We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the HQ part of our Driver Marketing team at inDrive.
Driver Marketing is a global team responsible for communications with current and potential drivers across 40+ markets — from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, retention and loyalty.
The HQ team leads global projects and works closely with regional Driver Marketing teams, Business, Product, Analytics and other Marketing functions.
We need someone who can bring all these teams together and turn complex ideas into projects that get done.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll own complex cross-functional and cross-regional projects from idea to result.
Build project strategies and plans: goals, milestones, timelines, owners and success metrics.
Bring different teams together, keep everyone aligned and drive projects forward.
Track progress, dependencies and risks, and keep project documentation clear and up to date.
Set up tests and pilots, define targets, track results and help decide what to scale.
Build and improve processes for KPI tracking, reporting and cross-functional collaboration — including automation and AI where it makes sense.
Coordinate financial planning and budget tracking, helping the team stay on plan month after month.
Help prepare regular business reviews, presentations and reports.
Projects will be very different: from large strategic global marketing streams like Driver Safety Perception to more operational on improving how we track KPIs within the team, manage budgets or work with other teams.
There will be plenty of room to build things from scratch and make existing things work better.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Strong project management skills and experience with complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong ownership. You don’t just coordinate — you feel responsible for the result.
Confidence with numbers, KPIs, targets and budgets.
Good understanding of marketing fundamentals, channels and metrics.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to bring structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
Curiosity and a natural drive to make things simpler, faster and smarter.
Fluent English — you’ll use it every day with international teams.
Experience in ride-hailing, mobility or marketplaces is a big plus.
And finally, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, collaborative and genuinely great to work with.
There will be a lot going on. We need someone who enjoys that — and knows how to turn it into order.

