You will be the first technical point of contact for IT administrators, security teams, and MSP partners, helping them get the most out of the Spin.AI platform—from onboarding and configuration to troubleshooting backups, restores, security alerts, and integrations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, explaining technical concepts clearly, and building trust with customers. You will work closely with our Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams, and your feedback will directly shape the product and our knowledge base.

What You Will Do:
Provide technical support to customers and partners via email, chat, and video calls, meeting response and resolution SLAs.
Research, diagnose, and resolve issues across Spin.AI products, including backup and restore, ransomware protection, DLP, SSPM/app risk assessment.
Troubleshoot integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, including admin consoles, OAuth/API permissions, and service accounts.
Guide new customers through onboarding, setup, and best-practice configuration.
Reproduce issues, gather logs and evidence, and escalate to Engineering with clear, well-documented tickets; follow through until resolution.
Manage and document cases accurately in our ticketing system (Jira Service Management), ensuring proper recording and closure of all issues.
Write and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and internal tech notes.
Act as the voice of the customer—share recurring issues, feature requests, and product feedback with Product and Engineering.
Partner with Customer Success and Account Management on adoption, renewals, and at-risk accounts, and flag expansion opportunities you spot in customer conversations.
Prepare timely reports on support trends and contribute ideas to improve support processes and tooling, including AI-assisted support.
What You Bring:
4+ years of experience in technical support, IT support, or a customer-facing engineering role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of owning complex technical escalations from start to finish.
Hands-on administration experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
Working understanding of SaaS and cloud concepts such as APIs, OAuth, SSO/SAML, user and permission models, and data retention.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguous issues methodically.
Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher) and the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent client-facing skills, empathy, and a sense of ownership for the customer outcome.
Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently, both in the office and remotely on weekends, and prioritize multiple issues in a fast-paced setting.
Curiosity and willingness to learn the platform deeply in order to deliver fast, effective support.
Based in Lisbon, Portugal, or willing to relocate, and eligible to work in Portugal.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, or Jira.
Background in cybersecurity, data protection, backup/recovery, or DLP.
Certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator or Microsoft 365 Administrator.
Scripting or technical tooling skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, REST API tools like Postman).
Experience with Jira Service Management, Planhat, or similar support and CS tools.
Additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian).
Experience supporting MSPs or channel partners

