This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep entertainment industry expertise, exceptional commercial judgment and the credibility to independently represent SIE in negotiations with senior executives across studios, streaming platforms, production companies, agencies, producers and other rights holders.
The Business Affairs Director will own commercial strategy and negotiation for material transactions from initial deal structuring through agreement on key business terms. Key Responsibilities
Lead SIE’s most complex, material and strategically significant commercial negotiations across film, television and other entertainment projects, including development, production, licensing, co-production, and other strategic content arrangements.

Structure and negotiate key business terms across a range of entertainment agreements, including writer, producer, director, talent, attachment, option/purchase, licensing, co-production and related deals.
Serve as a senior advisor to leadership on business affairs matters, providing clear recommendations on deal structures, commercial models, negotiation strategy, market precedent, business risk and long-term implications.
Evaluate when established market or SIE precedent should be followed, challenged or evolved, balancing the requirements of individual projects with the potential implications for future transactions.
Partner with Finance to understand project economics, valuations, value drivers and financial guardrails, translating those inputs into commercial strategy, deal structures and negotiating positions.
Partner closely with Legal to ensure negotiated commercial positions are appropriately reflected in agreements, providing clear business direction and resolving commercial issues that arise through long-form negotiations.
Work closely with our first-party game studios and IP creators to understand franchise priorities, rights considerations and long-term strategic objectives, ensuring deal structures appropriately protect and enhance the value of our IP.
Identify and develop creative solutions to complex or novel commercial issues, balancing creative ambition, partner objectives, economics, risk and SIE’s long-term interests.
Assess the broader implications of significant deal terms and structures across the PlayStation Productions portfolio, identifying potential precedent, opportunities and risks beyond an individual transaction.
Build and maintain senior relationships across the entertainment ecosystem, including studios, platforms, agencies, producers, representatives and other strategic partners.
Maintain a sophisticated understanding of entertainment industry economics, market practices, competitive dynamics, emerging business models and evolving deal structures, using those insights to inform SIE’s commercial positions.
Provide subject matter leadership and expertise across PlayStation Productions and the broader organization, serving as a trusted resource on entertainment deal-making and business affairs matters.
Drive cross-functional alignment on deals, synthesizing perspectives from relevant internal stakeholders and escalating material commercial decisions where appropriate.

Extensive experience independently leading complex, high-value and strategically significant entertainment transactions, with a demonstrated track record of successful negotiations with senior executives and sophisticated counterparties.

