies and translate technical findings into business recommendations.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hyperscale data center, AI infrastructure, or mission-critical developments.
Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or similar technical certification.
Experience with large-scale infrastructure acquisition or development programs.
Knowledge of utility infrastructure, transmission, and power markets.
Why Join Nebius
The infrastructure supporting AI is being built now. This is an opportunity to help define how Nebius evaluates the next generation of AI infrastructure while helping build the function itself—the standards, consultant network, technical processes, and playbooks that will support infrastructure investments across the Americas. You'll work on some of the industry's largest and most complex AI infrastructure opportunities while helping shape the physical foundation of the global AI economy.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

Someone who knows how to build and scale teams and leadership excellence from $100M to $500M+ organizations, operate in AI-native fluid environments, and have experience selling-to, expanding, and renewing with client operators from across a variety of ICPs (From operators in Marketing, HR, Operations, and Finance, to technologists in AI, IT Infrastructure, and Security).
Runway is searching for leaders who enjoy the build - hiring top-performing AEs and frontline leaders to grow your teams for scale. You’re a leader-of-leaders who lead hybrid revenue pods of AEs + Engagement managers. We expect you to think like a CRO - every pod is effectively a P&L, expansion is as much your number as new logos, and any customer who signs needs to see value through consumption of the Runway platform.
If you have only ever inherited a running enterprise org, this is not the right fit. If you have built one, we'd like to talk.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and lead an Enterprise segment of 3-4 frontline sales managers; each with 3-5 revenue pods beneath them with operating Enterprise Account Executives and Engagement Managers in each pod. At scale, this role leads 25 - 40 GTM teammates
- Own the segment's new ACV and NRR targets - both numbers, one owner, reviewed weekly with the CRO
- Engage personally with C-level executives on accounts, building business cases and navigating procurement, security review, legal through to production deployment
- Run the operating rhythm: forecasting to +/-5%, deal inspection, pipeline generation discipline, and account planning across a long-cycle book
- Ensure that each of your leaders engages their revenue pods (AE + Engagement manager) to drive license consumption and value output. The more we invest in our customer’s adoption, the more everyone wins.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales with 5+ years leading enterprise sales organizations with experience as a second-line leader
- A validated record of building - you have grown an enterprise segment past 25 sellers and beaten the number while doing it
- Personal history of closing and sponsoring $250k-$1M+ ACV deals with $1B+ revenue companies
- Experience running consumption or usage-based revenue models, where expansion is earned through customer value
- Fluency with modern AI - you use these tools daily, operate your team with them to drive productivity, you can demo Runway credibly to a CMO or CTO, and you have a defensible point of view on where generative media is going
- Deep understanding of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to reinforce value-orientation and deal progression with your teams
- A record of exceeding quota year-over-year
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO HAVE
- Experience selling API and AI infrastructure solutions to CTO / CIOs
- Sold creative, media, or content technology to Fortune 500 marketing and studio organizations
- Built vertical pod or team structures with shared new ACV + NRR%/Renewal ownership
- Scaled a GTM org through the $100M to $500M+ revenue stage

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
About the company
Our client is a fast-growing marketing consultancy and growth agency specializing in the medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine sector. Operating globally across the US, UK, Australia, and beyond, the team helps premium clinics and MedSpas transition from inconsistent results to predictable, $100K+ monthly revenue. By moving beyond traditional lead generation, they implement comprehensive growth frameworks that optimize high-ticket patient acquisition, sales conversion systems, and client retention strategies for treatments like body sculpting, injectables, and advanced laser therapies.
As a performance-driven scale-up, the company is dedicated to solving the complex operational and marketing challenges faced by modern aesthetic practices. The team fosters a results-oriented and innovative environment, focusing on delivering measurable impact through structured systems rather than generic advertising. This is an opportunity to join a strategic, forward-thinking organization that is redefining how premium health and beauty businesses scale their operations in a competitive international market.
Job Summary
Most agencies stop caring once the lead lands. We don't. At this company, we recognize that the gap between an interested lead and a paid deposit is where high-ticket aesthetics is truly won or lost. We have world-class lead generation and robust systems; what we need is a dedicated CRO Lead to own the "click-to-booking" journey. You will turn anecdotal feedback into a systematic conversion machine, acting as the bridge between creative intelligence and bottom-line results. If you thrive on watching session recordings, debunking objections, and proving your hypotheses with hard evidence, this is the role where you can truly own the funnel.

