WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Notion’s product surface expands, we need a builder-teacher who can turn new capabilities into technically accurate education that helps customers confidently build with Notion. In this role, you’ll explore Notion’s newest capabilities, teach by showing, and ship as the product evolves. You’ll be the technical face of Notion Academy: leading workshops, recording walkthroughs, and building implementation guides.
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Expand Notion’s technical education library. Author technically rigorous Academy content, implementation guides, and Help Center resources that make our most complex capabilities easier to understand and adopt.
- Become a trusted voice for Notion Academy. Teach customers through video, live webinars, and workshops, demonstrating real workflows and solving problems in real time.
- Build with Notion’s newest capabilities. Get hands-on with new product features, use customer insights to identify high-value use cases, and determine top priority workflows for education to focus on.
- Reimagine learning with AI. Experiment with adaptive, contextual learning experiences that respond to what customers are trying to build and where they need help.
- Prove and scale the impact of technical education. Use product adoption signals to measure impact and improve what we teach, then build reusable standards to help the team deliver effective technical learning faster.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Builder mindset: You learn new product features by getting hands-on, experimenting, and building until you understand.
- Comfort navigating technical content: you don’t need to write code, but you can read a technical architecture doc, identify what’s outdated, and work with engineers to fix it.
- Customer-facing credibility: You’re comfortable teaching, building, and troubleshooting in front of customers.
- AI experimentation: You actively use AI to build, learn, and teach technical proficiency.
- Product expertise: You can quickly understand a new feature, identify where it creates meaningful customer value, and turn that into practical use cases.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Notion product expertise
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, or technical enablement
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $180,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We are seeking a
Senior Mobile Engineer
to take ownership of the Mattermost mobile experience for teams working in defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure. Our users operate in DDIL environments where connectivity may be disconnected, denied, intermittent, or limited, security is non-negotiable, and the software they depend on has to keep working.
Our mobile app is primarily React Native and TypeScript today, with native iOS and Android integrations. Your immediate focus will be making that experience more reliable and performant. Over time, you'll also help shape the next generation of our cross-platform mobile architecture.
You'll work hands-on across application and native layers, partner closely with platform and feature teams, work directly with customer-facing teams on field reports from constrained environments, and help raise the bar for how we observe, diagnose, and build mobile software.
Responsibilities
Reliability and Performance
Architect the app for DDIL and other constrained network environments
Improve data and functional reliability across connection lifecycle, synchronization, recovery, and failure scenarios
Own crash-free and release-health outcomes, using telemetry to proactively identify regressions and drive them through diagnosis to resolution
Profile and improve performance across startup, networking, storage, rendering, memory, and battery usage
Mobile Platform Ownership
Own critical iOS and Android integrations and the boundaries between native and cross-platform code
Maintain and evolve platform capabilities including push notifications, background execution, secure storage, app lifecycle, and real-time communications
Build within mobile distribution and device-management constraints, including App Store, enterprise and MDM deployment, AppConfig, and Intune MAM
Diagnose production issues from native traces, telemetry, device profiling, and sparse field logs
Make architecture recommendations that balance near-term delivery with the long-term direction of the mobile platform
Craft and Delivery
Mentor engineers on mobile architecture, reliability, performance, and platform best practices
Uphold security and compliance standards required by government and enterprise customers
Contribute to the open-source codebase
Use AI coding tools effectively, applying strong engineering judgment to increase output without compromising reliability or quality
What We Are Looking For
We care about what you've built and the problems you've solved — not how long you've been building. If you have strong outcomes to speak to in mobile engineering, we want to hear from you.