Strong working knowledge of intellectual property, licensing, development, production and distribution arrangements and their commercial implications.
Demonstrated ability to develop commercial and negotiation strategy, evaluate deal economics and value drivers, and structure solutions to complex or novel business issues.
Exceptional negotiation skills and commercial judgment, including the ability to assess leverage, determine appropriate trade-offs, navigate impasses and recognize when individual deal terms may create broader precedent.
Demonstrated ability to operate with significant independence, authority and discretion, including in high-stakes or sensitive negotiations involving senior internal and external stakeholders.
Strong executive presence, with the ability to establish credibility and effectively influence executives and counterparties at all levels of seniority.
Ability to provide clear, pragmatic recommendations to senior leadership, distilling complex commercial issues into actionable choices and articulating the implications of different paths.
Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and organizations without relying on reporting-line authority.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role:
The Safeguards ML Sampling Path team builds and operates the production services that power Claude's safety systems. These services sit on the token generation path across every platform Claude runs on: every request must pass through them, and each millisecond of added latency is wait time for our users. You’ll keep p99 latency flat as traffic grows, build for robustness as dependencies time out or partially fail, and ship changes safely to a system that cannot go down.
What you'll do:
Design, build, and operate the backend systems that process every token on the generation path for Claude requests, including the streaming contract with the API and inference engines.
Own latency and reliability end to end: define and maintain SLOs and error budgets for added latency, time-to-first-token, and availability, and lead incident response and postmortem follow-through.
Ship changes to the hot path rapidly but safely — canaried and gradual rollouts, error budget and latency gating, fast rollbacks — and drive per-token performance: chase tail latency and keep cost flat as traffic, models, and checks per request grow.
Set technical direction for the sampling path: lead design reviews, make latency, reliability, and cost trade-off calls with the inference and research teams, mentor engineers, and raise the operational bar for the wider Safeguards organization.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have designed, built, and operated high QPS systems at global scale, and were accountable for them in production: incident response, outages, and postmortem-driven remediation.
Have a strong foundation in distributed systems: replication, consistency tradeoffs, failure modes, and SLO management under load.
Design systems for graceful degradation: you plan for a slow dependency, a dropped stream, or a half-rolled-out deploy before it happens, and build so the system degrades predictably instead of failing.
Have successfully shipped broad or all-encompassing changes to mission critical systems (e.g., database migrations, interface changes, rewrites).
Strong candidates may also have:
8+ years of industry software engineering experience.
Familiarity with LLM inference systems and transformer-based models (not required, but a plus).
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI https://higgsfield.aiis the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We’re building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn’t just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Higgsfield has grown roughly 35x in the last twelve months. 390 of the Fortune 500 are already on the product, and the adoption patterns look like nothing that came before — teams find us, adopt us and expand without anyone selling to them. That’s what an AI-native product does, and it’s how the company is built: small teams, no inherited process, decisions made in hours rather than quarters.
The opportunity now is to take that industry by industry. Advertising. Entertainment. Gaming. Retail. E-commerce. Each one is a category where a single person can go in, land the anchor accounts and own the vertical outright.
We’re hiring hunters for that. Not account managers working inbound — people who pick a vertical, build the target list themselves, and take it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own global B2B partnerships
- Drive the full partnership lifecycle end to end — sourcing, pitching, structuring, negotiating and closing deals with international partners.
- Build and scale the partnerships pipeline across key markets. You own the target list, not just the deals handed to you.
- This role travels: partners, in their market, in person.
Lead commercial execution
- Own revenue targets and deliver against multi-million-dollar goals.
- Structure complex deals, paid pilots and multi-year strategic agreements.
- Restart stalled deals because you decided to, not because a process told you to.
Shape strategy and go-to-market
- Identify high-value use cases with partners and translate Higgsfield’s capabilities into outcomes they can defend inside their own organisation.
- Design partnership models, pricing structures and GTM approaches from scratch.
- Switch verticals fast — a media holding this month, a consumer brand the next, a platform after that.
Own accounts and grow them
- Build durable relationships at C-level with founders, operators and decision-makers.
- Drive expansion, upsell and new revenue streams inside existing accounts.
- Carry the full commercial picture: what a deal books and what it costs us to serve.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years in enterprise sales, business development or partnerships, closing complex multi-million-dollar deals you personally sourced and negotiated.
- At least 3 years working in international markets — at a global company, or in a role where you owned deals or operations across multiple countries.
- Experience at a company that scaled aggressively, where daily progress was expected and intensity was normal.
- You hold both sides of the business in your head. You can say what a partnership earns and what it costs to deliver in the same sentence.
- Comfortable with almost no structure. You’ll get context and access, not process.
- Heavy international travel.
- Fluent English and Russian.
Nice to have
- Sold into enterprise media, advertising, entertainment or consumer brands.
- Ran a P&L, a market or a vertical as a GM or country lead.
- Broke into an international agency or global commercial organisation as a non-native speaker.
WHAT WE WEIGH OVER BRAND NAMES
We optimise for intensity and ownership. Three deals you actually built beats a decorated CV of roles you inherited, and a thin LinkedIn profile is not a problem here — several of our strongest people have one. If your best work isn’t visible online, tell us about it in your application.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, and other office benefits.
Location: Almaty or San Francisco (onsite), with heavy international travel and regular trips to the other hub. Our team works from the office six days per week. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.
Also hiring: GM, Strategic Partnerships — same seniority, focused on GPU and compute economics, financial planning and investor-facing strategy. If your background leans consulting or corporate finance, or you come from the cloud and compute world, apply there https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/higgsfieldai/00807c29-404b-4267-9089-40f031bfc6d1 instead.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
This role owns how Higgsfield measures its product - from the first sign-up to whether people come back.
You are the measurement owner for onboarding, first generation, the paywall, plans and credits, and retention. Product managers ship fast here - your job is to make sure they ship knowing.
You make sure:
- Every product decision has a number attached to it before it ships and after it ships
- Experiments are designed to be readable, and then read honestly - including when the answer is “this didn’t work”
- The events the product emits can be trusted; you own the definition, not just the query
- A PM gets an answer in hours, not next sprint
You are the person who decides what “it worked” means.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Product measurement
- Own the core product metrics: activation, first-generation success, generation depth, free→paid conversion, repeat usage, retention by cohort and segment.
- Define each metric once, write the definition down, and hold the line on it - one definition across dashboards, decks, and Slack.
- Instrument new features before launch, with product and engineering: which events, which properties, what success looks like, when we call it.
- Watch the health of the event stream itself - tracking drift, double counting, missing parameters, naming breakage and find the problem before a decision gets made on top of it.
Experimentation
- Design A/B tests properly: hypothesis, one primary metric, unit of randomization, MDE, sample size, run length, guardrail metrics.
- Read them honestly: significance, peeking, novelty effects, sample-ratio mismatch, segment heterogeneity.
- Separate “we proved this works,” “we proved this doesn’t,” and “we can’t tell from this test” - and say which one out loud.
Product & monetization analysis
- In-product funnel work: onboarding and quiz, first generation, paywall, checkout, plan choice, credit top-ups.
- Pricing and packaging analysis: plan mix, credit consumption, unit economics per generation, margin by feature and by model.
- Feature adoption and its real effect on retention and revenue — separating “users who do X retain better” from “making people do X improves retention.”
- Behavioural segmentation: casual creators vs corporate/B2B, new vs returning, by model and by use case. Mixing them hides everything that matters.
Making it usable
- Build the few dashboards PMs actually open on their own — decision-shaped, not comprehensive.
- Write short readouts a non-analyst can act on. Visualize data for humans, not for other analysts.
- Automate recurring reporting so your hours go to new questions, not refreshes.
- Work in SQL, Python, BigQuery and product analytics tools. We use AI heavily - resourcefulness beats syntax.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an analyst with opinions.
You should have:
- Strong SQL: window functions, cohorts, funnels and retention on raw event data, without help.
- Python at working level for analysis (pandas, notebooks). Entry level is fine - we use AI heavily.
- Real experimentation experience: you have designed tests, run them, and killed features with the results.
- Statistical honesty: you know what a p-value does and does not entitle you to say, and you have refused to call a flat test a win.
- Understanding of subscription + one-time purchase mechanics: recurring vs one-off revenue, refunds, plan changes, deferred value of unspent credits.
- The instinct to check the instrument before explaining the movement - a surprising number is a claim, not a fact.
- Ownership: you decide what's worth analyzing, you chase the fix, you follow the recommendation to a shipped change.

