We combine AI-native security tooling with deep research and a decade of audit expertise to support leading institutions and crypto-native teams shaping the next generation of digital assets like DTCC, Fidelity, Coinbase, Uniswap, Aave, the Ethereum Foundation, and many more across the full secure development lifecycle.
Please note:
Always refer to OpenZeppelin's official job page for the most accurate information about our open roles, as we have seen multiple third party job sites posting inaccurate information.
The Marketing Team
The Marketing Team at OpenZeppelin drives awareness and adoption across every product and service we ship, from the flagship OpenZeppelin Contracts Libraries to security audits, developer tooling, and solutions for financial institutions.
Working hand-in-hand with Product, Design, Sales, and Open Source Engineering, the team owns messaging, go-to-market strategy, content, and events that position OpenZeppelin as the security standard for onchain finance.
What you'll be doing
As OpenZeppelin’s Senior Product Marketer for Financial Services, you will own how we position, launch, and sell our solutions to banks, asset managers, and financial market infrastructures. You will lead the go-to-market for new institutional solutions, from positioning through launch and adoption, and make sure Sales has what it needs to win. You will work AI-native by default: building the workflows, agents, and tools that let you research faster, create better content, and give Sales assets that adapt to every account instead of going stale.
You will
Own positioning and messaging
for our institutional solutions, defining value propositions, differentiators, and messaging by use case and buyer persona.
Lead product launches
for new institutional solutions, from launch plans and timelines through announcement, assets, and post-launch adoption.
Enable Sales with AI-native assets:
sales kits, pitch narratives, one-pagers, battlecards, and evaluation materials built to be customized per account and kept current, not static decks.
Run AI-powered competitive and market intelligence
by building workflows that track competitors, regulatory developments, and industry news, and turn them into actionable insights for Sales, Product, and leadership.
Build use-case and solution pages
directly in our CMS, explaining clearly what we offer, who it is for, and why it matters.
Support early adopter and design partner programs,
shaping the materials and narrative that turn institutional interest into qualified opportunities.
Contribute to institutional content,
including research reports, thought leadership, and newsletter topics, using AI workflows to research, draft, and repurpose efficiently.
Create light social media content
when valuable content or launches go live, in coordination with the wider Marketing team.
Close the loop with the product owners
by bringing customer and market feedback into roadmap and packaging discussions.
Measure what matters
by defining launch and adoption metrics and reporting on results.
Location
All positions at OpenZeppelin are 100% remote, however you should
be located between UTC-5 and UTC+2 to be seriously considered for this position.
You have
3+ years in product marketing at companies selling to institutions: financial services, digital asset service providers, or blockchain companies with an institutional customer base.
A proven track record of marketing to banks, asset managers, or market infrastructures at a company that actually won their business. You already know what these buyers want, how they evaluate, and what makes them move.
An AI-native way of working. You build and use AI workflows daily for content creation, research, competitive monitoring, and sales assets, and can show examples of what you’ve built.
A solid understanding of digital asset and tokenization use cases, such as tokenized deposits, money market funds, repo, and stablecoins.
Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to make complex technical and regulatory topics clear and credible for senior audiences.
Experience working closely with Sales and Product to turn strategy into assets that are actually used in deals.
Strong project management skills and comfort working through compliance and approval processes.
A self-driven, collaborative mindset that thrives in dynamic environments.
Nice to have
Experience in product marketing for services (security, consulting, or professional services), not only software products.
Experience building web pages through a headless CMS such as Sanity.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and smart contract development.
Experience running beta, pilot, or design partner programs.
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This role is available for candidates located in the United States or Canada.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases team owns the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are OSS projects that we also offer as a Cloud service supporting Grafana Cloud, and as an on-premise solution. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and running on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (GCP, Azure, AWS). We also have engineers working on
Prometheus
,
Grafana Alloy
,
Mimir proxies
, and OpenTelemetry.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. Our tech stack is mostly made up of services written in Go, running on multiple Kubernetes clusters that leverage Cloud object storage.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction.
We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always paired with strong code review and quality standards.
You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability.
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives.
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers.
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope.
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running.
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions, and collaborate with the team.
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system.
As we are remote-first and our engineering organisation is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action.
You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs .
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively.
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well.
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements and brainstorming ideas, all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way.
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering.
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others.
Bonus Points For:
Experience writing low level code for databases, storage layers, or query engines.
Experience working with Kubernetes.
Been a user of Grafana and/or Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools in hobby/homelab projects).
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn.
Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is CAD 186,500 to AUD 223,500. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed
here
.

In Australia, the Base compensation range for this role is CAD 164,500 to CAD 197,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed

- Oversee a dedicated office and reception team, ensuring smooth daily operations, visitor experience, and front-of-house service
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, and functional workplace aligned with our culture and operational rhythm
- Partner with People and IT to ensure workspaces support hybrid collaboration, new joiner onboarding, and employee well-being
Facility Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Set up and oversee systems for space allocation, access control, maintenance, and infrastructure monitoring