Required:
Deep expertise in iOS or Android development, with strong working knowledge of the other platform
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, platform SDKs, lifecycle constraints, and networking fundamentals
Experience building reliable mobile systems that behave predictably through unreliable connectivity, local state changes, synchronization, and recovery
Strong mobile performance profiling and production debugging skills on real devices
Experience using production data, crash metrics, and release-health signals to drive reliability improvements
Experience making architecture recommendations and owning technical outcomes
Ability and willingness to work across native and cross-platform codebases
AI fluency and experience using coding agents to increase engineering output while applying judgment to ensure reliable outcomes
Preferred:
Experience with React Native and TypeScript
Experience with mobile persistence, synchronization, or offline-capable systems
Experience with real-time communications or platform media frameworks such as WebRTC, CallKit, or Android audio APIs
Experience with enterprise mobile distribution, MDM, AppConfig, or Intune MAM
Experience building mobile software for security-sensitive, regulated, or operationally constrained environments
Open-source contributions
Why Mattermost

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel is hiring a Strategic Product Partnerships Lead to develop first-of-a-kind partnerships that inflect the company's growth. Done well, these partnerships open distribution for our products, create new pipeline for our field teams, and/or add new capabilities to our platform. This is a highly cross-functional and technical role: you will spend as much time with product and engineering leaders as with commercial ones, internally and externally.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and own a named set of partners that includes hyperscalers, frontier AI labs, silicon vendors, and commerce and enterprise software platforms. The work takes a different shape with each one, but the common thread is that these partnerships live close to the product: embedding Vercel inside a partner's platform, co-building new products, taking a joint offering to enterprises that neither company could sell alone.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) in one of our San Francisco, Austin, or New York City offices.
What you'll do
Own a named set of strategic partners end to end, from first conversation through signed agreement to launch and growth
Identify and develop new partnerships with the companies that matter most to Vercel's strategy across AI, cloud, commerce, and enterprise software
Build the business case: size the opportunity, scope the product and engineering investment it requires, and give leadership a clear recommendation, including when the recommendation is to pass
Lead negotiations end to end, structuring commercial agreements that are new to Vercel and often new to the partner: revenue share, embedded pricing, co-sell commitments, marketplace terms
Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to take a signed agreement to launch
Run deals with structure: clear milestones, agreed measures of success on both sides, and the judgment to stop the ones that are not working
What you need
8+ years developing, negotiating, and executing complex commercial agreements, ideally at a platform, infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools company
A track record of initiating partnerships that had no precedent, with companies significantly larger than your own. You can walk through the terms you won and the ones you gave up
Experience structuring deals with significant technical surface area: platform integrations, embedded or whitelabeled product, licensing, infrastructure and compute commitments. You can hold a credible conversation with a partner's product and engineering teams about agents, inference, model routing, and cloud infrastructure
Experience creating and driving strategy, and getting an organization to fund it
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams you do not manage, through Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Sales
Strong agency and comfort with ambiguity. You decide what to work on and can defend the choice
Excellent written and verbal communication with executives on both sides of the table
Bonus if you
Have done partnerships at or with a hyperscaler, a frontier AI lab, or a large commerce or enterprise software platform
Have structured technology licensing, OEM, or embedded distribution agreements
Started in a technical role (engineering, solutions architecture, or technical product) before moving into commercial work
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA salary range for this role is $194,000 - $237,000, plus an annual company target bonus. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.
As we anchor our Insurance position, diversify our offering with health and well-being related services in 4 different countries (France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), our operations are increasingly complex and our challenges ahead have never been as exciting!
Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed and passionate Ops across our countries, with a lot of interactions with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan.
We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing our processes and Operations Experts who deliver those on a daily basis while improving them.
We want team members to deliver excellence to our companies and members and be ready to disrupt (and not only upgrade) the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare services.

📍JOIN ALAN OPERATIONS TEAM IN LYON
The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉
- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
- Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally)
- Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient
Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, …
⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:
Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc).
Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.
⭐️ EXPERIENCE ⭐️
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Since the scope of our Ops Expert role is extremely varied, we are open to candidates from different backgrounds : you could be a good fit for the Operations team at Alan if, for example, you:
- Operated processes and services especially for companies during the scale up stage or in industrial/logistic industries
- Worked in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations etc)
- Had a Customer facing Commercial experience, e.g. account manager or Customer Success Communications, such as Social Media, Internal/ External Communications
- Handled event coordination
⭐️ SKILLS ⭐️
- Passionate about delivering & optimizing top notch operations: not scared to get your hands dirty to get into technical processes, making them clear and delightful for our operators and members
- A keen problem-solver and challenger with a dig deep mindset: what drives you is member and customer satisfaction !
