Yopeso
has been developing a diverse range of software products, from large-scale applications to smaller solutions, for 20 years. With a growing team of over 300 employees across five locations, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, transparency, and professionalism.
At Yopeso, we value authenticity, curiosity, and ambition. These values drive us to build strong connections within our community and with our partners, ensuring trust, integrity, and transparency in all our business practices. We strive to maintain the highest professional standards and continuously challenge ourselves to develop high-quality, high-performance, and secure software solutions.
Our approach is rooted in efficient collaboration among passionate professionals working in agile teams. Guided by curiosity and ambition, we strive to create products that are meaningful and impactful, while remaining true to our authentic selves.
We’re looking for a commercial product-minded partner who can sell, design, and shape AI-first delivery outcomes - someone who thinks like a product leader, sells like a consulting partner, and closes like a top-tier enterprise dealmaker.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise consulting, product strategy, and AI-enabled delivery transformation. You will originate and close complex engagements where we don’t just sell capacity - we sell outcomes, fixed-price transformations, and AI-accelerated delivery models.
Core Responsibilities
Own enterprise deals end to end, from origination to signature
Build pipeline with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Digital and Product leaders in AI, software delivery and engineering scale-out
Turn business problems into productized, AI-augmented offers, shaping what we sell, not only how we deliver it
Structure fixed-price, milestone-based and outcome-based deals tied to speed, cost and impact, moving clients away from T&M
Advise executives on transformation and operating model redesign
Build long-term partnerships across multiple stakeholders on long-cycle, multi-service engagements in Europe and international markets
Work with the delivery and engineering leads from the start so what we sell matches what we can deliver
What You Bring
10+ years in enterprise B2B environments (consulting, IT services, digital engineering, or AI transformation)
Proven track record closing complex services / transformation deals
Strong ability to shift from staff augmentation → outcome-based + productized services
Deep experience in enterprise consulting-style selling
Strong commercial instinct for pricing and structuring deals
Ability to think in systems, operating models, and delivery economics
Why This Role
You are not managing a pipeline - you are creating commercial offerings
You are not selling hours - you are selling outcomes and transformation impact
You are not a vendor - you are a strategic partner in delivery design
You will shape how AI is embedded into real enterprise delivery models
You get full autonomy over commercial strategy and deal construction
High-trust, low-politics environment with real execution depth behind you

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time

About Us
Emoni is a fast-growing international fintech group connecting traditional financial services with digital assets and modern payment solutions. Operating across Cyprus, the Netherlands, and Canada, we deliver regulated financial infrastructure (European EMI & Canadian MSB), ranging from virtual IBANs and cross-border SWIFT/SEPA payments to digital asset services. Our Limassol hub is at the heart of our European operations. We combine regulatory stability with a startup mindset where decisions happen fast, ideas turn into real projects quickly, and initiative is always rewarded.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Payments Product Manager / Product Owner to drive the development of our payment infrastructure and digital asset integrations. In this role, you will take ownership of our core payment products. You’ll sit right between business goals, compliance rules, and engineering execution, turning high-level market needs into scalable, reliable fintech products.
What You'll Do
• Own the end-to-end payments product roadmap, prioritizing features that directly improve settlement speed, transaction success rates, and user experience.
• Design and refine core payment flows: virtual IBAN generation, cross-border SEPA/SWIFT routing, payment gateway integrations, and fiat-to-crypto rails.
• Write clear, actionable product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering to deliver feature releases on time.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams to make sure all product flows meet CySEC, CBC, and broader EU regulatory standards from day one.
• Partner with banking partners, liquidity providers, and payment processors to expand our routing options and optimize processing costs.
• Track product metrics (conversion rates, processing speeds, failure reasons) and make data-backed decisions on what to build next.
What We’re Looking For
• Work Authorization: Must hold valid, unrestricted legal authorization to work in Cyprus / EU.
• Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Product Lead in a fintech, EMI, bank, or payment gateway (PSP).
• Deep Payments Domain Knowledge: Hands-on understanding of SEPA (Instant), SWIFT, virtual IBAN architectures, and correspondent banking. Exposure to crypto payments or digital asset rails is a major plus.
• Execution Focus: You care about product delivery and system reliability, not just writing high-level slide decks.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English. You can easily translate complex regulatory/financial mechanics into clear technical tasks.
What We Offer
• Competitive salary matching your background.
• Flexible perks package built around your experience and interview results.
• Modern, fully equipped office in Limassol with good food, regular team events, and a great team atmosphere.
How to Apply
If you hold valid work authorization for Cyprus and want to build modern payment products, click Apply or send your CV directly to hr@emoni.io.

— Troubleshoot and fix bugs, delivering quick, high-quality resolutions.
— Write technical documents and maintain internal tools to empower other teams.
— Review and provide feedback on contributions from other engineers.
— Identify bottlenecks and optimize for conversion, speed, and reliability across the funnel.
— Critically think about foundational areas of the Vercel application to ensure ease of maintenance and future extensibility.
About You:
— 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience (React, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, or similar).