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE MISSION OF THE UNION RELATIONS LEAD
Unions and social partners play a central and legitimate role in how social protection is designed, negotiated and implemented in France. We're looking for a Union Relations Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with unions, their federations, and the broader paritariste ecosystem, making Alan a trusted, substantive and well-known interlocutor of French social partners, and supporting our Enterprise & Public Sector teams across large private employers and public institutions.
⭐ WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GENUINELY UNIQUE
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health tech companies builds its relationships with the French social partner ecosystem (from confederations to sector federations to paritariste institutions).
- You'll operate at the highest levels of the paritariste ecosystem: confederal leadership, sector federations, IP boards, organisations patronales.
- You'll shape the strategy, not just execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability (the playbook is yours to define)
- You'll work directly with Founders, Public Affair as well as Public Sector and Enterprise leadership.
- Real ownership from day one, in one of the fastest-growing tech unicorns in Europe.
⭐️ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the organizations that represent employees and members across the sectors that matter to Alan (unions, federations, and the structures that convene them).
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design the engagement strategy at confederal, federal and branch level.
- Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions where our sector’s future is discussed.
- Be the credible consistent Alan voice social partners recognise
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Public Sector work
- Be a partner to our teams serving large private employers and public sector clients, briefing them on the social partners context and how Alan’s offer speaks to their priorities
- Introduce the right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, turning Alan’s ecosystem relationships into concrete commercial leverage.
- Share Alan’s content with social partners to help them assess Alan on its merits and form their own view.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the dialogue at branch level and across the paritariste ecosystem and turn that understanding into internal clarity.
- Represent Alan in the federations and working groups where our sector's future is discussed, contributing a constructive and recognizable voice.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where social dialogue is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions shared with Enterprise and Public Sector deal teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our social partner engagement and documentation.
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Public Sector team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how social partners and competitors position themselves in our key markets.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Union Relations Lead role at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations: in a union organization, a branch federation, a paritariste institution, or in an external affairs role at a mutelle, IP or insurer
- Have legitimate credibility at federation level: ability to engage federation leadership as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive engagement at federation level on employer side.
- Have deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem: branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection sociale reforms, and how institutions at each level function
- Have proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
- Have outstanding stakeholder management: calm, long-game, trustworthy, discreet, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself.
- Have ability to translate Alan’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences
- Demonstrable impact from prior social-partner work on an organization’s commercial and strategic outcomes
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight.
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.
Nice to have:
- A confederal or federal elected / permanent past.
- Experience inside a paritariste institution
- Experience inside a sector federation on its social dialogue agenda.
- Legal background in droit social and comfort reading accords collectifs quickly.
- International exposure to the European social dialogue ecosystem.
- Prior experience with RFPs or tenders involving union-negotiated or paritariste schemes.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team at the forefront of introducing our cutting-edge AI productivity API and SaaS solutions to industrial organisations across the EMEA markets. You'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with manufacturers, engineering groups, energy and utilities providers, and logistics and supply chain businesses. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise in the industrial sector to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to industrial stakeholders, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities across engineering, operations, supply chain, maintenance and field service. Analyse industrial market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns

Navigate complex industrial stakeholder ecosystems including executives, operations and engineering leadership, IT and OT teams, digital transformation functions, and procurement offices to build consensus
Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from users and conveying industrial market needs. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition for industrial clients
Continuously refine the industrial sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimise sales productivity and consistency
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
A track record of managing complex sales cycles within industrial organisations and securing strategic deals by understanding both technical requirements and industrial use cases
Demonstrated ability to navigate large, multi-site industrial organisations and procurement processes, building consensus among diverse stakeholders including executives, operations and engineering leadership, and IT departments

Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to various industrial audiences, from plant and engineering managers to senior executives
Deep understanding of industrial buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points, including the regulatory, safety and sustainability pressures industrial businesses operate within
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the industrial market combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and ethically for industrial use

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Anthropic, you'll join the foundational team at the forefront of introducing our cutting-edge AI productivity API and SaaS solutions to professional services firms across the EMEA markets. You'll drive the adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with professional service firms, holding companies, law firms and advisory firms. You'll leverage your consultative sales expertise in the professional services sector to propel revenue growth while becoming a trusted partner to professional services stakeholders, helping them embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities in client delivery, research and analysis, and knowledge management. In collaboration with GTM, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll continuously refine our value proposition, sales methodology, and market positioning to resonate with professional services decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing new market segments, pinpointing high-potential opportunities, and executing strategies to capture them. By driving deployment of Anthropic's emerging products, you will help enterprises obtain new capabilities while also advancing the ethical development of AI.
Responsibilities:
Win new business and drive revenue for Anthropic within the professional services sector. Navigate complex professional services firms to reach key decision-makers, educate them about our services, and help them succeed with Anthropic. You'll own the full sales cycle, from first outbound to close
Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to professional services procurement cycles, vendor risk assessment, and budgeting processes to meet and exceed revenue quotas. Analyse professional services market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities and campaigns
Spearhead market expansion by identifying new use cases within client delivery teams, creative and strategy functions, research and knowledge management, and business development. Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings for professional services applications
Navigate complex professional services stakeholder ecosystems including executives, partners and practice leaders, IT departments, risk and compliance functions, and procurement offices to build consensus
Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from users and conveying professional services market needs. Provide insights that strengthen our value proposition for professional services
Continuously refine the professional services sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimise sales productivity and consistency
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of B2B Enterprise sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
A track record of managing complex sales cycles within professional services firms and securing strategic deals by understanding both technical requirements and professional services use cases
Demonstrated ability to navigate professional services organisational structures and procurement processes, building consensus among diverse stakeholders including executives, partners and practice leaders, and IT departments
Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within professional services procurement frameworks, vendor risk and third-party assurance policies
Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently to various professional services audiences, from practice leads and delivery teams to senior partners
Deep understanding of professional services buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points, including the client confidentiality and regulatory obligations firms operate within
A strategic, analytical approach to assessing the professional services market combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely and ethically for professional services use
