HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE SENIOR REVENUE OPERATIONS JOB
Our Business Strategy & Operations team runs the most critical, strategic, and data-driven projects at Alan. It sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, and covers four core areas: sales strategy and planning, sales effectiveness, sales enablement, and business segment leadership.
You'll be joining the Sales Effectiveness team, whose mission is to make our sales organization run at its best across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. This team is a key lever on one of the company's most watched metrics: our customer acquisition cost.
Why is this role interesting?
- High-impact scope: You'll work across the full sales organization, from Account Executives to BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success Managers.
- Real ownership: You'll own initiatives end to end, from strategy and design to execution and adoption, not just delivery.
- Builder's playground: You'll have access to a modern stack, combining low-code tools, AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL, to ship things fast and at scale.
- Tangible results: Recent examples from our roadmap include fully automating slide deck generation for Sales (saving 1,000+ hours per year) and building an AI-powered outbound machine reaching a 15% discovery rate.
What will you do with us?
You'll own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it, driving execution, and managing change across the organization. You'll spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation. You'll evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works.
You'll mostly work with low-code tools (like Zapier or n8n), AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and whatever else the job calls for. Enablement is a key part of the role: you'll shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
You'll be a great fit for the Revenue Operations team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness, several of them spent hands-on building the sales machine. You own initiatives end-to-end (scope, design, build, measure);
- Demonstrate strong ownership and project management skills, and are comfortable running initiatives;
- Have a builder mindset and love being hands-on;
- Are confident with change management, including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating;
- Can write and own SQL queries yourself (joins, basic data modeling), not just read them.
- Have proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g. Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) to build scalable workflows
- Have configured Salesforce yourself (objects, fields, flows) and can say what you personally built vs. what an integrator or another team did.
- Are able to build and maintain pipelines that produce actionable insights, with clear business impact
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Have at least an advanced level in English.
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona.
For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PLUS. WE CARE ABOUT HAVING A DIVERSITY OF EXPERIENCES, PROFILES AND BACKGROUNDS IN OUR TEAM.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS https://alan.com/about/life-at-alan/a/perks
At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers.
Therefore, we offer:
- Fair rewards. Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only.
- Flexible office with hybrid setup. Amazing office space at our Paris HQ or sponsored co-working hubs in Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona.
- All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones.
- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours. Organize your time as you wish.
- Delightful healthcare insurance: Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% for you and your children, 90-100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only).
- Transport. Generous transit benefit
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
- Personal growth through coaching: At Alan, coaching isn't just a perk - it's core to who we are. Every Alaner is paired with a dedicated coach from day one, who helps maximize their impact, nurture engagement, and navigate Alan's values to develop their full potential. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
- Parental leave. Extended parental leave for all new parents, for permanent contracts only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Build deep, strategic partnerships by mastering your customers' industry landscape, success metrics, and growth trajectories, including a strong point of view on the AI/ML ecosystem, so you can position GitLab as their indispensable technology ally.
Design and execute strategic account plans, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder alignment, and multi-threaded engagement, to expand GitLab usage within new and existing strategic accounts, with particular attention to fast-growing AI companies and their evolving technical buying committees.
Lead end-to-end customer journeys from initial discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and successful implementation, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience at every stage of the sales cycle.
Champion continuous improvement by contributing to forecasting and pipeline reviews, conducting sophisticated win/loss analyses, and sharing strategic insights, including emerging trends in AI company buying behavior, that refine our go-to-market approach.
Prepare and deliver compelling customer-facing and internal presentations, proposals, and recommendations that clearly communicate value, business outcomes, and the path to long-term partnership with GitLab.
What you'll bring
Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with enterprise customers, ideally in DevSecOps, software development tools, or adjacent SaaS solutions.
Background selling into large, enterprise accounts in San Francisco, United States, with the ability to build trusted C-level and senior stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
Familiarity with the AI/ML company landscape, including model providers, AI infrastructure vendors, and applied AI startups, and the ability to speak credibly to engineering and technical leadership about how DevSecOps practices apply to AI-driven development.
Knowledge of San Francisco's enterprise and AI market, including key industries, buying centers, and decision-making dynamics, with the ability to build and nurture a relevant professional network.
Ability to drive new business acquisition and expansion within enterprise accounts through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions that lead to sustainable, long-term customer partnerships.
Experience collaborating with channel and strategic partners to generate pipeline, co-sell, and support successful customer adoption.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead account strategy, influence internal and external stakeholders, and remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work in line with GitLab's values, use GitLab and Salesforce in your daily work, and travel as needed while following company travel policies.

