OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Sales & Partnerships to lead the next phase of OKX's growth in Australia. This is a leadership role: you will build and lead our sales and partnerships function to win customers, grow trading volume and deliver revenue in the Australian market.
You will have direct impact and responsibility for business metrics including revenue, AUM and growth in key customer segments. That means generating a robust pipeline, closing deals, signing partnerships, and leading a team that turns opportunities into trading activity. As part of a global exchange, you will also connect our global capabilities with the needs of the Australian market, working closely with local and global Product, Marketing, Growth, Operations, Legal & Compliance to make sure commercial priorities turn into strong execution.
This is a builder role. We are looking for a hands-on seller and sales leader, comfortable building the sales playbook, opening doors, closing deals and building the team required to scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Australian Sales Plan & Revenue Targets
Responsibility for Australian revenue and trading volume targets, with clear accountability for pipeline, forecast and delivery.
Identify and prioritise the highest-value customer segments and accounts.
Set clear KPIs and operating rhythms (pipeline reviews, forecasting, win/loss analysis), and adjust focus based on results.
Build and Lead the Sales Team
Develop and execute strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and trading activity.
Identify opportunities to strengthen OKX's positioning and competitive differences in Australia.
Build scalable commercial models and growth channels rather than relying solely on short-term campaigns or individual relationships.
Work closely with Marketing, Product and Growth teams to improve customer journeys, propositions and conversion across the funnel.
Lead Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Coach and lead a high-performing sales team in Australia, with clear targets and incentives.
Build a repeatable sales process: prospecting, qualification, closing and account management.
Drive customer acquisition, activation and retention through direct sales and account management.
Feed market and competitor insight back to Product and Marketing.
Build a scalable pipeline, not one that depends on a few individual relationships.
Win and Grow Key Accounts
Personally support with closing high-value customers, including institutional and VIP/high-net-worth clients.
Work with Operations, Product and Marketing to tailor propositions for each segment - including localisations of products and segment specific campaigns.
Develop
Strategic Partnerships
& Distribution
Originate, negotiate and close strategic partnerships that materially accelerate OKX's growth in Australia.
Explore new distribution channels (fintech, payments, brokerage, wealth, exchanges and other platforms) beyond traditional crypto acquisition.
Own partner relationships after signing and track the revenue from each.
Navigate a Global and Regulated Environment
Partner closely with Compliance, Legal and Risk teams to ensure commercial strategies and market initiatives are developed within applicable regulatory requirements.
What We Look For In You
8+ years in sales, business development or partnerships, including experience leading a sales team.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or sales targets, and of building or scaling a sales function, ideally within crypto, fintech, trading, brokerage, financial services or another competitive, regulated business.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results: revenue, trading volume, new customers won and AUM.
Strong understanding of the Australian market, including local customer behaviour, competitors and growth opportunities.
Hands-on seller who can still lead from the front.
Proven experience closing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to originate and negotiate strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements.
Comfortable using CRM and pipeline data to forecast and manage performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global matrix organisation.
Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment where leaders are expected to build rather than simply manage.
Genuine interest in blockchain technology, digital assets and the evolution of financial markets.
Nice-To-Haves
Existing book of clients or partners in Australia's crypto, fintech, institutional or payments ecosystem
Experience at a crypto exchange or platform, or other regulated financial services business
Understanding of crypto trading products, customer segments and market structure.
Experience in trading, brokerage, derivatives or other transaction-driven businesses where success is measured by customer trading activity and AUM.
Experience working across global and cross-cultural teams.
Familiarity with Australia's regulatory environment for digital assets and financial services.
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Framework & SOP Ownership:
Own the end-to-end SOP architecture for Payment Risk Operations - including risk investigation and case review SOPs, and the framework design for risk-related dispute and chargeback flows - ensuring the operating model scales to support new business lines such as OKX Pay and OKX Card.
Human-AI Collaborative Workflow:
Design and continuously optimize the human-in-the-loop operating model, defining how AI agents and human reviewers divide work, hand off, and escalate - so that coverage, decision quality, and throughput all improve as automation expands.
Automation Focus:
Increase the automation percentage within risk control processes to ensure efficiency and scalability, expanding the share of cases resolved without manual intervention.
Efficiency Evaluation:
Monitor and optimize moderation efficiency metrics such as SLA, automation rate, AI coverage and agreement rate, false positive rate, and average handling time (AHT).
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work with product, engineering, and compliance teams to integrate risk control strategies system-wide. Partner closely with the risk strategy team, who own rule and model logic, to translate strategy changes into reviewable, scalable operational workflows.
Regulatory Compliance:
Collaborate with AML/Compliance partners to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in risk control strategies.
What We Look For In You
5+ years of product or operations strategy experience in the risk management area, familiar with risk decision engines, modeling services, and risk analytics tooling.
