How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!

About the role
As Product Counsel, you will be a hands-on legal partner to the teams building Claude for consumers and businesses. You'll work across Claude's apps, subscriptions, growth programs and enterprise offerings, moving to wherever the need is greatest. You'll learn from experienced product lawyers, get close to the product quickly, and take on more ownership as you go. This is a generalist role for someone who wants range, likes a fast pace, and is ready to do the routine work and the novel work with the same care.
Key responsibilities
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design and other cross-functional teams to give clear, practical legal guidance from early ideas through launch
Review product launches across Claude's consumer and enterprise offerings, spotting issues early and helping teams find a path forward
Advise on subscriptions, pricing, promotions, billing and other growth programs, including consumer protection and marketing rules
Support enterprise and regulated-industry products on topics such as admin controls, customer commitments and enterprise readiness
Draft and review user-facing terms, disclosures, in-product copy and marketing claims
Pull in privacy, commercial, IP, safety and other specialists, then return one integrated answer to your product partners
Build guides, templates and AI-powered workflows so routine questions get answered quickly and the team can focus on novel ones
Pick up new areas as priorities shift, and help with incidents and escalations when they come up
Minimum qualifications
Hold a law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) and meet the local licensing requirements to work as in-house counsel where you'll be based
At least 4 years of relevant legal experience, with exposure to technology, consumer or regulated products
Experience advising business or product teams directly, not only other lawyers
Working knowledge of at least two of: consumer protection, privacy, advertising and marketing law, technology transactions, IP, or regulated industries
Curiosity about how AI products work, and the ability to pick up technical concepts quickly
A habit of making a clear recommendation, even with incomplete information
Comfort moving between assignments as priorities change, with no job too big or too small
Clear, concise writing that non-lawyers can act on
Openness to feedback and a track record of improving quickly
Experience using AI tools in your legal work, or a strong interest in learning to do so
Empathy and a service orientation, with a real commitment to Anthropic's mission
Preferred qualifications
In-house product counsel experience, or a secondment with a product team
Experience with subscription businesses, promotions, or consumer billing
Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or regulated customers such as healthcare or financial services
Experience building playbooks, self-serve guidance or legal automation

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Safeguards team plays a critical role in ensuring our AI systems are deployed safely, responsibly, and in line with our values.
As an Incident Manager, you will manage Safeguards incidents involving our AI systems from declaration through closure. You will assess severity, bring in the right people from Legal, Communications, Policy, Threat Intelligence, Security, Engineering, and research teams, keep leadership informed, and see follow-up work through. You will also oversee the Safeguards Enforcement on-call queue on a rotating basis, and help build and scale the incident response program, including runbooks, post-incident reviews, and automation of routine work.
Important context for this role: in this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a violent, sexual, or psychologically disturbing nature. This role also includes after-hours and weekend incident coverage on a rotating basis.
Key responsibilities
Serve as incident commander for Safeguards incidents from declaration through closure
Assess what qualifies as an incident, propose severity, and coordinate responders across Legal, Communications, Policy, Threat Intelligence, Security, Engineering, and research teams
Keep everyone working from the same facts by tracking input from each team, establishing what is known, what has changed, and what is still open, and sending regular updates that executives and partner teams rely on
Make sure Legal, Communications, and Public Policy are consulted before decisions that need them, and coordinate any external notifications
Run post-incident reviews, assign action items to named owners, and track them through closure
Oversee the on-call queue during your rotation as the first responder for urgent requests and escalations to Safeguards Enforcement
Triage each request, resolve what you can, route the rest to the owning team, and recognize when a request is the start of an incident
Take part in after-hours and weekend incident coverage on a rotating basis
Scope and deliver projects that improve the incident response program, such as on-call automation, incident readiness, and post-incident reviews and metrics
Draft and maintain runbooks and standard operating procedures
Work with Safeguards engineers to automate or reroute requests by writing the decision rules and testing the result
Maintain the incident record and the metrics that show leadership how the program is performing
Minimum qualifications
Experience running incidents or urgent escalations from start to finish in trust and safety, security, platform integrity, crisis management, or a comparable field, and readiness to lead high-severity incidents with support
Hands-on experience with incidents where someone was abusing or misusing a product or platform, such as account compromise, fraud, or coordinated malicious activity
Ability to make clear decisions under time pressure, record your reasoning, and recognize when a decision belongs to Legal, Policy, or leadership
Ability to write short, accurate updates that an executive can act on and that hold up to legal and external scrutiny
Experience coordinating people across many functions who do not report to you, securing their commitments, and following through on them
Experience improving an operational process on your own initiative, and the ability to tell which steps need a person and which can be automated
Willingness to do hands-on queue work as a regular part of the job, and to treat it as a source of information about what is breaking
Ability to participate in after-hours and weekend incident coverage on a rotating basis
Preferred qualifications
Experience joining an incident response function early and helping write runbooks and review processes
Experience with incidents involving AI systems
Experience with the enforcement steps that follow an incident, such as account actions, law enforcement referrals, or user and customer notifications
Experience working with threat intelligence or security investigation teams during an incident
Experience with regulatory or external incident reporting and disclosure
Experience running an on-call rotation or support escalation queue, including setting and measuring response targets
Experience using AI tools to automate triage, summaries, or routine decisions, with checks on quality
Working knowledge of SQL or similar tools for analyzing incident and queue data
Experience designing and facilitating tabletop exercises
Genuine interest in AI safety and responsible technology development

