Experience gate —
This role requires 4–5 years of US healthcare AR experience, of which a minimum of 1 year must be as a Team Lead with formal team ownership (targets, coaching, reviews). SME/mentor-only profiles without TL accountability will not qualify.
About the Role
The Team Lead – AR runs a pod of AR associates on live US provider accounts — owning the day’s output, the queue, the quality, and the people. This is a floor-leadership seat: you carry targets, run huddles, unblock associates in real time, and answer for your pod’s numbers in the weekly review.
You still know the work cold — when a complex denial or an angry payer call needs handling, you can take the headset.
Key Responsibilities
Run the Pod
Own daily allocation and queue management across assigned AR buckets — the right accounts, worked in the right order, by the right people.
Drive daily productivity and quality targets; track per-associate output and intervene early, not at month-end.
Run daily huddles — payer updates, error patterns from QA, and priorities for the shift.
Own the Outcomes
Answer for pod-level metrics — resolution rate, aged-AR movement, appeal TAT, and quality scores — in weekly reviews with the AM/Manager.
Handle escalated accounts and complex denials personally when needed.
Partner with QA on calibration and turn audit findings into floor-level fixes.
Build the People
Coach associates on payer-specific nuances, documentation quality, and call handling.
Manage shift adherence, leave planning, and floor discipline for the pod.
Identify and develop Sr Associate potential; give structured input into appraisals.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
4–5 years of hands-on US healthcare AR (provider side), with strong denials and appeals depth.
Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead with formal ownership of team targets, coaching, and performance conversations.
Command of AR metrics and the levers behind them — you can explain why a bucket moved, not just that it did.
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Preferred
Experience running a pod across multiple clients or specialties.
Exposure to workforce basics — shrinkage, occupancy, and staffing math.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Strict — confident spoken and written English for payer calls, floor communication, client notes, and weekly reviews with management.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with billing/EHR platforms and MS Excel for allocation, tracking, and pod-level reporting.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Pod resolution / collection rate against target.
Aged-AR movement (90+/120+) for the pod.
Pod quality score (QA) and calibration adherence.
Productivity vs. target, shift adherence, and pod attrition.
Hiring Process
Aptitude & Skill based assessment.
Domain & operations interview (RCM knowledge, scenarios).
HR discussion (fitment, shift, notice).

⚠ US Shift: This role operates on a US-aligned shift, onsite at our Gurugram delivery centre. Consistent availability during US business hours is non-negotiable. Apply only if you can commit to this fully.
⚠ Non-Negotiable: A minimum of 15 years of hands-on US healthcare AR and RCM experience is required. Profiles without this depth of domain experience will not be considered regardless of seniority or education.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across the United States, with delivery operations in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago. Our RCM practice runs medical coding, charge entry, payment posting, and AR and denials management for physician groups and health systems across multiple specialties and payer environments.
The Senior Manager, AR RCM is the most senior AR delivery leader in the India operations. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role carries full accountability for AR performance across the Neolytix client portfolio: net collection rates, AR aging, denial resolution, follow-up compliance, and the teams that execute this work every day.
This is not a monitoring role and not a reporting role. You own the outcome. If AR aging is trending in the wrong direction, you know why before leadership asks. If a client's net collection rate is below benchmark, you have a recovery plan before the QBR. You lead a multi-tier AR team, hold SLAs before they breach, and bring strategic clarity to the CEO and COO on the financial health of every account. If that describes the way you have built your career, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. AR Delivery Ownership & SLA Accountability
Own end-to-end AR performance across the full Neolytix client portfolio: follow-up compliance, AR aging distribution, denial resolution timelines, and net collection rates.
Define and enforce SLA commitments by account: touch cadences, AR aging thresholds, payer follow-up windows, and escalation timelines.
Drive the operating cadence: daily floor reviews, weekly performance dashboards, and monthly executive reporting to the CEO and COO.
Serve as the senior escalation authority for all AR delivery issues, with direct accountability for resolution and root-cause documentation.
2. Revenue & Financial Performance
Own the financial metrics that matter: net collection rate, AR aging distribution (including AR >90), first-pass yield, denial rate, cost to collect, and payment variance.
Identify revenue optimization opportunities within the existing portfolio: payer mix trends, underpayment patterns, denial root causes, and write-off risk.
Present financial performance analysis and recovery plans to the CEO and COO with clarity and conviction. You do not describe the chart; you explain what it means and what you are doing about it.
3. Denial Management & Payer Strategy
Own the denial management function end to end: root cause categorization, appeal workflows, payer-specific escalation protocols, and first-pass improvement plans.
Stay current on payer policy changes, CMS billing updates, and coding guideline shifts that affect denial rates and collection timelines.
Develop payer-specific follow-up strategies and embed them into team workflows and SOPs.
4. Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead a multi-tier AR team: Team Leads, Senior Associates, and Associates across the AR and denials function.
Own performance management, succession planning, and high-potential identification for the AR org.
Partner with Talent Management on hiring, onboarding, and retention of AR talent, including calibrating role requirements for the team as it scales.
Build a performance culture grounded in accountability, data fluency, and continuous improvement.
5. Client Engagement & Retention
Act as the senior operational partner for strategic AR accounts, maintaining relationships at the decision-maker level.
Lead and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews, performance reporting, and service expansion conversations.
Surface delivery risks proactively and communicate resolution plans to clients before issues escalate.
6. Process Excellence & Compliance
Own SOPs for all AR workflows: initial follow-up, denial management, appeals, escalation, and write-off protocols.
Ensure operations remain compliant with HIPAA, CMS billing requirements, and payer-specific compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement across AR workflows using structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
What You Bring
Must-Have
15 or more years of US healthcare AR and RCM experience, with senior leadership accountability over large multi-specialty AR portfolios.
Mastery of AR financial metrics: net collection rate, AR aging distribution, denial rate, first-pass yield, cost to collect. You can explain what moves each one and defend your analysis when challenged.
Deep denial management expertise: root cause categorization, payer-specific appeal strategies, and a track record of improving first-pass rates.
