About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel's Enterprise sales team is built on people who are technically fluent, commercially sharp, and deeply curious about the companies they work with. As a Majors Install Base AE covering the ANZ market, you will own a curated book of named enterprise accounts and be the primary driver of net-revenue retention, expansion, and long-term platform depth. This is not a maintenance role — you will be expected to identify whitespace, accelerate adoption of Vercel's newest products, and drive meaningful growth across a portfolio of some of the most digitally ambitious companies in the region.
You will work alongside Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and cross-functional Vercel stakeholders to build strategic account plans rooted in customer outcomes — and to establish Vercel as an indispensable infrastructure partner embedded in your accounts' roadmaps for web and AI transformation.
What you'll do
Own a book of named Major Accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to grow account value and ensure strong net revenue retention
Identify and execute expansion opportunities across your portfolio — mapping whitespace, uncovering new teams or use cases, and activating Vercel's newest products (including platform API, AI SDK, and observability tooling)
Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and champions across engineering, product, procurement, and the C-suite
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with each customer's business goals and Vercel's growth objectives, with hyperscalers, SIs, and agency partners embedded in the strategy from day one
Translate Vercel's platform into board-level narratives around developer velocity, infrastructure consolidation, and AI-driven transformation as measurable operational levers
Own complex commercial negotiations — renewals, ELA amendments, consumption-based expansions — and position Vercel as a long-term strategic partner
Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to deliver customer outcomes and surface feedback that shapes the product roadmap
What you need
5–10+ years in enterprise SaaS with a demonstrated track record of success in install base, account management, or named account roles
Proven ability to drive expansion — you understand how to identify whitespace, build champions across multiple buying centres, and accelerate upsell and cross-sell motions in complex accounts
Experienced in partner-influenced or co-sell motions — you know how to activate a hyperscaler or SI relationship to deepen account penetration, not just open doors
Comfortable discussing architecture with a CTO and total cost of ownership with a CFO — you can flex between technical product conversations and high-level business ROI narratives
A disciplined account planner who thinks in years, sequences accounts for maximum long-term revenue, and builds executive relationships with intention
Fluent in MEDDPICC and rigorous about forecast hygiene and CRM discipline
Able to hold credible, technically grounded conversations with senior engineering and product leadership without leaning on a solutions engineer as a crutch
A value seller who leads with customer pain and business outcomes, not feature lists
Bonus if you
Have a background in web development, developer tooling, web infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML
Come with existing relationships at AWS, GCP, or Azure — or with major SI/agency partners active in the ANZ market
Have experience navigating ELAs, consumption-based commercial models, or enterprise procurement in regulated industries
Have sold into or managed accounts in media, retail, financial services, or digital-native companies — verticals where Vercel has strong traction in the ANZ market
Understand PLG-influenced sales motions — how developer adoption at the team level translates into enterprise expansion

An overview of this role
As a
Customer Success Operations Manager
at GitLab, you will own the operational processes, reporting, and programs that support our Customer Success Management (CSM) function. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales & CX Operations, you will partner closely with CS leadership, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Sales to build the foundations that help our CS team operate effectively at scale.
This is a role for a sharp, curious operator who thrives in ambiguity, connects dots across teams, and moves quickly from problem to solution. You will work in GitLab's all-remote, values-driven environment where documentation, iteration, and cross-functional partnership are core to how we work.
What You’ll Do
Own the core operational cadences that support the CS organization, including pipeline and renewal reviews, customer health reporting, and book of business management.
Translate ambiguous business questions from CS leadership into clear problem statements, then drive them to resolution through process, reporting, or systems changes.
Partner with Revenue Technology and Revenue Analytics to evolve the systems, data, and reporting CSMs rely on day to day.
Build cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, and other Revenue Strategy & Operations teams to operationalize go-to-market changes that affect Customer Success.
Identify friction in existing processes and lead improvement efforts end to end, from diagnosis through rollout and adoption.
Support CS leadership in planning cycles, including capacity modeling, segmentation, territory and coverage planning, and target setting.
Contribute to broader Revenue Operations initiatives where the CS perspective is needed.
What You’ll Bring
4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, management consulting, strategy, or a similar analytical and problem-solving role.
Strong critical thinking and structured problem solving. You can break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and move them forward.
Bias toward execution. You move from analysis to action quickly and follow through to outcomes that stick.
Systems thinking. You understand how a change in one part of the go-to-market motion ripples through to others, and you design solutions accordingly.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You build trust with stakeholders at all levels and influence without direct authority.
Curiosity and aptitude to pick up new domains, tools, and concepts quickly. We care more about how you think than which specific tools you have used.
Comfort operating in a scaling environment where not everything is defined and structure must be created.
About the team
The Sales and CX Operations team sits within the Revenue Operations function at GitLab and is responsible for the processes, data standards, and operational programs that enable our Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams to operate at scale.
This team works in close partnership with other Revenue Strategy & Operations teams, CX field teams, Finance, and Sales to ensure operational alignment across the full customer lifecycle. We value clear documentation, thoughtful iteration, and practical solutions that help our go-to-market teams move with confidence and clarity.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.
As we anchor our Insurance position, diversify our offering with health and well-being related services in 4 different countries (France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), our operations are increasingly complex and our challenges ahead have never been as exciting!
Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed and passionate Ops across our countries, with a lot of interactions with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan.
We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing our processes and Operations Experts who deliver those on a daily basis while improving them.
We want team members to deliver excellence to our companies and members and be ready to disrupt (and not only upgrade) the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare services.
Want to learn more about Ops at Alan? Read how we work and hire https://app.notion.com/p/alaninsurance/Product-Ops-builders-and-coordinators-Alan-your-hiring-process-3021426e8be7815cb164d629cfe3b455 and watch our team in action https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL643LyZcrKMDaW7cW0_GytXy5VkaqTOU6
🌍 FOR THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO BE BASED IN FRANCE, BELGIUM OR SPAIN 🌍
The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉
- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
- Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally)
- Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient
Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, …
⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:
Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc).
Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are looking for a Security Software Engineer, IAM, to build identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure as software, not administer identity products, and this role suits a software engineer who has gone deep on identity or an IAM engineer with a strong engineering background. You will own identity and IAM end to end, replacing the approval queue with access that is self-serve, time-bound, and provable, built so identity is defined as code, reviewed in pull requests, deployed through CI, and observable in production, and you will help decide how agents act on behalf of users and systems. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, with three days a week in the office.
What you’ll do
Migrate Okta and related IAM configuration to Terraform so every identity change is reviewed, tested, and versioned, and help engineering teams adopt infrastructure as code
Build a self-serve access platform, including just-in-time (JIT) access, that lets team and system owners define, request, and time-bound their own access
Own provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review workflows that generate System and Organization Controls 2 (SOC 2) audit evidence automatically
Unify corporate IAM (employee identity, SaaS access, devices) and production IAM (service accounts, infrastructure permissions, on-call access) into one identity plane, and enforce least-privilege access across cloud, SaaS, and production infrastructure
Define and build how agents request and hold access, working with the Accounts team on product-facing identity
What you need
7+ years building and owning identity, access management, or platform security systems, including IAM design across corporate (Okta or equivalent) and production (AWS or GCP) environments
Built and operated production services or self-service platforms in TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Python, including REST APIs
Implemented OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) at the protocol level, including failure modes such as token replay and sync drift
Managed IAM infrastructure as code in Terraform
Bonus if you
Led a Terraform migration for IAM or identity infrastructure at scale
Designed or built a JIT access system or access governance platform
Designed delegation or scoped-credential models for agents or service identities
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $208,000 - $312,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. At Grafana, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. The Grafana AI teams play a key role in this mission by helping users make sense of complex observability data through AI-driven features. These capabilities reduce toil, lower the barrier of domain expertise, and surface meaningful signals from noisy environments.
What makes our team different is
how
we work: we operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for an AI Software Engineer with a strong software engineering background, a quick iteration mindset, and a passion for experimentation – balanced by a focus on shipping and scaling impactful features that deliver value to users. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and ship AI-powered features that contribute to improving infrastructure and observability quality through automation, while also expanding the capabilities of AI agents across the observability stack to assist users with incident response. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.

