We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a full-time remote opportunity. We are considering candidates based in the US and Canada only, within the Eastern or Central time zones.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the
Grafana Catalog
team, you will help grow the Grafana plugin ecosystem. Plugins are how Grafana connects to almost any data source, panel type or app, and the catalog has more than 300 of them from Grafana Labs, commercial partners and the open source community.
We own the full plugin lifecycle. Developers build plugins with our tooling, publish them to the catalog, and users discover, install and update them in Grafana and Grafana Cloud. We are also building the
Grafana Marketplace
, which lets partners and independent developers sell their plugins to Grafana users. It is in pilot today and you will help us take it from there.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Some of the things we own:
The Grafana Marketplace: paid plugins, publisher onboarding, and how customers buy and get access to them
The plugin catalog in grafana.com and inside Grafana, where users search, compare and discover plugins
Plugin installation and management in Grafana and Grafana Cloud
Plugin delivery: publishing, signing, validation and the CDN that serves plugins to every Grafana Cloud instance
Plugin review: every plugin published to the catalog goes through our review process before it reaches users
Developer tooling and
developer portal
that helps develop the plugins
A typical “day in the life” could include:
Building new Marketplace features across the Grafana frontend, our Go services and grafana.com
Improving how users find and install plugins, for both humans and agents like Grafana Assistant
Making it easier and faster for developers to build, test and publish plugins
Automating and improving the review process that every published plugin goes through
Supporting the operations and reliability of plugin installs and delivery in Grafana Cloud
Talking to plugin developers and partners and turning their feedback into roadmap items
Coming up with suggestions for process improvements
Working closely with the rest of the Grafana Division
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You know how to transform ideas into working code, you are able to design a solution, get feedback and deliver large projects.
You are a self-driven individual who understands the power of feedback loops in making roadmap decisions and driving our product forward.
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action, and willing to take on any challenge
You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs.
You are an excellent communicator and you enjoy collaboration
You are comfortable working in a remote-first company
Requirements:
Solid experience with Golang & Typescript
Experience with React and building user-facing web applications
Experience with Kubernetes & microservices
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
Experience participating in an on-call rotation and performing operations/SRE tasks
Bonus Points For:
You have built or published a Grafana plugin
You have worked on a marketplace, app store or package registry, or on billing and licensing
You have built developer tooling such as CLIs, SDKs or CI pipelines used by other engineers
You have strong experience working with a Product Manager or external stakeholders

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the U.S.
The Opportunity
Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Engineer (AI & Automation) to own the AI agent infrastructure and automation platform that powers our Marketing Operations organization. You’ll build multi-agent architectures, LLM integrations, and backend services that connect AI models to internal and third-party data platforms. You’ll ship production systems that teams depend on daily.
This is a high-autonomy role where you own the technical direction. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems across Marketing, RevOps, and SDR teams, design the solutions, and ship them. You’ll define the technical direction for the automation platform (data models, API contracts, shared libraries, reference architectures) and partner with Data Engineering, GTM Systems, and Field Operations to build scalable, self-service automation that eliminates manual work and drives operational efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing
Agentic Systems & AI Infrastructure
Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems, from architecture and implementation through testing, deployment, and ongoing operation
Build modular, composable agentic systems using orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Anthropic MCP, or similar) that operate 24/7 across teams
Develop reusable agentic skills that agents invoke across interfaces (Slack, dashboards, internal apps, CLIs)
Implement observability and feedback loops including logging, performance metrics, prompt iteration, model evaluation, and cost management
Establish governance and compliance standards for AI workflows including access controls, audit trails, PII handling, and human-in-the-loop escalation paths
Systems Integration & Backend Services
Build MCP servers, APIs, CLIs, and microservices connecting AI models to business systems (BigQuery, Slack, CRMs, email, calendars, analytics tools)
Architect data flows for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), connecting LLMs to internal knowledge bases, customer data, and real-time business context
Build serverless or containerized services (GCP Cloud Functions, Cloud Run) that scale with usage and integrate with Grafana's cloud infrastructure
Automation & Workflow Enablement
Partner with RevOps, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, and SDR teams to scope high-impact automation problems, identify bottlenecks, and build solutions with measurable business outcomes
Design and deploy workflows using orchestration tools (n8n, Workato, or custom platforms) with CI/CD, testing, and production reliability standards
Build systems designed for self-service with documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials that let partner teams operate independently
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You'll have access to AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex, and others of your choice within security guidelines). We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development paired with strong code review and quality standards.