About Anthropic

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is looking for a Communications Lead to own external communications for the Claude Platform, our API. The Claude Platform is how many of our customers put Claude to work, and this role shapes how that work is understood beyond Anthropic: from flagship product launches to the steady cadence of capability releases and developer-facing news.
You'll sit on the Product Communications team and work day to day with the Platform product and engineering teams, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations.
You should understand how developers and enterprises actually build with APIs and be comfortable engaging with developer tools and hold a clear point of view on what makes a product land.
Key responsibilities
Own communications for the Claude Platform end to end: capability releases, product updates, and the steady cadence of developer-facing news
Build and maintain strong relationships with the journalists, newsletter writers, and creators covering AI platforms, enterprise software, and the API economy
Prepare Platform leaders to be effective spokespeople for press, podcasts, panels, and the smaller moments in between
Partner with Product and Engineering to align external narratives with how these products are sold and supported, and surface customer feedback back to the teams who can act on it
Work across press, social, owned, and community channels, with the judgment to know which one carries a given moment and when to coordinate more than one at once
Minimum qualifications
Experience in communications, PR, or product marketing, including meaningful time on platform, API, developer, or enterprise products
An understanding of both developer culture and enterprise buying, and the judgment to read timing and tone when the conversation around AI gets noisy
Strong instincts for which product moments deserve the spotlight and which don't, and genuine curiosity about what makes a launch land
A demonstrated ability to operate with high agency and low ego, with a bias to action
Preferred qualifications
8-10 years of experience in communications, PR, or product marketing
Communications experience at a developer platform, API-first, or enterprise software company
Existing relationships with reporters and analysts covering AI platforms, enterprise tech, or the developer ecosystem
Experience managing communications for AI or ML products
Are very online: you follow the right channels, know what's moving through Hacker News and developer social chatter, and catch things early

An overview of this role
As an Ecosystem Operations Specialist, you'll help turn GitLab's Ecosystem go-to-market strategy into reliable day-to-day execution. You'll be a trusted operational resource and first point of contact for sellers, Ecosystem Sales Managers, partners, and cross-functional teams, supporting partner business from account setup and deal registration through quoting, ordering, and post-sales operational support. You'll resolve standard issues, improve processes and data quality, and route commercial, policy, finance, legal, and systems decisions to the right owners so Ecosystem Sales Managers can focus on partner strategy, pipeline creation, and deal progression.
What you'll do
Execute partner-sourced and partner-influenced workflows, including intake, account and opportunity setup or linking, deal registrations, cloud co-sell referrals, validation, routing, approval follow-up, and standard issue resolution.
Process partner quote requests against documented pricing and program requirements, receive purchase orders, and prepare opportunities for closure with Sales, Deal Desk, Billing, and Finance. Support marketplace and two-tier transactions involving distributors, resellers, and cloud providers.
Guide partners, distributors, sellers, and Ecosystem Sales Managers through operational questions, including attribution, program compliance, and post-sales support. Identify and route exceptions requiring commercial, policy, contractual, pricing, payment, or systems decisions to the appropriate owner.
Execute and improve partner program workflows, including onboarding, not-for-resale licensing, certifications, rebates, Professional Services Partner eligibility, Letters of Authorization, and channel price files. Collaborate with Programs and policy owners on required notifications, documentation, and compliance reporting.
Monitor Salesforce and partner-management data for missing links, incorrect ownership, incomplete attribution, failed synchronization, and recurring defects. Support month-end close, recurring data controls, and ad hoc reporting tied to projects and company objectives and key results.
Build and present dashboards and business updates on backlog, aging, turnaround time, approvals, pipeline, attribution, data quality, compliance, and process health. Share trends, risks, blockers, and recommended actions in regional and global partner team meetings.
Investigate recurring friction and manual work, document root causes and operational requirements, test process or system changes, and support automation and scalable self-service improvements.
Maintain process documentation, how-to guides, and best practices, and deliver office hours, operational training, and communications when processes or systems change.
What you'll bring
Relevant experience in partner operations, sales operations, deal desk, order management, finance operations, or a similar revenue operations environment, including direct support for sales or partner sales teams, distributors, and partners, along with an interest in GitLab and open source software.
Experience with enterprise quote-to-cash processes and configure, price, quote tools or other commercial systems in a channel or partner context.
Experience with Salesforce and partner-management systems or portals.
Strong analytical skills, including advanced spreadsheets, dashboard building in Salesforce or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and turning data into clear recommendations.
Hands-on experience using generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve operational productivity, quality, or scale, including writing effective prompts, judging when outputs need human review, and sharing useful approaches with others.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize requests, investigate issues, identify exceptions, and escalate decisions to the appropriate owner, along with experience contributing to process improvement and automation.
Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining operational requirements to technical and non-technical audiences, documenting processes, creating enablement materials, and collaborating across Sales, Ecosystem, Programs, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Billing, and Systems.
Preferred experience includes Impartner or similar tools, SQL, or Snowflake.