Experience leading multi-tier AR teams of 50 or more FTEs, including Team Leads and supervisors.
Commercial payer experience across BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, and regional payers, alongside Medicare and Medicaid.
Multi-specialty billing exposure: physician groups, hospital systems, or both.
Excellent client-facing communication: comfortable presenting to C-suite clients and internal senior leadership with equal confidence.
Commitment to the US shift, onsite in Gurugram.
Strong Preference
Prior experience in a BPO, MSO, or KPO environment delivering AR services for US healthcare clients, not in-house captive only.
Exposure to multiple billing and EHR platforms: AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Epic, Kareo, Centricity, or similar.
Track record of building or restructuring an AR team and improving performance metrics within 12 months.
Power BI or advanced Excel for AR performance tracking and executive reporting.
Nice-to-Have
MBA or postgraduate degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline.
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement methodology applied to an AR workflow.
CPAT (Certified Patient Account Technician) or equivalent AR or RCM certification.
Experience across multi-geography delivery: India and Philippines operating in parallel.
Who You Are
You treat AR aging as a story, not a spreadsheet. You know what each band means for revenue risk and you communicate it that way to leadership.
You hold SLAs before clients ask about them. Reactive escalation management is not something you do.
You can tell the CEO what a number means, not just what it is. Your analysis ends with a so-what and a plan, not a chart.
You hold your team to a high standard without losing them. Accountability and development are not in tension in the way you lead.
You see denial patterns before they become denial trends. Root cause is where you start, not where you finish.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree mandatory. Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience: 15 or more years in US healthcare AR and RCM. Non-negotiable.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. You will present to the CEO and COO regularly and manage senior client relationships. Communication below this standard will not progress.
Shift: US-aligned shift, onsite in Gurugram. This is firm. Apply only if you can commit to this consistently.
Notice Period: 30 to 45 days preferred. Up to 60 days considered for the right profile.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
In the first 12 months:
Net collection rate: sustained at or above agreed client benchmarks across the managed portfolio.
AR >90 days: percentage trending down or held within client SLA thresholds.
Denial rate and first-pass yield: measurable improvement within 90 days on priority accounts.
SLA achievement: 95% or above on committed follow-up and resolution timelines across the portfolio.
Client retention: no unplanned exits attributable to AR delivery performance.
Team performance: productivity and quality metrics for the AR team within benchmark, with clear improvement plans for underperforming sub-teams.
Executive reporting: weekly and monthly dashboards delivered accurately and on time, with actionable narratives, no follow-up questions from the COO needed.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: Talent Management screening and profile review. AR domain depth and tenure verified at this stage.
Stage 2: Functional interview with the COO covering AR delivery depth, financial metric fluency, denial management approach, and team leadership track record.
Stage 3: Conversation with the CEO covering strategic fit, client philosophy, and leadership approach.
Stage 4: Reference checks and offer.

CEO & COO
About the Role
The Associate Director, RCM Operations is Neolytix's senior-most delivery leader in India, accountable for the end-to-end performance of our RCM and Credentialing service lines. This is not a monitoring role. The AD owns the outcome: SLAs, quality, client satisfaction, team capability, and the P&L that sits behind every engagement.
Reporting to the COO and CEO, this seat carries direct authority over Operations Managers, Team Leads, and front-line specialists across both service lines. You will be the primary escalation authority for all delivery issues, the senior client-facing voice for operational matters, and the architect of how Neolytix's India delivery function scales.
If you have spent your career running large healthcare operations at a high standard, know what great RCM and Credentialing delivery looks like from the floor up, and are ready to own both the number and the team, this is the role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & SLA Ownership
Own end-to-end SLA performance across RCM sub-functions: AR follow-up, billing, payment posting, charge posting, and denial management.
Own Credentialing operations in full: provider enrollment, re-credentialing, CAQH maintenance, expirable tracking, and payer-specific workflows.
Drive the operating cadence: daily floor reviews, weekly performance dashboards, monthly COO reporting, and escalation resolution.
Serve as the senior escalation authority for all delivery issues across both service lines, with direct accountability for resolution timelines.
2. Capacity Planning & P&L
Own the India delivery P&L for RCM and Credentialing, managing cost-to-serve, billing realization, and margin targets.
Lead headcount planning, capacity modeling, and resource allocation aligned to client volume commitments and pipeline.
Partner with the COO on ramp-up plans for new client onboardings, covering hiring, training, and floor-readiness timelines.
3. Client Engagement & Retention
Act as the senior operational partner for key clients, building trusted and long-term relationships with client-side stakeholders.
Lead and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews, performance reporting, and service expansion discussions.
Proactively surface delivery risks, drive resolution, and communicate transparently with client stakeholders before issues escalate.
4. People Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and develop a multi-tier team: Operations Managers, Team Leads, and front-line specialists across RCM and Credentialing.
Own succession planning, performance management cycles, and high-potential identification for the ops org.
Partner with Talent Management on hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies for RCM and Credentialing talent.
Build a performance culture grounded in accountability, continuous feedback, and professional growth.
5. Process Excellence & Technology
Drive continuous improvement across both service lines using structured problem-solving approaches.
Champion automation and technology adoption to improve throughput, reduce error rates, and lower cost-to-serve.
Own SOPs, process documentation, and audit readiness across RCM and Credentialing workflows.
Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to build performance visibility and reporting infrastructure.
6. Governance & Compliance
Ensure all operations remain compliant with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and payer-specific requirements.
Own internal QA frameworks, audit processes, and remediation planning for both service lines.
Maintain documentation standards and escalation protocols that support SSAE-18 and SOC 2 readiness.
What You Bring
Must-Have
Full-time MBA / PGDM or equivalent postgraduate degree.
16 to 20 years in US healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role heading multi-functional delivery teams of 100+ FTEs.
Demonstrated experience leading Credentialing operations at scale: provider enrollment, re-credentialing, CAQH, and payer contracting workflows.
Strong command of RCM workflows across the full cycle: AR follow-up, billing, payment posting, charge posting, and denial management.
