About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic player coach – a Lead Product Designer who’s ready to tackle complex UX challenges and elevate our product to new heights. If you’re excited to dive deep into intricate design problems, raise the bar for design quality, and design and build a complex interface to data.
You’ll shape the workflows that empower technical users to seamlessly explore and understand their data. You’ll dig into user needs, collaborate closely with product and engineering on product strategy, and help foster a culture where design is seen as crucial to our success.
You will largely own both the design and much of the implementation of a cloud hosted offering. Experience in data interfaces, especially business intelligence, SQL and data exploration interfaces is a giant plus.
We value curiosity, humility, ambition, and designers who understand the technical underpinnings of data, and can even implement their own designs. If this sounds like you, send us a hello with a link to your portfolio. We’d love to see how you think, how you work, and the impact you’ve made!
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end design strategy and execution for key areas of our product. Deliver creative solutions while proactively identifying and proposing future improvements and features. Collaborate closely with your stakeholders to shape roadmaps and product direction, align design strategy with business goals, and champion user-centered projects from concept to release.
Act as a vocal and opinionated champion for the user experience. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. Confidently challenge and influence cross-functional partners to embed user considerations in product decisions and ensure the user voice and UX vision remain at the forefront of our product strategy.
Leverage strong communication and compelling storytelling skills to inspire trust, clearly articulate design rationale in terms of business value and technical feasibility, and effectively align teams around your cohesive design strategy. Champion user-centric ideas with your stakeholders and ensure daily design work actively supports strategic business objectives.
Promote design excellence by leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team with your expert guidance, actionable feedback, and championing of best practices. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement. Actively explore new tools, methods, and approaches to elevate the design process and raise the bar for UX quality across teams.
Conduct and utilize user research to deeply understand our technical users. Proactively identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Inform design decisions with insights from your research and validate your concepts through testing and feedback.
Deliver with grit and urgency and drive impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate resilience in navigating ambiguity, proactively unblock challenges, maintain momentum, and ensure high-quality design outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design with significant experience designing for data-heavy, complex, technical or developer-oriented SaaS/B2B products.
Extensive AI tool and development experience
Proven track record of leading major design initiatives.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring other designers.
Exceptional product design skills, including user research, UX/interaction design, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping.
Strong systems-thinking capability with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity and simplify highly technical workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly to diverse audiences including engineers, product managers, and executives.
Comfortable balancing strategic vision with practical, hands-on execution.
Experience working in data integration, analytics, developer tools, or related technical fields is strongly preferred.

Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran needs an engineer-architect who can make the AI analyst experience real, dependable, and extensible. This role owns the architecture behind the analyst AI system, including metadata contracts, tool interfaces, context assembly, prompt and skill orchestration, evaluation loops, and the operational patterns that make agents useful in real workflows instead of isolated demos.
This is a systems role as much as an AI role. The challenge is not just getting an LLM to do something impressive once. The challenge is building a product-quality analyst system that can reason over schema and business context, use tools correctly, recover from ambiguity, and improve through disciplined evaluation and iteration.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Define the architecture for the analyst AI stack across prompts, tools, metadata, memory and context strategies, evaluation, and runtime safety.
Build the abstractions and interfaces that allow product teams to add new agent capabilities without creating brittle prompt sprawl.
Design retrieval and context strategies that give the model the right information at the right time with strong cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
Establish evaluation loops, benchmark suites, and review processes so model behavior can be measured, debugged, and improved systematically.
Partner with product, engineering, and analyst-domain experts to translate real analytical workflows into robust AI-assisted product capabilities.
Drive quality standards around correctness, trust, transparency, and failure handling in analyst-facing AI experiences.
What We're Looking For
Deep experience building AI-enabled product systems, not just running experiments.
Strong software architecture skills, especially around APIs, contracts, orchestration, and system boundaries.
Practical understanding of LLM prompting, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluation methods.
Ability to work fluently across backend engineering, product constraints, and user workflow design.
Clear judgment about where agent systems should be flexible and where they should be constrained.
Comfort working in ambiguous environments where patterns are still being invented.
Why This Role Matters
The quality of the AI analyst experience will shape how differentiated Fivetran feels. This role determines whether the system is merely novel or actually reliable enough to become part of an analyst's day-to-day workflow. Strong architecture here reduces product risk and creates leverage for the rest of the team.

