About Improvado
Improvado is a marketing data and AI analytics platform for enterprise brands and agencies. We connect 500+ marketing and sales data sources, normalize them through a governed data model, and put an AI agent on top so marketing teams can ask questions of their own data without going through BI or IT.
What we sell:
extraction and 500+ connectors; data transformation (SQL and dbt-compatible); Marketing Data Governance — taxonomy, naming, data-quality rules; warehouse and storage; dashboards; AI agent and MCP access to live marketing data; DECS, data engineering as a service on a 2 to 4 week SLA.
Who buys it:
Economic buyers:
CMO, VP Marketing, VP Demand Gen, agency COO and ops leadership
Technical evaluators:
VP or Director of Marketing Analytics, marketing analysts, data engineering, sometimes IT and security
Segments:
enterprise brands, mid-market, agencies
Verticals:
pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, gaming, agencies
Why this role, now
Our messaging is not aligned.
Positioning, web, sales pitch, product and content each carry a different version of what Improvado is. The market categorizes us as "marketing ETL" while we position as an AI marketing analytics platform. That gap costs us deal quality and price.
The category is crowded and moving fast.
Battlecards exist but decay, and nobody owns keeping them true.
Attribution, incrementality and causal measurement is where deals are won and lost
— and it is the hardest thing to argue credibly without hand-waving.
Analyst firms are a silent blocker.
When an enterprise buyer asks Gartner or Forrester about Improvado, there is no briefed narrative waiting for them.
You would not start from a blank page. We already have a positioning registry, roughly 11 documented buyer personas, a pain-point and value-prop library, competitor intel reports and about 10 battlecards. They are inconsistent and under-used. Your first job is to make one version true and make people use it.
What you'll own
Positioning and messaging.
Core positioning, category framing and message hierarchy across ICPs and personas. ICP and persona documentation that is used, not filed. The messaging layer of new product and feature launches, including the internal rollout that makes the field able to sell it.
Competitive intelligence and win/loss.
A structured win/loss interview program with quarterly readouts. Living battlecards. Monitoring competitor positioning, pricing and product moves, and driving our counter-positioning.
Sales enablement.
The core pitch narrative, demo storyline and objection-handling framework. The messaging components of new-rep onboarding. A standing weekly cadence with Sales leadership — not quarterly check-ins. Direct support on competitive and enterprise deals: RFPs, security and technical evaluations, displacement plays.
Market and analyst relations.
The Improvado narrative for Gartner, Forrester and category influencers, so that a buyer's analyst call becomes an accelerator rather than a blocker. Feeding structured market and buyer insight back into product prioritization.
What we're looking for
4 to 8 years in product marketing, or an equivalent blend of product marketing with marketing analytics, marketing or data ops, sales engineering, analytics consulting, or product management on a data product.
Category fluency in marketing data and measurement: attribution models, incrementality testing, MMM, data governance and taxonomy, warehouses and ETL/ELT — including where each is honestly weak.
B2B SaaS sold to marketing or data buyers. Marketing analytics, martech, measurement, CDP, BI and data-infrastructure vendors are the reference profile.
Proof you have shipped, not just documented: positioning that changed the website and the pitch, battlecards reps actually opened, a win/loss program that survived past its second quarter.
Writing that survives contact with a skeptical technical buyer — claim and evidence, not adjective stacking.
Comfort operating close to Sales: weekly cadence, deal reviews, live calls, direct feedback.
Nice to have:
hands-on SQL, dbt or BI, enough to validate a claim yourself. Experience marketing AI capabilities without hype. Analyst-relations experience. Agency-side or enterprise-brand background. Vertical depth in pharma and healthcare, financial services, retail and eCommerce, or gaming.
Not a fit if:
your product marketing has been mostly launch logistics and content calendars; you need a fully staffed team and a finished brand system to be effective; you are uncomfortable being told in a deal review that your messaging did not work.
How we measure success
Win rate in competitive deals against our top 3 named competitors, baseline set in month 1.
Stage-to-stage conversion on open opportunities, particularly discovery to demo to proposal.
Time-to-first-deal for new reps.
Field adoption of enablement assets — measured, not assumed.
Win/loss program running on cadence, with themes that visibly change product and GTM decisions.
Message consistency: a quarterly audit across web, deck, product UI and content.
What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Competitive compensation
Medical and dental benefits
401K plan
Unlimited PTO
Paid holidays
Professional development reimbursement