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Vercel encourages everyone to apply for our available positions, even if they don't necessarily check every box on the job description.
About the Role:
Traditional IAM teams operate as an approval queue: a request comes in, someone reviews it, grants it, and (hopefully) remembers to revoke it. Access reviews become quarterly spreadsheet exercises, audit evidence is assembled by hand, and the central team becomes the bottleneck for every decision. That model doesn't scale past a certain point, and Vercel is past it. Adding more approvers doesn't close the gap. Building the system that makes access self-serve, time-bound, and provable does. This role is about building that system. Identity at Vercel should work like the rest of our infrastructure: defined as code, reviewed in pull requests, deployed through CI, and observable in production. You'll own that transformation end to end: migrating Okta and all related IAM configuration fully behind Terraform, and building the self-serve access platform (including just-in-time access) that lets team and system owners define, request, and time-bound their own access instead of routing every decision through a central team. Provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews become workflows the system runs, with the audit evidence for SOC 2 and similar generated as a byproduct rather than a manual scramble. You'll also own the harder connective work: corporate IAM (employee identity, SaaS access, devices) and production IAM (service accounts, infrastructure permissions, on-call and prod access) usually live in separate silos with separate tools and separate evidence trails. You'll build them as one identity plane. And identity itself is changing shape. As agents increasingly act on behalf of users and systems, the old model of "one human, one identity" doesn't hold, and there's real debate about how to solve it: carry the human's identity through every hop the agent makes, or give the agent its own scoped identity that never impersonates the user. We don't have a fixed answer yet. We want someone who wants to be in the room helping us decide and then build it. Because of this, we're optimizing for someone who wants to build identity infrastructure as software, not administer identity products. A software engineer who's gone deep on identity, or an IAM engineer with a strong engineering background, is exactly who we're looking for. You'll work closely with Security Leadership, located remotely within the United States. If you're based within commuting distance of our SF or NY offices, the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
What You Will Do:
— Own the full IAM strategy for corporate, production, and product environments end to end, and own the bridge between corp IAM and product/prod IAM rather than treating them as separate problems
— Migrate Okta and all related IAM configuration to Terraform, so every identity change is reviewed, tested, and versioned like the rest of our infrastructure, driving infrastructure-as-code adoption and leveling up engineering teams in its use
— Build self-serve access governance tooling, including JIT (just-in-time) access: design and ship the framework that lets team and system owners define, request, and time-bound their own access, rather than security being a bottleneck for every request
— Own provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review workflows, built so the evidence trail generates itself and internal and external audits (SOC 2 and similar) are fast, not a manual scramble
— Work closely with the Accounts team, the engineers who build IAM into Vercel's own product (team and project roles, enterprise SSO, SCIM, API tokens), and find where that world and ours should connect
— Design and enforce least-privilege access controls across cloud, SaaS, and production infrastructure, partnering with platform and engineering teams to embed IAM early in design rather than bolting it on after
— Help define what identity and access should look like as agents, not just people, request and hold access at Vercel, and build the first versions of it
About You:
— 7+ years of experience in identity, access management, or platform security engineering
— Experience building internal tools or self-service platforms, not just administering existing ones
— Preference for building frameworks that let other teams manage their own access rather than being the sole approver for every request
— Proficient in a production language like TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Python, comfortable designing and consuming REST APIs, and able to ship and operate reliable services
— Proficient in Terraform and committed to managing IAM infrastructure as code, ideally with experience migrating existing systems into it

- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
The Role
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within +4 / -4 UTC.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to own day-to-day accounting, monthly reporting, and ERP activities for Oyster entities around the world, with a focus on EMEA coverage. You will combine rigorous accounting judgment with proactive stakeholder management, lead close and audit activities, investigate complex discrepancies, and improve the systems and processes that keep a distributed finance function accurate and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting and intercompany transactions for global subsidiaries.
- Prepare and review financial statements and balance-sheet reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities, maintaining clear checklists and documentation.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual local statutory filings and provide complete support packages.
- Oversee local statutory audits and resolve auditor questions and adjustments.
- Reconcile local statutory records to the ERP
- Conduct financial analysis, identify trends or discrepancies, and present decision-useful insights.
- Own assigned ERP activities and improve accounting standards, controls, documentation, and automation.
- Proactively coordinate dependencies across Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and external partners.
- Execute ad hoc financial projects and support junior teammates with practical guidance.
Core Requirements
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year operating at senior-accountant scope.
- CPA (or part-qualified) or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Strong knowledge of multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, close, and audit support.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and manipulation of large datasets.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a logical, evidence-based approach to problem solving.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain quality across several entities.
- Strong written and spoken English, with effective stakeholder management in an asynchronous environment.
- Proactive follow-through, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement and automation mindset.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
- Payroll accounting or SaaS experience.
- High-growth startup or rapidly changing international environment.
- Accounting across EMEA jurisdictions, including local statutory reporting and local-to-group reconciliation.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer a narrowly scoped, single-entity role with limited stakeholder contact.
- You are uncomfortable investigating ambiguous discrepancies or making evidence-based accounting recommendations.
- You need close supervision to manage deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, or keep work documented.
- You prefer manual routines and have little interest in improving controls, systems, or automation.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.