You'll turn strategy into the processes, cadences, and insights that move the number. And you won't build alone: a global RevOps team stands behind you with builders and enablement teams to give you the foundation to develop what you design, and enablement to help teach your stakeholders how to be successful.
As we build in-region Field Operations coverage, you'll set the playbook for how LaunchDarkly runs in EMEA, and you'll see your impact within your first 90 days, not your first year. If you're a business partner at heart who loves turning ambiguity into rhythm and results, this role is for you.
Why This Role Matters:
High Impact:
You'll own the rituals that make EMEA pipeline and forecasting trustworthy, with a direct line to revenue in one of our key regions. Support EMEA in bringing forecast accuracy within +/- 5% accurate.
Strategic Influence:
Be the voice of EMEA inside GTM Operations and a trusted partner to regional GTM leadership
Break New Ground:
Help build in-region operations coverage and set the operating playbook for the region
Career Growth:
Gain exposure across the full GTM lifecycle, from Marketing and Sales to Customer Success, at a high-growth B2B company
Regional Playbooks:
Adapt global plays for land, expand, and renewals. Track how playbooks drive conversion and optimize over time.
Responsibilities:
Business Partnership
: Serve as the named operations partner for EMEA's Marketing, Sales & Customer Success leaders. Join their operating meetings, know their number, pipeline, and top risks, and bring insight before you're asked.
First Line of Defense
: Own intake for EMEA field requests. Answer, route to the right operations team, or escalate, so the field never needs to navigate our org chart.
Operating Cadence
: Run the EMEA forecast, pipeline, and business review cadence. Inspect pipe hygiene with leaders so each forecast is based on clean data, and each meeting ends in strong data-driven decisions, not updates.
Strategy -> Process:
Apply our global processes, handoffs, and rules of engagement in EMEA. Own the regional variants and keep them documented.
Actionable Insights
: Use standard data to find what drives the pipeline, understand what becomes a win, help leaders understand their teams. Recommend the change and see it through.
Planning Inputs
: Bring what the field knows (territory health, ramp, pipe coverage, and in-market demand generation) to Planning and FP&A so EMEA plans reflect realistic expectations.
Adoption & Accountability
: Partner with Enablement on new motions and launches, then inspect adoption through the cadence and close the gaps.
Voice of the Field
: Bring EMEA priorities into operational planning and partner with Systems teams to define clear business requirements.
About You:
You are a business partner first who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations.
You're fluent in the language of pipeline and forecasting, but just as comfortable sitting with a rep as with a VP.
You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and you hold yourself to a high bar.
You move fast with an 80/20 mindset, and you can look at a process you built and say "this isn't working" without defensiveness.
You know how to influence without authority, and you build relationships before you push for change.
You stay curious, embrace feedback, and keep looking for ways to level up yourself and those around you.
You’re energized by working across multiple EMEA markets, and you keep a global team aligned from a different time zone.
Qualifications:
Typically requires 8 years of experience, or equivalent depth of expertise, in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related GTM operations role
Experience supporting EMEA GTM teams, ideally in a regional-focused capacity
Proven experience running forecast, pipeline, and business review cadences with senior GTM leaders
Strong working knowledge of the full GTM lifecycle, including lead management, pipeline generation, sales stages, and customer handoffs
Hands-on Salesforce experience, with the ability to write clear business requirements for systems product owners and developers
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
Experience at a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Cognism

