About Eneba
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
About the team
This is a newly formed team within Payment Operations, built to give Eneba end-to-end visibility into the payment funnel that supports our 20m+ active users across 17+ payment service providers. Today, there is no single, reliable view of funnel health — this team exists to build one: the alerting, dashboards, and reporting needed to identify issues early, quantify their business impact, and route them to the right owner for resolution, whether the root cause sits with us or with a provider.
As a newly established function, the team operates with a strong bias toward action and iteration — validating ideas quickly through small, working proofs of concept rather than long planning cycles, and building up from there.
About You
You bring hands-on experience working within a payment funnel and are comfortable navigating a complex, multi-provider environment — you understand concepts like decline codes and 3DS flows, not just in theory but in practice. You take initiative to investigate issues independently rather than waiting to be assigned a defined task, and you can communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders without a deep payments background. You're equally comfortable building something from first principles and operating without an established playbook.
Responsibilities
- Take diagnostic ownership of checkout funnel health — surfacing alerts, insights, and defects before they become business-critical.
- Lead root-cause investigations that distinguish engineering defects from user-behavior patterns, and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the funnel's reporting cadence to cross-functional teams, translating data into insights that drive measurable improvements in authorization rate and conversion.
- Analyze authorization-rate, decline-code, and multi-PSP performance to identify the highest-impact bottlenecks in the funnel.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Fraud on the diagnostic work behind funnel issues and processor outages.
- Develop into a trusted point of contact for payment funnel health within the team.
Requirements
Must-have
- Payments funnel literacy: interchange, decline codes, FX, tokenization, 3DS, fraud fundamentals.
- Demonstrated root-cause analysis on funnel drop-off or decline patterns — technical vs. behavioral.
- Able to translate complex data and customer-behavior insights for audiences without deep technical or domain context.
SQL fluency for independent investigation.
Nice-to-have
- Self-serve BI/dashboard tool familiarity for personal investigation speed.
- SQL fluency for independent investigation.
- Experience navigating ambiguity in a fast-changing or high-growth environment.
- Multi-PSP comparative analysis experience.
Salary: EUR 40,000-60,000 Euro a year
Salary ranges may vary. We're seeking candidates with varied experience levels; from individual contributors to functional leaders in this space.
We're an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred.

ABOUT ALCHEMY
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Security Operations Engineer to improve how Alchemy detects threats, investigates incidents, and reduces operational security risk. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with no people-management responsibilities.
You'll investigate suspicious activity and build the systems that make the next investigation faster and more reliable. AI-assisted engineering and investigation should be part of your daily work: connecting evidence, developing detections, building response workflows, and checking the results against source data.
You'll also help the team get better at this work. Through shared tooling, code review, pairing, and practical documentation, you'll give teammates capabilities they can use independently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Detect and investigate threats. Triage alerts, hunt for suspicious activity, and investigate across cloud infrastructure, corporate systems, identity, endpoints, and production environments. Establish what happened from evidence and communicate uncertainty clearly.
- Engineer detection coverage. Build and tune detections, onboard useful telemetry, and maintain reliable log pipelines. Test rules against representative attacks and benign activity; address missing coverage and noisy alerts.
- Respond to incidents. Participate in the security on-call rotation and incident response, including scoping, containment, recovery, and post-incident improvements. Preserve evidence and coordinate changes with system owners.
- Build AI-assisted security workflows. Automate evidence collection, alert enrichment, investigation timelines, and response preparation. Connect agents to approved tools and data sources so they can complete bounded tasks with traceable results.
- Verify before trusting. Evaluate AI-assisted workflows against known cases and adversarial inputs. Require evidence for conclusions, test false-positive and missed-threat behavior, and keep human approval for disruptive containment actions.
- Reduce operational exposure. Partner with Infrastructure and IT on vulnerability remediation, cloud and host hardening, identity controls, and attack-surface monitoring. Prioritize findings by exposure and impact, then verify remediation.
- Help secure agent operations. Work with platform and product-security partners on operational controls for agent identities, credentials, tool access, and audit logging. Investigate misuse and build detections for suspicious agent behavior.
- Improve how the team works. Share reusable code, investigation skills, runbooks, and evaluation cases. Pair with teammates, review automation, and teach approaches they can apply to their own investigations.
- Measure defensive outcomes. Track detection coverage, alert quality, investigation effort, response time, and remediation progress. Use those measures to decide what to improve next.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on security operations experience spanning detection engineering, threat hunting, and incident response.
