Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As Director, Global Field Sales Operations, you’ll partner with Sales and Revenue Operations leadership to run the operating rhythm of a global sales organization serving customers from Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) through Enterprise across multiple regions. You’ll lead forecasting, pipeline management, planning, and productivity initiatives while building a scalable field operations function. By helping sales teams operate with greater clarity and consistency, you’ll support 1Password’s mission to help businesses protect what matters most with simple, human-centric security. Reporting to the Vice President, Revenue Operations, this role is remote in the USA or Canada.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy and operations within Business-to-Business (B2B) software, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Deep experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales process, and operating rhythms across multiple segments.
• Experience leading annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and in-year adjustments.
• Experience supporting sales organizations across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior Sales leaders, communicate clearly, and influence decisions using sound judgment and data.
• Experience hiring, developing, and coaching strong sales or revenue operations leaders.
• Experience using Salesforce and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve forecasting, pipeline management, or sales productivity.
What you can expect:
• Partner with Sales leaders to set quarterly priorities, align hiring plans and trade-offs, and create recovery plans when teams fall behind.
• Establish consistent global standards for forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop independent forecasts for each team, lead large-deal reviews, and turn insights into clear decisions.
• Improve sales productivity through stronger coverage, faster ramping, and effective support from solution engineering and Privileged Access specialists.
• Lead the use of AI in forecasting and pipeline work, helping managers reinvest time saved into selling and coaching.
• Run annual planning with Sales Strategy and Planning and Enablement so that teams begin each year with clear territories and quotas.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global field sales operations team.

We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our

A commercial mindset and an understanding of how assortment, pricing and promotions influence sales and profitability.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Clear and professional communication skills in Serbian and English, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Confidence using presentation tools, business systems and reporting tools, along with a willingness to explore AI and automation.
A collaborative, proactive and hands-on approach, with the motivation to learn and grow in a commercial role.
What we offer

Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
About the role
Our Finance & Analytics team owns the authoritative view of Metabase's business performance, and the opinionated read on what's driving it. Internally, this is used to drive decisions; externally, this is used to meet our obligations to investors, auditors, and tax authorities.
We’re looking for a quantitative-minded generalist to lead a portfolio of analytical projects across the business and own an area of finance operations. Your analytical projects will focus on how we measure and understand the broader business: establishing authoritative definitions for key metrics and investigating what’s driving changes in the data. In your operational area, you’ll run the work and build systems that make it reliable and increasingly automated, drawing on external specialists for technical expertise.
This isn’t a traditional finance role: we’re a small team of generalists who think in systems, learn unfamiliar domains quickly, and reason through problems from first principles.
Responsibilities
Leading analytical projects that change how we understand the business. Examples include:
Adapting our ARR definition as our business model evolves
Evaluating the health of our sales and marketing funnel
Finding relationships between product initiatives and expansion or churn
Owning a traditional finance domain (such as Accounting or Tax). This will involve a combination of operational work, managing external experts, and evaluating the overall health of the operation
Automating the workflows in your domain so our operational and compliance requirements take as little manual effort as possible. Our aspiration is that areas of traditional finance are treated similarly to analytical systems: a set of inputs that are transformed via defined logic to produce a targeted outcome or insight
Leading cross-functional projects to tackle operational problems as they arise
About you
You think in systems: you understand how pieces fit together, build reliable processes, and automate repetitive work
You think in terms of numbers and are comfortable in a wide range of analytical domains, whether that’s financial modeling, doing intermediate statistical analysis, reviewing the methodology of external vendors, or transforming raw data. You can spot inconsistencies quickly, and enjoy getting to the right answer. SQL experience strongly preferred (nice-to-have: analytics engineering experience)
You know how to use AI to improve efficiency, and enjoy experimenting with novel applications of the technology. Just as importantly, you know the limitations of AI and don't use it as a substitute for your own thinking
You learn fast. For example, you don't need to be an accountant, but you can learn the rules of accounting (or other specialist domains) and apply them to day-to-day problems
You are adept at managing vendors, building strong relationships, and holding them accountable when needed
You have strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail: you enjoy checking items off your checklist, and can seamlessly balance multiple threads of work
Minimum 3–5 years experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
Strong quantitative undergraduate degree (nice to have: MBA)
Based in the US, Canada, or UK
Low-ego attitude: no job should be too small or too large
Nice-to-have: some familiarity with accounting principles or coursework
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $150K–$200K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.
E-Verify Participation Notice (English/Spanish)
Right to Work Notice (English/Spanish)
Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including gathering and analyzing user feedback, writing detailed user stories and specifications, and collaborating with our offshore software development team.
