About the role
Field marketing is at the heart of how we build demand, foster community, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate growth. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Field Marketing Manager to build the engine that fills the funnel for our North America GTM team, focused on two to three priority industries: healthcare, financial services, telco, and retail and e-commerce.
Your expertise in industry-led field marketing strategy, regional program execution, and GTM partnership will be pivotal in creating the moments that bring enterprise buyers to the table, from executive dinners and roadshows to industry conferences, roundtables, and account-based programs aimed at named buying committees. Collaborating closely with the North America GTM team and the broader marketing team, you will own every stage of the field motion, from territory and account strategy through budgeting, on-site execution, and post-program pipeline attribution.
ElevenAgents is being evaluated today by customer experience and contact center leaders at the largest health systems, banks, carriers, and retailers in North America. Your ability to think like a marketer, act like a salesperson, and run multiple industry programs at once will ensure we get in front of them first.
What you’ll do
- Build the engine that fills the funnel for your industries, a repeatable program mix that creates net new pipeline quarter over quarter
- Develop and execute the North America field plan for two to three industries, from territory and account strategy through budget, execution, and attribution
- Partner with Enterprise and Strategic account executives on named account lists. Agree the targets, fill the room, drive the follow-up.
- Design the program mix: executive dinners, industry conferences, roadshows, roundtables, customer advisory sessions, and 1:few account-based plays
- Create the vertical narrative with Product Marketing. Invite copy, talk tracks, and follow-up sequences that speak to a healthcare, banking, telco, or retail buyer, not a generic one.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, and report pipeline created and cost per opportunity, program by program
- Analyze program performance in Salesforce and Dream Data and give an honest read on what worked. Recommend what to scale and what to retire.
- Follow up with participants in collaboration with the GTM and growth teams
- Work with Paid Media and Demand Generation to amplify field programs before and after they run
- Own end to end execution, with support from the North America events team on venue, vendors, logistics, and on-site delivery
Requirements
We are more focused on hiring for potential than past experience, but the person who thrives here will bring most of the following.
- 7+ years in B2B field, industry, or regional marketing, with a demonstrated track record of building programs that directly influenced pipeline and closed revenue
- Deep experience marketing into at least two of: healthcare, financial services, telco, retail and e-commerce
- Track record reaching enterprise buying committees on six and seven figure deals
- Fluency in Salesforce and marketing attribution. You can defend your numbers in a pipeline review.
- A peer relationship with GTM. You have pushed back on an account executive and been right.
- Comfortable running an executive dinner, speaking at events, and partnering with C-level stakeholders inside and outside the company
- Sharp judgment on what to cut. Budget and calendar discipline under tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel roughly a third of the time across North America
- Transparent and unafraid to challenge, ask questions, or call out obstacles
- An AI-first working style, and a passion for ElevenLabs technology
- Bias toward shipping

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenMusic is our AI music creation platform, letting anyone turn an idea into a finished, studio-grade track in minutes, with control over genre, mood, structure, and vocals across multiple languages. It is one of the most exciting parts of the ElevenCreative suite, and we want its voice, community, and content presence to match the ambition of the product.