- Strong scripting and software-building ability, especially Python; experience with APIs, version control, tests, and operating automation in production.
- Experience with a SIEM such as Panther, Splunk, or an equivalent platform, including detection logic and log analysis.
- Working knowledge of cloud security, identity, endpoint telemetry, networking, and Linux systems. Ability to investigate across system boundaries.
- Evidence of building and using AI-assisted tools in security or adjacent engineering work. You can show how you validate outputs, handle failures, and protect sensitive information.
- Sound incident judgment: you can separate a hypothesis from a finding, preserve evidence, and choose when to escalate or contain.
- A record of making teammates more effective through tools, mentoring, code review, or documentation, without needing management authority.
- Clear written communication and the willingness to own both urgent investigations and the follow-through that prevents repeat incidents.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
- AWS, Kubernetes, bare-metal infrastructure, detection-as-code, or SOAR workflows.
- Digital forensics, threat intelligence, or testing detections through attack simulation.
- Securing AI agents and tool integrations, including prompt injection, credential misuse, and data-exfiltration risks.
- Blockchain infrastructure or other environments with sensitive keys and high-impact production systems.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Investigations reach evidence-backed conclusions faster. Detection coverage improves, repeat noise declines, and remediation is verified. The team adopts tools and workflows you've built, with clear limits on what agents may do and a tested path for handling failures.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
In a rapidly evolving world, trust in AI depends on agents being grounded in fresh, verified real-world data. Search is the foundation that makes this possible.
We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst who has built evaluation systems for complex technology products and is excited to take end-to-end ownership of quality in search built for AI agents.
This role combines hands-on engineering, analytical judgment, and mathematical rigor, with the scope and influence to shape both technical decisions and product direction. We move at a startup pace, with plenty of open questions and difficult problems to solve.
In this position, you will:
• Own the quality measurement and improvement cycle end-to-end: identify user needs, define success, build evaluations, diagnose failures, and work with engineers and product managers to improve outcomes..
• Design, build, and evolve evaluation systems, including datasets, benchmarks, metrics, and automated pipelines that support development and launch decisions..
• Evaluate response quality across multiple dimensions, including relevance, completeness, freshness, factual accuracy, and usefulness to downstream agents..
• Investigate quality regressions and metric anomalies, uncover root causes, and identify the improvements with the greatest potential impact..
• Help prioritize the product and engineering roadmap, making quality trade-offs explicit and assessing whether changes deliver meaningful improvements for users..
We expect you to have:
• Substantial hands-on experience designing and building evaluation or quality measurement systems for complex technology products, such as search, AI agents, voice technologies, autonomous driving, recommendation systems, advertising, or other similar complex systems..
• A track record of owning ambiguous problems from initial framing through implementation, diagnosis, and measurable product improvement..
• Strong Python skills and an engineering mindset: you can turn analytical ideas into reliable, maintainable pipelines and tools..
• A solid foundation in mathematical statistics and practical experience with experimental design, sampling, uncertainty, and measurement bias..
• Strong analytical judgment: you understand what a metric captures, what it misses, and whether an observed improvement matters to users..
• The ability to reason across user needs, product behavior, and technical systems, and to translate that understanding into actionable evaluations..
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and product decisions..
• The independence to make progress in a fast-moving environment where requirements, methods, and definitions of success are still evolving.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead Trust & Safety within Render’s Security team. Your mission is to keep Render a trusted place to build and run applications by preventing fraud and abuse, protecting customers from malicious activity, and making it harder for attackers to use our platform.
You’ll lead a team of engineers who build and operate the systems behind this work: detection pipelines, investigation tools, automated enforcement, and protections across the customer lifecycle. You’ll combine strong people leadership with technical judgement, helping the team respond effectively to incidents while investing in systems that prevent recurring problems.
You’ll partner closely with Product, Infrastructure, customer-facing teams, Finance, and Legal to translate emerging threats and customer needs into practical engineering work. The decisions your team makes will directly affect customer safety, platform reputation, fraud losses, and the experience of legitimate developers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and grow the Trust & Safety engineering team through hiring, mentorship, regular feedback, performance management, and career development.
- Define the team’s roadmap, balancing investigations and operational needs with sustained investments in prevention, automation, and platform protections.
- Guide the design and delivery of systems that detect phishing, malicious workloads, payment fraud, and other forms of platform abuse.
- Build investigation and enforcement tooling that gives responders the context to act quickly, records decisions, and supports consistent handling of escalations and appeals.
- Lead the team’s response to significant fraud and abuse incidents, coordinating with other Security teams, Infrastructure, Support, Finance, and Legal.
- Establish sustainable on-call and response practices, including clear ownership, runbooks, escalation paths, and learning from incidents.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to introduce protections at the right points in the customer lifecycle, balancing prevention with onboarding friction and false positives.
- Turn knowledge of attacker behavior and recurring abuse campaigns into improvements that protect customers and reduce repeat incidents.
- Define and use metrics for fraud losses, detection and response time, false positives, repeat abuse, and operational workload to guide investment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years experience managing and developing engineers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and building a healthy, inclusive team.
- A strong background in software and security engineering, with the ability to guide system design, review technical proposals, and make pragmatic architectural tradeoffs.
- Experience building or operating systems for fraud prevention, abuse detection, Trust & Safety, or adversarial security problems.
- Experience leading teams with on-call or incident response responsibilities, and sound judgement when decisions must be made with incomplete information.
- The ability to translate ambiguous threats and business needs into clear priorities, incremental milestones, and shipped improvements.
- Experience using data to evaluate detection quality, understand operational problems, and measure whether interventions work.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration across engineering and business teams, including explaining risks and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical partners.
- Empathy for customers and responders, high integrity, and a strong sense of ownership for both team outcomes and long-term system health.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or services that run customer-controlled code and workloads.
- Experience addressing payment fraud, phishing, malware hosting, account compromise, or coordinated abuse campaigns.
- Experience building threat intelligence pipelines, linking related malicious accounts, or integrating external reputation signals.
- Familiarity with Go, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform, or Temporal.
- Experience partnering with Legal and customer-facing teams on sensitive enforcement decisions and external abuse reports.
- Experience building and scaling a team at a growing company.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

About the Team
At Netlify, we’re a remote-first, globally distributed company with 120+ employees working across 13 countries around the world. Together, we’re building the platform for building and shipping web apps, with a mission to help anyone bring their ideas to the web.
As a Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in bringing in the people who will shape Netlify’s next stage of growth. You’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to help them make thoughtful, high-quality hiring decisions and will be deeply embedded in understanding this evolving job market and what makes not only great talent, but folks who align with Netlify’s mission. With our team, you’ll recruit across a wide variety of teams and talent markets, owning the full recruiting lifecycle and partnering closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Finance and other functions. Rather than specializing in one area, you’ll build context quickly, learn what great talent looks like across different parts of the business, and help us find and hire exceptional people.
We’ve already built a number of our own tools and workflows on Netlify to make our day-to-day work better, and we’re continuing to experiment with how AI can create even more leverage. With our team, you’ll be using the same platform you’re helping grow the team behind by shipping tools that improve your own work, experimenting with new ways of working, and contributing to how we continue to evolve how we hire.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting across a broad mix of functions - GTM, G&A, and R&D - from intake through accepted offer, without needing a sourcer, coordinator, or ops partner to be effective
Run search kickoffs, define and calibrate candidate profiles in partnership with hiring managers, and establish your own search strategy rather than waiting for one to be handed to you
Independently develop proactive sourcing approaches for each search and build pipelines of passive talent while continuing to cultivate talent for difficult-to-fill roles and future hiring needs
Conduct recruiter screens and develop a clear, evidenced point of view on candidates - sending hiring managers slates with real recommendations
Own weekly search meetings with hiring managers: bring funnel data, market feedback, and a perspective on what's working and what isn't; diagnose problems and propose changes rather than just reporting that pipeline is light
Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers as you partner with them on their searches, bringing market insight, recruiting expertise, and thoughtful pushback when it will lead to a stronger hiring decision
Partner across the People Team on talent strategy, workforce and organizational planning with HR Business Partners, and with People Operations on scalable solutions and processes.
