What The Role Is
We're hiring a Staff MLE for the Discovery team to own recommendations and personalization across Babylist's consumer experience — the homepage feed, product recs, search, and the ML-powered systems that make registry building feel effortless.
Babylist was built on editorial recommendations: products chosen by people with deep baby gear expertise. That editorial foundation is a big part of why millions of families trust us. We're now building ML-powered personalization on top of it, using one of the richest first-party datasets in parenting.
We're early in this work, and we have a real mandate. A small Discovery team has initial retrieval and reranking models live on parts of the site and a steady cadence of A/B tests. We are looking for a Staff MLE who has seen personalization done well at scale and can set the technical direction for where we go next.
Registry building is the heart of the Babylist product. Every parent builds a list of dozens of products, from swaddle to stroller, with real stakes (a friend or family member is going to buy these things, and a baby is going to use them). As a universal registry, this registry also typically spans many retailers. This makes registry building on Babylist one of the most interesting personalization problems in consumer e-commerce: latent intent, life-stage progression, multi-stakeholder gift dynamics, deep declarative signal in millions of completed registries, cross-retailer datapoints, and a user who genuinely wants help.
If you want to join a mature ML org and tune models at the margins, this isn't the right role. If you've worked inside a strong recommendations team, learned what good looks like, and want to build from zero-to-one at a company earlier in the journey, read on.
What You'll Own
You'll be the technical lead for personalization on the Discovery team, working alongside a PM, Engineering Manager, Senior MLE and fullstack software engineers. You set where our models go over the next year or two, sequence the bets that get there, and stay deep in building. A few examples of the problems you’ll get to shape:
Product recommendations across every surface.
Product detail pages, add-next recommendations after someone adds to their registry, vibes/aesthetic representations of products and the shared models underneath them.
Personalizing the Feed.
Deciding which products, editorial content and social content each family sees, and in what order.
Personalizing search.
Bringing what we know about a family into search results, and helping decide how much search should share retrieval and ranking with recommendations.
Making Addie (our AI registry assistant) better at recs.
Working with the team behind Addie so its product suggestions draw on the same models and signals as the rest of the site.
In practice, you will:
Take a fuzzy business problem from first sketch to production model, and own whether it moved the metric.
Make the modeling and architecture calls that span surfaces and are expensive to reverse.
Design the evaluation, offline and online, that tells us a model is good before and after it ships.
Know when a rule or a simple baseline is the right first step, and when it's time to pursue more advanced approaches.
Partner with product, design and data to help shape what's worth building.
Coach engineers on the team, and more broadly be an ML expert and resource to the wider engineering org.
Who You Are
You’ve shipped recommendation and/or personalization systems that reached real users at scale within a consumer product, and can point to the business impact of your work. You’ve done this within a team that did ML well — you know what good looks like, and are motivated to bring that to a company earlier in their ML journey.
You bring:
Expertise in recommender fundamentals: for example, candidate generation vs. ranking, offline vs. online evaluation, cold start solutions, and handling position and popularity bias.
Fluency in the Python ML stack and comfort owning models through deployment and monitoring, including contributions to our application backend.
An ability to take an ambiguous problem and start moving before anyone hands you the full picture.
A builder's instinct for early-stage ML. You understand effort vs. effectiveness tradeoffs and can advocate for when a rule beats a model, or a model is “good enough” for early learnings.
An outcome and user focused mindset. You measure yourself by business impact, and you can connect a model change to user experience & registry adds, conversion or revenue.
AI-native daily practice. You're already using AI to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
Compensation
We post real numbers. For a Canada-based Staff Engineer, the starting base salary range is 299,300 to 372,600 CAD plus a target annual bonus of 20 percent of base. That's total target cash of roughly 359,160 to 447,120 CAD. On top of that you get meaningful equity and a 401(k) match. Where you start in that range depends on your experience, and your pay grows from there with performance and scope.
