ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
OVERVIEW
We are hiring an Applied AI Strategy & Ops Lead to own and evolve our internal tooling ecosystem across Ops. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with real ownership. You’ll work across a range of tools including support platforms, AI-driven systems, and internal automations to improve how our day-to-day operations function.
You'll act like a product manager, sitting at the intersection of Operations, Engineering, and our frontline teams. You’ll partner closely with Ops leadership to set priorities, then turn them into results: refining the systems we already have, introducing new tools where they’re needed, and making sure our stack scales with the business.
This is not a AI/MI engineer or developer role. You won’t be writing production code. If your background is primarily software development, this role probably isn’t the right fit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the roadmap for Ops tooling: gather needs from Ops leadership and frontline teams, prioritize based on impact, and make clear trade-offs.
- Design and improve workflows and automations across our support platform, AI tools, and internal systems, configuring them yourself where it makes sense.
- Partner with engineers and developers to scope requirements, write technical specs, and prioritize tooling work that matters most to Ops.
- Execute against high-priority tooling and automation initiatives across the operational stack.
- Translate defined problems into practical, well-scoped technical solutions
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current tooling and proactively address them
- Troubleshoot issues, improve system reliability, and ensure tools perform effectively in production
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in how our systems connect and operate together
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Product thinking: You’ve owned a tool, process, or internal product end to end, from defining the problem to measuring the result.
- Technical Fluency - You’re comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and automation tooling. You can build and debug independently and hold your own in technical conversations with engineers.
- Execution Discipline - You take defined problems and drive them through to completion. You manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain a high bar for quality and reliability.
- Systems Thinking - You understand how tools, workflows, and dependencies connect. You look for ways to improve how systems operate together, not just individual components.
- Problem Solving - You can take loosely defined or scoped problems and translate them into practical, well-structured solutions.
- Ownership Mindset - You take responsibility for delivering high-quality work and improving the team’s day-to-day operations through better tooling and processes.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with support platforms such as Zendesk
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation workflows
- Background in Ops, Support, or CX environments
- Experience working with evolving or fragmented tooling stacks

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Title: Engineering Satellite Build Lead
- Location: Valencia, Spain
- Department: Space Systems Testing Team, Engineering
- Reports to: Testing Team Lead
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid per company policy (up to 2 days/week remote); in practice, this hands-on, technical-managerial role requires being onsite at our Valencia office most of the time
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
You own the end-to-end build, integration, testing and delivery of the developmental satellites, starting with early preparation and alignment with designers, procurement and operations teams, through the Qualification Model (QM) and Flight Model (FM). You plan the AIT timeline, lead the build team, and keep build documentation, configuration tracking and lessons learned flowing back to designers, so every future unit is faster and easier to build.
This position sits within the Testing Team. It is important to note that this is developmental, prototype satellite work rather than repeat-production integration: requirements are not yet frozen, designs evolve frequently, and the Lead is expected to resolve novel problems rather than execute a fixed procedure.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations, including sovereign and turnkey ISR missions built on ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, alongside access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities let partners detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth, day or night and in any weather, with ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defence, intelligence, security and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build, integration and delivery ownership (EC, Engineering Configuration)
- Own end-to-end build, integration, testing and delivery of the R&D satellite system, across QM and FM units
- Plan all AIT activities and the AIT timeline for R&D build