Build and deliver AI solutions: Take ownership of developing high-performance AI features to help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.
Rapid experimentation and iteration: Implement a highly iterative process where you quickly prototype, test, and validate with real users, including shipping and evolving LLM- or agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis tasks.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with data analysts, product managers, and designers to shape AI-driven product features, including integration of agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows.
Utilize AI tools effectively: Use AI and automation tools to enhance both product functionality and your own development workflows.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the AI solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production software systems (backend and / or full stack). You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with peers, product managers, and designers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Requirements:
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Bonus Points For:
Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi‑agent workflows.
Experience with infrastructure / devops related tooling: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform or similar for deployments.
Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques.

Are you driven to dig deep into runtime behavior, uncover complex failures, and ensure the foundation underlying millions of developer tools stays rock-solid? Do you understand that reliability at the runtime level directly impacts how developers experience their tools every single day?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
JetBrains Runtime (JBR) is our fork of OpenJDK, used to launch all IntelliJ-based IDEs. When runtime issues occur, they affect every developer relying on our products. This role exists to ensure JBR remains stable, performant, and reliable across platforms.
You’ll take ownership of quality across JBR builds, working closely with the engineers building features like Java Chromium Embedded Framework (JCEF) and contributing to OpenJDK projects. You’ll influence how we triage, investigate, and resolve complex JVM issues, directly shaping the stability of the entire IntelliJ ecosystem.
Day to day, you will:
Analyze automated test results from regular builds to investigate Java runtime and test failures.
Conduct thorough investigations into user-reported issues to ensure accurate triage.
Analyze thread dumps and JVM crash logs to pinpoint deadlocks, freezes, and Event Dispatch Thread (EDT) responsiveness issues in the IDE.
Communicate with developers to build a deep understanding of runtime architecture and ongoing changes.
Collaborate with the support team to reproduce and resolve issues reported in public builds.
Take ownership of JetBrains Runtime quality by identifying what needs to be fixed, keeping the tracker organized, and prioritizing quality tasks.
What you’ll bring
A focus on quality and deep technical investigation over quick surface fixes.
Clear communication skills and comfort advocating for your perspective while remaining open to others.
An ownership mindset, taking responsibility for keeping issues organized and moving forward.
The curiosity to understand underlying systems and application architecture rather than treating tools as black boxes.
What you’ll need
A solid understanding of Java, AWT, Swing, and Java2D.
Hands-on experience analyzing thread dumps, JVM crash logs, or memory issues using standard JDK diagnostic tools.
The ability to read and understand tests using test frameworks like jtreg, JUnit, gtest, or ctest.
Experience reproducing complex technical issues and working with issue trackers like YouTrack, Jira, or GitHub.
Familiarity with macOS and Linux environments.
What success looks like
Success in this role means runtime issues are caught early, triaged effectively, and clear context is provided to developers so fixes happen swiftly. You’ll have established a clear view of JBR quality, unblocked internal teams, and improved overall IDE stability for millions of users.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support. We help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