How We Build
AI is the default here. Engineers run agentic sessions for most of the work, and a lot of the interesting engineering now lives in the scaffolding that makes the agents good: the eval harnesses, the curated context, custom review skills and fast CI. Agents also triage incidents and handle a big share of support. A human always owns the outcome.
The architecture is intentionally simple: one Rails monolith, MySQL and few moving parts. That's deliberate. Simple infrastructure lets us move fast and lets AI reason about the whole system, so the hardest problems are the ones in front of customers.

Why Babylist
An engineer, expecting her first baby, couldn't find the registry she wanted. So she built it. That's how Babylist started, and it's still how we work: engineers solving problems for families. Becoming a parent is one of the biggest moments in a person's life. Millions reach it for the first time every year, making thousands of decisions and figuring it out as they go. That's who we build for, and we're a long way from done.
Ten million people give gifts through Babylist every year. We did more than $750M in revenue in 2025, up 45 percent over the year before, and we've been profitable for eight years while staying independent. So you can take on a hard, multi-year problem without watching over your shoulder for the next round or the next correction. And the team is small, around 65 engineers, so what you ship stays visible and your scope stays wide.
How We Work
Remote-first across the US and Canada, and we have been for years. That's not changing. We trust you to own your time and your outcomes, and we get everyone in a room together twice a year. Teams are small, pods of three to five engineers, so nothing you ship disappears into a committee. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with product, design and data, and with the partners across the business who rely on what you ship. You'll also stay close to customers yourself: sitting in on user interviews, watching session recordings, riding along with support. Here that's part of the engineering job, on a regular basis.
How We Hire
Three rounds, usually two to three weeks start to finish.
Recruiter conversation (30 minutes).
Trade context: what you want next, what we're building and straight answers on comp, team and remote.
Technical screen (1 hour).
One round, no AI, language-agnostic. Reach for Google when you normally would. We just want to see how you reason from first principles.
Final round (4 hours).
Four one-hour interviews: system design, AI-assisted coding with the tools you'd actually use here, product sense and culture and values. You'll hear back either way within 24 to 48 hours.
If your timeline is tight, tell us and we'll move faster.
Benefits
Company-paid medical and fully covered dental and vision
A 401(k) match
Generous paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, plus a gradual return-to-work program
Winter Wonder Week, a paid company-wide week off at the end of the year
A remote-work stipend
Mental-health and wellness support
A Few Things To Know
We record and transcribe interviews to evaluate candidates, in line with applicable privacy laws.
We expect you to use AI in your work and we welcome it in the process, but what you submit and say should reflect your own thinking.
If you have a family member or close relationship with a Babylist employee, let your recruiter know.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You’ll be partnering with Customer Activation & Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so that Ramp continues to scale with their needs.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is building the team to help the world's most ambitious organizations adopt Claude in ways that are transformative, safe, and lasting. Our Forward Deployed Engineers embed directly with strategic customers to ship production AI applications that solve real business problems. As this practice grows, we need a founding leader to build and scale it.
As the first FDE Manager in DACH, you'll own the team that sits at the frontier of enterprise AI deployment. You'll hire and develop a high-performing team of FDEs, set the technical and operational bar for customer engagements, and build the playbooks that turn one-off successes into repeatable patterns. You'll work hand-in-hand with Engagement Managers who own delivery logistics and stakeholder management, while you ensure your team is shipping quality code, growing technically, and representing Anthropic at the highest level in customer environments.
This is a player-coach role with a strong bias toward leadership. You'll stay close enough to the technical work to review architectures, debug production issues, and pair with your team when it matters — but your primary impact will come from the people you hire, the standards you set, and the culture you create. You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape how Anthropic serves its most strategic customers, and your team's field insights will directly influence product direction.
This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building from zero to one. You'll be defining what good looks like for FDE management at Anthropic — there is no existing playbook to follow.
Responsibilities
Hire, develop, and retain a world-class team of Forward Deployed Engineers. Set a high bar for technical talent and customer instincts.
Conduct regular 1:1s, provide technical mentorship, and invest in the career growth of each team member. Create an environment where FDEs do the best work of their careers.
