You'll be the product manager for our Canvas and Agentic AI teams - the teams building Honeycomb's AI-powered investigation experience. Canvas lets engineers use natural language to query, visualize, and understand their production systems. We're pushing well past chat: we're building Skills (pre-configured workflows that encode domain expertise into repeatable, executable actions), Auto-Investigations (agent-driven investigations that kick off before a human gets paged), and a rearchitected Canvas that's both interactive and collaborative.
You'll work in a tight triad with engineering and design leads, owning the roadmap for how AI shows up in Honeycomb, from the product UI to our MCP server. You'll partner with our Director of AI Strategy, Research & Development teams, and our customer-facing teams to stay grounded in what customers actually need while pushing toward something meaningfully different from what exists today.
This is a role for someone who can hold both execution and ambiguity: shipping production features while navigating a product space where the right answers are still emerging.
What you’ll do in the role:
Define AI product strategy in service of Honeycomb's vision
Synthesize AI trends, customer needs, and technical capabilities into clear strategic recommendations
Help the product organization understand where and how AI creates genuine customer value vs. where it's hype
Identify emerging observability challenges created by AI adoption (e.g., LLM drift, prompt regression, low-context generated code)
Make informed bets about which AI technologies and approaches warrant investment
Conduct research that bridges technology and customer reality
Build deep understanding of how customers are adopting AI in their engineering workflows
Identify patterns across customer conversations that signal future market needs
Stay current with AI/ML developments (RAG, fine-tuning, agentic systems, etc.) and translate implications for observability
Engage with technical communities, researchers, and early adopters to spot trends before they go mainstream
Enable AI innovation across the product portfolio
Partner with product teams to identify high-value opportunities to leverage AI capabilities
Provide guidance on AI approaches, trade-offs, and best practices without centralizing all decisions
Help teams understand how their work fits into our broader AI strategy and how to leverage shared capabilities
Synthesize cross-portfolio learnings and socialize what's working (and what isn't)
Evangelize the AI-observability connection
Articulate Honeycomb's point of view on AI observability both internally and externally
Help customers understand how observability needs evolve as they adopt AI
Contribute to thought leadership through writing, speaking, and community engagement
Build credibility with technical audiences who care deeply about how we use AI, not just that we use it
What you’ll bring to the role:
Proven AI product experience
5+ years in product management with at least 1+ year shipping AI/ML-powered products
Track record of taking AI features from concept to customer impact, including things that didn't work
Deep understanding of how engineering teams actually build, deploy, and operate AI systems (not just theoretical knowledge)
Familiarity with current AI/ML techniques and the judgment to know when they're applicable vs. overhyped
Strategic thinking with customer empathy
Ability to synthesize disparate signals (research, customer feedback, technical trends) into coherent strategy
Comfort operating with ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information
Pattern recognition across conversations—spotting what customers aren't yet saying clearly
Strong judgment about when to say "no" or "not yet" despite exciting technology
Technical credibility without needing to be the expert
Enough technical depth to have earned respect from engineers and architects
Genuine curiosity about how things work, paired with humility about what you don't know
Ability to evaluate trade-offs between different AI approaches (RAG vs. fine-tuning, model selection, etc.)
Understanding of observability principles and why they matter in production systems
Communication and collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication—can explain complex ideas clearly to varied audiences
Ability to influence without authority across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Comfort presenting to customers, executives, and technical audiences
Collaborative mindset that elevates others' work rather than centralizing control
Curiosity and learning orientation
Demonstrated ability to stay current in fast-moving domains (AI is evolving weekly, not yearly)
Intellectual humility—you're more interested in learning than being right
Excitement about the intersection of AI technology and real customer problems
Energized rather than exhausted by the pace of change in AI
Base Salary based on level of experience
$272,739
—
$320,829 CAD

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.

CODER IS A PROUD EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, pregnancy, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
Location: Remote - EMEA
About the Job:
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager, EMEA to be the go-to operator for our EMEA GTM team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who wants to shape how a growing region runs, from the first marketing touch to the closed deal and beyond.
You'll join our GTM Operations team as the face of operations in EMEA, partnering day-to day with Marketing, SDR, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success leaders across the lifecycle. You'll turn strategy into the processes, cadences, and insights that move the number. And you won't build alone: a global RevOps team stands behind you with builders and enablement teams to give you the foundation to develop what you design, and enablement to help teach your stakeholders how to be successful.
As we build in-region Field Operations coverage, you'll set the playbook for how LaunchDarkly runs in EMEA, and you'll see your impact within your first 90 days, not your first year. If you're a business partner at heart who loves turning ambiguity into rhythm and results, this role is for you.
Why This Role Matters:
High Impact:
You'll own the rituals that make EMEA pipeline and forecasting trustworthy, with a direct line to revenue in one of our key regions. Support EMEA in bringing forecast accuracy within +/- 5% accurate.