You will ensure that Checkout presents a consistent, accurate and well-evidenced view of its compliance framework, while converting external expectations into practical improvements to our roadmap, controls, processes and operating model.
The role combines strategic ownership, senior stakeholder management and hands-on delivery. - Act as a senior Compliance representative in partner meetings, with high level input around Checkout’s compliance framework, risk management approach, policies, controls, governance and improvement plans with clarity and confidence.
- Provide oversight and challenge to response packs, control narratives, policy summaries, presentations and supporting evidence, ensuring consistency, accuracy and appropriate ownership.
- Lead compliance support for scheme, product-launch and geographic-expansion initiatives, ensuring external partner obligations and readiness requirements are identified, tracked and addressed.
- Translate partner feedback, requests and emerging expectations into strategic recommendations, roadmap priorities, control enhancements and process improvements.
- Build strong working relationships across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Technology and regional teams to align delivery and resolve dependencies.
- Maintain clear governance over engagement risks, issues, decisions, action plans and remediation, escalating material matters to the Head of Compliance Strategy and relevant governance forums.
- Produce concise and decision-useful updates for Compliance leadership, senior management and governance committees, including themes, trends, risks, commitments and delivery status.
- Partner with relevant second-line teams to ensure external engagement activity is consistent with the Compliance framework, risk appetite, regulatory obligations and the responsibilities of the three lines of defence.
- Coach, develop and set clear expectations for Senior Analyst(s).
- Create and implement a high-quality, scalable and collaborative partner-engagement framework.
- Identify opportunities to use better data, tooling, workflow design and documentation to improve response quality, reduce duplication and increase the resilience of the Compliance operating model.
- Represent Compliance Strategy in cross-functional strategic initiatives and take on other priorities that support long-term capability maturation.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Typically 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within compliance, regulatory compliance, risk, audit, legal or a related function in payments, fintech, banking or another regulated financial-services environment.
- Demonstrable experience leading external partner, banking, scheme, audit, regulatory or due-diligence engagements.
- Experience translating regulatory or partner expectations into practical requirements, delivery plans, governance and measurable improvements.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional workstreams with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and deadlines.
- Experience coaching or managing people, setting priorities, giving feedback and creating clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and the compliance expectations relevant to banking partners, payment schemes and regulated financial institutions.
- Working knowledge of relevant compliance domains such as AML/CTF, sanctions, KYC/CDD/EDD, licensing, safeguarding, operational resilience, regulatory change or control assurance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present complex issues, defend recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong judgement and the confidence to challenge constructively, distinguish material from non-material issues and escalate appropriately.
- Strong organisational, analytical and project-management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure.
- ICA, ACAMS or another relevant professional qualification is desirable.
HOW YOU WILL WORK AT CHECKOUT
- Be The Owner: Set direction, create accountability and ensure commitments are delivered.
- Talk Straight: Give clear, evidence-led advice and communicate difficult messages respectfully and early.
- One Team: Build alignment across functions and regions, sharing context and bringing people with you.
- No Room for Approximation: Set a high bar for accuracy, evidence, consistency and regulatory defensibility.

About the role
As Enterprise Sales Lead - Healthcare, you’ll own our North America enterprise motion across providers, payers, and life sciences, helping health organizations put agents in front of patients, members, and clinicians that are safe, fast, and fit the systems they already run.
In regulated industries, relationships are the currency, so we’re looking for a leader who already knows the buyers and the rulebook. You’ll have the mandate to win net-new logos, drive agent sales, and build the playbook and the team.
In this role, you will:
- Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs, including closing deals yourself and also building and scaling the team
- Own the enterprise healthcare function across health systems, payers, and pharma/medtech: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, execution
- Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and a repeatable motion for each segment
- Land and expand with large health systems, health plans, and life sciences companies
- Open doors through your own network of senior buyers, and turn early wins into the references the rest of the vertical will call
- Work through BAAs, security review, and AI governance boards (and MLR review for pharma), starting compliance conversations in week one
- Partner with our Forward Deployed Engineers to scope integrations with the EHR, claims, and telephony systems customers already run
- Help customers pick one high-volume starting point (scheduling, reminders, after-hours coverage, benefits and claims status, HCP support) and prove it before scaling
- Build a reference network of healthcare peers that buyers can call
- Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations
- Bring a sharp view of the competitive landscape, including build-vs-buy, platform bundlers, and vertical point solutions, to positioning and strategy
- Set the bar for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team.
