- Dive into large, complex datasets to turn findings into scalable, audit-ready data models that facilitate regulatory reporting and analytics
- Translate regulatory and business requests into accurate reports and automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, DBT and Airflow
- Lead cross-functional projects with analysts, engineers, and compliance teams to build and maintain high-quality data pipelines and sources
- Coordinate client data quality monitoring by identifying issues, flagging remediations, and partnering with responsible teams to ensure timely resolution
- Support ad-hoc data requests for audits, exams, risk assessments, and day-to-day business needs
- Deliver insights that shape compliance direction through clear, data-driven storytelling
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within financial services or a regulated industry, with hands-on experience in compliance and regulatory reporting across frameworks such as AML, KYC, Sanctions, MiCA, or MiFID
- Solid understanding of regulatory risk and the ability to operate effectively in high-scrutiny, audit-ready environments
- Expert SQL skills including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions, paired with proficiency in Python libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, and plotly
- Hands-on experience using dbt or similar tooling to model and organize high fidelity data for reporting and decision-making
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of data workflow orchestration
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Superset to build executive-facing dashboards
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Alignment with the values outlined in Kraken's Tentaclements document
NICE TO HAVES
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related technical field

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Location: Madrid, Spain

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We’re looking for Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead in Madrid!
This is a rare mandate: full product ownership and commercial ownership and sales leadership of a global card issuing, working capital and embedded finance solution — with P&L accountability and a clear path to scale from Europe into the Middle East, APAC and beyond. You won't just build the roadmap; you'll own the revenue outcome and lead how it's sold into two very different buyer worlds: Treasury & Finance, and Media & Marketing.
If you want a senior PM seat where product strategy and commercial performance are the same job, not two separate ones, this is built for that.
What is AlephPay?
AlephPay is the business card built for digital advertising and designed to become your primary card for all business spend. It combines flexible credit, reliable payments, spend control, and rewards in one solution, covering everything from media spend to everyday expenses, so your campaigns keep running without interruption.
You can create dedicated virtual cards for clients, campaigns, teams, or other business needs while keeping full visibility and control over company spending. AlephPay also simplifies expense management and reconciliation, making it easier for finance teams to manage all business spend in one place.
And because it's built around advertising, AlephPay rewards the way you already spend: eligible ad spend earns media rewards you can reinvest into your campaigns, while everyday business purchases unlock additional benefits that help your business grow.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Expansion
Own product strategy, roadmap, value proposition and lifecycle
Shape expansion strategy and evaluate build, partner or hybrid models by capability, market and region
Develop card-based embedded finance propositions across spend management, T&E, corporate spend, working capital and financing
Lead international expansion across Europe, Middle East, APAC and other priority markets
P&L & Commercial
Own product P&L, business cases, revenue targets and commercial performance
Define and optimise pricing, revenue streams and product economics
Lead the Product Sales Specialist team and align product revenue execution with Media Sales
Monitor key performance drivers and act to improve revenue and margin
Sales & GTM
Act as senior SME for card issuing and embedded finance in strategic account discussions with Treasury, Finance, Media and Marketing stakeholders
Develop sales toolkits, value propositions, use cases and competitive positioning
Lead GTM coordination across Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology and external partners
Own strategic relationships with issuers, processors and embedded finance partners
What You Need For This Role
Strong experience in card issuing, commercial cards and/or embedded finance.
Product management and commercialisation of payment or financial products with P&L responsibility.
Experience with working capital or financing solutions linked to B2B payments.
Strong knowledge of issuing ecosystems, payment flows, pricing, interchange, FX and corporate payment processes.
International market expansion and complex partner management experience.
Experience in digital media, advertising, adtech or media buying is a strong plus.