Strategic Influence:
Be the voice of EMEA inside GTM Operations and a trusted partner to regional GTM leadership
Break New Ground:
Help build in-region operations coverage and set the operating playbook for the region
Career Growth:
Gain exposure across the full GTM lifecycle, from Marketing and Sales to Customer Success, at a high-growth B2B company
Regional Playbooks:
Adapt global plays for land, expand, and renewals. Track how playbooks drive conversion and optimize over time.
Responsibilities:
Business Partnership
: Serve as the named operations partner for EMEA's Marketing, Sales & Customer Success leaders. Join their operating meetings, know their number, pipeline, and top risks, and bring insight before you're asked.
First Line of Defense
: Own intake for EMEA field requests. Answer, route to the right operations team, or escalate, so the field never needs to navigate our org chart.
Operating Cadence
: Run the EMEA forecast, pipeline, and business review cadence. Inspect pipe hygiene with leaders so each forecast is based on clean data, and each meeting ends in strong data-driven decisions, not updates.
Strategy -> Process:
Apply our global processes, handoffs, and rules of engagement in EMEA. Own the regional variants and keep them documented.
Actionable Insights
: Use standard data to find what drives the pipeline, understand what becomes a win, help leaders understand their teams. Recommend the change and see it through.
Planning Inputs
: Bring what the field knows (territory health, ramp, pipe coverage, and in-market demand generation) to Planning and FP&A so EMEA plans reflect realistic expectations.
Adoption & Accountability
: Partner with Enablement on new motions and launches, then inspect adoption through the cadence and close the gaps.
Voice of the Field
: Bring EMEA priorities into operational planning and partner with Systems teams to define clear business requirements.
About You:
You are a business partner first who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and operations.
You're fluent in the language of pipeline and forecasting, but just as comfortable sitting with a rep as with a VP.
You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and you hold yourself to a high bar.
You move fast with an 80/20 mindset, and you can look at a process you built and say "this isn't working" without defensiveness.
You know how to influence without authority, and you build relationships before you push for change.
You stay curious, embrace feedback, and keep looking for ways to level up yourself and those around you.
You’re energized by working across multiple EMEA markets, and you keep a global team aligned from a different time zone.
Qualifications:
Typically requires 8 years of experience, or equivalent depth of expertise, in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related GTM operations role
Experience supporting EMEA GTM teams, ideally in a regional-focused capacity
Proven experience running forecast, pipeline, and business review cadences with senior GTM leaders
Strong working knowledge of the full GTM lifecycle, including lead management, pipeline generation, sales stages, and customer handoffs
Hands-on Salesforce experience, with the ability to write clear business requirements for systems product owners and developers
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
Experience at a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Looker, Outreach, Cognism

Coder's Revenue Enablement team is building out onboarding and ramp for every customer-facing function — SDR, AE, SE, CSM, and FDE. We're looking for a Sales Onboarding Program Manager who can own that curriculum end to end: designing, running, and continuously improving how new hires ramp from day one to full productivity.
This isn't a single-audience onboarding role. You'll build ramp programs that flex across distinct functions with different skill requirements — commercial, technical, and delivery — while keeping a consistent bar for what "ready" looks like across all of them. You'll work closely with our technical enablement and sales performance functions to make sure ramp content stays current with product, methodology, and process as the company scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and own the onboarding curriculum and certification framework for new hires across AE, SE, CSM, and FDE roles
- Build structured ramp timelines (30/60/90-day plans) with clear milestones, checkpoints, and certification gates for each function
- Partner with technical enablement, sales performance, and functional leaders to keep ramp content aligned with current product, methodology (e.g., MEDDPIC, deal qualification frameworks), and sales/delivery process
- Track and report on ramp metrics — time-to-productivity, certification completion, early performance indicators — and use that data to iterate on the program
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for cohort-based onboarding (live sessions, shadowing, certification exercises)
- Build and maintain a scalable content/documentation system so onboarding materials stay current as the team grows and product evolves
- Gather feedback from new hires and their managers to continuously refine the program
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their ramp period
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in program management, enablement, or L&D, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technical sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to build structured, repeatable programs from scratch — not just run existing ones
- Strong project management instincts: you default to milestones, checklists, and metrics rather than ad hoc coordination
- Comfort designing curriculum for both commercial and technical audiences, or a fast learner's willingness to get conversant in technical sales motions
- Excellent written communication — you'll be creating a lot of the source material new hires learn from
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
You will be the first engineering manager for Growth Platform, and you’ll help shape its vision, starting with the Communications capability.
Today, running a growth experiment requires engineering work, code rollouts, and manual coordination. We are creating a new Growth Platform team with two core missions: enable 10x more experiments at quality, and own the shared notification platform that powers all notifications and transactional emails across Figma. Together, these capabilities help teams experiment faster and deliver reliable, personalized communications to users across every Figma product.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Build and lead the team: Hire the initial engineers for the Growth Platform’s first team. Set the team’s culture, operating rhythm, and engineering standards. Mentor engineers, create career growth opportunities, and help scale the organization as scope expands
Build capabilities that unlock new experiments: This isn’t about building an experimentation platform—it’s about building the product capabilities (personalized messaging, self-service publishing, cross-system integrations) that make it dramatically easier for teams across Figma to run growth experiments without engineering bottlenecks
Leverage AI to scale quality and speed: Explore and integrate AI-driven approaches—for brand consistency checks, visual quality validation, copy generation, and experiment governance—that allow experiment volume to grow without proportional growth in manual review
Provide hands-on technical leadership: Guide architecture decisions, review system designs, and make build-vs-integrate choices
Partner across the company: collaborate with Marketing to align on cross-channel messaging, partner with growth teams to identify platform capability needs, and work with product teams to ensure growth messaging improves rather than detracts from the end-user experience
Shape the platform vision: Define what to build next based on adoption, impact, and what you learn from each phase. The roadmap will evolve as we learn—you’ll be central to how it evolves
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years in engineering management, with a strong track record of building and shipping application platforms
7+ years of software engineering experience at the application or product tier
Experience driving outsized impact from small changes—say, a UI layout change that lifted growth 20%—and energized by enabling such wins at 10x scale
Demonstrate strategic insight to optimize impact for both longer and short term.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, delivering continuous value while building toward a longer-term platform vision
Track record of prioritizing by impact, leveraging existing assets to accelerate, and scaling through platform-level thinking
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and data
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience at a product-led growth company during a period of multi-product expansion
Experience building platforms that enable non-engineering teams (marketing, design, content) to run experiments or publish content independently
Background in personalization systems, recommendation engines, or ML-driven content selection
Experience integrating with customer data platforms, marketing automation systems, or building user attribute services from product usage data
Familiarity with using AI for quality assurance, brand consistency, or content governance at scale
Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) infrastructure
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Labs is looking for a technically fluent engineer who loves building powerful demos, explaining complex systems clearly, and helping SRE and platform engineering leaders understand the value of our open approach to observability.
As Grafana’s offering shifts from dashboards to industry-leading agentic observability, our Product Marketing team is responsible for closing the gap between what our products can do and how customers understand that value. That means building clear, consistent positioning, enabling sellers with trustworthy technical narratives, and creating content that helps Platform Engineering teams quickly grasp why Grafana Cloud is the right choice for them.
As a Technical Product Marketer you will play a critical part in that transformation. You’ll be the hands-on engineer who brings our technical story to life for buyers, not just practitioners. You’ll build core demos, run technical workshops and webinars, and act as the technical bridge between our Product and Sales orgs. Your work will help SRE and platform engineering leaders evaluate Grafana with confidence, equip sales engineers with better tools and talk tracks, and ensure our technical value shows up clearly and consistently across the entire customer journey.
This is a unique chance to shape how Grafana tells its story as we evolve our positioning in the AI era, strengthen seller enablement, and build a repeatable system for communicating product value.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars
Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos that highlight Grafana’s value for SRE and platform engineering leaders.
Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs in partnership with our video and content teams.
Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions designed for evaluators.
Teach customers not just how Grafana works, but why our approach is differentiated and valuable.
Use AI tools to generate variations, summaries, and reusable assets that scale technical content across channels.
Enable Solutions (Sales) Engineers with clear, consistent technical storytelling
Serve as PMM’s technical liaison to the SE org, ensuring consistent messaging and demo guidance.
Produce technical enablement assets, value-driven talk tracks, competitive narratives, and demo best practices.
Help SEs and sellers communicate Grafana’s story with clarity, confidence, and differentiation.
Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across high-impact channels
Partner with PMMs to identify the most important buyer personas, problems, and technical messages, and help shape the content strategy needed to reach them.
Extend technical narratives into impactful buyer-facing channels including analyst briefings (Gartner, Forrester), industry forums, podcasts, conferences, and online technical communities.
Bring a technical perspective to PMM planning—helping ensure our content, campaigns, and enablement reflect the real challenges and priorities of SREs and engineering leaders.
Use automation & AI to scale technical content
Partner with software engineers to streamline demo setup, content workflows, and asset updates through workflows, agents, scripts, and AI-driven tools.
Use automation to make technical content more repeatable, discoverable, and scalable across teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
Interest and ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year.
Strong understanding of observability concepts and the needs of SRE/platform teams.
Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a crisp, structured, persuasive style.
Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfort working with PMM, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering.
High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
Comfort with light scripting or workflow automation.
Bonus Points For:
Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, or similar observability tools, or a background in Observability or Platform Engineering.
Prior experience in Sales Engineering, DevRel, or technical product marketing.
Familiarity with demo environment automation or infrastructure-as-code tools.
Exceptional live presentation or workshop facilitation skills.
Compensation & Rewards:
In the US, the base compensation range for this role is $183,858 - $220,630. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