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our Strategic Deals team originates, structures, negotiates, and closes the deals that secure the compute Anthropic uses to train and serve frontier AI systems. We work closely with engineering, infrastructure, finance, legal, product, and go-to-market teams to expand Anthropic's access to cloud capacity, silicon, networking, and the financing behind them.
We are hiring several Strategic Deals Leads focused on compute and infrastructure. In this role, you will source opportunities, design partnerships, and negotiate high-value agreements with some of the world's largest technology companies, and you will connect deal terms to structured finance solutions. Your work will directly shape how quickly and reliably Anthropic can bring new compute online.
Each hire will bring deep expertise in one or more of these areas while working across the broader infrastructure stack:
Cloud compute:
building and running a pipeline of capacity across established and emerging cloud providers, and structuring the financing that connects capacity commitments to their economics.
Compute infrastructure:
going deep into the silicon supply chain, structuring co-development and early-access deals with semiconductor and emerging hardware companies, and securing networking, backbone, and memory supply.
Compute partnerships:
owning multi-year partnerships with the largest cloud providers, where compute commitments, financing structures, model availability on partner platforms, marketplace and co-sell arrangements, and pricing and revenue-share constructs are negotiated together.
Key responsibilities
Own deals end to end in your focus area, from opportunity identification and term sheet development through diligence, negotiation, internal approval, close, and post-close execution
Lead negotiations for complex, high-value agreements with hyperscalers and other cloud providers, semiconductor and hardware suppliers, networking and memory vendors, data center operators, and emerging infrastructure companies
Bring capital markets and financing thinking to every transaction, including vendor financing, equipment leasing, capacity prepayments, project finance, and credit and residual value guarantees
Build financial models, term analyses, and commercial frameworks that compare supply options and give leadership a clear view of value, tradeoffs, and risk-adjusted outcomes
Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to understand future workload requirements and translate them into long-term supply strategies and commercially viable deal terms
Build and own senior relationships with commercial, finance, product, and legal counterparts across the AI infrastructure ecosystem
Drive internal alignment with legal, finance, engineering, product, and go-to-market teams on deal terms, risk parameters, and the approval path for large commitments
Track market, technology, competitive, and financing developments across AI infrastructure, including supply constraints, and turn them into clear recommendations for senior leadership
Represent Anthropic externally with corporate executives, investment banks, and infrastructure investors involved in our transactions
Minimum qualifications
A track record of originating, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value technology, infrastructure, or capacity transactions as the principal and lead negotiator (not in a supporting or advisory capacity) and the ability to operate independently from day one
Transactional experience in at least one focus area: cloud capacity or data center transactions, semiconductor and hardware supply (accelerators, CPU, memory, or networking, including backbone), or hyperscaler and cloud partnerships
Working knowledge of how large infrastructure commitments are financed, such as vendor financing, take-or-pay obligations, equipment leasing, or project finance, and the ability to shape financing terms alongside commercial terms
Financial modeling skills to build and pressure-test the economics of large infrastructure transactions
Experience developing term sheets and negotiating definitive agreements alongside legal counsel
Ability to work with technical teams and translate engineering requirements into deal structures, contract terms, and strategic business recommendations
Experience negotiating agreements that combine infrastructure or capacity terms with commercial, product, or go-to-market terms, and an understanding of how those components interact
Experience building partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders across internal and external organizations, including executive leadership
Preferred qualifications
8–10+ years of experience in strategic deals, corporate development, partnerships, investment banking, or business development at technology companies, hyperscalers, cloud providers, or financial institutions, with direct transactional ownership
Direct experience working with or inside a hyperscaler on AI or cloud partnerships, including familiarity with model gardens, marketplaces, co-sell programs, and partner economics
Experience managing multiple high-value transactions simultaneously at different stages of maturity and commercial development
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where market structures, provider economics, and partnership norms are still evolving
A genuine interest in the future of AI infrastructure and in Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI

Apply once, and we'll match you to the focus area that best fits your background.