Proven experience building partner programs or strategies from inception to execution, including defining important metrics and revenue goals
Experience managing multiple strategic partner relationships simultaneously and driving measurable revenue outcomes
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience working with partners to influence or capture business within the U.S. Federal government
Worked at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM capacity
Sold to product, design, or technical audiences
Familiar with UX/UI design principles, collaboration tools, or digital product development workflows
Exposure to a sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, Command of the Message)

If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Build and operationalize AI-powered workflows that improve Product Support experiences for customers and internal support teams

Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Security, Programs, Support, and vendor teams to align on requirements, implementation, governance, and rollout
Build quality checks, monitoring, fallback paths, and operational guardrails so AI-powered workflows can be trusted in production
Define success metrics for each workflow, track adoption and impact, and iterate based on customer outcomes, Specialist efficiency, and adoption
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience shipping integrations, automations, or internal tools across customer-facing operational systems
Strong proficiency in modern back-end technologies and languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, Go, C++, PostgreSQL), with hands-on experience building APIs, implementing webhooks, orchestrating data flows, and integrating systems across complex workflows.
Hands-on experience with LLM-powered workflows, AI automations, or AI-enabled customer/support experiences, including working with operational data to debug issues, improve workflows, and measure impact
Strong product and stakeholder instincts: you can translate ambiguous support problems into practical, adopted, and measurable technical solutions
Proven track record of designing AI workflows with clear guardrails, fallback paths, and responsible deployment practices
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience with support platforms like Zendesk, Decagon, Sprinklr, Gainsight, Maestro QA/Rippit, Assembled, Salesforce, or similar systems
Familiarity with agent assist tooling, AI support chatbots, copilot tooling, RAG, AI observability, or monitoring AI workflows in production
Experience building internal Slack tooling, workflow automations, or embedded support experiences
Background in Support Engineering, Internal Tools Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Support Operations, CX Systems, or Business Systems
Familiarity with customer support metrics such as containment, deflection, CSAT, first contact resolution, routing accuracy

Workplace: Hybrid
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Replit spreads through companies differently than it does through individuals. One person builds an app, colleagues start using it, a team forms, an admin rolls Replit out more widely, and eventually Sales gets involved. You'll be the data scientist for Replit's enterprise business, covering both the product and the go-to-market motion: how Replit spreads inside organizations, what keeps teams engaged after rollout, which features and signals drive expansion, and how all of that becomes pipeline, revenue, and a reliable forecast.
Experimentation is hard here. There are far fewer accounts than users, people within an organization influence each other, and admins control what their teams see. You'll figure out how to learn quickly and rigorously anyway. You'll work with Enterprise Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance, and your work succeeds when it changes a product, GTM, or investment decision.
YOU WILL:
- Define how we measure the enterprise business end to end: account-level activation, breadth (share of seats active), depth (apps built, deployed, and shared), collaboration, consumption, and net revenue retention
- Understand virality inside organizations: how Replit spreads from a first builder to teams through app sharing, invites, and viewers who become builders; quantify within-account network effects and find the levers that accelerate them
- Explain post-engagement churn: why seats and accounts that engaged at rollout go dormant, separate seat-level decay from account-level risk, and turn it into account health models that give the product and Customer Success early warning and a clear next action
- Identify the product behaviors and features that precede seat expansion and plan upgrades, and use them to build product-qualified account (PQA) models that route bottoms-up usage to Sales at the right moment
- Measure adoption and value for enterprise features — admin and governance controls, security, data connectors, collaboration, and deploying to data platforms — and use it to inform what we build next
- Design experiments for enterprise: account- and cluster-level randomization, interference within organizations, small samples and heavy-tailed account sizes, stratified and matched-pair designs, staged rollouts and long-running holdouts, synthetic control, and Bayesian or hierarchical models where data is sparse
- Measure the incremental impact of GTM programs — pilots, onboarding, enablement, and sales-assist — with the same rigor as product launches
- Own enterprise forecasting for pipeline, bookings, consumption, and expansion, and pressure-test the assumptions behind capacity and quota plans
- Analyze pricing and packaging: seats vs. consumption, and how contract structure shapes usage
- Build a trusted enterprise data layer that joins product telemetry, CRM, and billing data and models the org, workspace, team, and seat hierarchy, so Product, Sales, and leadership can self-serve — increasingly through AI agents rather than static dashboards
- Bring a point of view to the enterprise roadmap and GTM strategy before you're asked
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years in product or GTM data science, with significant experience on B2B, collaboration, or multi-seat products
- Hands-on experimentation where the unit of randomization differs from the unit of analysis: cluster randomization, interference, and small-sample designs
- Strong retention and survival modeling, cohort analysis, and segmentation at both user and account level
- Experience defining adoption, retention, and revenue metrics (activation, NRR, GRR, expansion) and getting the company to agree on them
- Built scoring or forecasting models that Sales, Customer Success, or Finance actually used
- Expert SQL, including messy CRM, billing, and product data joined at the account level; strong Python; comfortable building your own datasets in dbt
- A track record of analysis that changed a product roadmap or GTM decision, and the confidence to push back on an attractive story when the evidence doesn't support it
- Heavy, practical use of AI tools to move faster in your own work
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience at a company that grew from bottoms-up adoption into enterprise sales (collaboration, productivity, or developer tools)
- Consumption- or usage-based revenue models and PLG-to-sales motions (PQLs/PQAs, sales-assist)
- Virality, network, or graph analysis of collaboration data
- Fluency with Salesforce data and RevOps tooling
- Modern data stack: BigQuery, dbt, Hex
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with enterprise admin, security, or governance product surfaces
- Built AI agents for GTM teams (account research, deal reviews, QBR prep)
- Early member of an enterprise or GTM data function
This is a full-time role based in our Foster City, CA office with an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