Staff and oversee customer engagements across your team's portfolio, making resource allocation decisions that balance customer needs, team development, and business priorities.
Collaborate with account teams and Engagement Managers during the pre-sales process to qualify engagements, scope work, and inform statements of work.
Review technical architectures and code produced by your FDEs, ensuring the team ships high-quality, production-ready solutions that solve real customer problems.
Stay hands-on enough to lead technical discovery sessions, prototype solutions, and debug complex issues alongside your team when needed.
Build repeatable playbooks, starter repositories, integration templates, and an internal knowledge base that captures what your team learns in the field.
Define team OKRs that tie to customer success outcomes and product adoption goals. Create operational cadences — standups, retros, engagement reviews — that keep the team aligned.
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate field insights into product improvements. Serve as the voice of the customer in internal planning.
Travel to customer sites as needed (25-50%), particularly during engagement kickoffs and for your team's highest-priority accounts.
You may be a good fit if you have
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or a technical customer-facing role such as forward deployed engineering or consulting.
2+ years of people management experience within a services/post-sales/FDE organization with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineers.
Experience building organizations from 0->1, not just inheriting an existing one.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical implementations, including comfort navigating complex organizational dynamics.
Executive presence with the ability to move fluidly between strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and hands-on debugging sessions with engineers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can translate technical complexity into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
Genuine excitement about building something new and defining what great looks like for a team that doesn't yet exist.
Why this role matters
You'll be a founding leader of a team that defines how enterprises adopt and scale AI. Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
DX Engineering shows developers what building on Render is actually like. We make the tutorials, demo apps, templates, and videos that get developers to try Render, and we build the agent skills and internal tooling that keep that work running at scale. We're also often the first real users of what Render ships. We test major releases end to end, the way a customer would, and tell Product and Engineering where they fall down before customers hit it.
As a DX Engineer, you'll own technical content and code from the first idea to a working sample app, docs, and video. You'll work with DevRel, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering, and you'll have real influence over how developers and coding agents discover and adopt Render.
This is a remote role within the US, with the option to work out of our headquarters in San Francisco.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build tutorials, demo apps, and videos that show developers how to build real things on Render, with a focus on AI applications, agents, and Render's AI runtime products like Render Workflows.
- Own Render templates and the render-examples GitHub org for the frameworks developers ask about most. Everything you ship has to deploy and run.
- Build agent skills, automation, and internal tools so the team stops doing repetitive content and ops work by hand.
- Improve how Render shows up in LLM and answer-engine results. Dig into why Render is missing from an answer it should be in, then ship the content or fix that changes it.
- Alpha test new releases end to end and write up what breaks, with enough detail for Product and Engineering to act on.
- Contribute code to developer-facing surfaces like the Render CLI, MCP server, SDKs, and docs.
- Shape the content roadmap and quality bar with Product, Engineering, and Marketing, and iterate on feedback and metrics.
- Set technical direction for DX Engineering's content and tooling, and raise the bar for the rest of the team through reviews, standards, and your own work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years building developer content, or working as an engineer who teaches, at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
- Experience setting technical direction and raising the bar for a team.
- Full-stack engineering experience. Strong backend skills (Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Postgres), comfort with Docker and containers, and enough frontend skill to ship sample apps end to end.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of AI agents and the workloads they run. You've built and deployed agents that call tools, run code in sandboxes, and handle long-running tasks with retries and state, and you know what infrastructure each of those needs.
- Experience with the agent stack: MCP servers, agent frameworks, LLM APIs, evals, and durable workflow or background job systems.
- Daily fluency with coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor, and the taste to ship quality work at a steady cadence with them.
- Excellent technical writing. You know what world-class developer content looks like.
- A track record of owning projects end to end with little direction.
- Strong intuition for developer tools and a love of well-crafted user experiences.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- You've used Render before, professionally or on side projects.
- Experience with AEO or SEO, or with measuring how content performs in LLM answers.