About the role:
As an Applied AI Security Architect, you will serve as Anthropic's trusted security expert for our most demanding enterprise customers. You'll engage directly with CISOs, security architects, compliance officers, and technical leaders at some of the largest healthcare and life sciences organizations to address their most critical questions about deploying Claude safely and securely.
This is a pre-sales technical role focused on security, compliance, networking, and data architecture. Your job is to walk into a room full of security professionals and demonstrate deep expertise in enterprise security, regulatory compliance, and data protection. You'll help customers understand Claude's security architecture, data handling practices, and deployment options, and partner with them to design solutions that meet their specific regulatory and organizational requirements.
You'll bring significant experience in enterprise security, cloud architecture, and technical pre-sales within regulated industries. Whether you've been a Security Architect, Solutions Architect, Field CTO, or senior pre-sales engineer at a cloud or security vendor, what matters is that you understand how large institutions evaluate and adopt technology, especially in healthcare and life sciences, and can speak credibly to their security and compliance concerns.
We are looking for someone excited to help define how enterprises should think about security and compliance in the age of AI. How do MCP, autonomous agents, and RBAC work together? If working at the intersection of AI adoption and regulated industries excites you, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary security and compliance expert during customer engagements, addressing technical questions about Claude's architecture, data flows, encryption, access controls, and deployment models.
Partner with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams at healthcare and life sciences organizations to understand their security requirements and design solutions that meet regulatory standards (HIPAA, GxP, HITECH, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, federal mandates, etc)
Lead technical deep-dives on network architecture, data residency, API security, authentication/authorization, audit logging, and integration patterns for regulated environments.
Support enterprise security reviews, vendor assessments, and due diligence processes by providing detailed technical documentation and expert guidance.
Collaborate with GTM and Applied AI teams before and after customer engagements to align on strategy, prepare for security discussions, and ensure continuity from initial conversations through deployment.
Partner closely with Anthropic’s product and engineering teams to deeply understand Claude's security capabilities, provide real-time customer feedback on feature gaps and priorities, help assess technical feasibility of customer-specific security requirements, and influence roadmap priorities.
Develop and maintain security-focused collateral, reference architectures, and best practices documentation for regulated industries.
Lead enablement and create content for GTM and Applied AI Teams that helps them inform customers upstream about key security requirements and considerations.
Travel regularly to customer sites for security workshops, architecture reviews, and strategic account meetings.
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in enterprise security, cloud architecture, or technical pre-sales, with significant exposure to regulated industries (healthcare and life sciences).
Deep technical knowledge of enterprise security concepts: network security, identity and access management, encryption (at rest and in transit), API security, and audit/logging requirements.
Experience navigating compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare and life sciences organizations (HIPAA, GxP, HITECH, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and GDPR).
A track record of engaging with CISOs, security teams, and compliance officers at large enterprises.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models (AWS, Azure, GCP), including VPCs, private endpoints, and hybrid connectivity.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex security topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The ability to navigate ambiguity and move fast in a rapidly evolving market.
A collaborative mindset: sales at Anthropic is a team sport.
Excitement about AI's potential to transform highly regulated industries, and a genuine desire to help customers adopt it safely and responsibly.

Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape and comfort recruiting across multiple countries
Strong stakeholder management—you build trust and partnership with hiring managers