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Our Partner Experience team is building an AI-native operating model on top of a growing set of partner-facing systems: Salesforce, PEM, the partner portal, enablement and certification platforms, and the integrations that connect them. Our systems lead owns the architecture and data model. Our GTM Systems team builds and releases changes in Salesforce. Our AI Operations Engineer builds the agentic workflows that run on top of it. This role connects the business to all of them: a senior business systems analyst who runs discovery, captures requirements, leads UAT, and publishes release notes for every bug fix, improvement, enhancement, and new build, and who is hands-on enough as a Salesforce admin to keep the platform healthy in production. You'll use Claude every day to draft requirements, write test cases and release notes, and keep documentation current, and you'll be the person who spots which recurring requests should become automations.
As our Senior Partner Systems Analyst, you'll own how change happens on the partner systems stack. When a partner program launches, a partner manager needs a new workflow, or a partner can't see their deal registration, you're the first call. You'll sit down with the people who raised it to understand the problem, write requirements the GTM Systems team or the AI Operations Engineer can build from, run UAT with the people who will use it, and publish release notes so nobody has to ask what changed. For smaller fixes, you'll make the change yourself as a Salesforce admin.
This is a senior analyst role with real ownership. You'll set up the intake, discovery, UAT, and release processes rather than inherit them, decide what gets worked on first, and make sure nothing ships without agreed requirements, UAT sign-off, and release notes.
Key responsibilities
Lead discovery for new requests: meet with partner managers, partner operations, and other stakeholders to understand the problem, map the current process, and size the change before anything is built.
Capture requirements for bug fixes, improvements, enhancements, and new builds: user stories, process flows, field and access definitions, acceptance criteria, and edge cases, precise enough that the systems lead, the GTM Systems team, the AI Operations Engineer, or an implementation partner can build from them.
Work with the GTM Systems team and the AI Operations Engineer through the full delivery cycle for enhancements, improvements, new builds, and bug fixes: hand over requirements, answer questions during the build, review what was built against the acceptance criteria, and coordinate the release.
Own UAT for every change: write the test plan and test cases from the acceptance criteria, coordinate testers from the partner team, log and retest defects, collect sign-off, and smoke test in production after each release.
Write and publish release notes for every release: what changed, who it affects, and what users need to do differently, in language partner managers can act on.
Prioritize the backlog with stakeholders, weighing partner impact, risk, and effort, and keep a clear, visible view of what's coming next and why.
Serve as the point of contact for bugs, enhancement requests, and system questions across Salesforce, PEM, and the partner portal, and own the intake queue end to end.
Triage production incidents: reproduce the issue, assess impact and severity, resolve it or route it to the right owner, and keep affected teams updated until it's closed.
Administer Salesforce for the partner org: objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
Understand how data moves between Salesforce and PEM, monitor integration health, and diagnose sync failures, mapping errors, and access issues.
Document the platform: system documentation, data dictionary, integration maps, and admin runbooks.
Identify repeatable admin and support requests, log them as automation candidates, and partner with the AI Operations Engineer to move them off the manual queue.
Minimum qualifications
Experience running discovery and requirements sessions with business stakeholders, and turning what you hear into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
A track record of working with a systems or engineering team through a build, from requirements handover to release.
Disciplined testing habits: you have planned and run UAT with business users, with test cases written from acceptance criteria, defects tracked to closure, and sign-off before release, and you don't consider a change done until it has been smoke tested.
Clear written communication: your requirements get built correctly the first time, your release notes tell non-technical users what changed and what to do, and your documentation is something people actually use.
You already use LLM tools like Claude in your day-to-day work and can show where it changed how you gather requirements, test, or document.
A track record of owning a production Salesforce org or business systems stack, including the intake, triage, and release processes around it.
Strong Salesforce admin skills: declarative configuration, flows, validation rules, the security and sharing model, and reporting.
Working knowledge of integrations: how records sync between systems through APIs or middleware, how to read an error log, and how to trace a data issue back to its source.
A structured approach to incidents: you separate symptoms from root cause and communicate clearly while things are broken.
Judgment about priorities: you can say "no" or "not yet" and explain why.
Preferred qualifications
5+ years as a business systems analyst, Salesforce administrator, or in a similar role where you owned discovery, requirements, and UAT for business systems, ideally supporting a partner, sales, or customer success organization.
Experience working in a sprint-based delivery model, with a shared backlog and regular sprint reviews.
Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, partner portals, or channel programs such as deal registration, certifications, or MDF.
Salesforce release management experience: sandboxes, change sets or DevOps tooling, and deployment checklists.
SQL or scripting skills for data investigation and cleanup.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst certification.
How this role works with the team
You'll work day to day with our Partner Business Systems Lead, who owns systems architecture and the partner portal, the GTM Systems team, who build and release changes in Salesforce, and our AI Operations Engineer, who builds the agentic workflows that run across those systems. The systems lead designs the platform, the GTM Systems team and the AI Operations Engineer build on it, and you connect the business to the build: you run discovery, capture the requirements, lead UAT, and publish the release notes for enhancements, improvements, new builds, and bug fixes. You'll also be the main point of contact for partner managers and other internal teams who depend on these systems.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About this role