- A public body of work: talks, a YouTube channel, popular open source repos, or a well-read blog.
- Experience presenting workshops and technical talks.
SOME PROJECTS YOU MIGHT WORK ON
- A video series on building and deploying an MCP server on Render.
- A sample app for an upcoming launch, built with Product and Engineering ahead of release.
- An agent skill that turns a tutorial into a tested, deployable template.
- Tracing why coding agents fail on a specific docs page, then shipping the fix.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Vice President to own and lead our EMEA business. You'll inherit a team of 20+ quota-carrying Commercial and Enterprise AE's across four hubs: London, Amsterdam, Munich, Stockholm and be responsible for building the management layer, operating model and partner ecosystem that takes the EMEA region from early traction to consistent, scaled revenue.
This is a second-line leader role that will see you report directly to the Global Vice President of Sales and operate with meaningful autonomy across pipeline, hiring, partner relationships and executive engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Team leadership and performance
- Lead, develop and expand the Sales teams across EMEA from day one
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, deal coaching sessions, and forecast calls with precision and consistency
- Identify and close performance gaps early: coach the team to close larger deals faster and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Build a culture of accountability and development; create clear career paths for senior individual contributors, including first-line management opportunities as the team scales
Revenue
- Own the EMEA number: quarterly and annual quota attainment across all sub-regions
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline that supports consistent delivery and predictable forecasting to leadership
- Engage directly in strategic deals as executive sponsor, bringing credibility and commercial weight to enterprise negotiations
- Establish the region's strongest lighthouse accounts across key industry verticals, building referenceable wins that anchor LangChain's market position in EMEA
Hiring
- Manage multiple open roles across EMEA simultaneously: owning the full hiring lifecycle across pipeline, assessment and closing
- Partner with the internal talent team to move at pace without compromising on quality
- Define the headcount profile for EMEA beyond Q4 and feed into H1 planning, ensuring the team is built ahead of the revenue curve
Partner ecosystem
- Owns hyperscaler and GSI/RSI relationships (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and key SIs) across EMEA
- Develop a structured partner motion that generates qualified pipeline and supports deal acceleration, reduces risk and drives expansion
- Represent LangChain at partner QBRs and executive engagements in region
Market presence
- Represent LangChain as a keynote-ready leader at partner events, customer engagements, and industry conferences across the region: including KubeCon, Money20/20, Nordic AI summits, and customer EBCs
- Build LangChain's brand with technical buyers, CIOs, and innovation leaders across Northern Europe's most important enterprise accounts
- Bring intelligence on the EMEA markets back to the Global VP of Sales and product teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market positioning
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 5+ years in a regional or sub-regional leadership role managing quota-carrying AE's
- Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding regional revenue targets across multiple quarters
- Experience managing teams across multiple countries and time zones, with the cultural intelligence to operate across EMEA
- Background selling to technical buyers (engineering leaders, CTOs, platform teams): you understand how developer tools get evaluated and adopted
- Experience in the AI, data, or developer tooling space strongly preferred; familiarity with the LangChain ecosystem is a meaningful plus
Leadership
- You've run teams of 20+ AEs before and know the difference between managing and coaching
- You can hold a forecast conversation with a VP and a deal coaching session with an AE in the same afternoon and add value in both
- You hire well and fast. You know what good looks like for enterprise AE profiles and you can run structured hiring processes across four open roles simultaneously
- You've built or contributed to a partner motion before: you understand what "partner pipeline" means in practice, not just in theory
Operating style
- You bias toward action. You don't wait for a playbook to be handed to you: you build it
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage scale. This is not a role with a fully defined motion; you'll shape a significant part of it
- You communicate clearly and directly, to your team and to leadership
- You're present in the market. You attend the right events, know the right people and build relationships that translate into pipeline and retention
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

The work we do delivers impactful insights to build an increasingly dynamic and interactive experience! The AI/ML Engineering Group delivers optimized interactions across PlayStation experiences and systems by designing, coding, training, documenting, cost-effectively deploying and evaluating very large-scale machine learning systems.