We are looking for a Content Creator & Strategist to own how ElevenMusic shows up in the world. You will make music with the platform every day, push it to its limits, and turn what you discover into educational content, tutorials, and social posts that teach creators what's possible. You will own the ElevenMusic social accounts, build and energise the community around the product, and represent ElevenMusic on stage at creator events.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of music creation, content, and community. The right person is a genuine music maker who lives on social platforms, has strong opinions about how an AI music brand should show up, and is just as comfortable behind a mic or on stage as they are in an editing timeline. Because you'll be using the product harder than almost anyone, you'll also be a critical feedback loop into the engineering team, shaping the product itself.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create educational content and tutorial videos around ElevenMusic, recording, editing, and formatting them natively for each platform, and publish them across our socials
- Make music with ElevenMusic constantly, testing the platform to its limits and turning experiments into content that shows creators what's possible
- Provide structured, high-signal product feedback to the engineering team based on deep daily use, helping shape the roadmap
- Own and manage the ElevenMusic social accounts, from content calendar and strategy through to publishing, engagement, and analytics
- Help build and grow a community around ElevenMusic, sparking conversation, surfacing creator feedback, and championing standout work
- Speak at creator events, representing ElevenMusic through talks, demos, and workshops
- Plan and execute content around product launches and feature releases, coordinating with product, engineering, and Marketing
- Stay ahead of trends in music creation, AI tools, and platform culture to find opportunities for the brand
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience creating music and music-related content, with a portfolio of work you can share, you are a genuine music maker, not just a marketer
- Proven ability to produce educational content and tutorial videos end-to-end: recording, editing, adding text and motion, and formatting natively for platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience managing social media accounts for a technology, music, or creative tools company, including content calendars, copywriting, and analytics
- Comfortable presenting publicly, speaking at events, running demos or workshops, and being a visible face for the product
- A genuine understanding of the AI and music creation landscape, you use the tools, follow the space, and have informed opinions about where things are headed
BONUS
- Experience building or growing a creator community (Discord, forums, or similar)
- Background as a working musician, producer, or music educator with an existing audience
- Experience giving product feedback or working closely with engineering/product teams
- Experience with social scheduling and management tools (Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or similar)
- Multilingual capabilities
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead content and community strategy across ElevenMusic as the product and team scale
- Move into a broader creative or content role spanning video, editorial, and social across ElevenLabs brands
- Expand into creator partnerships, evangelism, or brand marketing as the growth team evolves
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw and many more.

ABOUT US
Circle is building the world’s leading AI-powered, all-in-one platform for digital businesses. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.
We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 270 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot.
Every year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!
Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re building something game-changing at Circle: a discovery marketplace where millions can find creators, communities, and products to help them achieve their highest personal and professional goals.
You’ll own generating and growing the demand engine for the Discover marketplace https://circle.so/discover. Think of a Pinterest, Reddit or Instagram-style product, reimagined with a mission to help people achieve their goals instead of distracting them with endless doom scrolling. Through Discover, you will be building technology that could help millions of people grow, self-actualize, and live their best lives.
As the Growth Lead for Discover https://circle.so/discover, you’ll report directly to the GM of Discover and work closely with Circle's co-founders to bring this vision to life. Day to day you'll work with the product team for Discover, our paid media team, data team, brand and design studio, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and more.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates in any North American time zone.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own growth for the Discover marketplace. Drive traffic to Discover, experiment with how consumers find and engage with Discover, and grow its GMV and transaction volume.
- A/B testing and experimentation. Run experiments to better acquire, engage, and retain traffic. Test what people see when they arrive on Discover, the algorithms behind recommendations, and marketplace structure.
- Build Circle's end-to-end lifecycle email programs. Build the acquisition funnel for Discover by setting up a recommendations newsletter, creating offers to acquire subscribers, and developing email programs to turn visitors into repeat buyers.
- Build an SEO program. Grow Discover's organic surfaces and SEO / AEO across product pages and distribution partnerships with the creators already building on Circle.
- Drive creator success on the marketplace. Help creators listed on Discover succeed by sending them buyers who convert and stay, diagnosing which categories generate traffic but underconvert, and applying those learnings across the marketplace.
- Build the team's reporting. Track funnel performance by category, cohort retention of Discover-sourced members, and what individual creators earn from the marketplace, and own reporting on performance and recommendations to leadership.
- Help shape and execute Discover's growth strategy. Partner with the GM of Discover and co-founders to shape growth priorities and collaborate with the product team to evolve the product.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- A track record of owning a revenue or GMV number across multiple channels at one time, where you were able to grow the number and deliver real results. Ideally, you can walk us through what moved the number, what worked, and what you got wrong. This matters a lot more to us than your title or how many years you've been doing this.
- Experience with email and lifecycle marketing, including building a program from scratch. You should have a clear view of what it should be judged on beyond opens and clicks.
- Experience acquiring email subscribers profitably and growing their value over time. This mechanic is going to be key here: bring someone in for less than they'll eventually spend, then earning more from them by delivering real value to both them and the creator.