GiveDirectly gives cash directly to people living in poverty and in emergencies. Both depend on the same question: did this person live in this place, at this time? We ask it when we target the poorest households, and when a disaster displaces a community overnight. Location records held by Mobile Network Operators (MNO) can help us estimate an answer to this question at scale. We work with MNOs so they can infer, from their own records, whether a subscriber was resident in a target area over a defined period. Robust residence location inference from MNO data requires in-depth analytical work, and the methods we design have to run on an operator's systems - most often implemented by their engineers - under strict data protection and confidentiality rules.
We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to progress our work on location inference from MNO data, and to make it repeatable. Your job is to improve and extend our library of method templates, adapt them to each new operator and setting, and design new elements when an intervention requires it. You'll assess what can be inferred from a given operator's data, specify the analysis clearly enough for their data engineers to implement, then test it with them remotely or on site. You'll support introductory meetings with MNOs, describing methodologies at a high level, and inform the work of data privacy and cybersecurity teams to ensure only necessary data are shared securely. You'll also help colleagues across GiveDirectly understand the strengths and limitations of this data source, so we design programs around questions it can best answer.
This work is live in several countries, and we're expanding it across the countries where we have offices and to low- and middle-income countries anywhere in the world when a crisis hits.
Reports to:
Senior Product Manager - MNO data
Level
: Senior Manager
Location:
At this stage of GiveDirectly’s growth and scale, we’re prioritizing hiring in the countries below, where we can employ you through a GD entity or an established employer of record: Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, DRC, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, and United States. This list reflects where our employment infrastructure is established today, and may evolve as we grow. If you’re based elsewhere and not open to relocation, we may not be able to consider your application for this role right now, but we’d encourage you to check back.
Please note that we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time.
Travel Requirement:
Substantial international travel, roughly 25 to 50% of your time depending on emergencies, sometimes at short notice - for workshops with operators to support programs and emergency responses.
What you’ll do:
Improve and extend our library of analytical method templates for establishing where people live from MNO data, and depending on circumstances, for detecting displacement or estimating poverty. Design novel methods when an intervention requires it.
Support colleagues in technical conversations with operators, bringing clarity on the data we need and why, and steering discussions toward technical designs that make the analysis workable.
Assess the information that can be inferred from each operator's data given data types and sparsity, and for each geography and targeted area. Support intervention design to account for data quality.
Write tests and method specifications for MNO data engineers to implement: steps, parameters, pseudocode, validation criteria.
Guide operator engineering teams through implementation, in writing and in person. Adapt methods to accommodate large data volume and computational constraints, balancing accuracy and operational needs.
Run in-country workshops with operators to support the set-up of new analyses and - where feasible - tune parameters based on statistical tests and distributions.
Feed every new analytical and implementation element back into standard templates, so the next country or intervention starts from a better position than the last.
Design for privacy from the start, so that as little data as possible has to be shared: aggregation, minimization, and where useful, privacy-enhancing technologies such as private set intersection or homomorphic encryption.
Protect the confidentiality of what operators share with us and improve internal data security processes and tools as we grow.
Build internal training material so that our technical and non-technical teams understand the strengths and limits of this data, and design interventions accordingly.
What you’ll bring:
Exceptional alignment with
GiveDirectly Values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity. We welcome and strongly encourage applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the low-income and/or historically marginalized communities that we serve.
Strong mathematical modeling, machine learning and statistics. You choose methods for the question rather than for their sophistication, and you value being able to explain a result over squeezing out the last point of performance.
Deep comfort with spatio-temporal data: temporal filtering, GIS, probability distributions, combinatorial reasoning, and working with sparse, irregular observations. Direct experience with Call Detail Records (CDRs) or latching data is a strong plus. Comparable experience with mobility, transport, sensor or remote-sensing data counts.
The ability to reason without ground truth. Much of this work has no validated answer to check against, and you're comfortable setting parameters by reading the shape of the data and defending that choice.
Pragmatism about the trade-off between accuracy and implementability. You've deliberately simplified a method to fit an operational constraint, and you can say what it cost you.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You can explain a method and its limitations to an operator's engineers, to their data protection officer, to their leadership and to colleagues with or without technical background. You write well and are comfortable presenting to these multiple audiences. You build trust with counterparts you don’t manage, and they want to work with you again.
Experience writing technical specifications that other teams implemented, clear enough that people you don't manage could follow them correctly.
Able to read and review SQL and Python written by others, and to find the logical error in someone else's query. Writing production-quality code yourself is welcome but not required. Enough understanding of large data volumes and databases to judge when analytical simplification is required.
Commitment to privacy by design as a foundational value and starting point rather than a compliance step: designing analyses so that less personal data has to be shared. Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies for shared computation (private set intersection, secure multi-party computation, homomorphic encryption) is a strong plus.
Commitment to confidentiality. You've handled a partner's commercially sensitive data and can describe the habits you built around it, not just the clause you signed.
Experience designing training material that changed how non-specialist colleagues used a data source.
Comfort in fast-moving contexts where the brief may often shift, and where your technical expertise and understanding may not be shared by other stakeholders.
Additional desirable experience may include: poverty modeling; familiarity with survey data and survey instruments; experience inside a mobile network operator or working closely with one; open-source contributions in the mobility estimation space.
Comfortable with travel to fragile and post-disaster contexts.
Language Requirement: English.
Language Preferences: French, Portuguese, Swahili or Spanish.