Prior experience in a BPO, MSO, or KPO environment serving US healthcare providers.
Proven P&L ownership: cost-to-serve management, headcount planning, and capacity modeling in a delivery environment.
Ability to build and read operational dashboards, interpret KPIs, and drive decisions from data.
Excellent communication with the ability to engage C-suite clients and internal leadership with equal fluency.
Strong Preference
Experience managing multi-geography delivery operations spanning India and Philippines.
Familiarity with PM and EHR platforms: AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Kareo, Epic, or Centricity.
Track record of leading go-live transitions and new client onboarding at scale.
Nice-to-Have
Six Sigma or Lean certification.
Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or automation tools within RCM environments.
Experience in SSAE-18 / SOC 2 compliance environments.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Full-time Postgraduate degree (MBA / PGDM or equivalent) mandatory. Part-time, correspondence, or distance-learning qualifications are not accepted.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. Confident in client-facing calls, COO-level reporting, and written communication with US-based stakeholders.
Work Mode: Onsite, Gurugram, 5 days a week. This is a floor-level leadership role; physical presence is required.
Notice Period: Candidates available within 30 to 45 days preferred. Extensions considered for the right profile.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
The AD, Operations will be measured on the following within the first 12 months:
SLA achievement rate across RCM and Credentialing: 95%+ sustained over rolling 90 days.
Net collection rate and AR days for RCM accounts under management, trending toward agreed benchmarks.
Credentialing cycle time: first-pass provider enrollment within payer-committed timelines, zero expirable lapses.
Client retention and satisfaction: no unplanned exits attributable to delivery performance.
Team attrition (operations): managed within business continuity thresholds.
Delivery margin: cost-to-serve within budget and P&L targets for both service lines.
Audit and QA coverage: internal quality audits completed on schedule with remediation tracked to closure.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: Talent Management screening and profile review.
Stage 2: Functional interview with COO covering delivery depth, P&L accountability, multi-LOB scope, and leadership approach.

REPORTS INTO
President & COO
⚠ This is not a delivery role. You will not run RCM accounts, manage billing teams, or handle client escalations. You will own the independent measurement layer that tells leadership whether delivery is doing what it committed to do. If you want to go deeper into governance and analytics rather than climb an operations delivery ladder, read on.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization running RCM, credentialing, and provider services for 270+ provider organizations across the US. Our delivery teams operate from Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago.
We are creating a new seat: Assistant Manager, RCM Business Excellence. This is the founding role of an independent governance function. You will sit alongside delivery, not inside it: your mandate is to define what good process looks like for every RCM account, measure whether it actually happens, and give leadership numbers they can act on. Quality assurance reports to you. You define the metrics, own the cadence, and build the function as it scales.
The shift is India business hours with overlap into the US morning for leadership reviews. This is not a night shift role. If you have spent your RCM career on a night shift at a BPO, that changes here.
What You Will Own
1. Process SLA Conformance
Define the committed process standard per RCM account: charge lag, posting turnaround, AR touch cadence, denial resolution timelines, and aging thresholds.
Track actual performance against committed standards at a granular level. Strategic accounts reviewed weekly, the rest monthly.
Flag risks proactively with proposed solutions before they breach SLAs.
2. Monthly Performance Insight
Build the monthly performance pack from daily productivity and quality data. The standard: a reader can act on it without asking a follow-up question.
Breaches carry a named owner and a resolution date. Last month's breaches are re-checked before new ones are raised.
Contribute to weekly and monthly dashboards shared with delivery leadership and, where relevant, clients.
3. Quarterly Financial Review
Analyse financial performance across all RCM accounts: charges, collections, AR aging, denial rate, net collection rate, and cost to collect.
Present trends to senior leadership each quarter. You will be supported in building this, and expected to stand behind your conclusions when challenged.
4. Quality Function Ownership
Line management of the Quality Lead and QA analysts. You own the sampling plan, audit calendar, scoring consistency, and auditor calibration.
Ensure QA findings reach the floor and drive change, rather than living in a report.
Audit team output for accuracy; identify recurring error patterns and drive corrective action.
5. Process Change Measurement
When a new coding guideline, SOP, or process rule goes out, measure whether it was adopted and what it did to denials or rework.
Rule issued, adoption measured, impact quantified, result fed back. Close the loop, do not just report the issuance.
What You Bring
Must-Have
6 to 8 years in US healthcare RCM operations, with hands-on exposure to AR and denials and a working understanding of how process failure shows up in revenue.
Experience building a reporting, MIS, or business excellence function from scratch: defining the metrics, sourcing the data, establishing the cadence. Inheriting and running a function is not the same thing.
Fluency in RCM financial metrics: net collection rate, AR aging distribution, denial rate, first-pass yield, cost to collect. You can explain what moves each one, not just report the number.
Advanced Excel and working SQL. You use SQL to validate data, not to list it as a skill.
Confidence presenting findings to senior leadership and holding a position when challenged. This means publishing numbers that make delivery look bad when the numbers say so.
Strong Preference
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process excellence training you have actually applied to a live project, not just certified.
Experience across multiple billing platforms (AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Kareo, Epic, Centricity, or similar) and the data normalisation that comes with it.
Prior management of a small quality or audit team.
Power BI familiarity, though the analytics team owns the front end.
Nice-to-Have
Healthcare analytics firm or BPO process excellence background.
Experience designing and running an MIS reporting function in a US RCM environment.
Exposure to SSAE-18 or SOC 2 audit readiness in an RCM context.
Who You Are
You publish findings that make the delivery team look bad, and you sleep fine afterward. If you soften conclusions to keep the peace, this is the wrong seat.
You build something and then measure whether it worked. The artifact is not the point; the change it produced is.
You ask what a number means before you report it. A chart that describes what happened is the beginning of the work, not the end.
You would rather be right and uncomfortable than comfortable and wrong.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree, any discipline. An analytical or healthcare-adjacent background is preferred.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. You will present to the COO and CEO quarterly. Communication below this standard will not progress past the screening stage.
