We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to act as an independent execution and problem-solving partner to the business leadership team. This is not a traditional PMO role. The mandate is broader: create transparency, challenge performance, solve cross-functional problems, and make sure our most important initiatives actually get delivered.
You will work horizontally across Product, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and other functions, with visibility across the full portfolio of strategic initiatives. Your job is simple to describe but difficult to execute: know what matters, know what is happening, identify what is not working, and drive it to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own strategic execution
Maintain an end-to-end view of the business's most critical initiatives and their performance.
Translate strategic priorities into clear projects, milestones, owners, KPIs, and deadlines.
Drive high-priority projects directly when dedicated ownership is missing or additional execution power is required.
Ensure commitments turn into measurable outcomes-not just meetings, updates, and presentations.
Step into stalled or ambiguous initiatives and drive them back to execution.
2. Act as an independent performance partner
Build a fact-based view of whether projects, teams, and initiatives are delivering against expectations.
Challenge assumptions, timelines, priorities, and reported progress when necessary.
Identify gaps between reported status and actual business impact.
Diagnose underperformance and distinguish between strategy, execution, ownership, resource, and capability problems.
Escalate material risks early and ensure corrective actions are defined and executed.
3. Solve cross-functional problems
Step into the "messy middle" between functions where ownership is unclear and execution gets stuck.
Structure ambiguous problems quickly and turn them into actionable decisions.
Align Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and other stakeholders around a single execution path.
Identify blockers, resolve dependencies, and drive decisions with pace.
Act as a neutral partner focused on the overall business outcome rather than the interests of an individual function.
4. Build execution discipline
Establish a lightweight but rigorous operating rhythm for strategic initiatives.
Create a single source of truth for priorities, status, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure every critical initiative has clear ownership, measurable outcomes, and transparent progress.
Run project and portfolio reviews focused on decisions and actions rather than status reporting.
Continuously improve how the organisation manages projects and executes strategic priorities.
5. Support strategic decision-making
Turn complex operational and performance data into clear management insights.
Build business cases and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis for major strategic decisions.
Evaluate new opportunities, growth bets, and operating-model improvements.
Prepare concise, decision-oriented materials for senior leadership.
Connect strategy with execution: understand not only what we should do, but whether and how the organisation can actually deliver it.
What success looks like
Success in this role is not measured by the number of projects tracked or meetings facilitated. It is measured by:
Transparency - leadership always knows the real status of critical priorities.
Accountability - every important outcome has an owner, deadline, and measurable result.
Speed - blockers and unresolved decisions do not remain unresolved for weeks.
Execution quality - strategic initiatives move from discussion to implementation.
Business impact - the portfolio delivers measurable improvements in growth, efficiency, quality, or scalability.
Qualifications
You should be:
Extremely structured and comfortable bringing order to ambiguity.
Strong in project and program management, with the ability to lead multiple critical initiatives simultaneously.
Highly analytical and able to independently challenge numbers, assumptions, and conclusions.
Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and holding stakeholders accountable.
Able to influence without formal authority.
Pragmatic and execution-oriented-you naturally move from discussion to decision to action.
Comfortable entering unfamiliar areas, learning quickly, and solving problems independently.
Strong at communicating complex topics simply and concisely.
Naturally curious and persistent: when something does not make sense, you keep digging until it does.
The ideal candidate does not simply track the business. They help the business execute better.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Swahili speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programme for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.

Looking for an impactful and exciting role with a strong focus on product design? Join Productive Playhouse as a Product Manager and help shape the experience across Central and pZero, our company internal linked contributing platform. In this flexible, remote role, you’ll turn user insights and stakeholder needs into thoughtful product solutions while partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams. No production frontend coding is required.
Key Responsibilities
Own the daily product loop for Central and pZero, from user evidence and problem definition through requirements, delivery, rollout, and adoption.
Translate user evidence and stakeholder input into clear product briefs and PRDs, including problem, scope, exclusions, success measures, and acceptance criteria.
Lead product design for core Central and pZero workflows, including journey mapping, information architecture, prototyping in Figma or an equivalent tool, and usability testing.
Partner with the external engineering team throughout delivery, clarifying requirements and keeping work moving through review and release.
Bring Product Quality into the work early enough to shape journeys, testability, and release evidence.
Own rollout and adoption for shipped features, ensuring intended users can find, understand, and use new functionality.
Track product outcomes after release, including adoption, task completion, cycle time, rework, defects, support burden, and the amount of follow-up required from the Director of Product.
Own manager-facing and worker-facing product documentation, including onboarding materials, tutorials, how-to guides, and release education.
Maintain a practical, shared design foundation with Iron Forge covering navigation, forms, tables, statuses, errors, permissions, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
Maintain shared product knowledge in company-approved project and knowledge management systems, including roadmap, decisions, user evidence, product behavior, and release learning.
Use approved AI tools and shared skills to improve the speed and quality of research, writing, analysis, prototyping, and documentation.
Collect and prioritize input from Operations, Product Quality, Engineering, support signals, and client programs.
Bring well-supported recommendations, backed by evidence and tradeoffs, to the Director of Product on major product decisions, while owning routine and reversible decisions independently.
Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
If selected to move forward in the recruitment process, candidates will be required to complete a pre-assessment. Completion of the required assessment is a prerequisite for advancement to the next stage of the selection process.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience in product management or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated experience as a product owner or product manager, ideally within AI workforce product; scope of ownership matters more than years of tenure.
Hands-on product or UX design experience, ideally including journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.
Proven ability to turn incomplete or conflicting stakeholder input into a clear, bounded product problem.
Experience working closely with engineering teams as a partner, not solely through ticket handoffs.
Comfort using data to make or evaluate decisions, including recognizing when available data is insufficient.
Experience owning outcomes after release, including adoption, documentation, and iteration based on real usage.
Working familiarity with AI tools for research, writing, prototyping, and documentation, with clear human review and accountability.
Strong written communication skills, able to produce material that developers, operators, managers, and users can act on directly.
Ability to work effectively across distributed teams and manage ambiguity without creating unnecessary noise.
Comfortable inspecting product behavior, reading technical material, and working with data; production coding is not required.
Cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution skills, with the decisiveness expected of a single-threaded owner.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Occasional travel may be required for special meetings, training, or team gatherings at the company’s headquarters or other designated locations.
Routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, etc.
Strong visual acuity for reviewing detailed documents and data on computer screens.
Manual dexterity for operating a computer, including using a keyboard and mouse.
Ability to lift and carry office supplies or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
Clear verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across teams.
Capacity to manage tasks that require prolonged periods of focus and concentration.
Ability to handle the physical demands of a standard workweek, which may include occasional overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, if needed.