- Manage the build team and actively participate in build execution
- Own build documentation, including build records, configuration tracking (parts traceability) and high-level build procedures
- Document lessons learned and give structured feedback to designers to improve build efficiency and testability
QM and FM build and system-level testing
- Plan and own the QM system build and its system qualification activities
- Own system-level integration and testing of FM satellites, verifying functional performance, capturing any required modifications, and maintaining close traceability to support knowledge transfer to the production line
- Define system-level test blocks and flows with technical owners, and plan, schedule and coordinate execution of functional tests, SLC, Mock Ops and other required system-level test activities (FM)
- Across both QM and FM: accountable for test execution readiness and progress, but do not define test cases, test scenarios or test acceptance criteria (owned by Test Engineering / relevant technical owners)
Scope boundaries
- Does not own unit-level testing or qualification (owned by project leads / technical owners)
- Does not own documentation updates resulting from future design changes (owned by designers); this role's build documentation, including Production documentation, reflects as-built execution only
- Does not define system functional requirements or system test definitions, including test cases, scenarios or acceptance criteria (owned by systems engineers / test engineers)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Broad, hands-on technical depth across mechanical, electronics, RF and software domains, with deep expertise in at least one area and the ability to engage effectively and make sound decisions in the others
- Proven track record planning and executing hardware build, integration and test (AIT) campaigns for complex electromechanical or electronic systems, ideally satellites or other high-reliability aerospace/defence hardware
- Strong understanding of configuration management and parts traceability, and comfort owning build documentation and build records end to end
- Experience managing a build or AIT team, including day-to-day task planning and hands-on participation in build execution
- Ability to plan and hold a realistic AIT schedule across build, qualification (QM) and flight (FM) units, coordinating with test engineering, and systems engineering
- Systematic, first-principles approach to build and integration problems, comfortable working across mechanical, electrical and software interfaces
- Clear written and verbal communication, able to turn build lessons learned into structured, actionable feedback for designers
- Maintain strong interpersonal connections and a collaborative spirit, bringing a steady presence to fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
- Excel at building positive workplace relationships and navigating high-stress situations with composure and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with SIGINT, SAR or other RF/payload satellite systems
- Prior people management experience, or clear readiness to grow into a team lead role
- Familiarity with system-level test activities such as functional tests, SLC (System Level Checks) or Mock Ops
GROWTH PATH
This role starts hands-on. In the first phase, you'll share the responsibilities described above with the Testing Team Lead while you build context on our systems, processes and team.
As you grow into the role, you'll take it on more independently, owning AIT planning, build execution and team management end to end. Over time, the role is expected to evolve toward team leadership, potentially leading the build team directly. Even so, you'll stay hands-on with build execution and technical problem-solving rather than moving fully into management.
APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Talent Acquisition screening
2. Hiring Manager interview
3. Take-home task and panel interview
4. (on-site) Technical / systems discussion with the SIGINT Testing Team
5. (on-site) Behavioural interview to assess cultural fit

About the Role
We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the smart wallet and account abstraction layer of XsollaZK, Xsolla's Web3 platform on a zkSync-based L2. This is an individual contributor role with a large technical scope. You are the technical anchor for how millions of players get an on-chain account they never have to think about.
The product. Every player who signs in with Xsolla ID receives a deterministic, non-custodial smart account. The account is derived from their identity claim, is identical on every device, and its private keys never leave the client. It is not a separate wallet screen: it is the player's inventory. It backs:
minting and gifting;
trading on our Bazaar marketplace;
Merkle-based reward airdrops;
gas sponsorship;
an in-app dApp browser that exposes the same signer to third-party applications through an EIP-1193 provider.
Responsibilities
The technical strategy and architecture of the smart wallet platform: account model, signing, session management and gas abstraction at scale