- Comfortable being hands-on as a player-coach. This includes writing the emails, building the pages, talking to the creators, setting up reporting, and reading the results yourself.
- Deep understanding of marketplaces and/or businesses with strong network effects. Ideally, you’re someone who obsesses about marketplace network effects, and shows strong judgment and opinions on growing the demand side of a marketplace.
- Learn fast, experiment aggressively, and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. You’ll need to be comfortable running a lot of experiments and letting the results settle the argument, including the ones that don't work (which will be many of them in the beginning).
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. You’ll need to learn and pick up new technologies when projects require it.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent https://englishonline.britishcouncil.org/free-english-level-test-cefr-2/), as most collaboration at Circle happens asynchronously.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company with ongoing refresh grants, and 35 days of paid time off each year.
We’re a remote-only team that comes together twice a year for company retreats in incredible destinations around the world. ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Corporate Account Manager Lead, you'll lead a team of Account Managers across our highest-velocity, highest-volume post-sales segment. You'll balance people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on customer impact - driving excellence in post-sales outcomes and ensuring your team consistently delivers measurable value across a large, fast-moving book of accounts.
This is a revenue-critical role at an inflection point: ElevenLabs is scaling fast, and Corporate is where that scale shows up first - more accounts, more velocity, and less room for anything that doesn't repeat well. The decisions you make around segmentation, playbook design, and how AI agents and automation get embedded into everyday AM workflows will define how this motion performs as volume keeps growing. Making ElevenAgents the agent of choice across the Corporate portfolio is a core part of that expansion playbook.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Corporate Account Management team, owning team quota performance, retention, expansion, and cross sell goals across a high-volume book of business.
- Drive revenue outcomes as a core mandate - building a team culture where expansions and cross-sells are owned with the same rigor as any quota-carrying sales function.
- Design and implement repeatable, scalable playbooks for renewals, expansion, and adoption that hold up across hundreds of accounts, not just a handful.
- Embed AI agents and automation into AM workflows by default, so the team can manage growing volume without simply adding headcount.
- Champion AI fluency across the team: set expectations, build capability, and create an environment where every AM is actively experimenting with and adopting AI-powered approaches to their work.
- Set strategic direction for how the Corporate segment is structured and staffed as the business scales, partnering closely with RevOps, Comp/Finance, and CX leadership.
- Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, influencing roadmap, tooling, and revenue strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally with meaningful exposure to high-volume, transactional or corporate-segment books of business.
- Proven track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets (renewals, expansion, NRR/GRR, cross sell), with a clear commercial instinct.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience - managing AMs/CSMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability and customer impact.
- Deep AI fluency: you use AI tools in your own daily workflow, understand what AI agents and automation can do, and are ready to lead a team through a meaningful shift in how work gets designed and executed.
- Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing accounts directly while leading others to excel in their own portfolios.
- Expertise in post-sales methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption frameworks, ROI storytelling) adapted for a high-volume, scaled motion.
- Strategic operational thinking: able to make sound calls on segmentation, playbook design, and process at scale as account volume grows.
- Strong analytical and operational skills: adept at using data to identify performance trends, optimize workflows, and forecast outcomes across a large book.
- Bonus: Hands-on with tools (ElevenLabs, Salesforce, Gong, Lemlist, Sigma) and capable of improving data quality, visibility, and usage insights across the team.

We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We’re looking for someone to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team and own how ElevenLabs goes to market by vertical. As we shift from a horizontal motion to a vertical-led one, you will go deep on each of our top verticals — the buyer, the use cases, the competitive landscape, and what it takes to win — and turn that into a repeatable playbook for launching and scaling each one.
As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll sit at the center of the vertical GTM motion, working with Product Marketing, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership to define each vertical's strategy, surface product gaps, and drive cross-functional alignment until every vertical is launched and performing. This is a role for someone who wants to shape a new market from the ground up, not maintain an existing one.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Vertical Deep Dives - Own the research and strategy for each top vertical: market sizing, ICP and persona definition, buying process, priority use cases, competitive positioning, and where ElevenLabs wins.