Location: Poland
Imagine a traveler browsing a hotel page on Zenhotels or a travel agent evaluating options on RateHawk. They see room names, photos, amenities, policies, and reviews, all combined from dozens of suppliers, each with different formats, inconsistencies, and levels of completeness.
Behind this experience lies a complex content pipeline: fragmented supplier data must be matched, standardized, enriched, and ranked to create a coherent and trustworthy representation of a hotel and its rooms.
The Senior Product Manager for Content owns this layer of transformation, ensuring that raw supplier data becomes structured, high-quality, and decision-ready content that improves conversion, reduces user friction, and enables scalable global growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Management for Content Value Stream:
Define and own the Content team's strategy, vision, and roadmap across all ETG products to deliver measurable business impact and user value.
Own the end-to-end content processing pipeline: Supplier data → Matching → Enrichment → Rates processing → User experience.
Drive stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams, aligning priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring consistent execution against shared goals.
Product Discovery & Impact Ownership:
Own a continuous pipeline of product opportunities, driving measurable revenue growth, based on funnel data, content gaps, and user friction.
Leverage quantitative data and user research (interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis) to identify root causes and high-impact problems.
Size and prioritize opportunities, focusing on high-leverage bets.
Delivery & Development Management:
Partner with Development and ML/DS Team Lead to prioritize roadmap and manage backlog.
Co-own delivery execution: define clear scope and acceptance criteria, ensure alignment across product, engineering, ML, and analytics.
Drive predictable delivery: commit to timelines, proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Remove blockers and align cross-team dependencies to maintain delivery velocity.
Team Leadership:
Manage Product Manager and Operations Manager, ensuring strong ownership, execution quality, and alignment with business goals.
Set clear goals and success metrics (FNBC, content quality, coverage, efficiency) and hold the team accountable for results.
Drive performance management: regular feedback, performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and developing team members’ skills and career growth.
Requirements
5+ years in Product Management (preferably travel, marketplace, or content-heavy products).
Experience with data pipelines, content systems, or ML-driven products.
Strong analytical skills (SQL, AB tests, metric design).
Experience working with structured/unstructured data and large-scale systems.
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Benefits
Flexible schedules and opportunity to work remotely.
Ambitious and supportive team who love what they do, appreciate each other, and grow together.
Internal programs for adaptation and training, development of soft skills, and leadership abilities.
Partial compensation for participating in external training and conferences.

Corporate prices on hotels and travel services.
