We’re looking for a Safety Governance Manager to build and own how safety is governed across inDrive’s platform. You’ll set the framework, metrics and reporting that turn safety work into measurable outcomes for riders, drivers and couriers in 47 countries. Key Responsibilities
Design and launch inDrive’s safety governance framework from the ground up: policies, standards, risk register, controls and review cadence.
Verification and reporting.
Verify that safety processes and product features work as described. Return gaps to control owners for remediation, and deliver findings to the senior management through a set reporting cycle. Design the methodology and format for the verification and reporting
Safety decision tracking.
Design and maintain the risk-acceptance register. Assess each entry against the safety risk appetite statement and report the state of the register to senior management.
Safety spend baseline and gap review.

Experience building a function, methodology or programme from scratch in at least one role
Strong governance background, including risk management frameworks and board-level reporting

Hands-on AI fluency (Claude or similar): you can quickly build clear visualisations and storylines that explain complex safety risks in simple terms to any audience
Enough legal literacy to work effectively with counsel (a law degree is not required)
Strong stakeholder management across Product, Operations, Legal and Data teams in a global environment
Strong interpersonal skills: you stay calm and attentive in difficult conversations, can deliver unwelcome QA findings to process owners, and persuade teams outside your authority to act on them
Fluent English
Strong plus:
Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, delivery or another business with offline safety risks
Hands-on experience designing or managing an incident taxonomy
TSPA (Trust & Safety Professional Association) membership
A certificate in data analytics

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

We’re looking for a Safety Governance Analyst to help make safety at inDrive measurable, consistent and auditable. You’ll map how safety processes really work across markets, test them through structured sampling and QA, and turn findings into clear standards, fixes and reporting. It’s a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable writing a SQL query, drawing a process map and drafting a procedure.
Key Responsibilities
Map end-to-end safety processes, including incident intake, case handling, escalations and driver/rider actions, using BPMN or Lean methods, and identify gaps, risks and inefficiencies
Design and run QA and sampling reviews of safety cases and controls: define sample sizes, review criteria and scoring
Log findings, agree remediation actions with process owners, and track them to closure
Maintain the risk-acceptance register: log each entry, confirm the named acceptor and rationale, record sunset and review dates, and track entries falling due for review
Build and maintain the safety governance report pack using AI/automation tools, independently and on a regular cadence
Check safety data quality and flag inconsistencies in how incidents are classified and counted
Run root-cause analysis on safety trends and recurring findings, and propose practical process improvements
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3+ years in safety operations, trust & safety quality assurance or process excellence
Practical knowledge of sampling and QA methodology, plus findings and remediation tracking
Strong SQL skills and experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Data Studio / Looker Studio or similar); you can build a full report pack on your own
Hands-on AI mastery with Claude: you can quickly build clear visualisations and storylines that explain complex safety risks in simple terms to any audience
Experience with process notation (BPMN or other)
Ability to write clear, structured standards and procedures
A structured, detail-oriented approach and confidence presenting findings to stakeholders
A certificate in data analytics

We’re looking for a Safety Governance Manager to build and own how safety is governed across inDrive’s platform. You’ll set the framework, metrics and reporting that turn safety work into measurable outcomes for riders, drivers and couriers in 47 countries. You’ll work closely with Product, Operations, Legal and Data teams, and report safety performance up to senior leadership and the board.
Key Responsibilities
Design and launch inDrive’s safety governance framework from the ground up: policies, standards, risk register, controls and review cadence.
Verification and reporting.
Verify that safety processes and product features work as described. Verify the integrity of safety metrics: review against the approved methodology and independently re-sample incidents with direct access to the underlying data.
Review the safety spend baseline and the costing methodology.
What this role does not do.
Safety Governance does not own, operate or deliver safety controls; does not set the taxonomy, classification, methodology or other business standards it verifies against; does not accept safety risk; and does not decide how safety controls are resourced.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
5+ years in trust & safety, safety operations, risk assurance or compliance programme management
Experience building a function, methodology or programme from scratch in at least one role
Strong governance background, including risk management frameworks and board-level reporting
Data literacy: you can specify metrics, challenge a dashboard and interpret a sampling result