The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
As a Strategic CSM, you’ll partner with our largest and most complex customers to help them succeed in the new era of AI-driven customer service. You’ll work with C-suite leaders and their Support teams to guide them through their AI Agent transformation with Fin — from early project scoping and requirements gathering, to measurable adoption, to industry-best automation rates and business outcomes.
This role is an opportunity to shape how the world’s leading companies deploy AI to transform their support operations and achieve strategic outcomes aligned to their business goals.
Responsibilities
Own the retention and health of a portfolio of strategic customers. Track leading indicators (Fin resolution rate, involvement, CSAT, adoption breadth, stakeholder engagement), flag risk early, and run mitigation plans to secure renewals in partnership with Account Management.
Drive measurable value realization by tying Fin’s performance to each customer’s business outcomes (cost savings, team capacity, customer experience), and make that ROI visible to executive sponsors at every stage of the relationship.
Build and prioritize an Automation Roadmap for each customer, balancing competing demands to deliver outcomes across your portfolio.
Develop trusted advisor relationships from the C-suite to individual contributors, and multi-thread accounts so success doesn’t depend on a single champion.
Lead requirements gathering and process mapping of customers’ standard operating procedures, and document them in clear, precise and actionable terms.
Partner with engineers to turn customer requirements into Fin solution designs, and guide customers on configuration best practices, knowledge strategy and prompt design.
Analyze Fin usage and performance data to find optimization opportunities, close resolution gaps and uncover expansion use cases.
Lead Success Plans, QBRs/EBRs and strategic planning sessions that align Fin’s roadmap with the customer’s goals.
Keep deep product knowledge of Fin’s fast-expanding capabilities and stay aware of where the AI-agent market is heading, so you can position Fin against alternatives.
Act as the Voice of the Customer internally, turning customer insights into product feedback and shaping our solutions strategy.
Mentor other CSMs and help shape the playbooks and best practices of a growing team.
What skills do I need?
8+ years of customer-facing experience in management consulting, strategy, advisory, or enterprise SaaS CSM roles.
Experience with business process mapping, requirements analysis, and solution design.
Strong technical acumen and passion for AI/agent-building (coding not required).
Ability to simplify and communicate complex problems clearly across audiences.
Strong prioritization skills to effectively manage a broad portfolio of customer accounts while delivering depth of impact.
Demonstrated success driving adoption, process improvement, and measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and curious team player with a high level of self-efficacy.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll run Morpho’s corporate IT: accounts and access, laptops, and the SaaS tools the company runs on, all set up securely. You’ll work closely with the security team: they set policy and lead on incidents, and you put that policy in place across our tools and devices. The scope is broad and the work is hands-on. We’d rather automate repetitive work than hire for it, so expect to write scripts and build your own tooling, using AI where it helps. We’ll go through our stack with you early in the process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer SSO, the directory and the password manager. Handle onboarding and offboarding, and run regular access reviews.
- Manage the Mac fleet: setup, MDM policies, OS and app updates, and keeping the endpoint security agent installed and working.
- Apply the security baselines and access policies the security team defines, and keep our tools configured to match.
- Administer our SaaS tools: setup, admin access and licences. Handle the IT side of bringing on new vendors.
- Support the security team during incidents by isolating devices, revoking access and pulling logs.
- Provide evidence for IT controls during audits.
- Automate repetitive work such as onboarding, offboarding, access reviews and evidence collection.
- Write and maintain documentation for IT procedures.
- Take part in IT on-call.
DEFINITION OF SUCCESS
- 1 month: handles onboarding, offboarding and day-to-day account and device work without help, and knows how our tools are set up.
- End of probation: owns our identity, device and SaaS setup, has automated at least one process that used to be manual, and is the person the security team goes to for IT changes and incident support.
- 12 months: runs corporate IT independently. Onboarding, offboarding, access reviews and audit evidence mostly run on tooling they built.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in IT, systems engineering or IT security.
- Hands-on admin experience with an enterprise identity provider, an MDM and endpoint security tools.
- Strong macOS management: configuration profiles, privacy preference and system extension policies.
- Writes Python or Bash to automate work. Infrastructure as code is a plus.
- Has supported a SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar audit.
- Knows crypto companies are frequent targets of phishing and social engineering, and sets up systems with that in mind. Web3 or fintech experience is a plus.
- Writes clear documentation.
- Prefers simple setups people follow over perfect ones they work around.
- Comfortable being part of an on-call rotation.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