inDrive is seeking a Head of Loyalty Product to own inDrive’s Loyalty product domain end-to-end, reporting to the Director of SuperApp and Growth Businesses Product. The core challenge is to build a loyalty proposition that customers genuinely value and that measurably changes behavior. That means increasing frequency, retention, cross-service engagement, and customer lifetime value while maintaining sustainable economics.
This is not a role focused on running a rewards feature or promotional calendar. You’ll own Loyalty as a product domain and lead execution across multiple teams and markets. This happens in a highly cross-functional environment where many of the capabilities required to deliver the Loyalty experience sit outside your direct team.
Key Responsibilities
Own Loyalty product strategy and roadmap.
Define and continuously evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Loyalty across inDrive. Identify where loyalty can create the greatest customer and business value, translate those opportunities into clear product priorities, and own the resulting product outcomes.
Build the customer proposition.
Design loyalty experiences and mechanics that customers understand, value, and actively engage with. Own the end-to-end customer journey - from discovery and enrollment through earning, benefits, redemption, progress, and ongoing engagement.
Drive measurable changes in customer behavior.
Build products that improve frequency, retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value. Establish clear hypotheses and success criteria and distinguish incremental behavior from activity that would have happened anyway.
Connect product decisions to economics.
Partner closely with Business and Analytics to understand the economics behind the product. Make informed trade-offs between customer value, engagement, cost, and long-term impact rather than optimizing individual product metrics in isolation.
Build for an ecosystem.
Develop loyalty experiences and capabilities that can work across multiple inDrive services, customer journeys, and markets. Balance reusable, scalable product capabilities with meaningful differences in local customer behavior and market economics.
Lead experimentation.
Build a rigorous experimentation approach around loyalty propositions, rewards, incentives, and customer experiences. Use behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization to continuously improve what value is offered, to whom, and when.
Drive cross-functional execution.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, CRM, and product teams across inDrive. Identify and manage critical dependencies, create alignment around priorities and requirements, and drive the cross-team execution needed to deliver the overall Loyalty product outcome.
Build and lead the product team.
Build, lead, and develop the Loyalty product team. Set a high bar for product discovery, prioritization, experimentation, execution, and accountability, and create an environment where strong product talent can grow.
Build a strong measurement system.
Establish the measurement framework for Loyalty together with Analytics, combining experimentation, customer insights, and business performance to determine what should scale, evolve, or stop.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Loyalty, membership, subscription, or engagement product depth.
You’ve built and scaled meaningful consumer loyalty, membership, subscription, rewards, or adjacent engagement products - not simply managed promotional campaigns.
Strong consumer product background.
You’ve built products in a scaled consumer technology environment such as mobility, delivery, marketplaces, e-commerce, travel, fintech, or another high-frequency digital category.
End-to-end product ownership.
You’ve owned a meaningful product area from strategy and discovery through execution, experimentation, and measurable customer and business outcomes.
Behavior-change mindset.
You understand how product mechanics, incentives, benefits, status, rewards, and customer experience influence behavior - and know how to distinguish genuine incremental impact from correlation.
Strong commercial judgment.
You can move fluently between customer experience and economics, understand unit economics and LTV, and make thoughtful trade-offs between growth, customer value, and cost.
Experimentation depth.
You have strong experience with controlled experimentation, segmentation, and behavioral data and use evidence to make product investment and prioritization decisions.
Cross-product thinking.
You’ve worked on products that span multiple customer journeys, business lines, or product teams and can create alignment and drive execution without relying solely on direct organizational authority.
Multi-market experience.
You’ve built or scaled consumer products across multiple countries or regions and understand how customer behavior, willingness to pay, incentives, and economics can differ across markets.
0-to-1 builder who can also scale.
You’re comfortable starting with ambiguity, shaping a proposition, validating it with customers and data, and then turning what works into scalable product capabilities.
Product leadership.
You’ve led and developed product managers, can set a strong product bar, and are comfortable working with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing, and other functions.
Will be an advantage
Experience building loyalty or membership products for a multi-service consumer ecosystem or super app.
Experience with paid membership or subscription products.
Experience with rewards, cashback, wallet, payments, or incentive systems.
Experience with personalization, recommendations, CRM, or lifecycle decisioning.
Marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
Experience in high-growth emerging markets across LATAM, Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, or Africa.
Experience taking a loyalty or membership proposition from initial launch to multi-market scale.
Why join us
Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 47 countries.
Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs.
Collaborate with teams around the world and gain international experience through our Global Talent Exchange Program.
Engage in company-wide challenges, awards, sports activities, employee-led social impact and volunteering projects.
Work alongside people who take initiative, speak openly, and challenge themselves to grow.
Improve your language skills through co-financed courses and internal speaking clubs.
Annual salary from 116 500 EUR gross.
Final benefits may vary depending on the location.
Location: Bogotá, Colombia

inDrive is a global mobility platform built on fairness: passengers and drivers agree on the price together. We are building a Loyalty Program that rewards passengers for riding with us and gives them real value, not endless promotions.
As Partnership Manager, Loyalty, you will own the benefits side of that program globally, across all of inDrive's markets. You will shape the value proposition across three types of benefits: external benefits co-funded by banks, financial groups and consumer brands; internal benefits funded by inDrive; and product benefits built into the app. You will bring partners on board and turn conversations into signed agreements that work in practice, and you will run experiments across all three until we find the mix that passengers actually adopt. You will be the first dedicated hire on this workstream, reporting directly to the Global Director of Loyalty.
Disclaimer: CVs in Spanish will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Build and prioritize the global partner pipeline, with local depth in your region, choosing partners by fit with the program rather than by the volume they offer.
Lead negotiations with Strategic Alliances teams at banks and financial groups, and guide them through their internal approvals (Risk, Legal, Product, Finance).
Structure and negotiate term sheets, campaign terms and settlement mechanics together with our Legal and Finance teams.
Shape the value proposition for external benefits (partner-funded) and internal benefits (inDrive-funded), and keep both coherent for the passenger.
Champion product benefits internally: build the case with Product and other teams so that app features become part of the loyalty offer.
Run the experimentation across all benefit types, from hypothesis to test design and readout, until we find the sweet spot of adoption.
Work with Product and Fintech teams so every agreement can run on our native product and wallet.
Define the partner offer catalog and the criteria for turning down offers that do not give passengers fair value.
Track benefit and partner performance (adoption, redemptions, incrementality, return for both sides) and report it to leadership.
Represent inDrive in front of partner executives across our markets.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
6 to 10 years in partnerships, strategic alliances or business development, with at least 3 in loyalty, cashback, fintech, payments, super-apps or marketplaces.
A track record negotiating co-funded campaigns or agreements with external funders such as banks, card issuers or large consumer brands.
Experience working with Strategic Alliances teams at banks or financial groups and navigating their internal approval chain.
Experience structuring deals with Legal and Finance: term sheets, campaign terms, settlements.
Hands-on experience designing and running experiments on benefits or offers (A/B tests, pilots) and acting on the results.
Comfort with data: you read redemption dashboards and understand incrementality and campaign ROI.
Fluent Spanish and English.
How you work
You influence without authority, moving several internal teams and an external partner at once.
You translate between worlds: you can explain our model to a bank and a bank's request to our Legal and Finance teams.
You have the judgment to say no to volume that does not serve passengers, and the tact to keep the relationship.
You are comfortable building from zero, with no closed playbook.
You communicate clearly with executives and work autonomously through long negotiation cycles.
You care about fair value for passengers, not only about the size of the funding.
Nice to have
Experience inside a bank, card issuer or fintech, or an existing network in one or more of inDrive's markets.
Knowledge of banking and fintech ecosystems in emerging markets across Latin America, Asia or Africa.
Experience with both funding models: partner prefunds the incentive, or the platform advances it and settles later.
Background in ride-hailing, delivery or mobility.
Having launched a partner program from scratch.
Interest in purpose-driven initiatives.
Location and team
Scope:
Global. You will build partnerships and benefits across inDrive's markets in Latin America, Asia, Africa and beyond.

Reports to:

inDrive's Forecasting product turns large-scale marketplace data into daily and monthly forecasts of the company's core supply, demand and financial metrics. These forecasts are the backbone of target setting, financial planning and scenario analysis for business teams and leadership.
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to own this product: the quality and credibility of the numbers, the planning processes they feed, and the story behind every deviation. You will take over a working production solution (Python, BigQuery) and keep it reliably serving the business — but the core of the role is not modeling for its own sake. It is understanding how the business works: how pricing, incentives, marketing and market events move metrics, how those metrics connect to each other, and what decision-makers need from a forecast to plan with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Business & planning
Own the forecast as a decision-making product: track plan vs actual, decompose variances into business drivers (seasonality, pricing, incentives, marketing, external events), and explain in business terms why the numbers changed
Support company planning cycles: provide forecast baselines for target setting and budgeting, and align assumptions with finance and business stakeholders
Build and run scenario ("what-if") analysis for planned interventions: pricing changes, incentive and marketing spend, product launches, market expansion
Maintain the dependency logic connecting supply, demand and financial metrics, so that forecasts stay mutually consistent and aggregate correctly across markets
Translate ambiguous business questions into measurable forecasting problems; communicate assumptions, uncertainty and limitations clearly to both business and technical audiences
Forecast production
Run and monitor recurring daily and monthly forecasts: data completeness, sanity checks, run-over-run drift
Investigate anomalies end to end — from inputs and business transformations to forecast outputs — getting to the business reason, not just a technical fix
Improve models pragmatically: baselines, honest validation, and model choices driven by measurable planning value rather than sophistication.
Keep the solution maintainable: readable Python, documentation, versioned changes
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
4+ years in analytics, forecasting or planning roles — for example marketplace or product analytics, demand planning, or decision science
Strong understanding of how a business is planned: plan/fact cycles, target setting, driver-based models, unit economics. You see business metrics as a connected system, not as isolated time series
Practical command of time-series forecasting — seasonality, holidays, external regressors, structural breaks, missing data — enough to own and improve production models
Confident Python (pandas ecosystem): able to maintain and extend an existing production codebase
Advanced SQL and experience with large datasets in a cloud data warehouse
Rigorous validation habits: appropriate baselines, no data leakage, error metrics tied to business impact
Ownership mindset: comfortable investigating issues across data, model, and integration boundaries
Professional working proficiency in English and the ability to defend a number in front of senior stakeholders
Nice to have:
Background in mobility, marketplaces or other supply-and-demand systems
Experience supporting financial planning, S&OP or budgeting processes
Econometrics and causal inference; marketing-response models (adstock, saturation, investment payback)
Hierarchical forecasting across multiple markets
Experience owning or supporting production batch pipelines; BigQuery, Git-based workflows, CI/CD
Technology environment
Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Prophet), BigQuery, Databricks, Git and GitHub Actions. This is an analyst role in an engineering-friendly environment: you should be at home in this stack, but deep ML engineering is not the core of the job.
Why join us