What Makes You a Great Fit
8+ years of software engineering experience with depth in backend development, systems integration, or data/analytics engineering
2+ years hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows, not just prototypes
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js with Git-based workflows, code review practices, and testing discipline
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and patterns including prompt engineering, RAG, function calling/tool use, structured output parsing, and evaluation
Experience building and operating multi-agent systems at scale including agent decomposition, orchestration patterns (sequential chains, router/dispatcher, parallel fan-out), state management, and production monitoring
You diagnose business problems before writing code. You think in workflows and outcomes, not just functions.
Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and serverless/containerized services (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run)
Understanding of LLM failure modes and production mitigations including confidence thresholds, fallback logic, human escalation, and cost/latency management
Proven ability to identify high-leverage problems, push back on low-impact requests, and deliver end-to-end with minimal direction
Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code). You use AI to build AI systems
Clear technical communicator who can explain complex systems in simple terms to both engineers and business stakeholders
Bonus Points
Experience with vector databases or retrieval pipelines (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Qdrant, pgvector)
Familiarity with marketing or sales platforms (Salesforce, Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach)
Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Slack Block Kit) for building user-facing AI tool interfaces
Observability tooling for AI systems (LangSmith, Weights & Biases, custom evaluation frameworks)
Experience with workflow orchestration platforms (n8n, Temporal, Prefect, Airflow)
Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar standards for connecting AI systems to data sources
Prior work automating marketing, sales, or customer success workflows in a B2B SaaS environment
Active in open-source communities. Grafana is built on OSS and we value engineers who share that DNA

An overview of this role
As an Intermediate Fullstack Engineer on GitLab's Subscription Lifecycle team within Monetization, you'll build the frontend experiences and backend services customers use to view and manage subscriptions, renew products, configure auto-renewal, and manage billing accounts. Your work will span renewals, overages and reconciliations, subscription visibility, and budget and reservation management, keeping subscription, billing, and account data accurate and reliable. Because these workflows directly affect revenue, customer access, and financial information, you'll use technical judgment, safe and iterative rollouts, and a high bar for reliability and correctness.
Some examples of our projects:
Building a clear, reliable subscription view across the Customers Portal and related surfaces
Improving manual renewal and auto-renewal flows, including supporting emails, banners, and account experiences
What you'll do
Design and build fullstack features across the post-purchase subscription journey.
Contribute to the technical design and implementation of new subscription lifecycle capabilities.
Partner with Product and Design to translate renewal, billing account, and customer experience requirements into resilient, well-tested solutions.
Integrate subscription lifecycle workflows safely with billing, customer account, and internal admin systems.
Write maintainable, well-tested code and follow engineering practices for rollout safety and monitoring.
Participate in code reviews and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback.
Identify and reduce technical debt and architectural risk in the subscription lifecycle.
Participate in incident response for subscription and renewal issues, given their potential impact on revenue and customer access.
Take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
What you'll bring
Professional experience as a fullstack engineer and confidence working across frontend and backend code.
Our purchase applications use Ruby on Rails (Must have) and Vue.js. (preferred) or React.
Experience owning technical direction for a product area, including proposing, discussing, and driving thorough, iterative solutions.
Experience building or maintaining transactional or checkout-style flows, ideally in a billing, ecommerce, or subscription context.
Familiarity integrating with third-party billing or customer relationship management systems, such as Zuora, Salesforce, or Stripe, is a plus, not a requirement.
A focus on safe, incremental delivery given the revenue and customer impact of this work.
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely about complex technical, architectural, and organizational problems and propose thorough, iterative solutions.
Written and spoken English proficiency sufficient to collaborate in a remote, largely asynchronous work environment.
Alignment with GitLab's values and a commitment to working in accordance with them.
About the team
The Subscription Lifecycle team is part of GitLab's Monetization section and owns the post-purchase subscription experience. You'll partner with Sales, Finance, Information Technology, and Support on secure, reliable purchasing, billing, provisioning, and utilization workflows, and report to the Engineering Manager, Purchase. The team works asynchronously, with regular planning and retrospectives and shared expectations for deployments, incident management, testing, and rollout safety. GitLab's mission is to enable everyone to contribute and co-create the software that powers our world. The Purchase team's mission is to make it as easy as possible for anyone to buy, add on to, or upgrade GitLab through a single, trustworthy, unified purchase experience. An overview of this role
As a Staff Product Manager on the Tenant Scale area within Infrastructure Platforms, you’ll set product direction for how GitLab supports large, complex customers as they grow across departments, projects, and regions. This role focuses on the product choices needed to make tenant data more portable, scalable, and ready for a unified deployment model across GitLab.com, Dedicated, and, over time, Self-Managed. You’ll work on problems that sit at the intersection of product strategy, infrastructure, and customer needs, including how we build a platform to horizontally scale our SaaS architecture, how to enable tenant movement between environments, how isolation and regional requirements are handled, and what needs to be in place to support a more cellular architecture.