Manage offers and candidate closing end-to-end, while delivering a responsive, thoughtful, and high-touch candidate experience throughout every stage of the process - including for candidates we ultimately don't hire
Use recruiting metrics such as funnel conversion, time to fill, time to hire, sourcing performance, and candidate feedback to identify patterns, inform decisions, and continuously improve how we hire
Design and build AI-assisted and vibe-coded recruiting workflows, evaluate them critically, and identify new opportunities to create leverage - without waiting to be assigned an automation project
What You'll Bring
Enough full-cycle recruiting reps to operate independently from day one - you've had several years of experience personally run intake, sourced, screened, managed HM relationships, and closed candidates across multiple simultaneous searches
A track record of encountering unfamiliar roles or functions and figuring out how to recruit them effectively, rather than defaulting to a narrow specialty
A history of sourcing and engaging passive candidates, ideally at companies where the logo wasn't doing most of the recruiting for you - you've had to create interest, not just harvest it
Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers by running search meetings, interpret and pushing back on feedback, recognizing when calibration is off, and owning the relationship
Experience using funnel data to change your behavior - when four candidates get rejected, your instinct is to investigate why, not to source a fifth
You can execute quickly across a high volume of searches while maintaining a high bar for quality, balancing speed with the judgment needed to find the right talent for highly specialized roles.
Experience working with imperfect infrastructure - you've operated without a dedicated sourcer, coordinator, or mature ops team and made it work
A history of noticing broken or inefficient workflows and doing something about them, whether through AI tools, automation, process changes, or creative problem-solving - you've improved something without being told to
Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to keep multiple searches, stakeholders, candidates, and decisions moving in a distributed environment without sacrificing the details or the human experience
Proficiency with an ATS and the broader recruiting toolset (we use Greenhouse), and comfort experimenting with AI-powered tools to meaningfully improve recruiting quality or throughput
We don't require educational qualifications for the role - we're interested in the experience, judgment, and skills you've developed through your work.
This Role is a Great Fit If
You care deeply about the people behind every application and recognize that looking for a new role is a meaningful decision in someone’s life. You lead with empathy, communicate openly, and follow through on what you say you’ll do. Whether someone joins Netlify or not, you want them to feel that their time was respected, they were treated with care, and they had a thoughtful experience with us.
You're energized by functional variety. An unfamiliar finance role or a senior engineering search doesn't become "that's not my specialty." You get curious, ask good questions, and figure it out
You work well in an environment that resets every few months. Priorities shift, reqs change, and that doesn't throw you - you reorient and keep moving
You can move fluidly between sourcing, candidate conversations, hiring-manager partnership, data, and operational details while keeping communication clear in a remote, async environment
You approach recruiting as a strategic partnership with the business by understanding what teams need, bringing a strong recruiting perspective, and helping hiring leaders make decisions that strengthen their teams.
You're the kind of recruiter who, when something isn't working, investigates rather than simply escalating. When you're recruiting for something unfamiliar, you ask the right questions, build context quickly, and develop a point of view before moving the search forward
You've noticed inefficient systems before and done something about them. You don't need to arrive with a portfolio of automations, but you have a pattern of seeing a problem, getting curious, and experimenting your way to something better
Our applications will close on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at 5pm CST
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!
When applying please include:
A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to “build a better web” and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts.
Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. is a global remote-first company. We are driven by our principles: do the right thing, employees first, we are remote first, and we deliver high-volume, low-cost Linux infrastructure and security products that help companies to increase the efficiency of their operations. Every person on our team supports each other and does what we can to ensure we all are successful.
Check out
our website
for more information.
What you'll do
You’ll join an engineering team working on Linux infrastructure and security for web hosting. Our products include
CloudLinux OS
, which helps hosting providers manage server resources and isolate hosting accounts, and
Imunify
, which protects servers and websites against malware and attacks.
You don’t need prior experience in these specific areas. We’re looking for strong engineering potential — how you approach unfamiliar problems, learn quickly and use AI thoughtfully. We’ll consider your challenge results, interests and strengths alongside the opportunities available across our engineering teams.
Experienced engineers on your team will help you get to know our codebase, tools and the way we work.
Depending on the team you join, your work may include:
Developing and testing product features, fixes and engineering tools.
Investigating production issues, tracing their causes and implementing reliable solutions.
Reading unfamiliar code and understanding how different parts of a system interact.
Improving automation for building, testing and delivering software.
Contributing to code reviews and technical discussions.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
Practical programming skills in at least one language, such as C, C++, Python or Go, whether from coursework, personal projects or early hands-on experience.
Strong analytical thinking, solid fundamentals in algorithms and data structures, and a structured approach to solving problems.
The ability to use AI tools to work through unfamiliar programming problems, critically assess and improve their output, and explain and test the resulting solution.
Curiosity, the ability to learn independently, and persistence when a solution isn’t immediately clear.
Care for code quality and the ability to carry a task through to a working, tested solution.