Shift: India business hours with US morning overlap for leadership reviews. Onsite, Gurugram.
Notice Period: Up to 60 days preferred. Beyond 60 days considered only for an exceptional profile.
Performance Expectations
What success looks like across the first year:
Day 30: a current-state assessment published that honestly names what can and cannot be measured today. No softening.
Day 60: SLA conformance tracking live for strategic accounts.
Day 90: SLA conformance extended to the full RCM book.
Month 3 onward: monthly performance pack running reliably. Leadership reads it and acts on it.
Year 1: four quarterly financial reviews delivered and defended, MIS Analyst hired and producing independently, at least one process change closed end to end with adoption measured and impact quantified.
End of year 1: the business argues from your numbers rather than about them.
Career Path
This is the founding seat of a function, not a standalone role. Business excellence and governance are established career tracks in RCM that run to Director and VP level at the large players. We are building ours from its first hire.

Hiring Process
Stage 1: TA screening call (30 minutes). Role fit, domain depth check, and shift confirmation.
Stage 2: Functional interview with the COO (45 to 60 minutes). Process knowledge, multi-account RCM experience, measurement approach, and how you handle findings that are unwelcome.
Stage 3: Analytical exercise. A take-home case using real account data with a genuine deterioration in it. You have 3 days to complete it. We are watching whether you reach for root cause or describe the chart.
Stage 4: Conversation with the CEO (45 minutes). Scope discussion, career trajectory, and how you think about building a governance function.
Stage 5: Reference checks (minimum 2 calls). Specifically: an occasion when this person delivered findings that were unwelcome, and what happened next.
Stage 6: Offer.
Why Join Neolytix
Founding Seat of a Function
You own this from its first hire. The metrics, the cadence, the standard: none of it exists yet. That is rare at this level and reads strongly on a CV.
Scope from Day One
The whole RCM book, not one account or one process. At AM level in most RCM organisations you own a slice. Here you own the view across all of it.
Day Shift, Not Night
India business hours with US morning overlap. Not a night shift role. If you have spent your career on a night shift, this changes here.
AI Makes This More Important
As automation absorbs transactional delivery work, the measurement and governance layer becomes a larger share of the organisation. We are building an RCM platform now, and its analyst roles report into this function.

Manager
⚠ US Shift: This role operates on a US-aligned shift from our Gurugram office. Consistent availability during US business hours is required. Apply only if you can commit to this onsite.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across the United States, with delivery operations in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago. InCredibly is the platform we built to run our credentialing, enrollment, and licensing operations: a rules-driven system that manages workflows, documents, timelines, and payer requirements across thousands of providers.
The platform is configurable by design. Payer requirements, document checklists, follow-up protocols, and workflow variants live in a rules layer and knowledge base, not in code. When the rules are right, the platform does the work. When they are missing or wrong, people do it by hand. This role owns that rules layer.
This is not a delivery role and not a development role. You are the person who decides how the platform thinks. Half the job is keeping the knowledge base accurate. The other half is turning what our operations team knows into configuration the platform can execute: workflow rules, stage templates, gate conditions, validation rules, and defaults that reduce manual work for analysts on the floor.
What You Will Do
1. Knowledge Base & Rules Management
Build and maintain the platform knowledge base: document checklists, validation rules, follow-up protocols, and workflow defaults, structured so the system acts on them rather than as prose for a human to read.
Author configuration rules by work type, category, and variant. Keep them current as operational requirements evolve.
Own the flag queue: triage issues raised by analysts, fix them, and route changes through the change-request approval workflow.
2. Workflow Configuration
Translate operational patterns into workflow configuration: stage sequences, variant rules, SLA adjustments, gate requirements, and follow-up cadences.
Design and test configuration changes before they go live. Version your changes, document why you made them, and maintain a clean audit trail.
Coordinate with operations leads to understand process changes and translate them into updated configuration.
3. Schema & Data Model Partnership
Work with the engineering team when a real-world rule does not fit the existing schema. Spot the mismatch, articulate why, and propose the change with enough context for a developer to act on it.
Use SQL to validate your own work and verify data accuracy before changes hit production.
4. Measurement & Training
Track what your rules do: reductions in manual touches, rework, and first-pass failures. Propose the next configuration improvement candidates from this data.
Write SOPs by work type and brief analysts on how configuration changes affect their workflows. You write for people who will run the process, not for a file.
What You Bring
Must-Have
2 to 5 years configuring rules, data, or workflows in an enterprise platform. Backgrounds that translate well: benefit or provider configuration in payer systems (Facets, QNXT, HealthRules, Amisys), EHR application analysis (Epic, Oracle Health, Meditech), enterprise SaaS administration (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Pega), or business rules engine configuration.
A demonstrated ability to take an unstructured source document, a policy, a set of requirements, an email thread, and decompose it into fields, conditions, exceptions, and checklists. You will be asked to show this in a work sample.
Basic SQL: you use it to query, validate, and reconcile data. Not a course listing.
Version control and change discipline: you document why you made a change, test before you push, and own the outcome when something breaks downstream.
Clear written English. Other people will run the SOPs and playbooks you write.
Strong Preference
Experience with configurable workflow engines, BPM platforms, or business rules engines where you designed the rules, not just executed them.
JIRA: used for managing configuration change requests, flag queues, and work tracking alongside engineering and operations teams.
BPMN 2.0 awareness: ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams and translate them into platform workflow configuration.
Prior experience working with US clients or in a US time-zone overlap model.
Experience across more than one platform or system type: the ability to map a rule from one configuration environment to another.
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to US healthcare operations, RCM workflows, or provider credentialing and enrollment.
Familiarity with credentialing technology platforms such as symplr, Modio Health, Medallion, or similar.
Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday administration certification.
Epic certification or formal Facets/QNXT training.
Who You Are
You see structure in a document that most people read as prose. A requirements page is a schema to you before it is a process.
You break things before calling a configuration complete, because you have actually tested it.
You write documentation that the person after you can follow without asking questions.
You push back on vague requirements because you know what happens when a rule is ambiguous and live.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline. Computer science, information systems, or a business-adjacent field is an advantage but not required.