• Implement project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid approaches) to
streamline workflows, adapting them to fixed finance deadlines such as month-end, quarter-end

• Identify manual, repetitive Finance processes and deliver AI-driven process automation: define
the business case, success metrics and controls, run pilots, and track adoption and measured
savings.
• Conduct risk assessments, anticipate blockers, and deploy prompt mitigation or escalation
strategies, maintaining risk, issue and dependency logs, including data quality, security, access-
control, AI-use and regulatory risks specific to financial data and multi-country operations.

• Work directly with engineers and architects on integrations between finance and business
systems, data flows, testing, environments and releases, and challenge technical estimates

• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops so Finance and IT stakeholders can adopt
new solutions and automations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, and apply that

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business

and dependency logs.
• Experience setting up and running project governance, including charters, RACI, steering
committees, change control and post-implementation reviews.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall, and ability to run hybrid delivery.
PMP strongly preferred; PRINCE2, CSM or PSM valued.
• Experience owning project budgets and forecasts and governing external development or
integration vendors, including statements of work and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-driven process automation, for example with LLM-based
assistants, document and data extraction, RPA or low-code workflow platforms, including
assessing which processes are good automation candidates, defining controls and managing
pilots through to adoption.
• Experience delivering projects for Finance or other regulated, numbers-driven functions, such as
reporting and analytics, treasury or payments integrations, and payables and receivables
tooling, with an understanding of month-end close, controls and audit needs.
• Strong technical knowledge of the SDLC, cloud and infrastructure, APIs and system integrations,
databases and data pipelines, and testing and release management.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint for
budget tracking and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex
information to Finance, IT and executive stakeholders, plus leadership without direct authority,

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Senior Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Senior Customer Solutions Architect (Sr. CSA) owns the technical relationship for our most complex and strategic customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the Sr. CSA makes sure these customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor to some of our largest customers. The Sr. CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: leading architecture strategy, running executive-level technical conversations, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion.
The Sr. CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) across a book of larger, more strategic accounts. Beyond their own accounts, the Sr. CSA sets the standard for the CSA team by mentoring teammates, building repeatable playbooks, and shaping how the team works. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Location:
Austin, TX / Denver, CO / New York City, NY (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Austin, Denver or NYC and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Customer Adoption and Value Realization
Own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of our most complex, strategic Enterprise accounts, including multi-business-unit and multi-region customers
Set the adoption strategy for each account, and drive optimization and sustained usage of the platform at scale
Introduce new products and features to customer leaders and architects, and shape how they fit into the customer's roadmap
Design enablement programs and workshops for large, distributed customer teams, and turn the best ones into reusable programs for the CSA team
Anticipate churn or contraction risks well before they surface, and lead recovery plans for at-risk strategic accounts, including implementation reviews and healthcheck sessions
Expansion and Growth
Co-lead multi-quarter expansion strategy with the AE across business units, regions, and use cases, including opportunities to bring both Fivetran and dbt into an account
Shape the account plan and own the technical side of the expansion pipeline, translating executive-level customer initiatives into scalable data workloads and solutions
Lead technical validation of the most complex new workloads, including workshops and, where necessary, proofs of concept (POCs)
Turn successful use cases into repeatable expansion plays that other CSAs can run in their own accounts
Advise on the customer lifecycle, renewals, and commercial structure of large accounts
Technical Strategy and Architecture
Act as the chief technical stakeholder for your accounts after go-live, and the escalation point for the hardest technical questions
Set architecture direction across your accounts, and design cross-product Fivetran and dbt reference architectures that other CSAs reuse
Advise customers' senior architects and data leaders on pipelines, transformation, automation, governance, security, and platform adoption at scale
Maintain technical artifacts such as architecture documentation, design patterns, and knowledge bases, and raise the quality bar for the team's shared assets
Stakeholder Engagement and Account Planning
Serve as the company's technical voice with senior executives (VP and C-level), while building multi-threaded relationships across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
Run regular technical cadence calls, executive business reviews, and roadmap sessions
Own Mutual Success Plans and shape Mutual Account Plans with the AE, mapping whitespace across business units, subsidiaries, and use cases
Align customer technical strategy with business objectives and commercial plans, and represent the technical view in account strategy discussions
Internal and Partner Collaboration
Act as the technical orchestrator across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, resolving cross-team issues on strategic accounts with minimal direction
Advocate for customer needs internally, and influence the product roadmap and priorities with well-supported customer evidence
Collaborate with technology partners and system integrators (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP) to drive joint value on strategic accounts
Partner with CSA leadership to improve team processes, refine assets, and strengthen the knowledge-sharing loop
Technical Leadership Without Direct Reports
Mentor and coach CSAs on technical depth, account strategy, and customer conversations
Take on the most ambiguous and high-stakes customer situations, and bring structure that others can follow
Serve as a go-to expert and sounding board for complex accounts, architecture reviews, and executive-level presentations
Help onboard new CSAs and contribute to hiring by interviewing candidates
Build and share playbooks, reference architectures, and demo assets that raise the performance of the whole team
Thought Leadership
Create and deliver external-facing content through live events, speaking engagements, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other educational resources
Represent the company as a technical speaker at customer, partner, and industry events
Work closely with Regional and Product Marketing to support field and industry events, and align field and industry requirements with the product roadmap
What you bring
5+ years of experience in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer, with a track record on large Enterprise accounts
Proven record of owning customer outcomes after the sale, including adoption, renewal, and expansion, with results you can quantify (such as NRR, GRR, or incremental ARR)
Deep technical background, with experience designing scalable data architectures, a strong understanding of modern data warehousing and the analytics stack, and advanced SQL proficiency
Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes for complex, multi-team organizations
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences, and credibility presenting to senior executives
Experience mentoring or coaching peers, and influencing teams and processes without formal authority
A proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized approach to managing multiple strategic accounts
Comfort operating strategically while also engaging in deep technical discussions
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, think on your feet in customer conversations, and bring structure to unclear situations
A team-player mindset, both within the CSA team as we evolve our ways of working and in daily collaboration with AEs and SEs
Openness to travel: we value in-person relationship building, both internally and externally, and expect willingness to travel to customers and events as needed
What Will Make You Stand Out
Hands-on experience with dbt, including large-scale project design; dbt certification is a bonus
Python competency and advanced SQL knowledge
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background in data integration, ETL/ELT, or replication technologies, plus experience with ancillary tools, APIs, and managing data infrastructure
Experience with workload-based or consumption-based sales models
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and design patterns
Experience working with system integrators or technology partners
Experience speaking at industry events or publishing technical content
Technologies You’ll Use
Databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres
Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift
Products: Fivetran, dbt platform
Languages: SQL, Python, bash or PowerShell
Networking: SSH tunneling, VPNs, PrivateLink