About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. We're looking for native-level speakers who can deliver natural, everyday-sounding speech — recordings that hold up whether you're reading a script or speaking spontaneously.
Please note: the recordings you produce may be used to create synthesized, AI-generated voices for conversational AI products. Full details on how your data is collected, used, shared, and retained are set out in a Consent Form, which you'll review and sign before any paid session recording begins.
What You'll Do If Selected:
- Two supervised sessions of approximately 4 hours each, guided in real time by a Session Director on a separate recording platform.
- Record scripted material in a natural, conversational tone — faithfully, without a polished, performed, or “announcer” delivery.
- Record unscripted, spontaneous speech on a given topic, matching the same warmth and pace as your scripted takes.
- Set up and manage your own recording space and equipment for session recording.
- Deliver all recordings entirely in the required language (with specific dialect), without code-switching into other languages or dialects.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience as a voice actor, actor, or theater performer, or a comparable performance background.
- Native or native-equivalent fluency in the required language (with specific dialect).
- Access to a quiet recording space, free of echo and background noise (acoustically treated for session recording, if selected).
- Owns or will acquire a dedicated, professional-grade microphone for the audition (e.g. RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti), upgrading to a qualifying USB condenser or XLR mic + audio interface for session recording if selected. Built-in laptop mics, AirPods, earbuds, and headsets are not accepted at any stage.
- Owns closed-back monitoring headphones (required for session recording if selected).
Comfortable both self-directing for the audition and taking live direction from a Session Director in guided sessions.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Professional voice-over experience (dubbing/ADR, audiobook, podcasting) in a conversational rather than commercial/announcer register.
- Baseline audio hygiene: comfortable setting mic distance and catching noise, clipping, or distortion yourself.
- An existing home recording setup already treated for sound.
Commitment & Compensation
- Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
- Work Type - Freelance Remote
- Rate: $20.00 USD per hour
Your Data & Privacy
Before any session recording, you'll be asked to review and sign a Consent Form covering how your voice recordings are collected, used (including to train synthesized/AI voice models), shared with approved partners, retained, and how to exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion, and more, depending on where you live). If you'd like to review these terms before applying, contact us and we'll share a copy in advance.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is entering a new chapter of People work: more AI-native, more strategic, and more focused on building systems that help every Notino do the best work of their career. We're building toward a four-pronged People Consulting model:
- Strategic People Partners who steer orgs as the consultative layer closest to the business.
- Talent Management is the systems and programmatic engine layer — talent programs, systems and resourcing work that support our People Partners & talent density.
- People Relations is the primary arm and escalation point for employee relations.
- People Operations owns the operational layer of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, a layer we're increasingly scaling through agentic services.
We are looking for the right person to join our existing Talent Management arm. This person will help define, operationalize, and continuously improve how we grow talent at Notion. This role sits at the intersection of talent philosophy, people partner strategy and enablement.
This is not a siloed program role. It is an extension of our strategic People Partner & Talent Management org: someone who brings deep talent management craft, strong business judgment, and the operating muscle to turn philosophy into practice across the company.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
1. Maintain and operationalize Notion’s talent philosophies
- Codify and evolve our talent philosophies across performance, growth, leadership, career development, internal mobility, early career, and high-performance expectations.
- Translate principles into practical tools, rituals, and operating mechanisms that People Partners and leaders can use.
- Ensure our philosophies stay connected to business needs, company strategy, and the realities of how work is changing.
- Ensure the talent systems we build are durable and make talent expectations clear, consistent, and actionable — without over-programming or adding unnecessary process.
2. Co-build the programmatic layer & talent engine for People Partners
- Help steer and co-build the overall talent enablement engine equipping People Partners to drive higher-quality actions with leaders. If People Partners are consultants, our talent management arm builds the resources to enable talent density.
- Keep our core philosophies aligned with our deployment-ready materials: playbooks, manager guides, conversation frameworks, decision tools, calibration support, and coaching resources.
- Partner closely with strategic People Partner leaders to identify where enablement is needed most and how it should show up in the business. Develop net new, creative strategies aligned with Notion’s values and vision.
- Ensure People Partners are not just consuming talent programs, but actively shaping and deploying them with context and judgment.
3. Enable talent density
- Bring the taste, craft, and pattern recognition to understand what different talent segments need to grow.
- Design self-service strategies & actions that help leaders develop talent
- Power up our mechanisms to better identify, engage, stretch, and retain talent.
- Enable our leadership bench.
4. Lead fluid, high-leverage talent strategy projects
This role will flex into the highest-priority talent questions of the moment. Examples of historical and potential high-impact projects include:
- Early career strategy enablement: helping define the scaffolding, manager expectations, growth model, and experience needed to make Notion a definitive launchpad for early-career talent.
- Total rewards exploration: partnering with Total Rewards, Talent, and People leaders to explore what recognition could look like in a more AI-native, high-performance environment.
- Role architecture for the next generation of work: rethinking how roles, levels, career paths, and talent systems should evolve as AI changes what people can do.
- Internal mobility and talent flow: partnering with People Ops, Recruiting and People partners in creating clearer, higher-touch pathways for high-slope talent to find the right next opportunity inside Notion.
- Leadership expectations: supporting the translation of Notion’s leadership philosophy into practical enablement for managers and leaders.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Significant experience designing, scaling, and evolving talent management strategies and programs (e.g. performance, talent reviews, succession planning, career architecture, or related initiatives).
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change without formal authority.
- Experience translating ambiguous talent philosophies into scalable tools, frameworks, and operating mechanisms.
- Strong business acumen and organizational judgment, with the ability to connect talent decisions to company outcomes.
- Excitement for reimagining talent management in an AI-native world.

