Location: United States
What the Role Is
This role owns replenishment and order writing for Babylist's Furniture and Monitors categories — a mix of bulky, freight-heavy furniture and dropship-fulfilled monitor SKUs. You'll manage inventory flow across a heavily dropship vendor base, balancing in-stock performance against the longer lead times and fulfillment complexity these categories bring. You'll report into Division 3 Planning and work closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to keep the category healthy.
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience managing dropship inventory
— you know how to plan and track stock you don't physically hold, coordinate with vendors on availability, and catch outages before they become customer-facing problems.
You've owned replenishment and order writing
for a category with real complexity — long lead times, freight considerations, or a fragmented vendor base.
You're comfortable working in a planning system day to day and can pick up new tools quickly (NetSuite, Sigma, or similar planning/BI platforms).
You have advanced Excel skills and are confident working with large data sets.
You have a strong foundation in retail math and inventory planning concepts (OTB, WOS, sell-through).
You communicate clearly with vendors and cross-functional partners, especially when flagging risk early.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Execute replenishment and order writing across Furniture and Monitors, keeping inventory aligned to forecast and in-stock targets.
Manage a dropship vendor base — tracking availability, coordinating on delivery timing, and resolving discrepancies before they hit customers.
Own monthly Open-to-Buy inputs for the category: trend analysis, risk flags, and forecast updates.
Deliver weekly sales and inventory recaps with clear, actionable takeaways for the planning team.
Build pre-season inventory forecasts at the category, brand, and SKU level.
Track out-of-stocks and discontinued items, proactively communicating risk to internal partners.
Partner with Merchandising on new product introductions and assortment changes.
Why This Role
You'd be stepping into an established category with real scope from day one — Furniture and Monitors are being handed off as part of a broader team restructure, not built from scratch.
Dropship is a genuinely different planning problem than owned inventory, and this is a chance to specialize in it rather than treat it as a footnote.
You'll have direct exposure to Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance on a category that carries real freight and vendor complexity — good ground for someone who wants to grow into bigger scope.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$93,820 to $125,081
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.

We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to own and grow Higgsfield's relationships across the agency ecosystem.
You'll work with leading creative, advertising, media, and digital agencies to bring generative AI into real-world creative workflows — from campaign development and content production to scaled creative experimentation.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven seller who understands how agencies operate, knows how to build relationships with creative and business leaders, and is excited about defining an entirely new category of technology.
We're open to hiring this role at the Account Executive or Senior Account Executive level based on experience and track record.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the full sales cycle across agency accounts, from prospecting and initial engagement through negotiation and close.
- Build relationships with senior leaders across creative, production, innovation, strategy, media, and technology teams.
- Develop strategic relationships with major agency groups and their individual agencies.
- Identify opportunities to embed Higgsfield into agency workflows and client engagements.
- Navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, business units, and client relationships.
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, events, partnerships, and inbound opportunities.
- Develop account strategies that expand initial adoption into broader agency relationships.
- Partner closely with Product and Marketing to translate agency feedback into product and GTM opportunities.
- Maintain strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Help define Higgsfield's broader agency sales strategy and playbook as we scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development experience, with deeper experience expected at the Senior AE level.
- Strong understanding of the advertising and agency ecosystem.
- Experience selling technology, platforms, or solutions into agencies or creative organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to own and close complex, high-value commercial relationships.
- Strong network across creative, advertising, media, production, or agency leadership is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both creative leaders and commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence, relationship-building skills, and commercial judgment.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and helping build a sales motion rather than simply inheriting one.
- Highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and motivated by revenue ownership.
- Genuine excitement about generative AI and how it will transform advertising and creative production.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $125,000 - $220,000 depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a fully remote role in NY or LA with occasional business travel to our San Francisco office required for team meetings, planning sessions, company events, and other in-person collaboration. If you are based in San Francisco, it is a hybrid role. Team members are expected to be available during agreed working hours and maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. While we work remotely, we value active communication, responsiveness, and close collaboration across teams.
Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

WHO WE ARE
X-LAB is the in-house performance bicycle line by XDS, which has quietly become the world’s largest and most vertically integrated bicycle manufacturer and the largest maker of carbon fiber frames, supplying many of the top brands in cycling and mobility.
Today, XDS is quiet no more. XDS launched X-LAB in April 2026 as the global consumer brand to take the industry by storm. Three decades of experience building exceptional bicycles have culminated into a unique line of road, gravel, electric, city, hybrid, and soon mountain bikes that riders and shops can’t stop talking about.
X-LAB is the new inflection point for the category. We launched in April 2026 with a full lineup across road, gravel, city, fitness, e-bike, and soon mountain categories, with validation from the highest and most demanding levels of the sport through the XDS Astana Team and a rapidly growing network of dealers.
Our ambition is not simply to sell more bikes. It is to make great bikes more integrated, more accessible, and better supported through the independent shops and communities that grow cycling and bring in new riders. That is what makes this moment exciting. Joining X-LAB means helping to shape a company with unmatched production scale, real engineering R&D depth, and the confidence to earn trust… one rider, one dealer, one product, and one market at a time.