Define how money and financial data flow end to end across products, partners, and internal systems, from transaction to accounting record
Contribute to platform architecture and service interaction design across product services and CoreBank components
Work with PMs, engineers, Finance, Compliance, and adjacent teams to define scope, dependencies, and delivery phases
Identify the services, integrations, and teams affected by each change
Shape and prioritize the team backlog with the product lead
Support engineering and QA through implementation, covering edge cases, expected behavior, and incident analysis
Keep technical and functional documentation current and usable for engineers and business stakeholders alike
What you’ll bring:
3+ years as a Technical PM, System Analyst, or Business Analyst
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Ability to break down large business processes into clear technical flows
Experience with distributed, service-based architectures
Solid API and integration design knowledge (REST, SOAP, gRPC)
Strong documentation skills: functional specs, sequence diagrams, state models, API contracts, data models
Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or similar notations
Strong plus:
Fintech, payments, banking, wallets, cards, lending, or ledger/accounting experience
Hands-on work with financial transactions, reconciliation, or money movement systems
Exposure to regulated environments, such as central bank requirements or e-invoicing
ERP integration experience (NetSuite or similar)
Product mindset and appetite for broader ownership over time
What success looks like:
Ambiguous financial, product, or regulatory requirements become clear, scalable platform designs
Teams ship changes safely in critical money movement systems
Reusable platform capabilities improve consistency across products
You grow from owning requirements into shaping the direction of the platform
What we offer:
Full-time B2B contract
Up to 20% tax allowance
22 paid leave days annually
Stock options (ESOP) in a fast-scaling, pre-IPO company
Flexi benefits you can use for wellness, travel, or learning
Work alongside a high-performing, international engineering team in a global fintech unicorn

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS - THE MISSION
We are seeking a strategic, commercially and legally strong Director, Supply Chain Strategy to shape how ICEYE secures, de-risks and scales the supply base behind the world's largest multisensor satellite constellation.
You will own ICEYE's global supply chain strategy: how we assess and manage supplier risk, which suppliers we develop as long-term partners, and where we vertically integrate through partnerships, licensing, joint ventures or acquisitions. You will also define and own our supplier portal landscape, the digital backbone of how we collaborate with suppliers. Finally, you will own how ICEYE meets local content requirements, supporting our local entities as they select and onboard in-country suppliers.
This role is for a leader who moves comfortably between the boardroom and the engineering bench: credible with executives, investors and partners, and equally credible with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and supplier engineers.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defense and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
1. GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY
- Define and own ICEYE's global supply chain strategy, aligned with company, program and production roadmaps, and translate it into a multi-year plan with clear priorities, targets and KPIs.
- Establish and run a structured supplier risk assessment framework covering financial health, capacity, single and sole sourcing, geopolitical and export control exposure, security and compliance.
- Build and maintain a supplier risk heat-map across all critical commodities and suppliers, and use it to drive mitigation plans, dual sourcing and inventory strategies.
- Own supplier due diligence for new and strategic suppliers, including ownership and security screening, ESG and compliance checks, in close cooperation with Legal, Security and Quality.
- Lead supplier development programs that lift capability, quality and capacity of strategic suppliers, and grow a resilient, sovereign-capable supply base for defense and dual-use customers.
2. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & VENTURES
- Identify, evaluate and execute vertical integration opportunities where owning or controlling critical technologies, processes or capacity creates strategic advantage.
- Support the negotiation of long-term and strategic supply agreements, including pricing, capacity reservation, IP, liability, security and exit terms.
- Structure and negotiate license agreements and joint venture agreements with industrial and technology partners.
- Act as the M&A lead in the vertical integration domain: build the target pipeline, lead technical and operational due diligence, shape business cases and drive post-merger integration of acquired capabilities into the supply chain.
- Work closely with Corporate Development, Finance and Legal, and present recommendations to the executive team and board.
3. SUPPLIER PORTALS
- Define and own ICEYE's supplier portal strategy, roadmap and architecture.
- Lead the selection, implementation and continuous improvement of supplier portals for onboarding, qualification, forecasting, order collaboration, document exchange and performance scorecards.
- Ensure portals integrate with ERP and PLM, and meet ICEYE's information security and export control requirements.
- Drive supplier adoption and use portal data to improve visibility, risk monitoring and decision making.
4. LOCAL CONTENT & LOCAL SUPPLY
- Own ICEYE's approach to local content, industrial participation and offset requirements in customer programs and sovereign missions.
- Assess local content obligations early in bids and contracts, and translate them into sourcing plans with clear targets and tracking.
- Support ICEYE's local entities in identifying, assessing, selecting and onboarding local suppliers, applying ICEYE's risk assessment, due diligence and qualification standards.
- Develop local suppliers so they can meet ICEYE's technical, quality and security requirements, and integrate them into the global supply base and supplier portals.
- Report on local content performance and compliance to program teams, local entity leadership and customers.
5. LEADERSHIP & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT
- Build, lead and develop a team of supply chain strategy, strategic sourcing and supplier management professionals, including managers.
- Define the operating model, workflows and governance for strategic sourcing and supply continuity across electronics, mechanical, electromechanical and specialty process categories.
- Develop hiring profiles, succession plans and long-term talent strategies to scale the organization.
- Foster a culture of urgency, technical rigor, proactive risk management and high accountability.
6. SECURING SERIAL SUPPLY CONTINUITY
- Partner with the Supply Chain Category Managers, who own category strategies and day-to-day supply continuity for serial production, and ensure the supply chain strategy actively supports their goals.
- Identify structural supply risks that category management alone cannot resolve, such as single and sole sources, capacity bottlenecks, obsolescence, technology dependencies and geopolitical exposure.
- Propose and execute structural solutions that secure continuous supply: strategic partnerships, long-term supply agreements, licensing, joint ventures, vertical integration and M&A.
- Build business cases with Category Management, Finance and Engineering that compare make, buy, partner and acquire options.
- Track how these initiatives improve supply security, lead-times and cost at rate.
7. SUPPORTING SUPPLIER ENGAGEMENT
- Support the Supply Chain Category Managers, who own the relationships with suppliers in their categories, including executive-level engagement with strategic suppliers where needed.
- Bring the strategic view into supplier relationships: risk heat-map findings, due diligence results, supplier development needs and partnership or integration opportunities.

