Take ambiguous, high-stakes problems and drive them to clarity - defining the right structure, roles, and decision-making frameworks, often from scratch
Drive cross-functional decision-making by identifying the right stakeholders, surfacing the information they need and recommendations
Proactively identify program risks and anticipate change before it happens, driving action to course-correct and maintain momentum
Set and raise the bar for how program management works at Fin - creating new frameworks, challenging existing processes that aren't working, and feeding learnings back into how the team operates
Hold people accountable at every level, from workstream drivers to exec sponsors, ensuring progress and ownership across complex, cross-functional programs
Mentor and develop teammates, making the people around you better and faster
Evangelize program management across the company - shaping how other teams and orgs think about execution, collaboration, and ways of working
What skills do I need?
You have 8+ years of experience in program management with a track record of leading large, complex, cross-functional programs in a fast paced AI/SaaS B2B environment with an evolving strategy
Proven experience working directly with senior level leadership, you’re comfortable engaging with and influencing senior executives and leadership to get to the right outcome
High ownership and agency, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile, high-visibility programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
A strategic thinker who connects execution to company strategy, spots gaps across programs, and understands how mission, product, and financial plan tie together
You are solutions oriented and proactive when it comes to taking action to solve problems and mitigate risks
You have strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills with a track record of bringing together senior-level viewpoints and driving alignment
You’re an excellent self-starter with a track record of seamless execution on complex programs with minimal guidance
You've built and significantly improved program management practices, frameworks, or ways of working at a previous company
Excellent communicator who can flex between an exec room and a cross-functional working group, adapting style and depth to the audience
Experience mentoring or developing others, whether direct reports or peers - you make the people around you better

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
In order to deliver Render to our users, we must first provide the best internal developer platform for engineers to move fast, confidently, reliably, and securely along paved paths with the right set of tools, observability and guardrails. As Engineering Manager for the newly formed Platform team, you’ll lead a growing group of talented engineers — both established team members and future hires — who are energized by the opportunity to build this space alongside you.
Together, you will modernize and bring Render's internal developer platform and shared production infrastructure (observability, CI/CD, developer environments, storage, and more) from good to great. Because the landscape we operate in is evolving rapidly, we build infrastructure that is modular and adaptable, able to support a product direction that is itself responding to a fast-moving market without over-indexing on any single bet. This team will have tremendous impact; unlike most infrastructure teams that build for internal consumers, our infrastructure is the product. Not only will you be enhancing the velocity and impact of your fellow Render engineers, but the 4.5 million developers using our platform as well.
This role blends strong technical leadership with product thinking: you’ll partner closely with other engineering teams as well as product managers to translate user needs into high-quality, scalable systems that developers rely on every day. You’ll be responsible for guiding technical direction, developing engineers, and ensuring the team ships meaningful improvements quickly while maintaining the high standards that define Render’s platform. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background, a deep sense of ownership, and a passion for building products that developers love.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and grow a team of platform engineers, supporting their development through mentorship, feedback, and clear technical guidance.
- Drive execution on key product initiatives from ideation through launch, balancing speed with high standards of reliability and quality.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across engineering practices and team processes.
- Engage deeply in technical discussions, guiding system design decisions and helping the team navigate architectural tradeoffs.
- Stay up to date with relevant industry trends, emerging tools, and developer practices that will inform future team learning and opportunities for investment.
- Help the team break down complex problems into incremental milestones that deliver value quickly while supporting long-term platform evolution.
- Ensure teams maintain a strong understanding of the developer experience and reliability, security, and velocity impact of the features they build.
- Partner closely with other teams like Runtime, Security, and Product to understand needs, align priorities, and ensure delivery of impactful features and solutions through thoughtful technical solutions and product roadmaps.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years as an Engineer on an Infrastructure or similarly shaped team shipping products or features for other developers.
- 4+ years of experience managing people and developing engineers, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and design.
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply in system design, architecture, and engineering tradeoffs.
- Ability to translate engineering goals and user needs into roadmaps and shipped features.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for both team outcomes and long-term system health.
- Experience improving Reliability and/or Developer Experience through tooling, processes, and team practices.
- Deep experience with open source technologies supporting an internal platform tool or cluster, build & deployment systems, CI/CD, observability, and/or configuration management.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Background working on highly scalable distributed systems or infrastructure platforms.
- Experience on teams managing large fleets of developer environments, sandboxes, or testing ecosystems.
- Experience building platforms and/or products used directly by developers.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Voice of the Customer (VOC) Program Manager to build and run a company-wide VOC program at Figma. Sitting within the Product Support org, this role is responsible for pulling insights from across Figma's customer-facing surfaces, Support, Sales, NPS, community, and more, and translating them into fast, actionable signals for Product, Engineering, and Support. This isn't just a reporting role: you'll own the full insight loop, from surfacing and prioritizing the biggest customer pain points to tracking whether they're being addressed and bringing wins back to customer facing orgs and our product partners. You'll work cross-functionally across Support, Sales, Research, Marketing and Product, and leverage AI to move faster than ever. It's a rare opportunity to build something that matters at company scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