Proven experience designing operational frameworks and SOPs for a review or investigation function at scale - not only documenting existing processes, but architecting the workflow, decision matrices, and escalation paths behind them. Experience with AI-assisted or human-in-the-loop operations is a strong plus.
Ability to translate operational strategy into detailed product requirements, and communicate those requirements clearly to cross-functional teams - including but not limited to engineering, business, partnership, operations, and merchant tech. Comfortable working closely with engineering on system and workflow design.
Track record of owning quality and throughput outcomes for a review or investigation function — defining QA standards, calibrating reviewer decisions, and driving measurable improvement in accuracy and efficiency.
Experience planning and managing review capacity, including in-house and outsourced/BPO teams, across multiple regions and time zones.
Data oriented - identifying, defining, tracking, and acting upon impact metrics. Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment.
Nice to Haves
Personal trading experience or education in financial or payment risk management.
Exposure to dispute, chargeback, or representment operations at a payment provider, acquirer, or issuer.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added bonus, as you may cross-functionally collaborate with technical colleagues who primarily speak Mandarin.

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own institutional partner products such as Custody, Brokerage, and Fees & Incentive Programs (including MM/MT structures, VIP tiering, and rebate frameworks). Final scope will weigh your background, but the mandate is consistent: build institutional-grade products that compete on infrastructure, economic design, and reliability — and translate that into measurable growth in client adoption, trading volume, and revenue. You will partner with engineering, operations, sales, compliance, and external service providers to ship complex changes that institutional counterparties trust and rely on.
What You’ll Be Doing
Clearly define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES, drive its evolution and turn client and partner requirements into shipped features. Grow the client and partner base. Optimize operations through self-service portals and process automation.
Own the fee schedule and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates), balancing market dynamics, competitor moves, and institutional needs against company strategy, revenue, and competitive position. Build and continuously evolve AI agents for competitor intel, liquidity analysis, fee and rebate simulation, and program operations.
Own the commercial logic of your product lines. Build ROI-grounded business cases for product and partnership investments; quantify revenue and AUM impact to drive prioritisation;
Articulate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to internal leadership and external institutional clients.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and legal to ship complex changes. Navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints (HK, SG, EU, US) and balance trade-offs between speed, scalability, and compliance.
What We Look For In You
PM experience at a crypto exchange on Custody OES, or at a custody, or background from traditional finance on Collateral / Tri-party / CCP solutions. Deep market knowledge and an end-to-end grasp of how counterparties, custody, execution, and settlement connect.
Solid understanding of liquidity dynamics and how institutional crypto markets actually work. Prior hands-on experience managing fee schedules or designing incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates) is a strong plus.
Proven experience of leading strategic business reviews, facilitating on-site requirement discovery, and converting client feedback into prioritized product initiatives. Strong track record of partnering with Sales, BD, and Relationship Management teams in a B2B institutional setting.
Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to complex problems, align senior stakeholders across functions, and drive decisions and execution. Able to communicate complex strategies and trade-offs with clarity and influence, producing high-quality strategy documents, product plans, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations. Demonstrated effectiveness leading and influencing globally distributed teams across time zones and diverse cultural contexts.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for market research and product operations. Building automated workflows, using AI for data analysis, or prototyping AI-powered features.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Product Director (P7-1). Experience building a zero-to-one product is a strong plus.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead global finance operations. Accounting and reporting, month end close, financial controls, regulatory reporting, local audit, and regulatory reporting all sit under you. You'll lead a team of 30+ professionals across 15 countries and be accountable for the quality, timeliness, and defensibility of everything that comes out of it.
Partner with the regional C-suite on what's next. Business strategy, exchange listings, infrastructure investment, and M&A — you'll be in the room, and you'll be the one putting numbers behind the options. Capital planning and investor relations sit with you, as do external partnerships that carry a financial dimension.
Price the decisions before they're made. New products, new markets, new licenses. Each one gets a financial evaluation from your team — unit economics, capital requirements, tax and regulatory cost, downside cases. Leadership should be able to trust that analysis without re-running it.
Tighten controls and risk frameworks across crypto and fiat. This is the part most finance leaders haven't done before. Internal controls, SOX readiness, audit, and global regulatory obligations have to work across digital-asset custody and movement as well as conventional banking flows. You'll build the frameworks that hold up in both worlds.
Own external relationships. Regulators, banking partners, payment providers. These relationships determine what the business can and can't do in a given market, and they need a senior finance voice who regulators and bank credit committees take seriously.
Standardize the plumbing. Global finance policies, a single reporting architecture, consistent close and consolidation processes.
Sit on leadership committees at both the global and local entity level, including boards and governance bodies where a licensed entity requires it.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional financial regulations and cryptocurrency market developments.