Clear, direct communication style and a bias toward action
Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission and the role recruiting plays in achieving it
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Engineer - Satellite Communications
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Fleet Control and Satellite Communications
- Reports to: Director, Fleet Control and Satellite Communications
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid. 3 days a week at the office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As a Staff Engineer in Satellite Communications, you will own the satellite-to-ground link, the core communications protocols, and the end-to-end transmission of data from ground stations to customers. Trend is that our constellation produces an increasing volume of data and we want it down faster and more reliably. As we scale, the communications link sets the limit on what we deliver and how fast customers receive it.
You'll own the end-to-end communication stack: the satellite-to-ground link (X-band, Ka-band and S-band), the underlying protocols used, and the transmission of data from ground stations to customers. Today these decisions are spread across several teams. This role brings them under one technical owner.
The work sits where software meets physics. On one side are link budgets, modulation and coding, and spectrum constraints; on the other are schedulers, distributed systems and production operations. The hardest problems live where the two meet.
You own what you build, from design to production, across a stack that combines cloud, on-prem and real hardware. Our engineering culture is AI-positive, with active use of copilots and LLMs to improve speed, code quality and productivity.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the architecture of the satellite-to-ground link acrossX-band and Ka-band payload downlink and S-band command and control
- Measure what the constellation delivers against its theoretical capacity, and lead the work that closes the gap
- Design how data moves from ground station to customer, including latency tiers and delivery accounting
- Build alongside software engineers, contributing code and reviews, not only architecture documents
- Lead technical initiatives across team boundaries and align teams on link and data path decisions
- Grow satellite communications expertise across the domain through mentoring, design reviews and shared standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Communications engineering on at least one flown mission, including personally diagnosing an anomaly on a live satellite.
- High-rate payload downlink experience in X-band or Ka-band, beyond S-band command and control
- Ability to build and defend a link budget: EIRP, G/T, Eb/N0, margin, rain fade, elevation constraints
- Practical CCSDS knowledge: transfer frames, virtual channels, synchronisation and channel coding, file delivery
- Experience owning how data moves from a ground station to where it is consumed, with latency and completeness guarantees
- Hands-on coding in Python, Go, C++ or similar; you ship code, not just designs.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Active use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., copilots, LLMs) to improve productivity, code quality, and problem-solving
- Fleet-scale contact planning and scheduling across commercial ground station networks, especially leased third-party capacity
- DVB-S2/S2X with adaptive coding and modulation
- Delay-tolerant networking, or other store-and-forward file delivery with completeness accounting
- SDR and DSP work: GNU Radio, FPGA or RFSoC, including personal or open-source projects
- Awareness of spectrum regulation and coordination. We have a separate spectrum licensing team, so this is a plus rather than a requirement
APPLICATION PROCESS
- TA Partner Screen Call (30 min)
- Hiring Manager Interview (90 min)
- Technical Interview (120 min)
- Values and Fit Interview (60 min)
- Final interview with SVP of Engineering (60min)
WORKING AT ICEYE
At ICEYE, you'll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible. As a global scale-up, we combine speed and ambition with the opportunity to take real ownership from day one. Your growth, wellbeing, and success are a priority, with continuous professional development, training opportunities, and a culture where collaboration is how we win.
HOW WE WORK (OUR VALUES)
- Make the impossible possible: We set ambitious goals and stay calm under pressure. We bring grit, optimism, and ownership when things get hard, and we keep moving until we find a way.
- Be curious: Go deep, ask questions, listen carefully, and think critically. Understand the “why” behind decisions.

Senior Specialist, T2 (Target2) Payment Operations
Location: Remote in Netherlands, Spain, Cyprus or Poland
The role
We’re moving from indirect to direct participation in TARGET2 (T2), and we need someone to own the operational side end to end. You’ll design and document the Payment Operations processes, validate them in the August UAT, cut over BIC by BIC, and then run them as business-as-usual. You’ll be the operational contact for the T2 scheme, DNB and our partner banks.
What you’ll do
Own core payment processes: SCT / SCT Inst recalls, investigations (including pacs.028), SWIFT enquiries (MT199/MT999, RFIs), missing or incoming funds, and rejects, returns and refunds.
Run the T2 platform day to day: work in the T2 GUI (U2A/A2A), maintain CRDM reference data, and set up four-eyes controls and the manual-vs-automated split.
Manage the migration: move traffic from BNP Paribas to direct participation, with every payment traceable by BIC and path, and define when each BNPP-dependent step can be retired.
Cover reconciliation and liquidity: be the Payment Ops link to the reconciliation team (funding and defunding stay with Finance Ops/Treasury).
Handle incidents and contingency: build the incident process around DNB, FIS and TARGET escalation routes, own Payment Ops’ role in DNB reporting, and define the ECONS II contingency approach.
Coordinate with others: work with the Eurosystem, DNB, SWIFT/NEXI, FIS and correspondent banks, and partner with Product and Engineering to specify how the platform should behave.
What success looks like
Every direct-participation process has an owner, documented procedures, and passing UAT evidence.
The migration causes no impact on customers, and Customer Support has clear guidance.
After go-live, T2 runs as stable BAU with no remaining BNPP operational dependency.
What we’re looking for
Hands-on experience with T2 / TARGET Services (RTGS, TIPS), including the GUI and U2A/A2A actions
Around 2-3+ years in payment operations at a bank, EMI or PSP, ideally with SEPA schemes (SCT, SCT Inst)
Familiarity with investigations, recalls, returns and SWIFT / ISO 20022 messaging
Experience writing SOPs and controls, or the ability to pick it up quickly
Comfort working with regulators, partners and technical teams
Enough ownership to make sign-off and escalation decisions with support from the team
Fluent English