- Vertical Launches - Run the end-to-end launch of each vertical, from strategy and segmentation through enablement, pipeline targets, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Cross-Functional Alignment - Drive alignment across PMM, FDE, Product, Sales, and Marketing on vertical priorities, owners, and timelines. Be the single thread that keeps every function moving in the same direction.
- Product Needs - Dig deep into what each vertical requires from the product — integrations, compliance, features, workflows, and translate field signal into prioritized, evidence-backed requirements for Product.
- Data-Driven Strategy - Define the metrics that matter for each vertical (pipeline, win rate, ACV, sales cycle, product adoption), build the dashboards, and use the insights to decide where to double down or pull back.
- Leadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leadership on where to invest by vertical, with clear recommendations and regular performance reporting.
Who you are
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
What you bring
- 4+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations or GTM strategy, ideally with experience building or launching a vertical GTM motion
- Proven track record of taking an ambiguous strategic question to a structured answer, then driving execution across teams.
- Deep curiosity about industries — you enjoy learning how a healthcare, financial services, or retail buyer actually operates and what they need
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders without direct authority.
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and comfort operating in a fast-moving, undefined space.
- Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenMusic is a consumer music app where music is the core product: a place to listen, create, remix and share. The team is small, agent-first and sits apart from the main org, with very fast CI, so ideas often ship the same or next day. Today, one engineer runs the whole iOS app alone.
We’re looking for a Mobile Engineer to own ElevenMusic across iOS and Android, and to make mobile a driver of the product rather than a downstream port of web features. You’ll build for musicians and creatives, think in systems as well as screens, and work with high autonomy and a high bar for taste.
Requirements
- Shipped a well-designed, production mobile app that real users love, and can show us what you owned.
- Strong systems thinking across mobile and backend. We’re framework-agnostic (Swift UI or Kotlin Jetpack Compose), but expect you to work across iOS and Android.
- Exceptional product taste and a clear view on what makes a mobile experience great.
- Highly self-directed: you turn loose directions into shipped work and own the outcome.
Bonus: musical interest or intuition. Open-source or GitHub contributions.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe and the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in GMT-5 to GMT+1 timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Warsaw, and Amsterdam.

Role highlights:
- Title: Electrical AIT Engineer
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organization
- Reports to: Head of MAITE Japan
- Location: Tokyo, Japan
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As an Electrical AIT Engineer, you own the electrical/avionics side of production at ICEYE end to end -- integration, debugging, continuous improvement, and adapting processes as new designs come through. You will lead satellite-level verification and validation campaigns for power, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and CDH/OBC subsystems, integrate electrical hardware with satellite systems, and own functional and system-health testing to ensure flight readiness. You will act as the primary technical contact for electrical-related integration issues and drive continuous improvement across AIT methods, test efficiency, and build reliability -- ensuring every spacecraft meets ICEYE's standards for mission success.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Execute unit-level and satellite-level verification and validation (V&V) campaigns, focusing on power, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and CDH/OBC functional operations and system health
- Lead the integration of electrical/avionics hardware with satellite subsystems (power, propulsion, GNC, GPS, C&DH/OBC, RF, thermal), ensuring seamless interoperability
- Test and validate the hardware/software interface -- telemetry and telecommand behavior, CDH bus interfaces, and OBC-driven subsystem responses -- without owning flight software development or debugging, which sits with the Software AIT team
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance efficiency, repeatability, and coverage across functional and environmental test campaigns
- Act as primary technical contact for electrical-related integration issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with power/propulsion/GNC engineering to resolve anomalies
- Support production readiness and design reviews (PRR, CDR) by providing feedback on software testability, hardware-in-the-loop requirements, and system configuration
- Contribute to and improve AIT documentation including RF test procedures, integration plans, and configuration records
- Interface with Global AIT, Power/Propulsion/GNC Engineering, and Mission Operations teams to ensure alignment on product standards and lessons learned
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in integration methods, test efficiency, and build reliability
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical/avionics integration, testing, or production of complex systems, preferably in aerospace or high-reliability hardware industries
