What You’ll Do
Own securities and public company reporting matters, working with internal stakeholders and external auditors on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, quarterly reports, earnings releases, the annual proxy statement, investor presentations, and other public disclosures.
Advise on corporate governance, including board and committee processes, the annual stockholders meeting, corporate approvals, equity plan matters, executive compensation, and related compliance requirements.

Engage and manage outside counsel across jurisdictions, coordinating work and ensuring practical, high-quality, and cost-effective advice.
Identify legal and business risks, present clear options to senior stakeholders, and monitor legal developments to keep policies, processes, and controls current.
Build and improve playbooks, checklists, templates, and workflows for recurring corporate legal work. Train junior legal team members and cross-functional partners to use these resources.
What You’ll Bring
6+ years of demonstrated relevant legal experience, including law firm experience advising US-listed public companies on securities law, corporate governance, and public company reporting. Prior in-house experience is a plus.
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active admission to a US state bar.
The ability to independently manage complex legal matters and cross-functional projects, prioritize competing needs, and drive work to completion with limited direction.
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical legal issues to non-lawyers and senior leaders and build trusted working relationships.
The ability to investigate unfamiliar legal questions, weigh risks against business objectives, and turn recommendations into action.
Experience improving legal processes, templates, policies, or other scalable resources.
The ability to collaborate in a remote, globally distributed team across time zones and cultures, and willingness to use GitLab in your day-to-day work.
Helpful but not required: in-house work at a public software-as-a-service (SaaS), software, or open core company; M&A; cross-border corporate matters; outside counsel management; or legal technology that helps scale legal work.

Hundreds of organizations rely on Arcadia to improve cost, quality, and outcomes. Backed by Nordic Capital, we continue to invest in our platform, AI capabilities, and people as we pursue our purpose: helping healthcare deliver better outcomes for every person, every community, and every generation.
What You'll Be Doing
Medicaid policy analysis
Interpret state and federal Medicaid program rules, eligibility and aid-code structures, benefit and coverage design, and program guidance — translating them into precise, testable analytic logic (cohort definitions, code sets, exclusions, stratification criteria) and documenting the interpretation so decisions are auditable
Advise senior customer leadership on what the data can and cannot support — whether a proposed definition is measurable, what the volumes look like, what a threshold does to caseload, cost, or provider capacity — and anticipate how policy changes (fee-for-service transitions, waivers, provider network rules) affect the data and the questions ahead
Technical analytical delivery
Turn ambiguous policy and operational questions into member and provider data marts, cohort and stratification logic, and registry extracts — in SQL (and Python where needed) on Foundry and Redshift/Athena
Deliver them in the format the customer needs — dashboards, recurring reports, Excel, and leadership decks
Root-cause data-quality issues — reconcile counts across sources, trace bad fields to the source, and agree definitions for undocumented fields and codes with the customer's data staff
Customer presence and engagement
Serve as the senior analytic voice for state program leadership, policy and data staff, prime contractors, and vendor partners — participating in recurring working sessions and translating between policy, operational, and technical audiences
Set priorities, scope, and timelines with Customer Management, and hold real authority to push back on what is and isn't feasible or worth building
Create client-facing materials — leadership summaries, detailed methodology decks, decision memos, technical explainers — tailored to audiences from highly technical data counterparts to policy and executive stakeholders
What You'll Need To Have
Working knowledge of how health programs and managed care plans work, and the ability to turn policy documents and program rules into analytic logic. Direct Medicaid or managed care plan experience is a plus
Clinical code and claims fluency — ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, and revenue codes to build clinical cohorts; claims, eligibility, and provider/NPI data (NPPES, enrollment files); and judgment about claims timing and completeness
Hands-on, demonstrable fluency with AI coding and analysis tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as the core of how you work. Picking these tools up quickly and using them heavily is central to how you will onboard and how much you can deliver in this role. Be ready to show us what you have built with AI assistance, how fast you turn work around, and how you review and validate it
Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, performance on large claims and eligibility tables) and data modeling, to a real engineering standard
Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in a BI tool (QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau) and Excel, plus executive-ready decks
Direct customer-facing experience with senior stakeholders — comfortable scoping ambiguous requests, navigating competing priorities, and exercising sound analytical judgment about what to build and what the data can support, on short timelines and without close oversight
A track record of leading an analytic program end to end for senior customer or executive audiences — setting your own priorities, and operating without a project manager or close direction
Sound judgment with sensitive data and PHI
What “Principal” means here
This is the most senior analytic role on the Customer Insights team. It is expected that you can:
Set your own priorities and make the call with incomplete information
Act as the senior analytic voice with agency and partner leadership
Raise the bar for the analysts around you — through standards, review, and example
Don't need a project manager or close direction
We are hiring for the combination of policy fluency, customer presence, and technical skill — we understand candidates may be strongest in one or two of these areas and will build the rest quickly, and speed of ramp matters more to us than any one credential. Tell us where you are strongest and how you have ramped before.
Would Love For You To Have
Direct experience with a state Medicaid agency, a Medicaid-serving prime contractor or consultancy, or a Medicaid managed care plan — California Medi-Cal experience is a real plus
Familiarity with population health concepts: risk stratification, registries, care management, network adequacy, and access and equity analysis
Experience with Python and dbt; familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and its analytics tools (e.g., Athena, Redshift, QuickSight); comfort with orchestration tooling, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub-based workflows
Experience mentoring less experienced analysts
Note: this list spans skills relevant to several facets of the role — we don't expect any given candidate to have all of them. Bring what you have; we'll talk through the rest during the interview process.
What You'll Get
Become a member of the talented, energized, diverse and purpose-driven Arcadian Community with decades of collective experience in population health, product development, and data science
Employee driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
A flexible, remote-friendly company with personality and heart
Competitive Compensation, Amazing Benefits including Unlimited FTO
The opportunity to:
Be the senior analytic and policy voice on a high-visibility state Medicaid program serving millions of members, at a pivotal moment for the program
Build the practice — the methodology standards, playbooks, and data assets a growing team will inherit — on problems where analytic choices directly shape which members get reached and how care is delivered and funded
Protect Yourself
If you have concerns about the authenticity of a job offer or recruitment-related communication claiming to be from Arcadia, verify it by calling us directly at (781) 202-3600 and selecting option 3. You can find more information at Arcadia Careers.
In this role, you are responsible for following all security policies and procedures to protect all PHI under Arcadia's custodianship, as well as Arcadia intellectual property. For security-specific roles, the hiring manager defines any additional responsibilities.
Arcadia does not discriminate based on race, color, sex (including pregnancy and related conditions, sexual orientation, or transgender status), national origin, religion, age (40 and older), equal pay, disability or genetic information (including family medical history or genetic tests or services), and retaliation for filing a charge, reasonably opposing discrimination, or participating in a discrimination lawsuit, investigation, or proceeding.