Crystalia Glass LLC is a U.S.-based manufacturer and provider of premium glass solutions, specializing in custom glass partitions for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We operate a full-cycle model — from design and manufacturing to sales, delivery, and installation — with production facilities in the United States and Europe.
The U.S. market is our core focus. Crystalia Glass is a stable, scaling business, serving B2C, B2B, and B2G clients across multiple states. We combine strong product quality, competitive pricing, high service standards, and operational efficiency to set a benchmark within our industry.
We are strengthening our commercial function and are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to own the quality of sales execution across the full funnel, from first contact and needs discovery to closing and order handover.
This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Sales Enablement Manager will diagnose why deals are lost, coach sales teams, build and adapt sales standards and CRM stage logic, and embed AI into everyday sales work. Success depends on driving adoption across sales teams and measuring real change in sales representatives’ behavior and conversion.
Employment Type:
-
Full-time 8.30 am - 5 pm, NY (EST zone).
- Remote work.
- B2B contract (sole proprietorship status or corporate entity).
Key responsibilities:
Analyze performance
Review won, lost and stalled deals across funnel stages, matching calls and messages against CRM history and using AI to flag missed questions, weak arguments, unhandled objections and missing next steps.
Assess each sales stage (discovery, qualification, value presentation, objection handling, negotiation, closing and follow-up), including how scripts are adapted to the client and whether call goals are achieved.
Identify root causes of performance gaps (skills, knowledge, process or tools) and recommend targeted fixes.
Develop the team
Run one-to-one and team call and deal reviews, role-plays (including AI-simulated buyers and objections), live call observation and product knowledge checks.
Build individual development plans and coach sales representatives on specific sales behaviors.
Coach team leads to apply shared quality criteria in daily work with their teams.
Track results
Track whether new behaviors and AI workflows are applied in real deals and how they affect conversion, deal outcomes and time spent.
Standards and CRM
Audit existing sales standards for gaps, contradictions and requirements that don’t help the sale.
Write and update sales standards: scripts, objection guides, follow-up rules, contact quality criteria and product instructions, as well as CRM stage rules — the goal, entry and exit criteria, required data, sales representative actions and next steps for each stage, ownership at handover, and SLAs agreed with the process owner (response time, working hours, exceptions and escalation).
Pilot and roll out new standards: incorporate feedback from sales representatives and team leads, agree commercial rules with sales leadership, write requirements for CRM fields, prompts, notifications, reports and automation, take part in acceptance testing, and train sales representatives after changes.
Monitor adherence to standards in the CRM: overdue tasks, missing next steps, unconfirmed stage moves, missing loss reasons and handover quality.
AI in sales work
Build reusable AI workflows for sales representatives and team leads (call and meeting preparation, meeting summaries, follow-up messages, discovery question planning and checking proposals against client and product data), train sales teams to use them, observe real usage and fix errors.
Work with AI agents and bots; maintain instructions, templates and knowledge-base materials.
Use AI to help sales representatives plan next steps in the CRM, making sure they review every AI-drafted message or data update before it goes to a client or changes key deal information.
Build enablement assets
Build and maintain the team skills map, call and deal scorecard, prioritized list of loss reasons and a library of examples and exercises.
Requirements
Experience in sales enablement, sales coaching or sales development in a comparable market, with personal responsibility for identifying gaps in sales representatives’ performance.
Experience with a complex physical product with a long sales cycle, ideally in architectural glass, interior systems or a related field.
Deep understanding of the full B2B/B2C sales cycle, including negotiation, closing and repeat sales.
Strong understanding of both phone sales and in-person sales in a showroom.
Strong call and deal review skills: specific feedback, structured practice and verification that skills transfer to real work; experience coaching team leads to apply shared quality criteria.
Experience writing sales standards and driving their adoption through team leads and sales representatives, without direct authority over the sales team; clear and concise writing; strong team player.
Confident CRM use at the level of funnel, stages, tasks, ownership, SLAs and data quality; ability to write change requirements.
Proven, hands-on use of AI in sales work
, with at least one implemented workflow showing a clear task, data, personal contribution, users and result. Fluent with AI tools, structured instructions, files and knowledge bases, and able to train others to use them; experience with any specific AI product is not required.
Strong analytical skills: able to measure the impact of new tools and processes with before/after comparison, compare conversion rates on a like-for-like basis (same funnel stage, period and lead sources), recognize when there is too little data for a reliable conclusion, and be clear about what the numbers do and do not prove.
Fluent English (C1/C2).
Benefits
Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses.
Full ownership of the sales enablement function in a fast-growing U.S. company, with the freedom to build it the right way.
Direct influence on how the sales team sells, with results visible in conversion and deal outcomes.
Hands-on work with AI in real sales processes, not pilots that stay on paper.
Joining a highly professional and dynamic team.
Exciting experience working with prestigious clients in the US market.