- Deep technical understanding of satellite electrical architectures including power systems, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and/or CDH/OBC
- Hands-on experience with anechoic chamber testing (antenna pattern measurement, radiated performance verification)
- Working proficiency in Python for test automation and data analysis
- Proven experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments with a focus on system-level validation
- Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, environmental testing (EMC, vibration, thermal), and configuration management
- Systems engineering mindset -- able to anticipate integration risks and connect RF performance, hardware interfaces, and mission operations
- Proficient English (written and spoken) for cross-functional collaboration
Nice to haves:
Experience with Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Track record of enabling design-for-testability (DFT) and design-for-manufacturing (DFM)
- Lean and Six Sigma experience
- Experience with SAR payload calibration or comms link-budget analysis beyond routine test execution
- Experience writing or improving Python test scripts beyond routine execution
- Proficient Japanese (written and spoken)
Application Process
- Talent Acquisition Interview
- Hiring Manager General Interview
- Technical Interview, including a Technical Challenge
- Final Interview

About the Role

As the Manager on the GTM Finance and Strategy team, you’ll operate at the center of go-to-market strategy — owning and building critical models to forecast ARR and GAAP Revenue, analyzing and providing perspective around strategic initiatives, and delivering insights that shape executive and Board decisions. You’ll partner closely with Analytics, Revenue Accounting, Revenue Operations, External Reporting, and GTM leadership.
This role reports to the Sr. Manager of GTM Finance and blends strategic finance, data storytelling, technical problem-solving, and operational execution. You’ll drive forward-looking planning, help scale our forecasting infrastructure for a hybrid pricing motion that includes both subscription contracts and usage-based (consumption) revenue, and support high-visibility initiatives across the function.
This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging data and financial insight to guide strategy and operational execution in a high-growth, cross-functional environment.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA or Denver, CO office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Claude / ChatGPT, Looker, SFDC, BigQuery, G-Suite
What You’ll Do
Revenue Modeling & Forecasting:
Own and re-evaluate our rolling GAAP revenue and ARR forecast models, including renewal behavior (NRR), new business, and contract-level revenue recognition across subscription and consumption-based streams. Evolve forecasting frameworks using both deterministic and AI/ML-driven approaches.
Usage-Based Revenue:
Build and maintain forecasting approaches for consumption revenue, including committed vs. overage usage, breakage, and the migration of customers between pricing models
Business Partnering:
Serve as a key advisor and partner to COO, CFO, and collaboration with Analytics, delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency, optimize investments, and accelerate growth.
Strategic Decision Support:
Deliver analysis that informs GTM investment, pricing and packaging, and target setting, and quantify the revenue impact of key business risks and opportunities
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Support annual planning and monthly/quarterly forecast cycles; partner closely with Revenue Accounting on close, variance analysis, and forecast-to-actual (BvA) tracking
Performance Analysis:
Own key revenue and retention metric packages — including NRR, ARPA, new business mix, ROI, and cohort trends — and surface insights to the CFO, executives, and the Board
Forecast & Reporting Infrastructure:
Use AI Tools, or SQL (BigQuery) / Python to automate data pulls, build repeatable and auditable models, and improve the accuracy, speed, and transparency of our topline forecast; partner with Analytics, AI Transformation and Systems on data quality, integrity and self-serve reporting capabilities.
Executive Reporting:
Create compelling, automated, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and narratives that distill complex data, trends, forecasts, and strategic implications into actionable recommendations for Finance leadership and GTM stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
Provide technical guidance, review work, and help raise the modeling standards and work products of the GTM FP&A team
Skills We’re Looking For
5-7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, revenue finance, or investment banking, with a strong focus on revenue forecasting
Expert-level modeling skills (Excel/Sheets) with a commitment to formula-driven, driver based, auditable, well-documented models
Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models strongly preferred
Technical aptitude: working proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar scripting, and hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate and elevate modeling, strategic analysis, and QA; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker) and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake) a plus
Ownership mindset: takes a model or process from ambiguity to a repeatable, documented workflow with minimal oversight, including QA and reconciliation to source data
Data storytelling: translates complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior, non-finance audiences, with strong executive presence and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority