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability
At LaunchDarkly, we believe in the power of teams. We're building a team that is humble, open, collaborative, respectful and kind. We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applicants from Canadian
EST time zones only.
Senior Software Engineer - Session Replay
The Opportunity:
The Session Replay squad is building a new Grafana Cloud product that helps our customers to understand what users actually experienced when something goes wrong.
Session Replay
connects frontend signals (errors, performance, synthetic checks) to concrete session-level evidence, enabling faster and more confident investigation of production issues.
This team works at the intersection of:
frontend observability,
backend data processing and storage at scale,
debugging workflows across products,
privacy and access control,
performance and cost constraints at scale.
Session Replay
is still early, which means you’ll help shape both what we build and how it fits into Grafana Cloud. A key part of our next phase is evolving the backend architecture of capturing sessions, including a migration toward columnar/analytical solution as a primary storage and query engine for high-volume session data.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. We are looking for Senior Software Engineers who are passionate about working with data and providing seamless experiences for our customers to join our growing team! Our stack is Golang, Typescript and React, but we build tools for people using many other stacks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will operate as a technical leader and systems thinker, driving both product direction and architectural evolution, specifically, you will:
Own end-to-end technical direction for Session Replay,
spanning frontend, backend, and data systems
Drive the evolution of our backend architecture, including:
Designing systems around columnar/analytical data storage for large-scale session data
Defining data models, ingestion pipelines, and query patterns
Lead the design of investigation workflows,
connecting replay with logs, metrics, traces and other telemetry across Grafana Cloud
Make high-leverage architectural decisions
that impact multiple teams and products
Partner with teams across Grafana (Frontend Observability, Synthetic Monitoring, Core Grafana) to build
cohesive cross-product experiences
Engage directly with customers
- joining calls, gathering structured feedback, and helping customers instrument and adopt Session Replay successfully.
Improve engineering standards, patterns, and operational practices within the team
Mentor engineers and help grow technical leadership within the team
Technologies you'll work with:
Go (backend services and APIs)
Columnar/Analytical data storage (core data storage and querying)
Object storage (S3, GCS, Azure Blob Storage) and MySQL
TypeScript / React (user-facing workflows)
Grafana ecosystem (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, etc.)
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are
comfortable working in a remote-first company
; communication is key.
For us, working together means being
collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful
. We operate by consensus. You can contribute to a discussion, disagree constructively, and commit to the team’s decision. You are able to communicate design decisions clearly in written and spoken English.
Ability to reason about data-intensive systems
(ingestion, storage, querying, cost trade-offs)
You are
comfortable owning features in ambiguous problem spaces
. We are a small team, working remotely, on a product that will be used by engineers all over the world – the ability to work on your own is crucial.
You have a good understanding of
a software development process that takes a user-centered approach
. You easily build an understanding of the users’ context and goals which will help you build the right solution with the maximum value.
You enjoy
working on complex solutions
– Grafana is a highly technological solution and has avid followers who rely on it every day and who care deeply about their workflows. You value code maintainability, readability & automation.
You use
AI tools as a natural part of your engineering workflow
- whether for accelerating exploration, code review, or reasoning through design tradeoffs - and you're thoughtful about where they help and where they don't.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with columnar/analytical databases
Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, etc.).
Experience building debugging or developer-focused tools.
Familiarity with privacy, security, and access control in data-heavy systems
Experience working on performance-sensitive systems (large datasets, real-time queries, session data)

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for three Anchor Days (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays). This internship will take place from Jan 25 - Apr 16 and you will need to be able to work out of our NY or SF office during this time.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Mobile devices have reshaped personal computing—the power of a desktop now fits in our pockets. By giving everyone the building blocks to create their own tools, we'll solve more problems wherever we go. A delightful, intuitive mobile experience: that's our guiding light, and we need Android and iOS engineers to make it a reality.
During your 12-week internship, you will be paired with a mentor that will help guide you as you work closely with our team to build and ship impactful projects. These projects will drive valuable impact to our customers and engineers. Take a look at what our past intern cohort worked on with our Blog post here https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Intern-Spotlight-d0260c4e2317490db89f367d95cb4e68 and here https://www.notion.so/blog/saluting-notions-winter-interns and TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@notionhq/video/7216440106356395306?lang=en post.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Write clean, secure, tested, and documented code.
- You'll collaborate with the team to strategize, mold, and develop innovative features for our Android and iOS application.
- At our core, we prioritize crafting top-tier applications. Your role could involve enhancing the Android or iOS app's performance, reliability, and overall refinement. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to optimize aspects of the app within the web stack.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or another related field. Must graduate before December 2027.
- Previous mobile internship experience.
- Working towards a proficiency of one or more programming languages such as Kotlin, Java, Typescript, Node.js, Swift, Go, Python, or Rust.
- You find large challenges exciting and enjoy discovering problems as much as solving them.
- You are able to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- This internship will take place from Jan - Apr and you will need to be able to work out of our SF or NY office during this time.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Thoughtful problem-solving: For you, problem-solving starts with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution, by yourself or with teammates. You're comfortable asking for help when you get stuck.
- Put users first: You think critically about the implications of what you're building, and how it shapes real people's lives. You understand that reach comes with responsibility for our impact—good and bad.
- Not ideological about technology: To you, technologies and programming languages are about tradeoffs. You may be opinionated, but you're not ideological and can learn new technologies as you go.
- Empathetic communication: You communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you're explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed.
- Team player: For you, work isn't a solo endeavor. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You're proficient with any part of our technology stack: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android SDK, Dagger, Swift, React, TypeScript, Postgres.
- You've heard of computing pioneers like Ada Lovelace, Douglas Engelbart, Alan Kay, and others—and understand why we're big fans of their work.
- You have interests outside of technology, such as in art, history, or social sciences.

We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic.