We are looking for a Staff Program Management who helps us deliver delightful AI and ML products and experiences for millions, in an agile environment, collaborating with teams-across Engineering, Product and Design. Further, you will be immersed in AI/ML technologies, tools and processes, as you help to advance our technical objectives and architectural initiatives
This role sits inside an AI/ML Engineering organization delivering production machine learning systems at platform scale, personalization, recommendation, experimentation, or trust & safety models serving a large, global user base. Key Responsibilities
Own the delivery roadmap for one or more AI/ML systems in production, from model concept through training, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
Define success with our business partners before delivery begins
Partner with applied scientists, Data Engineering, and ML Engineering to translate model performance targets (accuracy, latency, cost-per-inference) into a program plan with clear milestones and dependencies
Drive alignment across engineering, applied science, product, and data analytics on scope, tradeoffs, and sequencing when priorities are ambiguous or contested
Track model and system health post-launch, adoption, drift, cost, and incident rate — and drive remediation when metrics degrade, rather than treating launch as the finish line
Manage cross-team and cross-timezone dependencies for distributed system and ML teams, surfacing schedule risk early
Own vendor and third-party tooling relationships that intersect with ML delivery (labeling, compute, evaluation tooling), including production readiness and issue tracking
Communicate program status, risk, and tradeoffs in terms non-technical stakeholders can act on, and in terms technical stakeholders will trust
Identify and resolve conflicts between competing technical approaches or team priorities, escalating only what genuinely requires executive input.
Required Qualifications
7+ years as a technical program manager, with at least 3 years specifically on AI/ML or applied data science delivery
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Track record of running distributed, cross-timezone engineering programs end-to-end
Demonstrated ability to drive decisions among senior technical stakeholders without formal authority.
Experience managing day-to-day execution for agile/scrum teams, including sprint planning, backlog health, and velocity tracking
Strong written and verbal communication across both highly technical and executive/non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Gaming Experience is a Plus
Direct experience in the specific AI/ML domain named for this role (e.g, trust & safety, personalization, recommendation, experimentation).
Hands-on software development background
Experience with ML infrastructure tooling (feature stores, experimentation platforms, model registries, MLOps pipelines)
Prior work directly under or alongside engineering leadership
Demonstrated curiosity to continuing to learn new AI/ML techniques and tooling

In this role, you will serve as the dedicated creative resource for our sales team, transforming their local social media presence into a consistent driver of merchant leads.
Key Context:
This is a hands-on execution role rather than a high-level strategy position. Strategic priorities, brand guidelines, and target audiences are already established. We need an agile content creator who can independently design high-quality visual assets, produce short-form video, and maintain an active social media cadence in direct coordination with sales leadership and top-performing representatives.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For (Must-Haves):
Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish):
Non-negotiable, as you will interact directly with our bilingual sales representatives and their clients.
Strong Design Portfolio:
We hire based on proven skill rather than job titles. Your portfolio should showcase engaging, professional social media content and brand assets.
Hands-On Graphic & Video Creation:
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software, with the ability to produce polished visuals and short-form video content.
Social Media Expertise:
Proven track record managing and growing Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business—with a focus on local/SMB promotion rather than generic posting.

Capable of balancing competing priorities, managing multiple reps' requests, and delivering consistent, high-quality output under minimal supervision.
Empathetic Communicator:
Comfortable and patient coaching non-tech-savvy team members on adopting digital tools and content best practices.
Nice-to-Haves:
Basic Web & Landing Page Building:
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress.

About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most.
About the Role
We're looking for an Applied AI Architect to join Beneficial Deployments, focused on helping public health, global health and humanitarian organizations get real value from Claude. You'll be the technical lead for partners such as public health agencies and ministries of health, the institutes and NGOs that support them, and humanitarian organizations working in crisis settings. You'll help them find where Claude makes a real difference, from disease surveillance and outbreak response to health data, communications and program delivery, design solutions that fit their data, privacy and procurement rules, and turn early pilots into lasting deployments. What works for one partner becomes something the whole field can use.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical advisor to a portfolio of health partners from discovery through deployment, turning their priorities into scoped use cases with clear measures of success.