A proven track record of running tests, predicting outcomes, and measuring results.
High-Ticket Lead Gen Expertise:
Experience optimizing landing pages and forms specifically for high-intent, considered purchases.

Cultural Alignment:

Timezone Alignment:
Ability to work primarily within USA business hours to collaborate effectively with the team and partner clinics.
Data-Driven Communication:
Expert written and verbal English with the ability to present data-backed findings confidently to stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves
Industry Background:
Previous experience in MedSpa, aesthetics, or healthcare lead generation.

Our client is a fast-growing sales acceleration agency based in the UK, specializing in bespoke B2B and B2C telemarketing, lead generation, and appointment setting. Working as an embedded extension of marketing departments for both high-street brands and emerging businesses, the team focuses on non-scripted, natural engagement to drive authentic growth. They pride themselves on a personalized approach to outreach, converting cold prospects into qualified meetings and tangible business opportunities across various sectors.
Job Summary
This is a high-impact role for a battle-tested cold caller who thrives on high-level B2B engagement. At this company, we don’t do "scripted" telemarketing or "pitch-slapping." We specialize in sophisticated, personalized outreach to Directors of large organizations on behalf of growing brands. Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound cold calling (targeting ~180 dials per day) to identify and engage key decision-makers.

Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of pure B2B cold calling experience with a proven track record of booking sales meetings.

Perplexity is scaling at a pace few companies ever experience, and talent is the surface where our biggest bets get won or lost. We're hiring a Program Manager to sit at the center of that motion, owning the mission-critical, cross-functional programs that shape how we plan, prioritize, and hire.
This is a uniquely visible seat, reserved for operators who thrive in ambiguity and have a track record of driving companywide initiatives to measurable outcomes. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with recruiting leadership, executives, and cross-functional partners to architect the systems, operating rhythms, and decision-making frameworks that let the company move faster and with more clarity. When a complex, high-stakes program needs an owner, you're the person leadership turns to.
What You'll Do
- Own Perplexity's most consequential talent programs end-to-end, from ambiguous mandate to shipped outcome
- Partner directly with executives and recruiting leadership to turn strategy into programs with clear owners, milestones, and accountability
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across Recruiting, People, Finance, and business leadership, aligning stakeholders and clearing blockers before they escalate
- Design the operating cadence of the org: planning cycles, prioritization, reporting rhythms, and executive updates that keep leadership decisive
- Build the systems, tooling, and workflows that let recruiting scale, automating the repetitive so human judgment goes to the highest-leverage work
- Stand up the metrics and dashboards that turn hiring data into faster, sharper decisions
- Anticipate risk on the highest-visibility programs, communicate crisply under pressure, and drive to resolution when priorities shift
- Set the bar for program excellence and codify repeatable playbooks the rest of the company can adopt
What You Bring
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, including ownership of companywide, mission-critical initiatives
- Direct experience partnering with and presenting to executives on high-stakes, cross-functional work
- Track record of driving ambiguous programs to measurable outcomes in fast-paced, rapidly scaling environments
- Operational rigor. You build order out of chaos and design systems that outlast you
- Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to structure messy data into clear direction for leadership
- Sharp communication and stakeholder judgment, with the discretion to operate on sensitive, high-visibility work
- A builder's mindset and a bias for action, aligned with Perplexity's ethos of building what hasn't been built before
- Recruiting, talent, or People-org program experience is a plus, but we're optimizing for the best operators first