Own the rhythm of VOC reporting and define the mechanisms that feed into the program, including launch insight reporting and ensuring insights are visible, shareable, and easy to act on across the org
Surface and prioritize the biggest customer pain points, align with Product and Engineering on roadmap prioritization, and advocate for customer needs – bringing wins back to Support and Sales to demonstrate program impact
Monitor and report on customer sentiment from pre through post-product launches, providing recommendations across Product, Support, and Sales on where to act — from unresolved pain points and product gaps to process improvements and sales blockers
Set shared, data-backed goals with Product and Engineering partners and monitor progress to help keep those goals on track
Work directly with Sales to bring customer problem statements into the VOC program and ensure field insights inform priorities
Integrate signals from NPS, Research, Sales, and community alongside Support data into a unified narrative that reaches Product and Engineering swiftly
Strategically implement AI workflows to build scalable processes that generate and deliver insights faster
Communicate customer insights across a range of audiences, from frontline support to Product leadership, with clarity and a strong point of view

Experience building and running a VOC program, as a PM or Manager, with a strong POV on what good looks like
A background in a customer-facing function (Support, Success, or Sales – Support preferred)
Demonstrated ownership mentality — a track record of identifying problems, driving solutions, and ruthlessly prioritizing when capacity is limited
Fluency in AI workflows and demonstrated ability to build lightweight, scalable processes quickly

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
This is a senior product role on a small, high-leverage product team. You'll own key pieces of the product line — from how we position it, to how we price it, to how the field sells it. You'll work closely with engineering and be the person Marketing and Field teams looks to for the answer to "why us, why now”.
We need a product leader who lives close to customers and to revenue, who can hold a deeply technical conversation with multiple stakeholders - from technical buyers to executives, and who treats GTM as a first-class part of the product — not something that happens after the product is "done."
What You Will Do:
Growth strategy for AI
— where we play, who we sell to, how we win, and the sequencing of bets that gets us there
The customer and buyer motion
— being in front of inference platform teams, data platform leads, and the buyers who decide. Joining strategic deals. Running the win/loss loop and feeding it back into strategy.
Positioning and narrative
— partnering with Marketing on how the AI stories land in market, what we publish, and how a first-time buyer encounters MinIO
Field partnership
— building the assets sellers actually use, supporting the deals that matter, making sure the field can run an inference-buyer or lakehouse-buyer conversation confidently
Pricing and packaging
— how
MinIO portfolio products are packaged,
how the AI and Analytics motions are priced differently if they should be, and how we capture value as workloads grow
Competitive intelligence
— knowing the AI training inference competitive landscape, and shaping how we differentiate
Partner GTM for AI
— the AI ecosystem is partner-heavy, and unlocking it is part of the role
Influence on the product
— through customer signal, pipeline data, and competitive insight you will be the most informed external voice in the room to influence direction.
Your Skills and Experience:
8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years on infrastructure, data, or AI/ML products sold to technical buyers
Demonstrated fluency in modern AI and analytics stacks — you don't need to have trained a foundation model, but you should be conversant in how training and inference pipelines actually consume storage, key tradeoffs and why it matters, and how data platform teams make build/buy decisions
A track record of working closely with field teams on real revenue — you've sat in on deals, you've built enablement that sellers actually used, you've changed a deal's outcome with a well-timed product conversation
Partnership with marketing on crafting compelling narratives, presented at external conferences, webinars
Strong analytical instincts — you reach for data to test your hypotheses, not to confirm them
The ability to write clearly and think rigorously in writing. Most of the work that compounds in this role is written
Excellent partnership with engineering — you've earned engineers' trust before by being technically credible and by making prioritization defensible
Real comfort with pricing and packaging decisions — if you've owned or co-owned them, not just commented on them, that's a big plus
Background in storage, analytics, databases, or data infrastructure
If you have been an AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in the data infrastructure stack we would love to talk to you.
Experience with open-source-adjacent commercial products and the unique GTM motions they require
Prior experience at a high-growth infrastructure company
What We Offer:
Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
401K with 3% Contribution
Pre-IPO Stock Options
At least 12 Public Holidays
Flexible Time Off
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma's AI Tools team builds the AI-powered workflows, platforms, and tooling that make every engineer at the company more productive. From agentic CI auto-fixing and AI-assisted code review to background cloud agents that turn a Slack message into a pull request, this team owns the systems that are transforming how Figma builds software. The team operates across a three-layer platform stack—sandbox runtime, cloud agents, and workflow orchestration—while shipping and maintaining a growing portfolio of org-wide developer workflows that compound across hundreds of engineers.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow a team of engineers responsible for building and operating Figma's AI developer workflows and the cloud agent platform that powers them
Own the technical strategy and roadmap for AI Developer Experience, spanning sandbox runtime infrastructure, cloud agent reliability, workflow orchestration, and org-wide agentic workflows
Hire and scale the team - establishing team culture, execution cadence, and operational processes from the ground up
Drive the reliability, observability, and scalability of our cloud agent platform, ensuring it meets production-grade standards as adoption grows across the engineering organization
Partner with product engineering, security, infrastructure, and DevEx teams to identify the highest-leverage opportunities for AI-assisted developer workflows and drive adoption
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools, models, and agent frameworks, making strategic bets on which capabilities to build versus buy
Establish evaluation frameworks to measure the quality, cost, and impact of AI-generated code and agentic workflows across the organization