SQL: actively used for validation and data checking, not just listed as a skill. Assessed in the work sample.
Shift: US-aligned shift, onsite in Gurugram. Consistent availability during US business hours is required from day one.
Notice Period: 60 to 90 days is typical for this profile. Please state your notice period clearly.
Performance Expectations
What success looks like:
First 90 days: domain immersion complete. Playbooks, checklists, and follow-up defaults are live for the highest-volume work types. You own the flag queue and the change-request workflow.
6 months: your first configuration improvements are in production and measured. Analysts treat the knowledge base as the source of truth rather than their own notes.
12 months: the rules layer, not analyst memory, drives most routine work. You are defining the next configuration roadmap with the Manager.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: Application review. Include a short note with your CV (150 to 200 words): describe one rule, template, or configuration you built that removed manual work. What was the source? How did you structure it? What happened after it went live? Applications with the note are reviewed first.
Stage 2: TA screening call (20 minutes). Role fit, configuration background, and SQL usage check.
Stage 3: Work sample (90-minute take-home, mandatory). You receive a business rules document and structure it into fields, conditions, checklists, and gate conditions. Skippable by nothing.
Stage 4: Hiring manager interview with the Product Owner covering your work sample output and configuration approach.
Stage 5: Domain and technical interview with Operations Leadership and Engineering.
Stage 6: Offer.
Why Join Neolytix
Greenfield Ownership
You define the rules layer of a live platform used in production every day. Not maintaining someone else's configuration. Not a ticket queue.
Direct Access
You work with the Product Owner and Operations Leadership directly. No multi-layer hierarchy between you and the decision.
Domain You Can Learn
US healthcare and credentialing operations are taught by the team. The configuration aptitude is what we hire for.
Product Trajectory

Key Responsibilities
Attend and complete all classroom training modules within the defined timeline, meeting assessment benchmarks at each stage.
Commit to the LOB assigned to you and engage fully in the training path designed for that functional area.

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

The
Data Center Capacity & Inventory Specialist
owns a single, accurate, and always-current view of the organization's entire data center estate worldwide. The role exists because the biggest infrastructure decisions — where to place workloads, when to expand or consolidate, and how to plan a move — are only as reliable as the underlying data on power, cooling, racks, and space.
That information is typically fragmented across sites, spreadsheets, and providers. This role consolidates it into one authoritative source of truth, keeps it current, and turns it into capacity forecasts, utilization reporting, and move/migration analysis the business depends on. It is accountable for the inventory and operational data of every facility the organization uses — owned, colocation, and edge.
Scope & Context
Global portfolio:
every data center facility across all regions — company-owned and on-premises sites, colocation and wholesale space, and edge or remote equipment rooms.
Physical assets:
racks and cabinets; power (utility feeds, UPS, generators, PDUs, circuits); cooling (CRAC/CRAH, containment, chilled water); floor, cage, and suite space; structured cabling; and environmental monitoring.
Data domains:
inventory, capacity and utilization, contracts and commitments (colo agreements, power and space reservations), and a history of physical changes.
Organizational placement:
reports into infrastructure/IT leadership and partners with networking, cloud, security, procurement, and finance.
Key stakeholders:
site and facilities teams, colocation providers, infrastructure engineering, capacity planning, finance (cost allocation), and the business units requesting space or moves.
Key Responsibilities
Define and enforce how every site records and reports its power, cooling, rack, and space configuration, so data is comparable across the portfolio.
Participate in the the space, power, and cooling analysis behind data center moves, migrations, and consolidations: what fits where, target-site readiness, and the sequencing of each move.
Supply the accurate capacity and utilization data that drives resourcing and planning decisions
Manage capacity risk proactively: identify sites approaching power, cooling, or space limits before they constrain the business.
Uphold resilience, safety, and compliance standards across facilities, including redundancy targets (for example N+1) and disaster-recovery posture.
Inventory, Data & Capacity Management (Core Mandate)
This is the primary purpose of the role: a single, trusted, global source of truth for every data center, kept accurate and current.
Maintain the global inventory and data for all facilities
A complete register of every data center and equipment room, with location, provider, and contracted commitments.
Space:
floor area, cage and suite allocation, rack and cabinet counts, rack-unit (RU) inventory and occupancy, and remaining white space.
Power:
utility feeds and redundancy, UPS and generator capacity, PDU and circuit inventory, provisioned vs. actual draw (kW) per rack, row, and room, and PUE where measured.
Cooling:
cooling capacity and type, containment, redundancy (N, N+1), temperature and humidity envelopes, and thermal headroom.
Racks & assets:
rack elevations, cabinet layouts, and the physical assets each contains, mapped to their power and connectivity.
Turn that data into decisions
Track utilization and remaining headroom for space, power, and cooling at rack, row, room, and site level.
Forecast capacity, flag sites approaching their limits, and recommend expansion, consolidation, or reallocation.
Provide the analysis behind every move and migration — what a target site can support and how a move should be staged.
Produce regular reporting and dashboards for leadership, finance, and planning.
Own the tooling and data quality
Define data standards, naming conventions, and an audit cadence that keep the inventory accurate.
Run periodic physical audits and reconciliations against the recorded data.
Requirements
Proven experience managing data center infrastructure at multi-site or global scale, ideally across a mix of owned and colocation facilities.
Deep, practical understanding of data center power, cooling, and physical space — circuits, PDUs, UPS and generators, redundancy concepts (N, N+1, 2N), cooling systems, and containment.
A demonstrated track record of keeping accurate inventory and capacity data current across many sites.
Experience planning and executing data center moves, migrations, consolidations, or build-outs.
Colocation and vendor management experience — contracts, SLAs, capacity commitments, and cost control.
Strong data and reporting skills: able to turn raw facility data into clear capacity forecasts and dashboards, with advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort using BI or reporting tools.
Experience coordinating work across multiple regions, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
Data center certifications such as Uptime Institute (ATD/ATS), BICSI DCDC, or EPI CDCP/CDCS/CDCE.