The Consumer Mobile team builds the Kraken app, the interface millions of people use to interact with their money. Our product-minded engineers work closely with Product and Design to understand client problems, challenge assumptions, shape solutions, and measure whether what we ship improves the experience.
We are expanding into Asia and building a new app specifically for Asian users. This requires genuine experience with the region’s distinct user expectations, design language, and technical constraints compared with Western markets.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Build and own high-quality React Native features end to end, from ambiguous client problems and solution design through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration
- Partner closely with Product and Design to shape thoughtful, responsive, and trustworthy financial experiences, including product discovery, trading, and simplified client journeys
- Work with APIs and dynamic or real-time data, making strong decisions on state management, rendering, performance, architecture, and reliability

- Help build Kraken’s new app for Asian markets. Act as the team’s subject-matter guide on regional UX and design expectations, practical approaches to firewall and connectivity restrictions, and appropriate vendors and tooling such as telemetry solutions

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions globally. We offer spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Consumer Mobile team builds the Kraken app, the interface millions of people use to interact with their money. We work primarily in React Native to make complex financial experiences intuitive, fast, and trustworthy.
- Raise the product-engineering bar through technical discussions, code reviews, collaboration, strong product ownership, and a willingness to move between product and technical challenges
- Help build Kraken’s new app for Asian markets. Act as the team’s subject-matter guide on regional UX and design expectations, practical approaches to firewall and connectivity restrictions, and appropriate vendors and tooling such as telemetry solutions