What We Look For In You
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Deep technical foundation in IFRS and US GAAP. CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent certifcation
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or financial services company.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset accounting.
Expertise in financial regulations of various global jurisdictions (e.g., NYDFS, MAS, VARA, MiCA, FCA).
Proven experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and automation tools.
Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience managing multi-currency operations and intercompany transactions.
Ability to lead and develop teams in multiple jurisdictions and work across different time zones.

Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto space

About the Opportunity
OKX is going all-in on AI-native localisation. The field has long been stuck on one trade-off: you can have translation quality, or you can have scale, but not both. And the real question was never "is this translation accurate?" — it's "can the user actually understand it and get through the flow?"
Web3 is the hardest place to solve this. The vocabulary reinvents itself constantly, with new tech jargon, protocol names and memes appearing every week. It sits next to dense, high-stakes trading terminology, where a single mistranslated word can mislead a user or move money. And every market has its own fast-moving regulations, so the "right" translation is a moving target that must stay compliant across jurisdictions in real time. If you want a localisation problem that is genuinely unsolved — high ambiguity, high stakes, high velocity — this is it.
We're going to break the trade-off with agents. You will own the 0-1 build and launch of two things:
A frontier
agentic translation system
that localises every market (20+ languages) with a human-in-the-loop mechanism.
A self-improving
agentic QA product
that autonomously evaluates translation and end-to-end localisation quality, flags its own failures, and closes the loop.
This is a build-the-frontier role, not a manage-the-vendor role.
This role does not require a linguistics or translation background, multilingual ability, or algorithm engineering skills. We're looking for a PM leader who can build a frontier agentic translation and QA system from 0 to 1 — and make the whole organisation share responsibility for localisation quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will lead a squad of product managers and developers, and work hand-in-hand with language managers, to ship the translation and QA systems into production. You set the product direction and quality bar; your PMs and engineers build the agents, harness and evals; and the language managers ground the system in what "good" actually means in each market. Your job is to make these three groups operate as one team — and to make localisation quality something the whole organisation owns, not just the language team.
Own the agentic translation system
Architect and ship it end to end, from 0 to 1, across all markets and 20+ languages — where models carry the work and humans set the standard and make the final call. Break the cost curve: hold quality flat while coverage scales across languages, content and release velocity, so cost stops growing linearly with the business. Make the system interoperate cleanly with OKX's existing localisation stack and content pipelines, rather than living as an island.
Build the agentic QA and quality automation
Stand up an autonomous QA agent that evaluates translation and localisation quality at scale — catching regressions before release, monitoring in production, and self-verifying every fix, using LLM-as-a-judge and eval harnesses rather than manual review. Evaluate not just accuracy and fluency but cultural fit, bias and safety — especially on regulated and financial content, where a wrong or non-compliant phrasing is a real risk. Make quality measurable: define and drive a hard quality signal — human-acceptance rate, or the edit effort needed to reach shippable quality (e.g. Translation Time-to-Edit) — so quality is a metric the system optimises against, not a subjective call. And protect the funnel: conversion on key user journeys should never be adversely affected by language or localisation issues.
Make it self-improving
Drive a sustained reduction in severe and recurring production issues — every escape becomes a new guardrail, and the system gets smarter with every release.
What We Look For In You
PM leader who has taken a frontier agentic product from 0 to 1, beyond translation.
Proven ability to ship genuinely novel products at the edge of LLM capabilities—and repeat that success here.
Accountable for business outcomes and measured on business metrics, not delivery volume.
Deep hands-on experience building large-scale, frontier-LLM agentic systems from 0 to 1.
Experience with harness/orchestration layers, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-as-a-judge or automated evaluation pipelines.
Has built quality systems, automated evaluations, or release gates that enable confident autonomous-system launches.
International product experience serving users across multiple languages and regions.
Nice to Haves
Built an agentic system from scratch
Shipped agentic / LLM applications in production
Finance, payments or another highly regulated industry.

Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
- Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value, guide customers toward scalable approaches, and diplomatically steer conversations when requests are misaligned with best practices or product capabilities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering

Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to turn n8n’s most strategic enterprise deployments into production-ready success stories by embedding on-site, solving real customer problems, and building reusable automation patterns that shape our product.
To do so, you’ll work directly with customers, Deployment Strategists, and Product to make every engagement high-impact, scalable, and repeatable:
Drive high-impact enterprise deployments
Embed on-site with enterprise customers for focused 5-day deployment engagements, arriving with a hypothesis and leaving with production workflows in place.
Partner closely with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities, stakeholder needs, and adoption goals.
Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders by turning complex customer environments into clear, actionable solutions.
Build production-grade automation solutions
Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to each customer’s environment and scalable beyond the initial use case.
Extend existing n8n nodes or add missing functionality where needed to unlock high-value enterprise use cases.
Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete automation designs that prioritize real customer value over technical complexity.
Work across industries and tech stacks, getting productive quickly in new environments.
Bridge customer needs with Product and Engineering
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a reusable node improvement, product feature, or platform capability.
Create a clear feedback loop with Product and Engineering by documenting technical gaps, customer context, implementation learnings, and prioritization signals.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, custom nodes, and integration patterns to an internal playbook library.
Turn customer learnings into product and playbooks
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a core product feature and document it clearly for Product.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, and patterns to an internal playbook library.
Help ensure every engagement makes the next one faster, stronger, and more productized.
Keep engagements focused and scalable
Deliver time-boxed customer engagements with clear outcomes, rather than open-ended professional services work.
Build solutions that customers can own and operate themselves.
Know when to build, when to simplify, and when to push back to avoid unnecessary complexity.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
🧑💻 Strong engineering background: You have solid full-stack or backend engineering experience and have built integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.
🧩 Integration-building expertise: You can create custom nodes, extend existing integrations, and work confidently with APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
🔧 Product-minded technical execution: You can distinguish between a one-off customer workaround, a reusable node improvement, and a product feature worth escalating.
🤝 Customer-facing confidence: You’re comfortable working directly in customer environments and can build trust with engineers, operators, and non-technical stakeholders.
🗺️ Solution design skills: You can take a messy operational problem and turn it into a clean, practical technical design.
⚖️ Strong technical judgment: You know when to build, when to push back, and how to avoid gold-plating solutions that should stay simple.
✈️ Willingness to travel: You’re open to travelling roughly 30-50% of the time for on-site engagements.
⚡ Speed to productive: You can quickly understand new industries, tech stacks, and customer environments without needing everything to be neatly defined.
Nice-to-haves
🔁 Workflow automation experience: You have familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
🏢 Enterprise deployment experience: You’ve worked with strategic enterprise accounts in complex technical environments.
🧱 Node or connector development: You’ve built custom nodes, connectors, plugins, SDKs, or reusable integration frameworks.
🚀 Forward deployed experience: You’ve worked in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or similar role at a product-led technical organization.
📣 Product feedback experience: You’ve helped turn customer learnings into clear product feedback, roadmap input, or engineering specifications.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll be the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, helping define how we turn our largest enterprise deployments into long-term, referenceable success stories. Your work won’t sit in a demo environment — you’ll build production workflows with real users, influence our product roadmap, and create the playbooks that shape how this function scales.
You’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups at a moment of huge momentum, working with a remote-first team that values autonomy, speed, experimentation, and direct customer impact.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.

ABOUT RAMP
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Applied Science team builds models and tools that solve Ramp’s most critical problems: from underwriting businesses to combatting fraud to making spend management smarter. We’re deeply embedded in the business and provide a quantitative foundation for decision making.
As an Applied Science intern, you’ll be a fully integrated member of the team and own your project from start to finish. Working with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, you’ll translate complex business needs into scalable machine-learning-driven solutions. This is a chance to apply ML concretely, ship code, and create genuine value for Ramp and our customers.
You will focus on exciting problems in areas like: credit, fraud, growth, or our core product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- End-to-End ML: own the model lifecycle from data exploration and feature engineering to training, benchmarking, deployment, and monitoring
- State-of-the-Art AI: leverage the latest Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve novel problems and create new product capabilities for our customers
- Versatile Techniques: apply the right tools to the right problems, whether it’s deep learning, gradient boosting, or causal inference
- Rigorous Experimentation: quantify the impact of your work through A/B tests and other statistical methods
- Collaborate: partner closely with product and business leaders to translate models and insights into actionable strategy and user-facing features
WHAT YOU NEED
- B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. Student: currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields with an expected graduation date between Dec 2027 - 2029. Graduate degrees are preferred, but not a must.
- Strong ML Fundamentals: solid understanding of the mathematical foundations of machine learning, statistics, probability, and optimization
- Strong Interest or Experience with AI: curiosity and drive to integrate cutting edge LLMs and agents into applied solutions
- Python Proficiency: good grasp of common Data Science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, PyTorch, etc.)
- SQL Knowledge: experience wrangling data in a modern data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Clickhouse)
- Practical Experience: track record of curating datasets and building/evaluating ML models
- Strong Communication: ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and use data to build a compelling narrative
- Bias For Action: a comfort with ambiguity and desire to ship solutions quickly then iterate
NICE TO HAVES
- Publications, Projects, or Previous Experience: relevant experience applying AI/ML and demonstrating your passion for the field
- Production ML Mindset: knowledge of software engineering best practices applied to ML including version control (Git), testing, and writing maintainable code
- Data Orchestration: experience with leveraging modern data orchestration platforms (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, Metaflow)
