Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
The role
MetaMask is launching an official VIP programme in early 2027. Our pilot showed that high volume traders bring their trading to MetaMask when someone owns the relationship with them. Swaps, Memecoins, RWA and Perps are at the heart of our business, and a small number of traders drive a large share of it.
As the China Relationship Manager, you will own MetaMask's relationships with Mandarin speaking high volume traders and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) across our Trade and Money VIP programmes. This is a market where trust and personal introductions decide everything, and established exchanges have strong VIP teams. You will win people over with trust, product access and time spent in person.
What you will own
Finding, recruiting, onboarding and retaining VIP traders and high-net-worth-individuals across Mainland China/ Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.
Building relationships across Mandarin speaking traders, HNWI and community networks, including industry networks, referrals, events and inbound interest.
Negotiating and agreeing VIP terms with candidates, within MetaMask's programme guidelines.
Acting as each VIP's main point of contact, and bringing in Support, Product, Marketing and leadership when needed.
Hosting and joining VIP gatherings across Greater China and the wider region, working with our Events team.
Turning conversations with VIPs into insight on trading behaviour, competitor offers, market shifts and product gaps, and sharing it with Product.
Adapting VIP materials and communications for a Chinese speaking audience, in line with Legal guidance.
Tracking and reporting on pipeline, volume, fees and retention.
What success looks like
A growing, active and engaged VIP community across Greater China.
Strong retention and a healthy flow of referrals.
VIP feedback that shapes what Product builds.
Relationships handled in full compliance with our policies.
What you bring
Experience in VIP, account management or business development in crypto, exchanges, brokerages or fintech.
A credible network among high volume Mandarin speaking traders, HNWIs or communities, or a track record of building one.
Native Mandarin and strong professional English. Cantonese is a plus.
A good understanding of the regional market dynamics and how traders and HNWIs compare offerings.
Comfort working towards volume, fee and deposit targets.
Solid knowledge of on-chain trading and DeFi.
Sound judgement on local regulation, and comfort working with Legal guidance.
Nice to have
Experience hosting private events or community gatherings in the region.
Japanese or Korean language skills.
A product mindset: you can turn feedback into clear requirements.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role.
In the rapidly evolving Web3 space, we believe that everyone is a builder. This expansive paradigm requires a range of backgrounds, talents, skills, and experiences to influence and shape the future. At MetaMask, this diversity fuels our ability to shift control and redefine the realm of possibility. We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.
MetaMask is an equal opportunity employer. All employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, genetic information, religion, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, marital status, family status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
MetaMask is aware of fraudulent recruitment practices and we encourage all applicants to review our best practices to protect yourself, which can be found on our page.
MetaMask may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our recruitment process, such as reviewing applications, screening resumes, or conducting initial candidate assessments. These tools are designed to assist our recruiting team and improve efficiency — they do not replace human judgment. A human recruiter or hiring manager reviews every candidate, and all final hiring decisions are made by people, not AI.
It is a requirement of employment in this position that applicants may be required to submit to background and identity verification checks, including but not limited to employment, education, criminal record checks, and other such checks as determined necessary by the company.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

- Political & Corporate Experience: 10 to 12+ years of proven leadership experience blending corporate government affairs roles within the technology sector and direct political or government experience.
- Deep AI Policy Expertise: Exceptional ability to dig deep on artificial intelligence policy, its applications and its risks, with a proven track record of shaping relevant tech policies and regulations.
- National Security & Regulated Industries Background: Prior experience in or working closely with the defense sector, cybersecurity or national security apparatus is highly preferred given the strategic importance of AI to these fields. Experience working with regulated industries is also preferred.
- Procurement Experience: Proven experience supporting public-sector sales and government procurement teams is highly preferred.
- Bias for Action: A growth mindset and a self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently, prioritize issues, and push projects over the finish line.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you'll be a trusted advisor to GitLab customers and prospects in Japan. You'll explain how GitLab's artificial intelligence-powered development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) platform addresses customers' business priorities and technical requirements, helping technical leaders and executives evaluate its value.
You'll translate technology into business value and help customers make informed adoption decisions. The initial sale isn't the end of the relationship: you'll support continued adoption, new use cases, and expansion into additional products and editions, helping increase GitLab consumption through greater customer value.