- Analytics skills, to be able to dive into our data
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills, with strong attention to details
- Strong and structured in written and verbal communication in English as well as in French or Dutch
- Able to work and learn independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable: you show flexibility and a strong ability to adapt to variable situations
- It’s even better if you have experience in the insurance or the healthcare industry
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.

Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
Lead and own the Group Internal Audit function for Capital.com, providing independent, risk-based assurance across all regulated entities, business lines, and geographic markets. The Group Head of Internal Audit is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the audit function, designing and operating a hybrid audit framework, and providing the Group Board, Audit Committee, and senior leadership with timely, credible assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls across the group.
The role has an unconditional duty to escalate material control failures, significant audit findings, and regulatory concerns directly to the Group Audit Committee, independent of any instruction from executive management or any group function.
The role operates at the intersection of group governance and local regulatory accountability, requiring both strategic thinking and deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional financial services regulation. The postholder works in close coordination with the Global Head of Compliance and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment between audit and compliance risk assessments, while maintaining the independence required of an effective third-line function.
Responsabilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and own the multi-year internal audit strategy aligned to group growth plans, regulatory expectations across all six entities, and the evolving risk landscape of a digital CFD and trading business.
Build and lead a high-performing, independent internal audit function capable of providing credible assurance across a complex, multi-jurisdictional group.
Act as a trusted adviser to the Group Board, Audit Committee, and CEO on control environment quality, emerging risks, and regulatory developments with audit implications.
Audit Planning and Delivery
Develop, maintain, and execute the annual group audit plan, covering all entities, material business processes, technology infrastructure, regulated activities, and outsourced functions.
Lead and oversee audit fieldwork and reporting across operations, trading systems, technology and cyber, AML/KYC, financial crime, market abuse surveillance, conduct risk, Consumer Duty (UK), product governance, third-party and outsourcing arrangements, model risk, and financial controls.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identify control weaknesses and gaps, and provide actionable, proportionate recommendations.
Ensure audit reports are clear, accurate, evidence-based, and issued within agreed timescales.
Issue Management and Follow-Up
Maintain a group-wide audit issue log, tracking the status of all open findings across entities, escalating overdue or high-risk items to the Audit Committee as appropriate.
Challenge and validate management remediation responses and closure evidence to ensure issues are genuinely resolved rather than administratively closed.
Regulatory and Governance Alignment
Ensure the audit programme addresses the regulatory expectations of all relevant regulators: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia), SCB (Bahamas), SCA (UAE), and CNMV (Spain).
Provide independent assurance on material business change programmes, new product launches, strategic outsourcing decisions, and regulatory change implementation across the group.
Liaise constructively with external auditors and regulators, coordinating audit coverage where appropriate and providing regulators with access to audit documentation as required.
Requirements
Significant internal audit leadership experience within a multi-jurisdictional financial services group, broker, or investment firm — ideally including FCA-regulated and CySEC-regulated entities.
Strong working knowledge of FCA requirements for investment firms (MIFIDPRU, SYSC, COBS, PROD, DISP, AML/CTF, Consumer Duty) and familiarity with CySEC, ASIC, and other regulatory frameworks relevant to Capital.com's operational footprint.
Proven experience designing and operating a hybrid or co-sourced internal audit model at group level, including methodology ownership, panel governance, and quality assurance of specialist providers.
Experience auditing trading platforms, CFD or derivative products, technology infrastructure, financial crime controls, AML/KYC processes, and outsourced services.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain productive relationships with Boards, Audit Committees, and senior management while maintaining audit independence.
Track record of preparing clear, compelling assurance opinions and presenting findings at Board and Audit Committee level.
Experience managing or developing an internal audit team across multiple locations or entities.
Qualifications
Professional audit qualification (CIA, ACCA, ACA, CISA, CPA or equivalent) — CIA strongly preferred.
IIA membership or equivalent professional body membership.
Strong knowledge of the IIA International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and its application in a multi-jurisdiction financial services context.
Familiarity with UK SMCR and equivalent senior manager/controlled function regimes across relevant jurisdictions.