Design and demo solutions with Claude, the API, Claude Science and Claude Code across surveillance, outbreak response, data analysis and public communications.
Guide partners through security review, data governance and procurement, from national agencies to field operations.
Run workshops, trainings and tabletop exercises that build AI fluency across partner teams.
Build reusable assets (reference designs, connectors, prompt and eval templates) so one partner's work helps the next.
Spot patterns across partners, bring field insight back to Product and Research, and help partners measure what changed.
Travel to partner sites for workshops, technical deep dives and relationship building.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have
3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, forward-deployed engineering or technical consulting.
Experience working with public health agencies, ministries of health, global health or humanitarian organizations, or similarly complex public institutions, including how they buy, adopt, and govern technology.
A track record of making technology stick inside slow-moving organizations with many stakeholders.
Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs: you can prototype a working demo. You don't need to write production code.
Clear written and spoken communication across a broad audience. The ability to explain technical tradeoffs to epidemiologists, program leads, field teams and executives.
Patience with long buying cycles, a knack for knowing how to make them go smoothly, and real care for public benefit.
Comfort operating in ambiguity: you bring clarity to fuzzy problems, wear multiple hats and do whatever it takes to further the mission.
Bonus if you've worked on disease surveillance, outbreak response, health information systems or emergency operations.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$240,000
—
$315,000 USD

Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Staff Technical Program Manager - AI/ML
San Mateo, CA
Do you want to join an AI/Machine Learning Engineering team committed to delivering the PlayStation experience for millions of users?
The team designs, trains, deploys, and continuously evaluates prooducts in production, spanning applied science, AI, ML infrastructure, and engineering.
Working fluency in the ML lifecycle, can understand why a deployment might be blocked on data quality vs. infra vs. model performance, and ask the right question in each case

JOB PURPOSE:
The Technical Program Governance team enables complex technical initiatives across PlayStation engineering organizations by creating clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across organizational boundaries.
As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will lead large, strategic technical programs that span multiple teams, technologies, and stakeholders. You will translate business and technical objectives into executable plans, bring structure to ambiguity, and ensure risks, dependencies, decisions, and tradeoffs remain visible and actively managed.
This role requires a strong technical foundation and the judgment to operate as a trusted partner to engineering and architecture leaders. You will influence without relying on positional authority, select and adapt program approaches to fit the problem, and improve the operating systems that help teams deliver effectively at scale.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
• 8+ years of relevant technical program or project management experience, including ownership of complex software or technology initiatives spanning multiple teams or organizations.
• Demonstrated technical fluency across software systems, platforms, architecture, integrations, and engineering practices; able to understand system interactions, ask informed technical questions, and translate technical complexity into program decisions.
• Proven ability to lead large strategic programs end to end, from problem definition and planning through execution, delivery, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong independent judgment and problem-solving skills, with experience operating effectively in ambiguous environments where the path forward is not predefined.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies, technical risks, roadmaps, milestones, requirements, decision points, and delivery tradeoffs across the software development lifecycle.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise executive narratives while maintaining sufficient technical depth for engineering audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, or raise the effectiveness of other TPMs and cross-functional partners through reusable practices and knowledge sharing.
Desirable
• Prior hands-on experience in software engineering, systems engineering, QA, architecture, or another technical discipline.
• Experience supporting platform, infrastructure, developer tooling, cloud, distributed systems, or other complex engineering environments.
• Experience leading standardization, transformation, or organizational change initiatives across multiple technical teams.
• Background in the games or interactive entertainment industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE FOR DECISION MAKING:
Technical Program Management
• Lead large, strategic technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams, organizations, technologies, or geographies, with accountability for end-to-end outcomes.