The smart account and permissioning model, evolved to meet both product and compliance needs
The security model where our signer meets third-party applications: what a player is actually approving, and proof that the UI shows it
The custody and recovery roadmap, from today's interim mechanisms (including raw key export) to
MPC
-based custody
Cross-team technical decisions on account architecture, SDK contracts, data modeling and platform reliability, with buy-in from the wallet, marketplace, SDK, mobile and security teams
Engineering standards in the Web3 domain
Production escalations in the wallet and account abstraction domain
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and evolve the
ERC
-4337 user operation lifecycle (prepare → sign → submit → confirm),
EIP
-7702 delegation, deterministic address derivation from identity, and the session-key and permission primitives (including origin-bound Smart Sessions) that let players act without a prompt on every transaction
Set the paymaster and gas-sponsorship strategy: what we sponsor, how we meter and cap it, how we defend it from abuse, and how it degrades when sponsorship is unavailable
Define
EIP
-1193 /
EIP
-6963 provider behavior, origin-bound and policy-versioned sessions, trust tiers, and the transaction and signature confirmation flow
Design recovery paths (passkeys, guardians, social recovery) that a non-crypto-native player can complete without losing assets
Identify systemic risks (key management, signature phishing, reorgs and indexer staleness, bundler and
RPC
dependencies, contract upgrade paths) and lead initiatives that resolve them before they become incidents
Write RFCs and design docs; review critical code, contracts and designs
Work with product, security, legal and infra teams to align on the roadmap and turn business and regulatory needs into well-scoped technical plans
Create leverage for the engineering org through documentation, tooling and mentorship
Serve as the escalation point for complex production issues: a stuck user operation, a drained paymaster, a signing prompt a player didn't understand
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
REQUIRED
Experience
8+ years of engineering in the Ethereum ecosystem working with crypto wallets and smart wallets
Designing or operating a production smart wallet or account abstraction system serving real users and real value
Shipping and operating systems where a bug meant lost funds. You can talk concretely about the guardrails, reviews and rollback paths you put in place
Account abstraction and smart wallets
ERC
-4337 in depth: EntryPoint (v0.6 through v0.8), the UserOperation lifecycle, bundler and paymaster roles, validation rules (
ERC
-7562), gas estimation and its failure modes, counterfactual deployment, signature validation for undeployed accounts (
ERC
-6492)
EIP
-7702 and the post-Pectra landscape:
EOA
delegation, its interaction with EntryPoint v0.8, and the risks it introduces (residual key authority, delegation phishing, storage collisions)
Building on or extending production smart account implementations; modular account standards (
ERC
-7579 /
ERC
-6900)
Session keys and delegated permissions: scoped, time-limited, policy-bound authority; TTLs and contract allowlists, origin binding, permission revocation;
ERC
-7710 /
ERC
-7715
Signature schemes and wallet interfaces:
EIP
-712 typed data,
ERC

ERC
-7677 paymaster interfaces
Smart contracts and
EVM
Solidity and the
EVM
: reading, reviewing and writing account, paymaster and module contracts; gas-aware design; upgradeability and migration patterns; working effectively with external auditors
L2 specifics and their effect on wallet design: native account abstraction on zkSync-family chains, transaction and fee models, finality and reorg behavior,
RPC
and indexer semantics
Backend
Go: idiomatic code, concurrency patterns, performance profiling
TypeScript and SDK design: client-side SDK surfaces that internal and external teams build on
Distributed systems and their trade-offs (consistency, availability, failure modes); reconciling off-chain state against an authoritative on-chain result
Data and infrastructure
PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, migrations at scale
Kubernetes: deploying, operating and debugging services
Asynchronous messaging and event-driven design (Kafka or

Key management in production: platform secure storage (Keychain / Keystore), HSMs,
MPC
or threshold signing, and the operational discipline around each
Wallet threat modeling: signature and delegation phishing, malicious dApp origins, replay and cross-chain replay, token approval abuse, paymaster griefing and
DoS
Leadership
Leading multi-quarter technical initiatives across teams
Influencing architecture and standards beyond your immediate team

Working closely with the Product Security team and the Director of Product Security, you will guide AppSec processes and set the vision for your area without direct line management. You will treat security as a shared outcome rather than a gate, balancing strong protection with developer experience and delivery speed, and you will earn adoption through enablement rather than mandates.