What you’ll do
Lead structured discovery to understand customer business priorities, development processes, challenges, stakeholders, and success criteria. Connect proposed solutions to business value and return on investment.
Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategies and customer action plans that move opportunities from technical evaluation to contract.
Lead demos, workshops, proofs of concept or value, architecture design, and technical validation, including Linux-based, self-managed, and air-gapped customer environments.
Design roadmaps for DevSecOps and artificial intelligence-enabled development across the software development lifecycle. Address processes, roles, governance, and developer experience. Plan the effort and timelines for migrating continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines from Jenkins to GitLab.
Resolve post-sale adoption challenges with post-sales teams and partners, and identify expansion opportunities across use cases, business units, workloads, products, and editions.
Build relationships with developers and business and technical leaders. Explain GitLab's competitive differentiation and address objections about existing tools, overlapping artificial intelligence capabilities, cost, and migration effort.
Create reusable proposals, architecture diagrams, proof-of-value plans, executive materials, technical content, and success stories. Present at webinars and marketing events to support pipeline development.
Share customer feedback and competitive insights with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Test GitLab, artificial intelligence, DevSecOps, and cloud technologies hands-on, and mentor team members to share best practices.
What you’ll bring
Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, technical sales, or a similar customer-facing role, using structured discovery, value selling, stakeholder mapping, and consensus building.
Practical understanding of the software development lifecycle, DevSecOps, security, and cloud technologies, with experience using GitLab or comparable source control, continuous integration and continuous delivery, and developer collaboration platforms.
Experience leading demos, workshops, proofs of concept or value, technical proposals, or solution architecture design, and the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations with customer technical teams.
The ability to explain technical trade-offs and business value to developers, technical leaders, and executives, and collaborate with Account Executives on opportunity strategy, adoption, and expansion.
Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation and Model Context Protocol, and the ability to discuss their use in artificial intelligence-enabled development.
The ability to mentor team members, share reusable knowledge, and give and receive feedback with empathy and respect for others' expertise.
Fluency in Japanese and professional working proficiency in English.
Helpful but not required: a background in software development, systems integration, or project or product management. Other useful experience includes developer productivity, cloud-native technologies, enterprise platform governance and rollout, post-sales recommendations, consumption-based models, or creating reusable technical content.
About the team

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life's work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Solutions Consultant Manager is the person who makes our GTM motion real on the ground. As an in-region leader directly managing a team of Solutions Consultants, you'll own your team's full commercial output—new logo, expansion, and renewals—and be accountable for both the results and the quality of execution that produces them.
This isn't a traditional pipeline-management role. The best SC Managers are coaches first: they know what a great first meeting looks like, can watch a live build and tell a rep exactly what to change, and build the operating rhythm and inspection cadence that makes consistent execution possible across the team. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as winning deals—and you want to lead a regional team in a go-to-market model that's genuinely new—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the commercial performance of your team across new logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes—accountable for both the headline numbers and the quality of execution that drives them
- Coach SCs on the GTM builder motion: what great looks like in a first meeting (workflow diagnosis, current → future architecture), a second meeting (live build in Notion + value narrative), and through the full cycle to adoption hand-off
- Contribute to and participate in the regional operating cadence: weekly pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews against the motion quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership
- Hire, onboard, and certify new SCs to the GTM builder motion—driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution, and managing performance with clarity when expectations aren't met
- Partner with the regional BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification standards to ensure the team's book of business is healthy and growing
- Partner with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy—owning the overall commercial arc for the region while collaborating on the execution that follows close
- Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Track record as a quota-carrying B2B seller with direct experience in workflow design, live demos, or technical sales—you can coach the builder motion because you've run it yourself
- Frontline sales management experience: built an operating cadence, ran performance management, and developed talent from onboarding through consistent overperformance
- Strong coaching orientation: you can watch a demo or deal review and identify specifically what to change—not just whether the outcome was good, but why, and what the rep should do differently next time
- Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read pipeline health, identify risk early, and drive urgency across a team without micromanaging individual deals
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you have a strong interest in the evolving AI landscape, stay closely attuned to industry trends and developments, and are curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Native or bilingual level fluency Japanese and business-level English proficiency across speaking, listening, and reading, including the ability to support team members with global communication
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience selling or managing in a consumption or usage-based business where adoption signals matter as much as closed ARR
- Track record building high-performing regional teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, and performance management
- Experience in a shared account ownership model—able to navigate the SC/CSA hand-offs and hold the commercial arc across the full customer lifecycle
We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply. If you’re a builder at heart, share our company values, and enthusiastic about making software toolmaking ubiquitous, we want to hear from you.