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is growing quickly across EMEA, and we need recruiters who can help us hire exceptional people into the teams that bring our work to customers. We’re looking for a Recruiter, GTM to join our Talent team in Dublin and own full-cycle recruiting across our Go-To-Market organization, with a particular focus on Applied AI.
This is a full-cycle individual-contributor role. You’ll partner with Applied AI and GTM leaders to define what great looks like, build pipelines in markets where these roles are still new, and close candidates who have competing offers. Some of the roles you’ll run won’t have an established market benchmark, so you’ll help build the playbook as well as follow it. Priorities shift quickly, and you’ll have real ownership of the searches you run.
Key responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for Applied AI and broader GTM roles across EMEA, with a focus on London, Paris and Munich, from intake through offer and close
Run intake sessions that scope the role, calibrate the bar, and challenge hiring managers where expectations don’t match the market
Screen candidates against the JD with enough technical judgment to separate strong from merely well-presented
Source and engage active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines in markets where talent is scarce
Run structured, rigorous and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring bar
Work with the broader Talent team, People Partners and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close
Own pipeline health, tracking conversion, calibration and time-in-stage, and use the data to give hiring managers clear recommendations
Help build and document the Applied AI and GTM hiring playbooks as the team scales
Minimum qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
Demonstrated experience recruiting GTM or customer-facing roles in the UK and European markets, with working knowledge of local talent dynamics, compensation norms and employment practices
Strong stakeholder partnership: you build trust quickly with senior hiring managers in fast-moving environments
Willingness and ability to build technical depth quickly enough to run credible intake sessions and screens for Applied AI roles
Proven ability to maintain quality under volume pressure and manage multiple searches at once
Comfort with ambiguity and with building something new rather than running an established playbook
Self-starter who works autonomously while staying aligned with global hiring strategy
Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission and an understanding of the role recruiting plays in achieving it
Preferred qualifications
Experience hiring technical customer-facing talent (Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Sales Engineers, or Applied AI/ML-adjacent roles) at an AI, SaaS or high-growth technology company
Experience recruiting across Sales, Partnerships or Marketing in addition to technical GTM roles
Experience scoping roles that have no established market benchmark
Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK, France and Germany
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
Additional European language skills (French or German especially)
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
€125.000
—
€170.000 EUR
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Role
Intellect delivers a clinically governed mental health programme to enterprise clients in the mining and resources sector, supporting remote and fly-in fly-out workforces across Australia, with international expansion in progress. This is not a standard EAP. Cases begin with acute risk assessment on remote sites and run through structured treatment, fitness-for-work assessment and return-to-work clearance, in direct coordination with the client's chaplaincy, medical and people teams.
The Care Account Manager is the clinical coordinator and case manager for high-risk employee cases, and the single owner of the journey from initial risk assessment through to reintegration and case closure. They hold clinical oversight of risk across the caseload, shape treatment planning with treating providers, co-develop the clinical protocols and SOPs the client operates to, and turn case activity into clinical insight the client can act on. The role is consultative, and includes delivery of counselling and psychotherapy where required. It is distinct from commercial account management, which is held separately.
Flexible hours with availability for urgent escalations during client business hours.
Responsibilities
End-to-end case management and coordination
Manage the full lifecycle of high-risk cases, from handover after the initial risk assessment through escalation, support, fitness-for-work assessment and case closure.
Monitor incoming care requests, ensure appropriate response, and assign cases to approved clinicians with the right competency and registration.
Ensure therapy sessions are scheduled, completed and documented within agreed SLAs, and coordinate with care navigators on booking.
Review the open case list for stalled items and follow up with clinicians, network partners and client contacts to keep cases moving.
Act as the third line of escalation for the helpline, after ranger and supervisor, for case clarifications and complex issues.
Treatment planning and clinical support plan orchestration
Liaise with client contacts and on-site teams for situational updates, and align an initial support plan with the treating clinician, including session volume and cadence.
Work with treating providers on case formulation and treatment goals, oversee implementation of the support plan, and track employee progress.
Manage support plan adjustments, including requesting and aligning additional sessions with the client where clinically indicated.
Support provider re-matching where the therapeutic fit is not working.
Apply cultural and contextual formulation, including for First Nations employees and isolated site-based workers.
Clinical risk oversight and governance
Review and sign off risk assessments, confirm risk tiering against the client's framework, and set review cadence and monitoring requirements.
Make the clinical decisions the pathway requires: disputed risk ratings, medical evaluation pathways where an employee declines therapy, and session credit decisions.
Ensure clinical documentation and risk assessments are completed and categorised to the client's framework and to internal SOPs.
Co-develop and maintain the clinical protocols, risk frameworks and SOPs the client's on-site teams operate to, and keep them current as the programme expands.
Hold clinical standards where operational or commercial pressure runs the other way.
Fitness-for-work and reintegration
Initiate and coordinate fitness-for-work assessments on completion of clinical support, liaising with doctors and clinical psychologists.
Communicate assessment outcomes to the client's chaplaincy and people teams and align on next steps.
Develop the reintegration plan in collaboration with client contacts, and maintain regular check-ins through reintegration, monitoring progress and flagging deterioration.
Stakeholder relationships, clinical insights and reporting
Act as the named clinical contact for the client's chaplaincy, medical and health and safety leads on individual cases, responding within the programme's operating window to queries that are frequently unscheduled and time-critical.
Produce the case tracker and monthly clinical reporting, moving beyond utilisation to presenting issues, risk patterns, outcomes and service-level themes.
Present clinical insight at client review meetings and translate it into recommendations the client's health and safety and people teams can act on.
Design and deliver clinical training and framework guidance to client-side staff who are not clinicians, and support training of internal clinicians and rangers on client-specific protocols.
Work closely with helpline operations, care excellence, clinicians and network partnerships, and feed service quality issues back to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Registered clinical psychologist or qualified counsellor, with current registration in your jurisdiction.
Master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling or a related field.
Three to five years in clinical case management, ideally within EAP, corporate wellbeing or a high-acuity mental health setting.
Proven experience managing complex, high-risk cases from assessment to closure, in a setting where you held the decision rather than advised on it.
Experience of structured return-to-work, fitness-for-work or occupational mental health pathways.
Experience contributing to clinical protocols, risk frameworks or SOPs, and working within strict guidelines.
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders in a corporate or large-organisation client-facing role.
Based in Australia with the right to work. Perth or another AWST location strongly preferred; other states considered only where 07:00 to 19:00 AWST can be reliably worked.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey clinical concepts clearly to non-clinical stakeholders, and written English that stands up in client-facing clinical documentation.
Desirable
AHPRA registration.
Understanding of fly-in fly-out and mining culture, and the pressures of remote, high-risk work environments.
Familiarity with Australian psychosocial risk and work health and safety obligations.
Experience of multi-stakeholder coordination across internal clinicians, external partners, HR and client contacts.