• Partner closely with engineering leaders, architects, product partners, and other technical stakeholders to translate objectives into clear execution strategies and drive resolution of complex issues.
• Anticipate and actively manage technical and organizational dependencies, surfacing tradeoffs early and driving decisions before they become delivery blockers.

Strategy and Decision Support
• Operate as a trusted partner to senior leaders, using technical context, program data, and organizational knowledge to shape recommendations and execution strategy.
• Use independent judgment to determine the right program methodology, governance, and operating model for the work rather than applying process mechanically.
• Analyze complex problems across organizations and technologies, identify patterns and root causes, and drive practical solutions that balance technical, business, schedule, and resource considerations.
• Strengthen requirements and major program decisions by connecting business objectives with technical realities, long-term implications, and customer or organizational value.
• Create clear narratives and recommendations that enable senior leaders to understand options, tradeoffs, risks, and required decisions.
Organizational Impact and TPM Practice
• Design and improve scalable program practices, governance, planning cadences, OKRs/KPIs, and decision mechanisms that increase clarity and execution effectiveness across multiple teams.
• Identify where existing processes or methodologies create unnecessary friction and adapt or simplify them while preserving appropriate rigor and accountability.
• Lead change and standardization efforts where needed, building adoption through stakeholder engagement, practical implementation, and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor TPMs and cross-functional partners, share reusable practices, and contribute to stronger technical program management capability across the organization.

The individual will be measured on:

• Quality and timeliness of decisions, risk management, dependency resolution, and executive visibility.

- Comfortable operating in a remote, distributed, and highly cross-functional environment
- Able to manage multiple sales engagements and priorities simultaneously
- A builder mindset that is proactive in creating structure in ambiguous environments
- Highly collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy
- Commercially aware and aligned with revenue and sales growth goals
- Resourceful self-starter who can operate autonomously
You’ll Thrive Here If…
You’re a curious, skilled listener who genuinely enjoys untangling a prospect’s technical challenges. You get energy from tinkering and building, whether that’s a quick prototype, an integration blueprint, or a better internal process. You’re as comfortable whiteboarding with an engineering team as you are presenting to a CTO. The Opportunity
We are looking for a Trade Compliance Associate to support day-to-day compliance for our imports and exports. You will prepare and review customs entries and supporting documents, keep our classification and origin records accurate, and catch issues before they become penalties. You will hand every entry, document package, and correction to the Import/Export Manager, who holds approval authority. You will work directly with customs brokers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams, and report to the Import/Export Manager.
What You'll Own
Review customs entries and supporting documents for accuracy of declared values, HTS classifications, country of origin, and quantities, ensuring managerial approval before and after filing.
Verify commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, purchase orders, and shipping documents for completeness and consistency, flagging discrepancies before shipment departure.
Research and recommend HTS codes for new products, maintain classification records, determine country of origin, and assess eligibility for trade agreements and special duty programs.
Review customs valuation documentation, including First Sale packages where applicable, verify duty and fee calculations, and reconcile broker invoices, ACE reports, and monthly statements.
Generate and analyze ACE reports to monitor customs entries, duty payments, and broker accuracy; reconcile shipment and inventory records, investigate discrepancies, and escalate compliance risks.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready customs records in accordance with five-year retention requirements; prepare post-summary corrections, post-entry amendments, and draft responses to CBP inquiries (CF-28 and CF-29).
Monitor customs filing deadlines, liquidation and protest timelines, regulatory and tariff changes, and maintain internal compliance procedures while guiding teams on documentation requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience in import/export compliance, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or international trade operations.
Working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations (19 CFR), Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, rules of origin, customs valuation, and Incoterms.
Hands-on experience reviewing U.S. Customs entry summaries (CBP Form 7501) and working with Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) reports.
Understanding of international trade agreements, Section 301 tariffs, and applicable special duty programs.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly for data analysis, reconciliations, and compliance checks.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage trade compliance documentation accurately.
Proficiency in reading and writing English, with the ability to understand customs documentation and communicate effectively in a professional environment.
