Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an AI Deployment Strategist, AI4Eng for Physics and Engineering in APAC, you are Mistral's forward-deployed operator on strategic enterprise accounts across automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, industrial equipment, and energy. You own the delivery of AI solutions for physics and engineering challenges end-to-end.

- Run technical discovery sessions to understand business and engineering requirements.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize use cases aligned with the customer's strategic R&D and product-development challenges.
- Translate business goals into a concrete AI roadmap and high-level solution architecture, validating feasibility with Product and Applied AI teams.

Delivery & Program Management
- Own end-to-end delivery: discovery → design → build → deploy → adoption.
- Set up the account operating model: governance, decision forums, and cadence.
- Drive day-to-day execution: priorities, milestones, unblockers, and risk management.
- Drive scope control and change management, ensuring the right artifacts are produced (design doc, runbook, eval plan, rollout plan, handover).
- Bring knowledge of processes and regulations from the industries we serve (aerospace, semiconductor, automotive, industrial equipment, energy).
Adoption, Value Realization & Expansion
- Lead user testing, training, change management, and developer enablement.
- Track value realization against agreed KPIs and report to executive sponsors.
- Capture field learnings and feed product gaps and platform needs back to Product, Science, and Engineering.
ABOUT YOU
- Advanced university degree in physics or engineering, or IT.
- 5+ years of experience as a (technical) project manager in a relevant industry, e.g., automotive, semiconductors, or aerospace.
- Experience in software development, machine learning, and ideally in numerical simulations for physics and engineering (CAE, CFD, FEM, DEM, etc.).
- Hands-on coding proficiency (Python at minimum), with the ability to read design docs and hold your own in deep technical conversations with data scientists, ML engineers, and simulation engineers.
- Strong grasp of where AI creates value in computational science: surrogate models, PDE solvers, FEM/CFD acceleration, inverse problems, and differentiable simulation.
- Familiarity with deployment patterns (SaaS, VPC, on-prem, hybrid), security and compliance basics, and ideally agile project management methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms and to manage C-level stakeholders.
We are looking for adaptable team players who excel in a fast-paced environment, are ready to own delivery across APAC accounts, and are prepared to support pre-sales motions to contribute to our shared goals and growth.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join the foundational team introducing Anthropic's frontier AI to large enterprises across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, you will drive adoption of safe, frontier AI by securing strategic deals with major corporations across industries including financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and telecommunications throughout the ASEAN region. You'll leverage your consultative enterprise sales expertise to grow revenue while becoming a trusted partner to C-suite and senior technical stakeholders, helping them embed Claude across business operations, research, and administration. As Anthropic's senior in-market commercial presence for ASEAN, you'll shape our regional go-to-market strategy and lay the groundwork for a dedicated Southeast Asia footprint.
Key responsibilities
Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new enterprise accounts and expanding existing relationships across ASEAN countries.
Serve as senior regional coverage for Anthropic's most strategic ASEAN enterprise accounts, building executive relationship depth and commercial momentum through consistent in-market engagement
Build and execute territory plans that identify high-value opportunities across key ASEAN industries, accounting for differences in market maturity, regulatory environment, and buying behaviour between countries
Lead consultative sales processes with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders, positioning AI as a strategic business transformation driver
Orchestrate internal teams—Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships—to deliver tailored solutions for complex enterprise requirements
Translate technical AI capabilities into compelling business value propositions suited to the needs of Southeast Asian enterprises
Identify new use cases and contribute to ASEAN go-to-market strategy, providing feedback that shapes product roadmap and regional approach
Represent Anthropic across Southeast Asia, building executive relationships with enterprise, partner, and government stakeholders and raising Anthropic's profile within the regional technology community
Minimum qualifications
12+ years in enterprise sales, GTM, business development, or account management with direct, in-market Southeast Asia operating experience
A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and securing strategic deals in ASEAN markets by translating multifaceted technical requirements into tailored solutions
Existing commercial network across enterprise and partner communities in Singapore and at least one or two additional ASEAN markets
Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to identify, prioritise, and advance high-value opportunities without heavy oversight
Comfort operating as a generalist regional presence—equally effective in an enterprise sales conversation, a partnership discussion, or a government stakeholder introduction
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with cultural fluency across ASEAN business environments
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Singapore, with eligibility to work in Singapore and the ability to travel frequently across Southeast Asia
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling AI/ML, cloud, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS to regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare
Experience working with hyperscaler or channel partners to co-sell into regional enterprise accounts
Prior experience establishing or scaling a new market or region for a high-growth technology company
Working proficiency in a Southeast Asian language in addition to English (e.g. Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese)
Familiarity with regional data residency, AI governance, and procurement frameworks relevant to enterprise buyers
A passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems, and a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI is developed safely

- Support coordination with ICEYE's Global Manufacturing Infrastructure team on the detail needed to implement line, automation, and facility requirements at each site.
- Build and maintain manufacturability and industrialization tooling: checklists, scorecards, and templates that design and production teams actually use.
- Help track the target metrics that satellite and subsystem designs are measured against as they move through MRL stages.
- Support the interface with the Manufacturing Engineering function, helping capture field and design friction and translate it into standard updates.