Who We Are
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably. We combine full-service performance marketing with proprietary tech, including:
• A creator marketplace managing over 80,000 influencer partnerships monthly
• An AI-powered platform to streamline discovery, outreach, and whitelisting
• Proven playbooks in influencer marketing, paid media, performance creative, and CRO
We’re trusted by 200+ high-growth DTC brands across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and health. Our team of 100+ growth operators, analysts, and creatives manages over $500M in annual media spend and drives meaningful bottom-line impact for our partners.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Creative Strategy to own and evolve the creative product across our entire client portfolio. This is not a creative director role in the traditional sense. You are the operator behind a performance creative machine, the person who builds the frameworks, installs the best practices, mentors the strategists, and ensures that every format, hook, and concept we put into market is informed by what actually works at scale.
You will sit at the intersection of creative excellence and direct response performance. You understand platform dynamics deeply, you know what makes someone stop scrolling and convert, and you have the leadership range to raise the output of an entire team, from junior strategists to editors to the clients watching it all in real time.
What You Will Own
The creative standard.
Across every client, every format, every platform, you set the bar. That means tracking what's gaining traction on Meta and TikTok before it becomes consensus, translating those signals into SOPs, playbooks, and best practice frameworks the whole team executes against, and ensuring that individual wins compound into repeatable systems. When the industry moves, we move first.
The team.
A group of performance creative strategists owns our day-to-day client accounts. Your job is to make them significantly better: sharper at diagnosing underperformance, more fluent in direct response principles, more confident in owning a creative point of view. You raise the floor and build a culture where creative decisions are grounded in data without killing instinct and taste.
The production process.
Great strategy executed poorly is still a loss. Working directly with our lead editor, you will build the standards, workflows, and SOPs that make our production team as systematic and high-output as the strategy behind it.
Creator and talent alignment.
You will work closely with our head of talent to ensure creative strategy and creator process are fully in sync; so that what we brief, what creators produce, and what we run as paid media are pulling in the same direction.
New client launches.
The first 30 days with a new client either build momentum or create debt. You will own the creative side of onboarding – building the frameworks that find early wins fast and turn the first month into proof of concept, not ramp-up time.
The senior creative voice.
When a founder or CMO needs to understand why their creative is underperforming and exactly what to do about it, you are the person in the room. You present creative strategy with conviction, give hard feedback without losing confidence, and make clients feel like the smartest person on creative just joined their team.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent 7+ years in performance creative, the majority of it at an agency managing a large portfolio of clients simultaneously. You know what it means to context-switch fast – from a DTC skincare brand to a fitness app to a consumer tech launch – without losing the thread on any of them.
You have driven revenue, not just creative output. The work you've led has a measurable downstream effect on conversion rates, on cost per acquisition, on the growth trajectory of the brands you've worked on. You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
You are genuinely fluent in direct response creative. You understand what drives thumb-stop, what kills conversion, how to diagnose a hook that isn't landing, and when to kill a concept versus iterate on it. You have strong opinions about what makes an ad work on Meta versus TikTok and you can back them up with data from accounts you've actually run.
You have built people, not just campaigns. You know how to develop a junior strategist, challenge a senior one, and run a team that owns live client accounts under real performance pressure. You raise the bar without creating chaos, and you build cultures where creative decisions are grounded in evidence without draining the room of instinct.
You have operated at volume and thrived. You are someone who has kept quality high, clients confident, and teams aligned while juggling more than most people think is possible — and you have the results to show for it.
Compensation & Location
$200,000 - $450,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity
Fully remote - we have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best
Location: Miami, FL, United States

Who We Are
Advantage HQ is a tech-enabled growth firm helping leading brands scale profitably and predictably.