Practical command of time-series forecasting — seasonality, holidays, external regressors, structural breaks, missing data — enough to own and improve production models
Confident Python (pandas ecosystem): able to maintain and extend an existing production codebase
Advanced SQL and experience with large datasets in a cloud data warehouse
Rigorous validation habits: appropriate baselines, no data leakage, error metrics tied to business impact
Ownership mindset: comfortable investigating issues across data, model, and integration boundaries
Professional working proficiency in English and the ability to defend a number in front of senior stakeholders
Nice to have:
Background in mobility, marketplaces or other supply-and-demand systems
Experience supporting financial planning, S&OP or budgeting processes
Econometrics and causal inference; marketing-response models (adstock, saturation, investment payback)
Hierarchical forecasting across multiple markets
Experience owning or supporting production batch pipelines; BigQuery, Git-based workflows, CI/CD
Technology environment
Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Prophet), BigQuery, Databricks, Git and GitHub Actions. This is an analyst role in an engineering-friendly environment: you should be at home in this stack, but deep ML engineering is not the core of the job.

inDrive's Forecasting product turns large-scale marketplace data into daily and monthly forecasts of the company's core supply, demand and financial metrics.

We are looking for a
Staff Product Manager
to shape this product from an early stage and lead it through validation, launch and international scale.
We are building a new product that enables people across inDrive’s global user base to earn additional income by completing tasks that generate high-quality training data for AI.

inDrive is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to serve as the US GAAP subject-matter expert for our global Revenue Accounting team, while staying hands-on in the monthly close. You will form and document the accounting conclusions behind our revenue streams, and you will also own the execution: preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and defending the numbers with auditors. This role requires regular collaboration during US Eastern business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Accounting & ASC 606
Own the application of ASC 606 across all revenue streams and divisions, including the five-step model, principal vs. agent (gross vs. net) assessments, performance obligations, variable consideration, and consideration payable to customers (incentives, promotions, refunds)
Research authoritative guidance and interpretive literature, and author clear technical accounting memos and position papers for new products, pricing changes, partner contracts, and non-routine transactions
Review new commercial arrangements early to flag accounting implications, and translate conclusions into system, data, and process requirements
Assist in preparing revenue disclosures when asked (disaggregation, contract balances, remaining performance obligations) and monitor new FASB/SEC guidance to support public company readiness
Revenue Operations & Close
Prepare and post journal entries in the ERP for revenue, customer incentives, refunds and chargebacks, payment provider fees, bad debt reserves, and loan-related activity
Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and revenue flux analysis; investigate variances and ensure completeness, cutoff, and accurate period alignment
Tie source and subledger data to the general ledger in a high-volume, multi-currency environment, partnering with Payment Provider Reconciliation and Data teams to resolve breaks
Controls, Audit & Process Improvement
Design, document, and operate SOX-compliant controls over revenue, including process narratives and risk and control matrices
Serve as a contact for external auditors on revenue: walkthroughs, PBC requests, and defense of technical positions
Drive automation of revenue recognition and JE workflows, partnering with Finance Systems and Data teams to reduce manual effort and risk
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Required qualifications
CPA, CA, or equivalent professional designation; bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 (or equivalent) public accounting and industry revenue or technical accounting
Deep, hands-on ASC 606 expertise with a track record of writing technical memos that withstand auditor scrutiny
Strong command of US GAAP more broadly, plus working knowledge of SOX and internal controls
Hands-on close experience: preparing and posting JEs, reconciliations, and flux analysis in an ERP (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle)
Experience with high transaction volumes and multi-currency accounting; advanced Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal English; able to explain complex conclusions simply to non-accountants
Preferred qualifications
Experience at a public company or through IPO readiness, including SEC reporting and PCAOB audits
Background in marketplaces, platforms, payments, or fintech, where principal vs. agent and incentive accounting are central
Comfort with SQL/BigQuery or revenue subledger tools; a drive to automate and improve processes in a fast-moving, global environment