Responsibilities:
Security Architecture & Standards:
Define and maintain secure-by-default reference architectures for common patterns: web apps, mobile backends, microservices, public and partner APIs, and event-driven services
Own core application security architecture decisions: authentication and authorisation, session management, API security, secrets management, multi-tenant isolation, and security logging and auditing
Lead the redesign of user authentication and the delivery of security features into the product
Develop and roll out application security standards, secure-coding guidelines, configuration standards, reusable design patterns, and architecture decision records (ADRs) that engineers can apply without a security expert in the room
Define internal policies for the safe use of AI-assisted and vibe-coding tools
Define security requirements for acquired technology and guide its secure integration
Threat Modelling & Design Review:
Establish and run a threat-modelling operating model, covering scope, cadence, templates, and facilitation, proportionate to each product's risk tier
Own the security review stage of the new product approval process, covering architecture design and configuration
Lead design reviews for high-impact initiatives: new products, new auth flows, payment and sensitive-data flows, platform migrations, and major refactors
Identify design-level risks and agree practical, prioritised mitigations with engineering teams
Secure SDLC, DevSecOps & Supply Chain:
Assess the current state of application security, propose improvements, and drive the secure SDLC strategy with Engineering and Security leadership
Oversee AppSec processes and own the tooling strategy (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, and secrets scanning), including how findings flow back to engineering
Embed security controls as guardrails in CI/CD through policy-as-code, with agreed enforcement and escalation paths
Partner with DevOps to organise repository management and prevent supply-chain attacks, covering safe component usage, dependency management, SBOMs, and build integrity
Improve the security of our internal tools
Requirements:
Experience:
8+ years in technology, including 5+ years in a dedicated application or product security role, with a strong engineering background and hands-on architecture or design ownership
Proven track record creating, documenting, and rolling out security standards, patterns, and best practices across a complex engineering organisation
Deep, demonstrable threat-modelling experience across product portfolios
Technical:
Experience designing and implementing a secure SDLC in a cloud-native environment. Strong AWS knowledge is required, and exposure to GCP or other clouds is welcome
Strong command of OWASP standards (Top 10, ASVS) and DevSecOps practice, including AppSec tooling (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, secrets scanning) and vulnerability management
Deep understanding of modern distributed architectures: microservices, REST and GraphQL APIs, event-driven systems, OAuth2/OIDC, and containerised workloads (Docker, Kubernetes). You should be able to reason about their trust boundaries, attack surface, and data flows across web and mobile clients
Collaboration:
Exceptional ability to influence and align engineering teams without direct authority, and to brief both engineers and executives
Pragmatism and strategic thinking: you balance the ideal with the achievable, protect delivery throughput, and turn long-term direction into an actionable plan
Clear written communication through diagrams, ADRs, and patterns, plus a track record of mentoring and cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, or another regulated environment
Awareness of relevant regulatory and compliance drivers: FCA and CySEC operational resilience, GDPR, and PCI DSS
Software supply-chain security, including SBOMs and artifact and build integrity
Experience securing AI-integrated product features, or using AI to scale an AppSec programme
Experience building or running a Security Champions programme
CSSLP, GIAC GDSA, or a hands-on offensive security certification. Certifications are valued but secondary to demonstrated experience
What you'll get in return:
You will join the company, that cares about work and life balance
Annual Bonus based on the performance review cycle
Generous Annual Leave Policy
Medical Insurance and Pension fund, with additional benefit packages based on the location
Hybrid working model (3 days from our modern office and 2 days fully remotely)
Comprehensive Workation Policy with 30 more remote days available.
Possibility of taking two additional days of paid leave per year to dedicate to volunteering efforts.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
We are looking for an experienced Manager, Tax Technology to lead tax platform projects for Wolt and Deliveroo within our growing Tax Team. As Wolt and Deliveroo onboard onto the global unified tax platform and a single tax calculation engine (Vertex), this role owns the functional tax leadership that turns business and VAT requirements into configured, tested, live capabilities, and leads the offshore Wolt & Deliveroo implementation team delivering that work day to day. As DoorDash continues to grow its international footprint, we are looking for a candidate with deep, hands-on experience in VAT regimes who can lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and own the delivery of tax features and new-platform feature / new-market / new-partnership launches across Wolt and Deliveroo.
About the Role
You will report to the Senior Manager of the Tax Calculation Platform & Mx Operations and lead tax platform and business projects for Wolt and Deliveroo. You will manage a team to deliver day-to-day VAT configuration and testing, and partner closely with Tax Engineering, the Wolt and Deliveroo Tax teams, Tax Product, and other stakeholders — gathering business and VAT requirements, translating them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration and testing, and reviewing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) to provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
The primary focus of this position is end-to-end delivery of VAT tax solutions across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms — new product, market, partnership launches and legislative changes, roadmap alignment with Wolt and Deliveroo's international expansion, and day-to-day leadership of the team executing that delivery — with an understanding of how data flows from upstream systems through the tax engine to downstream reporting. Rather than handing off requirements to the Vertex Center of Excellence team, you will apply your own Vertex knowledge to help influence the functional design and determine the specific Vertex configuration a solution requires. Familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context is valuable for alignment with the broader platform.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead tax platform and business projects across the Wolt and Deliveroo platforms, including new product, market, partnership launches, and legislative changes.
Gather business and VAT requirements and translate them into tax-system functional requirements for configuration, testing and delivery.
Review BRDs, PRDs, and TDDs for VAT tax-system implications and provide functional tax expertise back to Tax Engineering.
Define testing requirements and oversee validations across unit, integration, E2E, shadow, and post-launch phases.
Align tax engine priorities and the integrated delivery plan with the Wolt and Deliveroo international market roadmaps, and represent tax platform status updates to Tax and Engineering leadership.
Trace VAT-relevant data from upstream systems through Vertex to downstream reporting and compliance.
Serve as the senior functional tax leader for Wolt and Deliveroo, escalating risk and driving cross-functional alignment across Tax, Product, Engineering, and Data.
Manage and develop a team supporting this area, allocating workload, establishing QA checkpoints, and providing structured knowledge transfer on complex processes.
We’re excited about you because…
You have 8+ years of indirect tax or indirect tax technology experience, with several years working directly in VAT regimes.
You are familiar with VAT tax requirements and can translate them into system requirements.
Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Vertex O Series, and ability to review Vertex configurations and testing documentation and provide feedback.
Hand-on experience implementing or configuring ERP tax integration (e.g. Netsuite) with Vertex tax engine.
Experience with multi-country VAT implementations and EU VAT compliance; familiarity with non-US indirect tax regimes more broadly is a plus.
Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including managing, coaching, workload delegation, and quality oversight.
You can review technical design documents and provide functional tax expertise to engineering and product.
You have familiarity with US sales and use tax, food and beverage, and retail tax context.
You understand how tax data flows from upstream transaction systems through a tax engine to downstream reporting, including both in-house systems or ERP system integration flows.
Program or project management experience across dependent teams, including building plans, milestones, and dependency maps, and driving them to completion.
Comfort operating cross-functionally and building trust with partner teams without always holding formal authority over their roadmaps.
Experience in use of SQL or Snowflake for data self-serve, issue investigation or testing validation.
Experience in use of API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI and ability to read XML and JSON logs.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science degree.
You are fluent in leveraging multiple AI tools on the market (e.g., Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor) on a daily basis across all of your assigned tasks, and you actively look for creative ways to apply them to enhance processes and create efficiency gains.
Nice to Haves
Familiarity with Marketplace Facilitator laws.
Experience managing offshore teams across time zones.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

You will combine engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to deliver secure, reliable integrations that fit our customers' workflows.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and regular feedback.
Own delivery outcomes within the agreed scope, provide practical estimates, and make capacity and priority tradeoffs visible.
Delegate ownership to engineers and, as the team grows, team leads; distinguish near-term delivery from long-term capability development. Keep the role to no more than three clearly defined focus areas, with team leads taking ownership as capacity grows.
Work with Product Management to define priorities, plan delivery, and translate customer needs into integration capabilities.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of integrations, including:
- Connectors to third-party applications and services.
- An Integrations Store for discovering and managing available integrations.
- Data mapping, validation, and synchronization between systems.
- Authentication, authorization, and secure credential handling.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery from integration failures.
Guide technical decisions within the assigned domain from solution design through development and production rollout, coordinating cross-cutting architecture and security decisions with their designated owners.
Establish reusable integration patterns that handle retries, rate limits, duplicate events, and API version changes reliably.
Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying integrations.
Improve integration reliability, performance, and observability, and guide the team in resolving production issues.
Coordinate with other engineering teams and external partners to manage dependencies and compatibility.
Apply AI technologies where they improve integration development, testing, or support, with appropriate validation of outputs.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
Experience leading software engineers and owning the delivery and operation of production systems.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to contribute to technical problem-solving.
Excellent knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience building and operating AWS services in production.
Hands-on experience designing and maintaining APIs and integrations with external systems.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, aggregation, and query performance.