At the Staff level, your scope extends beyond a single group. Your direction will inform the broader Infrastructure Platforms direction, you’ll make the investment case for unified deployment capabilities, and you’ll be a recognized authority, inside and outside GitLab, on multi-tenant and cellular SaaS architecture. In your first year, you’ll partner closely with engineering and product peers to define requirements, drive alignment, and move this work from concept into a deployment model teams can build on, while coaching fellow product managers as they pick up work from the shared pool.
What you’ll do
Drive
product strategy and direction for tenant scale and unified deployment capabilities across GitLab.com, Dedicated, and future deployment models, informing the broader Infrastructure Platforms direction and moving this work from concept into a deployment model teams can build on in your first year.
Set
quarterly and annual plans for tenant portability and platform unification, breaking large epics into issues and minimal valuable changes (MVCs) and practicing iteration across multiple groups.
Define
requirements for our unified deployment platform, including the capabilities needed before tenants can be hosted in a unified deployment unit.
Partner
closely with engineering counterparts and highly technical teams to turn infrastructure constraints and platform needs into clear product direction.
Collaborate
with product peers across the platforms organization, including teams working on GitLab.com and adjacent infrastructure areas, and manage with influence to align work that spans more than one group.
Engage
with internal and external customers to understand needs related to isolation, regional deployment, compliance, and operational readiness, using qualitative interviews to find patterns and sharpen problem statements.
Build
business cases for investment in tenant scale and unified deployment, including build, buy, and partner options, the cost of isolation, regionality, and compliance, and the expected benefits.
Facilitate
tradeoff discussions around scalability, tenant encapsulation, deployment consistency, and platform unification, and escalate cleanly to the right level of leadership when decisions or progress are blocked.
Translate
complex technical concepts into product plans, priorities, and documentation that align distributed teams on delivery milestones for tenant portability and platform unification, using error budgets and other performance indicators to inform direction.
Represent
GitLab as a trusted voice on cellular architecture and tenant scale in customer calls, events, and other external forums.
Coach
fellow product managers on direction updates, customer validation, and GitLab’s architecture and tech stack, and support a collaborative team model where product managers share ownership across a common pool of work and step into the areas where they can have the most impact.
What you’ll bring
Experience
managing product work in technical domains such as infrastructure, scalability, platform architecture, software delivery, or cloud services, with results delivered across a range of product areas rather than a single one.
Ability
to work effectively with deeply technical engineering teams and build credibility in discussions about system design, deployment models, and platform constraints.
Knowledge
of how SaaS or platform-based systems scale, including concepts such as multitenancy, horizontal scalability, autoscaling, workload isolation, and production readiness, and the ability to build a deep understanding of GitLab’s architecture and tech stack and coach others on it.
Comfort
working with customers or internal stakeholders on complex requirements, including operational, compliance, or regional deployment needs.
Skill
in turning ambiguous technical problems into clear product strategy, quarterly and annual plans, priorities, and actionable work.
Expertise
in qualitative customer interviewing and product validation, with the ability to teach those techniques to others.
Experience
building business cases, including weighing build, buy, and partner options and forecasting benefits against the competitive landscape.
Experience
collaborating across product, engineering, user experience, and other cross-functional partners in a distributed environment, using iteration and influence to raise the performance of peers beyond your own group.
Strength
in clear written and verbal communication, especially when explaining complex infrastructure topics to different audiences, with excellent presentation skills at every level of the company.
Recognition
as a thought leader in a relevant domain, internally and externally, for example through speaking, writing, or representing your company at customer events and conferences.
Openness
to candidates who bring transferable experience from engineering, technical support, or adjacent product roles relevant to large-scale platforms.
About the team
The team sits within Infrastructure Platforms and works on foundational platform capabilities. It partners closely with engineering, adjacent product managers, and internal customers across regions, with a strong emphasis on GitLab’s asynchronous working style and long-term platform thinking. Product managers on the team share ownership of a common pool of work; at the Staff level, you’ll help guide how that work is prioritized and mentor teammates as they take it on.

Job Summary
At Bugcrowd, we handle application security assessment at an epic scale. As an Application Security Engineer (ASE) you will curate and manage the incoming security vulnerability submissions to some of the world’s biggest companies’ bug bounty programs. Here are just a few of the reasons why we are the best:
A tenure at Bugcrowd often means you have worked on not only one company’s security program but potentially on hundreds.