Familiarity with specific DCIM platforms (for example Nlyte, Sunbird, Device42, or Hyperview).
Knowledge of relevant standards — Uptime Institute Tier topology, ANSI/TIA-942, and ASHRAE thermal guidelines.
Exposure to hybrid environments (on-premises, colocation, edge, and public cloud) and how physical capacity relates to workload placement.
Awareness of data center sustainability and energy-efficiency practice, including PUE and power reporting.
Benefits
Full Remote
Comfortable working on EST time zone
Contractor
Working equipment provided by the company

The role
The Data Center Technician Manager is a first-line people manager responsible for the day-to-day operational performance and development of DC Technician and DC Facilities Engineering staff at the site.
This is the first formal people-management role in the Nebius data center technical career path. It serves as the primary operational and people-management layer between these teams and the Data Center IT Manager.
The role owns performance, development, scheduling, and accountability across the DC Technician and DC Facilities Engineering disciplines. When the Data Center IT Manager is unavailable, this manager acts as the primary on-site operational authority, makes shift-level decisions across both managed disciplines, and coordinates incidents involving other site teams.
The successful candidate brings deep technical credibility in data center technician operations and/or facilities engineering, along with sufficient cross-disciplinary understanding to direct escalations, assess work quality, and represent the managed teams in site-level operational discussions.
The Senior DC Diagnostic & RMA Specialist, Field Network Engineer, and Senior DC Support Engineer report directly to the Data Center IT Manager.
This role is
onsite
in our
Kansas City, Missouri
data center location.
Core responsibilities
Own the daily operational performance of DC Technician and DC Facilities Engineering staff. Assign shift coverage, set priorities, balance workloads, and ensure open work is tracked, delegated, and completed to Nebius standards.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports. Deliver structured performance feedback, set individual development goals aligned with the career framework, track progression, and manage performance concerns in partnership with HR and the Data Center IT Manager.
Own shift handoff quality across both disciplines. Ensure incoming shifts have full visibility into open incidents, active vendor work, abnormal system conditions, deferred tasks, and escalated items before taking operational ownership.
Serve as the on-site operational escalation authority during active incidents. Direct the response across managed teams, coordinate with the Lead DC Technician, Senior DC Facilities Engineer, and technical specialists reporting to the Data Center IT Manager, and escalate incidents that exceed site-level decision-making authority.
Manage vendor and contractor activity on the data center floor and in engineering zones. Verify qualifications, enforce safe working practices, review and approve Methods of Procedure (MOPs) within assigned authority, oversee execution quality, and ensure work meets Nebius standards.
Drive technical training and development for managed staff. Partner with the Lead DC Technician and Senior DC Facilities Engineer to identify skill gaps, arrange training, validate completion, and support progression within the Nebius career framework.
Lead hiring activities for DC Technician and DC Facilities Engineering roles. Conduct structured, competency-based interviews, provide hiring recommendations, and partner with recruiting and HR on offers, onboarding, and early-tenure support.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and high-performance team culture. Address conduct, attendance, and well-being concerns promptly and in accordance with Nebius policies, safe working requirements, and applicable employment obligations.
Make recommendations regarding hiring, promotions, disciplinary action, advancement, scheduling, and termination.
Make routine decisions regarding workflow, staffing, escalation, and corrective actions within assigned management authority.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Technical work may be performed when needed, but the position’s primary responsibility is managing the assigned team and data center operations.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
How we build software is changing. Designers are prototyping in code, engineers are shipping polished interfaces, and agents are starting to build directly into the product. More people and more things can create software than ever before. That makes design judgment more important, not less.
We're looking for a Staff/Principal Founding Design Systems Lead to build that judgment into Render's foundations.
This isn't about maintaining a component library. It's about enabling designers, engineers, and agents to build experiences that look, feel, and work like Render, without a designer making every decision or the design systems team reviewing every change. At a company whose whole promise is a platform that just works, the design system is how we keep craft scaling as the product and the team grows.
This role starts hands-on. You're a designer first, with the technical depth to get into the code. You'll partner with the Head of Design to set the vision, then do the foundational work yourself: decide where or whether our Figma library lives and how it operates, get deep into what an AI-ready design system really means, and prototype, test, and ship the system in code. As the function grows, you'll build and lead the team around it. You're energized by building from the ground up, not inheriting something finished.
Here's what makes this role urgent and specific to us: our users are developers, and they're increasingly building with AI agents. That cuts both ways. Inside Render, teams reach for an agent before they check the docs — so a system that isn't legible to AI quietly gets bypassed, and quality drifts toward generic output. And externally, we're building the platform where developers deploy AI-native apps and agents. The person in this role treats the design system as infrastructure for humans, machines, and velocity and has a point of view on what that takes: machine-readable documentation, system rules exposed where agents can read them, an architecture that keeps the brand and accessibility layers ours, and evaluations that catch drift before it ships.
This role reports to the Head of Design.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU'RE EXCITED BY:
Making great design reproducible, by people and agents. Raise the quality of Render's product and encode what makes it good, so a designer, an engineer, or an agent can produce coherent, usable experiences by default. The system should make excellent work easier, not make every experience look the same.
Reimagining what a design system can be. Build beyond components and tokens into composition rules, interaction patterns, agent-readable guidance, and evaluations, so the fastest way to build is also a path to great quality.
Building and leading a team that multiplies everyone else's impact. Start hands-on, then create the direction, ambitious goals, and caring-but-demanding environment that let a team do the best work of their careers.
The opportunity is to raise the floor for everyone building at Render, human or agent, while giving designers more room to make the most important experiences extraordinary.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the system's vision and direction. Decide what to preserve, evolve, simplify, or replace based on what builders and customers need — and turn that into focused work, much of which you'll do yourself at first.
- Build the foundations hands-on. Early on, you are the team: setting the architecture, shipping the components, writing the guidance, and establishing the quality bar through your own work before there's anyone to delegate to.
- Build and lead the team that owns the system. As the function grows, hire and develop it — set priorities and ownership, give direct feedback, hold a high bar, and help people do the best work of their careers.