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience managing infrastructure, platform, or developer experience engineering teams, with a track record of scaling teams and delivering high-performing systems
Strong software engineering background, with Staff-level or above technical depth before moving into management with deep understanding of distributed systems, platform architecture, and the operational challenges of running production infrastructure at scale
Demonstrated fluency with AI/ML systems, LLM-based workflows, or agent architectures - as a builder, not just a consumer - with the ability to reason about tradeoffs in nondeterministic systems
Experience hiring, onboarding, and growing engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Ability to set technical direction, drive cross-functional alignment, and make sound architectural decisions while balancing speed of execution with long-term sustainability
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Direct experience building AI developer tooling, agent platforms, or AI-assisted engineering workflows
Familiarity with agent frameworks such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar background agent systems, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations
Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal, n8n, or Tines for multi-stage automation
Background in developer experience platforms including CI/CD systems, build tools (Bazel/Blaze), or large polyglot monorepo environments
Experience building evaluation and quality frameworks for AI-generated outputs

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Senior Growth BI Project Manager
to join our CEO Office. This is a high-impact, end-to-end role that sits at the intersection of data intelligence and execution — covering OKX's key regulated markets globally.
You will own the full loop:
identifying growth problems through data, diagnosing root causes, shaping recommendations, and driving outcomes through cross-functional execution.
Beyond technical and operational skills, what will set you apart is who you are. We are looking for someone with an exceptional ability to learn fast and operate in unfamiliar territory without losing direction. Someone who does not wait to be told what matters — you find it yourself. Someone who genuinely cares about the work and brings energy to problems that others find too messy or too ambiguous to touch.
What You'll Be Doing
Growth Analytics & Insight
Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets, proactively identifying anomalies, trends, and emerging opportunities.
Conduct structured root-cause analysis on growth performance — moving beyond data description to diagnosis: why did this happen, and what should we do about it.
Translate analytical findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for senior leadership and local market growth teams.
Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards that give leadership a clear, real-time view of market health and growth efficiency.
Program Management & Execution
Own the end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives: from scoping and planning through to delivery and outcome tracking.
Drive cross-functional coordination across growth, product, engineering, and operations teams — ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery.
Define measurable success criteria for each initiative and close the loop on results.
AI-Augmented Ways of Working
Actively apply AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting cycles, and operational workflows.
Champion AI-native practices within the team and demonstrate productivity gains through concrete examples.
What We Look For In You
At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management — ideally from a top internet company, fintech, Web3 firm, or management consulting background.
Exceptional learning agility — able to rapidly absorb new domains, connect the dots across unfamiliar data, and develop informed views in areas where you had no prior expertise.
Strong logical and quantitative thinking — you break complex problems into structured components and form conclusions grounded in evidence, not assumption.
Extreme self-motivation and ownership — you take full accountability for your workstreams, set your own direction, and are not satisfied until you see measurable outcomes. A genuine drive and passion for the work — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, and find clarity and momentum where others find friction.
Excellent communication skills; able to adapt between technical and non-technical audiences, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred to work with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
Nice to Haves
Prior experience in the Web3 or crypto industry, or as a user of crypto products — genuine familiarity with the space is a meaningful advantage.
Hands-on experience building AI agent systems or complex workflows, beyond general tool usage.
Experience working within international or multinational organizations, with cross-regional stakeholder exposure.
Solid track record in growth analytics or channel analysis — comfortable working with acquisition, retention, and channel performance data, and experience translating analytical work into growth decisions.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive product development across multiple initiatives, from new products and feature ideation through launch, iteration, growth, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning aligned with company objectives
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to define product direction and priorities
- Own prioritization decisions using user feedback, product intuition, data, and business context
- Translate complex technical concepts and user needs into clear product requirements and execution plans
- Maintain a strong product quality bar across user experience, functionality, and execution
- Define and monitor key product metrics and use insights to improve decision-making
- Work cross-functionally with teams across engineering, growth, BD, operations, and support
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and high ownership expectations
WHO YOU ARE:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably working on technical or infrastructure-heavy products
- Strong product fundamentals and proven product judgment
- Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with highly technical teams, with a solid understanding of finance
- High ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- User-focused with strong attention to product quality and execution standards
- Technical background, engineering experience, or a technical degree is a strong plus
- Genuine interest in crypto, financial infrastructure, and emerging technologies
- Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, trading systems, or financial products is a strong plus
- Experience at high-performing technology companies is also highly valued
- Fluent in English
- Ideally based in New York or open to relocating