Experience with secure authentication and authorization for integrations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to align engineering work with product priorities.
Professional working proficiency in English for leading an English-speaking team and collaborating across functions.
Nice to have:
Experience writing automated integration and contract tests.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with runtime isolation and sandboxing for sensitive execution.
Experience in B2B SaaS, security, compliance, or data governance.
Experience building high-load products with numerous endpoints.
Experience maintaining integrations across multiple third-party API versions.
Benefits
Fully remote work with flexibility to support your work-life balance.
A collaborative environment that empowers you to own your domain and implement best practices.
Stable income, benefits, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career advancement.
Friendly, professional colleagues who are eager to support you and help you grow.
Engaging challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team. You will own Vercel's compute platform — Fluid compute, Vercel Functions, Sandbox, and more — the layer that runs every workload our customers deploy. You will set the direction for how developers configure, scale, and run code on Vercel, from a single function, to multi-service architectures, to agents. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).
Vercel invested in its own microVM-based compute infrastructure externally called “Fluid compute”. Fluid changed what’s now possible to run on Vercel. For example, we’ve delivered Sandboxes, a new primitive to run untrusted and agent-generated code. We are just scratching the surface of what Fluid can deliver. This is a senior role with wide latitude: you'll decide where that platform goes next.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Vercel's compute platform.
Define how Vercel serves AI and agent workloads, where long-running, I/O-bound, and code-executing tasks have a fundamentally different compute profile than traditional request/response traffic.
Shape the developer experience of running workloads on Vercel: resource model, attributes, API and config files.
Partner with Engineering on the performance and reliability bar for compute, including cold starts and creation time latency
Define pricing for new products and resources.
Set the compute primitives that adjacent product areas build on, and work with those teams on what they need from the platform
Work directly with Enterprise customers and the field on compute requirements that block adoption or scale
What you need
You've built and shipped infrastructure or developer platform products, ideally compute, serverless, containers, or runtime platforms
You have the technical depth to reason about concurrency, cold starts, isolation models, and the cost and performance tradeoffs of a compute platform
You have owned a platform area that other product teams build on, and set technical direction others adopted
You have experience with AI or agent workloads and how their resource profile differs from conventional web traffic
You have experience working directly with Enterprise customers on infrastructure requirements
You have experience using usage and product analytics data to drive roadmap decisions
Bonus if you
Have worked at a cloud provider or on a serverless, container, or edge compute platform
Have an engineering background or have built software yourself
Have worked on multi-runtime platforms and the tradeoffs of supporting several language runtimes
Have worked on sandboxing, isolation, or secure execution of untrusted code
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000 - $312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Own the data engineering function end-to-end: build and maintain production pipelines from Tennr's application into Snowflake, ensuring reliability and performance at scale.
- Lead EHR discovery and integration initiatives across ~5–10 healthcare systems. Understand what data is available, what integrations we have, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and build creative solutions to extract and ingest data into Snowflake.
- Own Snowflake as our strategic data platform: architect instance setup, implement security best practices and governance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure zero data exposure.
- Design and implement data models that transform raw data into usable assets. Surface and safely share that data across Tennr so internal teams can build their own analytics and tooling.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting to detect pipeline issues quickly and resolve them with minimal business impact.
- Explore innovative approaches to structure and extract insights from unstructured referral documentation, including potential AI-enabled models to unlock value from clinical text data.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong track record of building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Proven expertise with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP); hands-on experience with data pipeline tools and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data—claims, EHR systems, and data integration patterns—or demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex domain-specific systems.
- Healthcare-data security awareness and familiarity with best practices (e.g., HIPAA considerations, data governance, compliance) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort with complex, ambiguous integration challenges—not just standard connector configuration.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical and healthcare concepts to a diverse audience.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and values diverse perspectives.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment is a plus.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business. As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools.
Your Impact:
Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services.
Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear.
Your Qualifications:
Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security. Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in. Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them.
Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens. This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.
You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest.
Standout Qualities:
Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification.
Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments.
You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own. You don't outsource thinking to a tool.
Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer.
Team Dynamics:
You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security. You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists. You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal.
Our Work Style:
Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling.
Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams.