- Elevate Render's visual and interaction design. Raise the bar for typography, hierarchy, density, motion, responsive behavior, accessibility — and the states beyond the happy path, which is where developer tools earn their reputation.
- Make the system legible to AI, not just humans. Lead the work to make Render's design system AI-ready: machine-readable documentation, system rules and tokens exposed where agents can reach them (e.g. via MCP), and an architecture that shrinks the context an agent needs while keeping the brand and accessibility layers ours. The goal: agents building on Render produce on-brand, compliant work by default.
- Guide technical architecture with engineering. Shape everything from components and tokens to how agents discover guidance and check their work. Make sound tradeoffs between flexibility, coherence, performance, and ease of use — layered and headless where that scales better than rigid bundles.
- Define and measure quality, including AI output. Build repeatable evaluations grounded in real tasks — testing generated output against the system's standard, not just whether people use the tools.
- Earn adoption. Work alongside product teams, teach through examples, and turn recurring questions and exceptions into improvements. A system lives or dies on whether people, and their agents, reach for it.
- Keep moving as the ground shifts. Experiment as models and tools evolve, share what you learn, and change direction when the evidence calls for it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A track record of setting direction and delivering outcomes in design systems or design engineering — and the appetite to build a function from the ground up before leading a team. You create clarity in ambiguity, make decisions, give difficult feedback, and keep momentum without dropping the quality bar. Experience leading or developing designers/design engineers is a strong plus, as this role grows in that area.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills. Your work shows a clear point of view, detail that borders on obsessive, and an ability to make complex experiences feel simple — the kind of craft other practitioners admire.
- Deep systems thinking, and experience building systems other teams actually adopt. You can show how your work improved both their speed and the quality of what shipped — not just that it existed.
- Strong technical fluency. You can prototype and build in code, understand front-end architecture (component API design, tokens, theming, layered/headless patterns), and work through implementation tradeoffs with engineers — not just hand off specs.
- Hands-on use of AI in your work, and a real point of view on AI-ready design systems. You understand where AI helps and where it fails, how to improve its output rather than accept it, and what it takes for a system to serve machines as well as humans. You don't need to have shipped all of it, but you should be able to say where you'd start and why.
- Strong product judgment and developer empathy. You stay close to the people who use what you build and connect system decisions to real workflows and outcomes. Fluency with developers and technical products is a strong plus — our users are engineers, and the system has to serve them and the agents they build with.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building developer tools, cloud platforms, or infrastructure products where UX is a competitive advantage.
- Hands-on experience making a design system AI-ready: machine-readable documentation, MCP or similar agent access, layered/headless architecture, or evaluation frameworks for AI-generated output.
- Experience building developer or designer tools that became part of other teams' daily workflow.
- Experience leading a major design-system migration or a company-wide change in how teams build.
- Experience evolving a system across platforms, or connecting product and brand experiences.
- Founder or early-stage startup experience.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.

Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Corporate Physical Security and Protective Services team sits within Wealthsimple's Regulatory division. We keep our people, offices, and visitors safe — from access control and our on-site guard program to emergency preparedness, investigations, and executive protection. We're a small team that works closely with Workplace Operations, building management, and partners across the company, and we're focused on building a security program that gets ahead of problems instead of just reacting to them. If you take safety seriously and want to help shape a strong security culture at a fast-moving fintech, you'll fit right in.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Physical Security & Protective Services, you'll be the face of security in our Toronto office — the first person employees, visitors, and guards turn to when something comes up. This role exists to give our team more room to build: you'll own how we respond day to day in the office, and lead the security awareness program that helps everyone at Wealthsimple understand their part in keeping each other safe.
Please note, this role is based in our Toronto office 5 days/week and is not eligible for remote work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the first point of contact for security in the office, handling visitor management, temporary badging, and in-person concerns from employees and visitors
- Lead content creation and day-to-day delivery of our security awareness program, including training on badging, visitor management, and emergency procedures
- Respond to security incidents and see each one through to resolution, documenting everything
- Investigate routine workplace incidents — like access violations, thefts, and disturbances — and escalate sensitive or high-risk matters
- Coordinate daily with on-site guards on coverage, post order compliance, and shift handovers, and report issues so they get addressed with our vendor
- Process access requests, badge issuance, and deactivations in our access control and video management systems, flagging anomalies and gaps as you find them
- Support our emergency preparedness program — floor warden coordination, drills, and tabletop exercises — and help draft security policies, procedures, and event risk assessments
- Assist with executive protection and travel security when needed, from logistics to travel monitoring
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 2+ years of experience in physical security, risk assessment, emergency response, customer-facing communications, or a related role
- Post-secondary education in security management, risk management, criminal justice, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience de-escalating tense situations with clients, visitors, or employees, with composure and discretion
- Clear, concise writing — you can produce incident reports, procedures, and advisories that people actually read
- Good judgment about what you can handle and what to escalate, and the ability to manage several priorities at once
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Hands-on experience with security and ticketing platforms like Genetec and Jira
- A valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- A PSP or CPP designation from ASIS, or progress toward one
- Interest in growing into executive protection or intelligence analysis work
WHO YOU ARE
- Calm under pressure — you stay composed when things get tense, and people feel safer because you're there
- Approachable and clear — you can walk a new hire through our badging process or settle a frustrated visitor with the same ease
- Thorough and consistent — you follow procedures, document your work accurately, and notice when a process isn't working
- Clear on your scope — you handle routine matters on your own and escalate early when something needs a second set of eyes
- Someone who takes ownership — you follow your work through, raise issues before anyone asks, and want to grow into bigger responsibilities
- Curious about how to make security part of the culture, not just a set of rules

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
OUR MISSION
Build and scale the logistics capabilities that enable Mistral AI to deploy, operate and expand high-density compute infrastructure reliably. Own the flow, custody, traceability and readiness of high-value hardware, critical spares and associated materials - from supplier dispatch through site receipt, storage, deployment, repair and end-of-life disposition. Deliver speed without compromising safety, inventory integrity, security or cost control.