- Track record selling into health systems, payers, or life sciences, with deep fluency in HIPAA, BAAs, AI governance, and long, multi-stakeholder cycles
- An established network of senior decision-makers in one or more of health systems, payers, or life sciences, so you can name the buyers you’d call in your first 30 days
- Experience building a new sales motion or playbook from scratch, whether as a founding leader or inside a larger company
- Passion for experimenting to find the positioning and messaging that wins in market, and turn what works into the playbook
- Seven-figure enterprise deals and complex sales cycles
- Ability to be strategic and hands-on at once
- Executive presence at C-suite and board levels
- Low ego and hands-on: equally at home in a C-suite briefing and in the weeds of a prospecting list or Proof of Value. Motivated by impact and growth more than title
- Passion for the transformative potential of voice and conversational AI

You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Analysts, with a particular focus on backend development in Ruby on Rails and frontend work in Vue.js. This role gives you the opportunity to combine your fullstack engineering skills with product thinking and experimentation, shipping small changes quickly and measuring their impact on real customer outcomes.

Design, build, and iterate on A/B tests and experiments that increase first purchases on GitLab.com and self-managed GitLab.
Build and improve registration, trial, onboarding, and in-product upgrade and purchase experiences to increase completion of these steps.
Implement backend features and services in Ruby on Rails and frontend experiences using Vue.js.
Analyze experiment results and product usage data with Data Analysts to decide which changes to keep, iterate on, or roll back based on first-purchase outcomes.
Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to define hypotheses and success metrics before shipping experiments, then compare results against those metrics.
Maintain and improve our experimentation framework and tooling to increase experiment throughput and reduce the time from setup to results.
Collaborate with other Engineering teams, including Fulfillment, to remove purchase barriers across GitLab’s codebase.
Document decisions, review code, and share experiment results asynchronously so distributed teammates can track shipped changes and their measured outcomes.
What you'll bring
Professional experience developing with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript, along with solid Git, feature development, and deployment workflows.
Experience working with relational databases and a solid understanding of web performance optimization.
A track record of shipping features to production and owning them after release.
Ability to use product data to decide what to build, keep, or roll back.
Ability to document decisions and share updates asynchronously with distributed Product Management, UX, and Data teammates.
Ability to organize your work, seek and apply feedback, and collaborate inclusively with teammates from diverse backgrounds, in line with GitLab’s values.
Preferred, not required: experience with Vue.js, PostgreSQL, A/B testing, feature flags, experimentation frameworks, or SaaS sign-up, trial, billing, or checkout flows. We'll help you learn our tooling.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As Baseten scales, our equity program needs to scale with it - more countries, more entities, and more complexity in how we grant, administer, and report on equity. As the Global Equity Programs Lead, you’ll own that function end to end, building the operating model, controls, and systems that let equity run accurately and efficiently as the company grows. You’ll partner closely with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting to keep the program sound as it scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the operating model for equity administration as the company grows across countries, entities, and increasingly complex transactions.
- Run the recurring equity calendar - including grants, vesting events, exercises, releases, terminations, and other participant transactions - with clear ownership, deadlines, and exception management.
- Own the integrity of equity records and establish recurring reconciliations across the equity platform, HRIS, payroll, cap table, and accounting records.
- Translate compensation and plan decisions into executable workflows, system configurations, approval paths, and employee communications.
- Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Compensation, and Accounting on the equity implications of international hiring, employee mobility, acquisitions, liquidity programs, and other corporate events.
- Coordinate the operational execution of equity refreshes, including data preparation, approval workflows, grant documentation, system uploads, and participant communications.
- Evaluate whether proposed award structures can be administered accurately and at scale, and surface operational, tax, compliance, accounting, and employee-experience risks before launch.
- Design a control environment that supports accurate financial reporting, efficient audits, and reconciliations.
- Develop reporting that gives Finance and People leadership visibility into dilution, grant activity, vesting, exercises, retention trends, and future program obligations.
- Own the equity platform and its surrounding data flows, including configuration, permissions, integrations, vendor performance, and system improvements.
- Create employee resources that make equity easier to understand at important moments such as onboarding, grant issuance, vesting, exercise, and departure.
- Identify recurring manual work and implement practical automation without compromising review, security, or control.
- As the function grows, help define the team structure and determine which capabilities should be built internally versus supported by outside providers.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of progressive equity administration or equity operations experience, ideally in a rapidly scaling private or newly public technology company.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex equity operations - not only advisory or program-design experience, and a willingness to remain close to the underlying data and transactions.