inDrive is a global marketplace operating across 47 countries and 1,200+ cities, where riders set their price and choose between competing driver offers. Because every offer displays a pick-up ETA, accuracy directly drives matching—shaping which offer wins, what riders pay for speed, and whether drivers bid.
As the founding PM of the
Geo ETA
squad, you will own the end-to-end arrival promise for rides and multi-leg deliveries. Sitting on top of core routing, you’ll manage display policies, post-acceptance revisions, and critical non-routing factors like driver reaction times and merchant prep. You’ll solve the core marketplace trade-off: balancing unpaid driver wait times from early arrivals against user churn from late ones.
Key Responsibilities
Surface & Vertical Ownership:
Manage pick-up and drop-off ETAs across all ride-hailing, delivery, courier, and intercity surfaces—from pre-order screens and driver bid cards to active trip tracking, lock screens, and widgets.
The "Kept Promise" Framework:
Define exact early/late arrival thresholds for pick-ups and drop-offs using behavioral data (cancellations, complaints, reorders) and enforce counter-metrics (like unpaid driver wait time) so teams can't game accuracy by over-padding.
Non-Routing Realities:
Account for real-world operational delays that traditional route engines miss, including post-acceptance driver reaction time, finishing prior trips, merchant prep times, courier dispatch, and door-to-door handovers.
Conversion vs. Lateness Balance:
Solve the core business trade-off between over-quoting (which lowers upfront order conversion) and under-quoting (which leads to lateness, rider cancellations, and lost trust).
Data Science & Model Governance:
Act as the product owner for ETA models—specifying post-acceptance refiners, offline/online evaluation sets, fallback logic, and city-level cold-start strategies in close alignment with Data Science.
Cross-Team & System Resilience:
Route systematic road/speed defects back to the Geo Way squad (rather than building redundant speed models), log all shown ETAs across all surfaces for auditability, and ensure reliability on low-end hardware and spotty connections.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
5+ years in Product Management
within high-volume Mapping, Ride-hailing or Delivery business.
Domain Expertise in Promises & Supply:
Experience building time or availability promises (such as ETAs, delivery dates, dispatch/allocation, or capacity planning) that drive action for customers or operators.
Behavior-Driven Thresholds:
Proven ability to calibrate accuracy and quality standards directly against user behavioral data (e.g., cancellations, conversion rates, and retention).
Advanced Experimentation:
Ownership of rigorous experiment design—defining success/guardrail/exit criteria upfront, understanding statistical detection limits, and executing switchback or geo-split testing in interconnected marketplace environments.
Technical & Data Science Collaboration:
Strong analytical self-sufficiency (writing SQL and diagnosing metric movements), paired with experience specifying model evaluation/fallback strategies and identifying when simple rules outperform complex models.
Two-Sided Marketplace & Stakeholder Management:
Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics (balancing rider, driver/courier, and business outcomes) alongside the ability to push back on senior leadership requests using data-backed alternatives and safe testing paths.
Communication:
Business-fluent English proficiency (B2/C1+ or equivalent).