About the job
This position is needed within our Learning Experience Design team which is the engine that helps our GTM organization achieve their revenue goals. We are seeking an innovative Senior Learning Experience Designer to revolutionize how our global sales team learns, adapts, and executes. In this role, you will bridge instructional design, sales effectiveness, strategic priorities, and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. You won't just create training modules—you will design high-impact, AI-enhanced learning journeys, a range of modalities to match the sellers’ needs, interactive simulations, and performance support tools that shorten ramp times and drive revenue.
The ideal candidate is an agile instructional designer who actively tests, adopts, and masters modern AI design tools (generative text, AI video, code blocks, voice synthesis, automated assessments, and interactive simulation builders) to multiply design output quality and speed.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Leverage AI authoring tools, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering to rapidly draft, iterate, and refine learning materials, roleplay scenarios, pitch guides, and sessions.
Build AI-driven roleplay simulations (e.g. objection-handling exercises, discovery calls, uncovering use case exercise, etc.) where sales reps can practice realistic customer conversations with generative AI personas.
Develop content into enablement that is driven by adult learning theory; enablement modalities are selected based on what best supports the seller.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to map learning pathways directly to seller competencies, product launches, and strategic sales methodologies
Design just-in-time performance support assets (FAQs, Playbooks) integrated directly into seller workflows (CRM, Slack/Teams, Sales Engagement platforms).
Transform complex product specifications and market insights/positioning frameworks into easily digestible, highly actionable learning experiences.
Design dynamic, personalized learning paths based on rep tenure, role (AE, SE, SDR, DSR, etc)), performance data, and skill gaps.
Implement AI-based automated feedback loops that evaluate sales reps' video pitches, call recordings, and written communications.
Continually research, test, and integrate emerging AI tools and software into the enablement tech stack to accelerate enablement development cycles, increase outcome quality, and increase enablement impact.
Establish guidelines, prompt libraries, and best practices for the team's ethical and effective use of AI design tools.
Monitor learning metrics, tool adoption, sales ramp time, and quota attainment to continually optimize enablement programs.

Advanced proficiency with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe CC, Google Suite,) integrated with modern AI plugins.
A demonstrated ability to create engaging, application-based content (we’ll want to see examples of your work!).

- Advise the company with risk mitigation for trade secret matters and restrictive covenants in the EU and UK
- Manage and direct local outside counsel on formal local-law opinions and pre-litigation matters in the EU and UK and, as needed, MENA and APAC, while handling routine, repeatable advice in-house
- Monitor and advise on global L&E trends including those within the crypto industry to help the Company’s competitive adaptability, talent acquisition and retention, and workplace processes along with additional duties as required
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