- Strong knowledge of stock options, RSUs, vesting and settlement events, tax withholding, employee mobility, and the operational requirements of equity plans.
- Hands-on experience administering a leading equity platform and working with connected HRIS, payroll, accounting, and reporting systems.
- A strong control mindset, including experience designing reconciliations, approval workflows, documentation, and audit support.
- Ability to diagnose data issues, work through complex exceptions, and establish repeatable processes where no established playbook exists.
- Strong cross-functional judgment and the ability to clarify ownership and drive decisions across Legal, People, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and external advisors.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain an employee’s equity accurately without giving personal tax or legal advice.
- Strong discretion when handling compensation, ownership, transaction, and employee data.
- Ability to manage several time-sensitive workstreams while maintaining accuracy and following issues through resolution.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Equity Professional certification or meaningful progress toward it.
- Experience supporting international equity programs and cross-border employee mobility.
- Experience with significant corporate transactions affecting equity (e.g., acquisitions, tender offers, financings).
- Working knowledge of stock-based compensation accounting and the data Accounting needs for close, forecasting, audit, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with insider trading policies and equity compliance in highly regulated environments.
- Experience building or expanding an equity operations team.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

About the job
As we expand our partner ecosystem to support global growth targets, we are expanding our team to scale responsibly. We are seeking a versatile
Partner Program Manager
to drive an exceptional experience across our Systems Integrators (SIs), ISVs, Resell, and Technology partners. This balanced role bridges the gap between high-touch partner experience, strategic cross-functional project management, and advanced lifecycle automation. If you have a deep background in partnerships, an AI-forward mindset for process optimization, and hands-on experience with modern ecosystem toolsets, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our global network.
In this role, you won't just follow a static blueprint—you will help build it. We are seeking a highly proactive partner program manager to drive exceptional experiences for our Systems Integrators (SIs), ISVs, Resell, and Technology partners. You will take the lead on optimizing the end-to-end partner journey, managing cross-functional projects, and eliminating operational friction.
This position requires a "can-do" attitude and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for transforming manual workflows into automated, scalable systems, managing key vendor capabilities, and implementing strategic initiatives that directly unlock ecosystem revenue velocity.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Drive Program Modernization & Scale:
Act as an operational engine for the team, identifying process bottlenecks and proactively designing new ways to automate existing manual workflows.
Own Problem-Solving:
Step into complex challenges across the partner lifecycle and chart a clear path forward to build repeatable, programmatic solutions.
Optimize the Partner Experience:
Lead and refine core partner onboarding pathways, lifecycle touchpoints, and support workflows to deliver a seamless, world-class journey for external ecosystems.
Accelerate Partner Revenue Mechanics:
Build and execute operational frameworks that eliminate transaction friction, streamline incentive administration, and maximize partner-sourced revenue pipelines.
Manage Technology & Vendor Capabilities:
Serve as a strategic owner for key components of our partner tech stack and vendor relationships, ensuring our data models and tools are optimized for ecosystem scale rather than mere maintenance.
Orchestrate High-Touch Communications:
Develop and execute comprehensive partner engagement strategies, ensuring clear, accessible program documentation, impactful updates, and consistent enablement communications across all segments.
Lead Cross-Functional Project Execution:
Develop and run end-to-end project plans for new partner initiatives, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Tech teams to ensure alignment and timely milestone delivery.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
Experience:
5–8 years of experience in partner program or project management, partner management, strategy and operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced technology company.
The "Get-Stuff-Done" Mindset:
A proven track record of operating effectively in complex environments, turning ambiguous problems into plans, and delivering results without a rigid instructions script.
Project Management & Collaboration:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional timelines, align diverse stakeholders, and drive accountability.
Communication & Content:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex program guidelines into clear, compelling partner assets, guides, and updates.
Desired:
Ecosystem Acumen:
Solid understanding of modern partner program structures, lifecycle methodologies, and experience working with SIs, ISVs, Resell, or Technology tracks.
Tech Stack & Automation Familiarity:
Hands-on exposure to CRM and partner ecosystem technologies (such as PRMs, account-mapping utilities, or data integration tools) with a strong desire to leverage software and AI to remove manual tasks.
Revenue Orientation:
Experience designing or supporting commercial program models, referral paths, or joint sales plays that directly drive channel pipelines.
Advanced Degree:
BA/BS degree or equivalent required. MBA is a plus.