Notion is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristic. Notion considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. Notion is also committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let your recruiter know.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Account Executive to scale our business in Japan — a highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about voice AI and how it's transforming the way businesses build and engage with their customers. We don't just sell a product; we partner with companies to help them create new experiences and unlock value at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will:
• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities that align with ElevenLabs' product offering and roadmap.
• Run agile, high-velocity outbound and outreach — moving fast from first touch to close.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team.
• Develop and maintain a deep, hands-on understanding of ElevenLabs' products and how they map to customer use cases.
• Own KPI and sales performance tracking, providing weekly updates to the wider ElevenLabs team.
Requirements
• Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, including self-sourced pipeline.
• 5-7 years of previous experience in sales in a SaaS organisation.
• Strong product intuition — able to learn a technical product deeply and clearly articulate its value to customers. Genuine curiosity about Voice GenAI.
• A proactive, agile operator who moves fast rather than waiting for leads to come in.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• A hybrid customer- & product-driven mentality that prioritises client satisfaction and scale.
• High fluency in Japanese; working proficiency in English.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Partner to join our Total Rewards team and lead compensation for our international locations as Anthropic builds out its global presence. This role will support our international org on the strategy, design and execution of Anthropic's compensation programs, adapting a global framework to markets that work differently. It is a great fit for someone who has seen compensation excellence at scale and has operated in rapidly scaling, high-ambiguity environments with evolving scope.
You'll serve as connective tissue between a fast-moving regional business and a global Total Rewards team.
Responsibilities
Own compensation for our international locations (such as Germany, France, UK, Ireland, Japan, Australia, India, and beyond as the international team grows), building scalable processes and infrastructure across key markets
Support Anthropic's overall compensation framework, including salary, variable compensation and equity-based programs, and adapt it for local market practice, legal requirements, and competitive dynamics while keeping a consistent global philosophy
Operate as a strategic compensation business partner to international leadership, People Partners, and recruiting, building relationships and context to navigate ambiguous problems and recommend solutions tailored to Anthropic's unique needs
Own comp cycle execution end-to-end for international employees, including local market benchmarking, budget modeling, currency considerations, manager enablement, edge-case resolution, and exec-ready rollups, in partnership with the broader Total Rewards team
Navigate complex international regulatory environments, ensuring compliance with local pay and employment requirements across markets, including works councils, statutory pay and benefits requirements, pay transparency obligations, and country-specific equity and tax considerations, in close partnership with Legal and Equity
Build and maintain international benchmarking methodology
Provide subject matter expertise and counsel to People Partners, managers and leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretations, and job evaluations across regions
Create compelling data narratives and presentations for leadership, translating complex analysis into clear strategic recommendations
Partner cross-functionally to develop scalable processes that enable consistent, high-quality compensation decision-making across the organization
Develop and deliver enablement on our compensation philosophy and programs across Anthropic for your business stakeholders
You may be a good fit if you:
Have deep expertise in compensation, preferably in a high-growth environment, with direct experience across multiple countries or regions
Have a strong working knowledge of international compensation practices and the regulatory landscape across key markets, including works councils and pay transparency requirements
Have experience localizing global compensation programs
Excel at collaborating across time zones with exceptional cross-cultural communication skills
Have strong collaboration and program management skills, with a track record of taking on ambiguously-scoped projects and taking ownership to deliver great results
Thrive in strategic thinking while remaining comfortable with hands-on execution and detailed analysis
Are an exceptional communicator, particularly in writing
Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong candidates may also:
Speak languages relevant to our international markets (fluency in German, French, Japanese, or other languages is a plus)
Have supported a US-headquartered company through rapid international expansion

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