OPERATING CONTEXT & ACCOUNTABILITY
You will coordinate closely with Data Center Operations, IT Operations, deployment teams, Procurement, Finance, Security, Safety, colocation operators, carriers and OEM service partners. The role owns Mistral logistics processes and supplier performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - DEPLOYMENT LOGISTICS AND SITE READINESS
- Plan inbound and outbound movements for accelerator servers, racks, networking equipment, CDUs, replacement parts, tooling and deployment consumables across sites and staging locations.
- Translate deployment schedules and bill-of-materials requirements into shipment plans, delivery windows, site receiving capacity, material availability and clear responsibility assignments.
- Coordinate with business partners and site teams on loading bays, access approvals, delivery routes, floor loading, rack handling, lift plans, packaging removal, temporary storage and installation sequencing.
- Identify logistics dependencies that could delay energization, commissioning, rack acceptance or compute availability; maintain escalation paths, contingency plans and recovery actions.
- Create consistent procedures for goods receipt, inspection, damage recording, quarantine, staging, pick/pack, handover and proof of delivery, including exceptions and nonconformances.
- Manage reverse logistics for defective equipment, repair exchanges, warranty returns, redeployments and end-of-life assets, with documented chain of custody and secure disposition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - INVENTORY, SPARES AND ASSET TRACEABILITY
- Define and maintain an accurate inventory and asset-control framework for Mistral-owned equipment, including serialized items, location, ownership, status, movement history and reconciliation with IT asset records.
- Set and monitor critical spare-parts policies with IT Operations and OEM partners: minimum/maximum stock, lead times, failure demand, replenishment triggers, shelf-life and obsolescence exposure.
- Establish auditable stock movements, cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancy investigations and controls for high-value or sensitive components.
- Monitor stock health, aging, availability, stranded inventory, shrinkage and repair turnaround; use evidence to optimize local versus regional stocking decisions.
- Coordinate secure storage conditions, ESD-sensitive handling, environmental requirements, battery transport/storage rules where applicable, and restricted access to valuable hardware.
- Develop common inventory taxonomy, operating procedures and system integrations to support growth across sites, providers and countries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - SUPPLIER, TRANSPORT AND COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE
- Oversee third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, warehouses, specialist rigging partners and couriers against agreed service levels, security controls and escalation requirements.
- Work with Procurement and Legal on supplier selection, scopes of work, insurance, liability, transport terms and measurable performance expectations.
- Coordinate cross-border shipping requirements with qualified customs and trade-compliance specialists, including import/export documentation, duties, restricted goods and relevant sanctions/export controls.
- Monitor freight, warehousing, handling, repair and expedite costs; challenge avoidable spend while protecting deployment dates and service restoration capability.
- Lead supplier performance reviews, delivery-failure investigations and corrective action follow-up; develop alternative routes and providers for critical supply chains.
- Maintain reliable forecasting and reporting of expected arrivals, shortages, inventory exposure, blocked shipments, deployment readiness and outstanding returns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - SAFETY, RESILIENCE AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL EXECUTION
- Partner with Safety and site teams to assess high-risk material handling, rack moves, lifting/rigging, traffic management and contractor interfaces; verify that required plans and competent resources are in place.
- Coordinate physical-security requirements, access permissions, tamper evidence and chain of custody for sensitive or high-value technology.
- Develop practical business-continuity plans for shipment disruption, customs holds, supplier shortages, loss or damage in transit, and urgent hardware replacement needs.
- Work with IT Operations and OEM service partners to prioritize material flows during incidents and reduce mean time to restore affected compute capacity.
- Create clear operating rhythms and decision records across engineering, deployment, site teams and suppliers; escalate risks early and close actions with evidence.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
- Build, lead, and scale the team across regions, aligning organizational capabilities, staffing levels, and resources with Mistral AI’s growth trajectory and operational requirements.
- Supervise, coordinate, and support team members, ensuring clear accountability, effective collaboration, and consistent execution of responsibilities.
- Define the organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, and resource allocation required to support current operations and future expansion.
Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing professionals, ensuring the team possesses the technical expertise and capabilities required to meet business objectives.
- Establish clear performance expectations, measurable objectives, and development plans; conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Drive standardization of processes, procedures, and best practices across regions while accommodating local operational and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to anticipate resource requirements, address organizational gaps, and ensure effective coordination across teams.
- Develop succession plans and strengthen internal capabilities to support organizational resilience and long-term scalability.
- Manage team priorities, workload distribution, and resource planning, ensuring effective execution while maintaining quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
About the Role
As we have continued to expand, we want to meet the industry where it gathers. As a Field Marketer, you'll be Clipboard's face on the conference circuit in 2027. That means attending nearly every major Post Acute conference, trade show, and association event in the country. You'll work the floor, start conversations with agency owners and operators, qualify opportunities, and turn those conversations into pipeline and revenue.
This is a travel role. Expect to be on the road about 80% of the time. If living out of a suitcase sounds like a burden, this isn't the right role for you. If it sounds like an adventure and a big advantage in building a sales career, read on.
What You’ll Do

- Prospect aggressively before, during, and after every event: research attendee lists, book meetings ahead of time, and work the floor to start new conversations.
- Run discovery with Agency Owners, Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Clinical Managers, Directors of Operations, and staffing and recruiting leaders.
- Qualify opportunities and move them forward. Book next steps, convert interest into an active pipeline, and push deals toward close with the broader sales team.
- Work fluently across the organization within the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs after events.
- Share what you learn on the ground (customer pain points, competitor positioning, which events are worth our time) with sales, marketing, product and leadership.
Who You Are
- Willingness to travel about 80% of the time (roughly 40 weeks per year), including frequent overnight and multi-day trips.
- You must live in a major metro area within easy reach of a major airport.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel domestically without restriction.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently between events.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across clinical and business audiences.
- Curiosity, persistence, and a bias for action.
- Organization and autonomy in managing your own schedule and pipeline.
Our Interview Process
1. Case Study
2. Case Study Interview

What We Offer
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