What you'll do
Lead, hire, and grow a team of site reliability engineers and backend engineers, supporting career development, promotions, and onboarding.
Own reliability for the job processing and caching platforms, including service-level objectives, error budgets, alerting, and weekly operational reviews.
Manage capacity planning, support escalations, and incident follow-ups, balancing operational work with roadmap projects and rescoping work when deadlines can't be met.
Run the team's part of GitLab.com's first-tier on-call rotation, including shift coverage, onboarding, and handovers, and serve as incident commander for high-severity incidents.
Drive zero-downtime Redis version upgrades and automate operating system patching and reboots.
Adapt job processing to run in single-tenant and cell-based deployments.
Own the migration from queue-based job orchestration to a durable workflow engine, defining the first use cases, a measurable migration path, and the roadmap.
Own quarterly planning and the team roadmap, and clarify shared operational responsibilities with partner teams, including Git storage.
What you'll bring
Experience managing an engineering team delivering high-performance services at scale, ideally site reliability engineers or infrastructure engineers running production software as a service systems.
Technical depth in background job processing and caching technologies such as Redis and Sidekiq, sufficient to guide decisions about upgrades, capacity, and failure modes.
Experience managing reliability against service-level objectives, including defining service-level indicators, setting up burn-rate alerting, and planning capacity.
Experience running a 24/7 on-call rotation and coordinating high-severity incidents.
A track record of balancing operational work and incident follow-ups with roadmap projects, and pushing back on scope when deadlines can't be met.
Experience leading a fully remote team across time zones in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
About the team
The Async team runs GitLab.com's background processing layer, from the Sidekiq infrastructure to the shared code that enqueues jobs. Product teams build the jobs; we keep the platform that runs them fast and reliable. Our Redis clusters support caching, sessions, rate limiting, queues, and shared state. We also support data durability through backup and restore verification, object storage, and operational support for Git repository storage. That work includes restore drills, capacity rebalancing, and provisioning. We staff GitLab.com's first-tier production on-call rotation in 8-hour shifts across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, triaging every paging alert and bringing in the right team when needed.