As an ASE at Bugcrowd you will be exposed to the Internet’s best security researchers and their cutting-edge security testing methodologies. Our ASEs quickly become technically fluent in obscure/complex XSS, SQLi, XXE, IDOR, SSTI, SSRF, and many other vulnerability types. There is no other organization that offers the learning opportunity that Bugcrowd does.
You will be exposed to things outside of your comfort zone. We routinely run security programs for cars, IoT devices, embedded systems, mobile applications, and more!
We have an awesome team and tons of perks. We’ve even been selected as one of “The 10 Coolest Security Startups Of 2016” by crn.com.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
An ASE is responsible for the ongoing triage and validation services of Bugcrowd managed programs. Under the direction of the Director of Technical Operations, you will take incoming submission data and curate it for validity, accuracy, and severity as well as communicate directly with Bugcrowd’s clients or researchers when additional information is required. ASEs also handle Incident Response – escalating and communicating about the highest severity bugs to clients. ASEs need to have strong knowledge of OWASP Top Ten type vulnerabilities. They also usually require a strong skill set in one scripting/development language, often to assist with the design or development of tooling for improving the triage/validation process. The ASE position is perfect for security professionals looking to take their skills to the next level.
Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree or previous security consulting experience
Published and demonstrated passion for security assessment research
High proficiency with Burp Suite (or any other interception proxy) and a working level of experience with other industry standard tools (nmap, sqlmap, anything included in Kali Linux)
Ability to execute on individual projects but still contribute to the team
Ability to complete tasks on time
Strong organization, influencing, and communication skills
Working Conditions
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and/or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and /or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.
Environment - remote, work-from-home 100% of the time.

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our product team at a pivotal moment. You’ll start by owning a strategic internal infrastructure initiative, working hand-in-hand with engineering on the platform that powers our communications products. As that initiative matures, you’ll move on to bringing AI-powered features into our customer-facing B2B / B2B2C products.
This is not a “manage the backlog” role. You’ll set direction, make hard calls on scope, and partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership to ship products that move the business.
Wjat would make you an ideal candidate for the role:
English+Spanish languages skills, a significant plus for navigating the LATAM market.
Experience with CCaaS / UCaaS platforms (e.g., Five9, Talkdesk, Genesys, or similar).
Great at pptimizing agile ceremonies, cross-functional issue tracking, and workflow tooling.
What You’ll Do
Phase 1 — Platform & Infrastructure
Own the product side of an internal infrastructure initiative, translating business and engineering needs into clear requirements and milestones.
Run sprint planning and prioritization with engineering, and be the go-to source of truth on scope, status, and risks.
Come to weekly technical leadership syncs fully prepared to report on progress, blockers, and decisions.
Establish clear Definitions of Done and hold teams accountable to delivery timelines.
Phase 2 — AI Product Features
Identify opportunities to bring AI into our products, define scope, and drive delivery from zero to launch.
Define quality metrics for AI features, including evaluation and error-rate measurement for AI agents.
Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, customer-facing value propositions the sales team can lead with.
Define key success metrics for every shipped feature, focusing on adoption, conversion, and retention.
Across Both Phases
Proactively connect with stakeholders across the company, uncover problems, and come back with proposed solutions and an execution plan.
Follow up relentlessly across teams so nothing falls through the cracks.
Improve how product and engineering work together: tools, processes, and visibility.
Present product strategy and status updates to leadership.
We’re Looking For
Must-Have
4+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with at least 2 years focused on AI or ML-powered products.
Background in B2B SaaS, ideally within communications, contact centers, or enterprise software.
Experience working closely with engineering on platform, infrastructure, or internal tooling products.
A track record of building a product or feature from scratch.
Hands-on experience measuring AI quality, such as running evaluations and tracking AI agent error rates.
Strong technical fluency: you don’t need to write code, but you must understand APIs, LLMs, and system integrations well enough to make smart scoping decisions.
Demonstrated ability to define scope, write clear requirements, and hold teams accountable to delivery.
Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Fluent English and confidence presenting to leadership.
Ability to work with overlap in European time zones.
Nice-to-Have
Spanish language skills, a significant plus for navigating the LATAM market.
Experience with CCaaS / UCaaS platforms (e.g., Five9, Talkdesk, Genesys, or similar).
Optimizing agile ceremonies, cross-functional issue tracking, and workflow tooling.
We offer you
Remote b2b for Europe and hybrid employment for Belarus and Moldova.
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Really good hardware.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program – get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
More perks for the Minsk and Chisinau office employees.