Clear communication and the ability to explain technical decisions.
English at B2 level or higher.
We’re looking for people at the very start of their engineering careers. We’re open to:
Final-year students.
Recent graduates.
This is a full-time position, including for candidates who are still completing their studies.
What may help you stand out
Any of the following can strengthen your application, although none is mandatory:
A degree (or final-year standing) in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent skills you can demonstrate through your projects and code.
Personal or academic software projects, especially ones whose design decisions you can explain.
Contributions to open-source projects, even small ones.
Participation in CTF competitions, hackathons, or a homelab you administer.
Evidence that you’ve taught yourself a language, stack or system in depth because a problem demanded it.
A strong interest in Linux, operating systems, networking or security — including relevant coursework, a thesis, research or personal projects.
If your CV doesn’t fully capture your potential, apply anyway. Show us what you’ve built, the hard problems you’ve solved, and what makes you different from other engineers at a similar stage of their career.
How selection works
What you build counts for more than your CV.
Apply in a couple of minutes
— autofill from your CV or LinkedIn.
We take a quick first look at each application.
Candidates who look like a fit get a personal link to our engineering challenge, which carries the most weight in our assessment. You can start whenever you’re ready within the access window.
You’ll have up to 3 hours for the challenge.
It is modelled on a real problem from our security products — one our engineers have already solved in production. Your work won’t be used in our products; it is used only to assess your approach and skills.
The task unfolds in phases, with changing requirements.
It is deliberately larger than anyone can finish — we look at what you prioritise and why, not at whether you complete every part.
AI tools are expected, not just allowed.
We’re interested in your judgment: what you accept, reject and verify, and how you defend your trade-offs.
Candidates whose challenge results demonstrate a strong match are invited to interview with our senior engineers and HR.
The challenge is designed to give you an opportunity to demonstrate your practical skills, judgment and potential.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
Fully remote work with flexible hours — schedule your day and work from anywhere in the world.
24 paid vacation days a year, 10 national holidays, and unlimited sick leave.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
A dedicated education budget.
A reward for the most innovative idea the company can patent.
A real focus on professional development, on interesting and challenging projects.
By applying for this position, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (

, which provides detailed information on how we maintain and handle your data.
CoinDesk is looking for a BSA AML Officer and Blockchain Compliance Specialist to lead financial-crime compliance programs and investigate on-chain activity.
Location: France
Workplace: Remote
ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, TRADFI & WEB3 ENTERPRISE, MED (FRANCE & ITALY)
Our Account Executives help organisations adopt digital assets with confidence by connecting their business needs to Chainalysis's blockchain intelligence solutions. They build trusted customer relationships, develop new business, and grow existing accounts through a consultative sales approach.
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to cover France, Italy and Malta within our SEMEA team. Your primary focus will be two segments: traditional finance (TradFi), including retail, commercial, private and investment banks, payment and e-money institutions, and asset managers that are launching, supporting or exposed to digital asset activity; and the largest Web3 players, including major exchanges, brokers, custodians, stablecoin issuers and digital asset infrastructure providers operating at scale in France and Italy.
You will own your territory strategy, navigate complex and highly regulated sales cycles, and engage stakeholders across compliance, financial crime, risk, security, procurement, digital assets and executive leadership, from bank CCOs to the compliance and security leaders of large crypto platforms. We measure success through quota attainment, new customer acquisition, and account growth across France and Italy.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL
- Exceed your sales quota by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts across France and Italy, with a primary focus on TradFi institutions and large Web3 enterprises.
- Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans that reflect each market's banking and digital asset landscape, regulatory environment, and buying processes.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and champions across compliance, AML / financial crime, investigations, risk, security, digital assets teams, and executive leadership, in both TradFi and large Web3 organisations.
- Create and maintain a qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, local industry relationships, partner collaboration (consultancies, advisory firms, technology partners), and customer referrals.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close, working with customers' technical, legal, third-party risk, and procurement teams.
- Connect Chainalysis solutions to customer outcomes, including managing exposure to crypto-asset service providers and their customers, meeting AML / CFT and sanctions obligations, supporting the safe launch and scaling of digital asset offerings, and investigating illicit activity.
- Engage customers on how MiCA, the Transfer of Funds Regulation (Travel Rule), DORA, EU AML rules and evolving French and Italian supervisory expectations affect their business needs, working with Chainalysis specialists where appropriate.

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
