Описание проекта: Расчёт величины кредитного риска по кредитному портфелю требований к корпоративным заёмщикам и ценным бумагам Банка на основе внутренних рейтингов (Положение Банка России 483-П) и в соответствии с Инструкцией Банка России. Управленческая отчетность по RWA ПВР, факторный и портфельный анализ, оптимизация RWA. Функциональность по тестовым расчетам гипотез без отражения в отчётности Банка. Общее описание задач для аналитиков КХД: • Разработка новых витрин данных, доработка имеющихся в Банке витрин на основании БТ в рамках проекта перехода Банка на ПВР; • Разработать и внедрить промышленную базу (витрину) дефолтов, исходя из разработанных критериев дефолта, включая необходимые атрибуты (например, дата дефолта, дата выздоровления, события дефолта и др.); • Разработать витрины с историческими данными, некими константами за прошлые периоды; • Интеграция исторические витрины в текущие (будущие) процессы и потоки данных. Что потребуется делать: • взаимодействовать с бизнес заказчиком; • проектировать целевые витрины (разрабатывать логическую и физическую структуру витрин данных); • составлять детальную документацию (FSD, s2t); • разрабатывать контроль качества данных; • проводить ПСИ витрин. Требования: ✔️ Высшее естественнонаучное, техническое или экономическое образование; ✔️ Опыт работы на проектах внедрения/развития хранилищ данных и/или Data Lake от 3-х лет; ✔️ Глубокое знание SQL (диалекты Oracle, PostgreSQL), написание сложных запросов, чтение PL\SQL-кода; ✔️ Опыт проектирования объектов БД на всех слоях, понимание архитектуры хранилищ данных; ✔️ Навыки описания потоков загрузки данных хранилища (DWH), составление технической документации (Source2Target, ТЗ, FSD); ✔️ Желателен опыт работы с ETL-средствами, предпочтительно с Informatica Power Center; ✔️ Опыт работы с бизнес-заказчиком и уточнение бизнес требований; ✔️ Опыт управление командой от 2-х человек, выстраивание процессов внутри команды, обучение команды и менторство; ✔️ Опыт в согласовании FSD и проведении Code Review; ✔️ Понимать для чего проводится ПМИ и ПСИ; ✔️ Опыт работы с трэкинг-системами и, в частности, JIRA.