- Translate evolving technical and business requirements into executable supply chain strategies across electronics, mechanical and system-level builds.
- Communicate risks, mitigation plans and critical dependencies proactively to leadership and program teams.
9. RISK MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT-TO-PRODUCTION CONTINUITY
- Identify and mitigate risks to continuous supply, including component availability, obsolescence, material constraints, export limitations, supplier capacity and financial stability.
- Ensure supply risks are visible at program milestones and production readiness reviews (PRR).
- Drive early qualification of alternate components, materials, processes and sources.
- Ensure engineering and product teams understand how design decisions affect supply resilience, lead-times and cost at rate.
- Support Continuous Production Configurations with sourcing strategies that scale across electronics and mechanical domains.
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- MBA and/or a law degree (LL.M. or equivalent), combined with a technical background, ideally a degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- 8+ years in supply chain, strategic sourcing or supply management roles in hardware-intensive industries, with 5+ years leading teams, including managers.
- Proven track record of defining and executing supply chain strategy, including supplier risk management, supplier due diligence and supplier development programs.
- Hands-on experience negotiating and structuring strategic supply agreements, license agreements and joint ventures, and supporting or leading M&A transactions, ideally in a vertical integration context.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contract law, including IP, liability, compliance and export control topics.
- Solid technical understanding of hardware supply chains.
- Experience defining and implementing supplier portals or supplier collaboration platforms integrated with ERP and PLM.
- Demonstrated success securing continuous supply in serial or rate production environments.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, commercial and cross-functional leadership skills.
Nice to haves:

- Experience in corporate development, M&A advisory, strategy consulting or legal counsel for industrial transactions.
- Experience building supply chains across Europe, North America and Asia.

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Visual System Team, the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface, including mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted.
This isn’t a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and simply apply a visual layer. You’ll be involved early, shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions.
You’ll work within OKX’s Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns that raise quality across the entire product.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design product visual experiences.
Create high-quality visual and UI designs for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. Balance beauty with clarity in a domain where trust and usability are non-negotiable.
Contribute to visual systems.
Work within and contribute to OKX’s visual systems, including shared illustration styles, motion tokens, color systems, iconography, layout patterns, UI components, and design tokens. Your work should strengthen the system, not create one-off exceptions. Think in terms of reusable, scalable assets and patterns, not just individual
Bridge brand and product.
Translate brand direction into in-product visual experiences. Work with the Brand Design team to ensure that visual identity is consistent from marketing to core product, while adapting it thoughtfully to product goals, user needs, and performance metrics. You’ll help create room for the product’s own visual expression without going off-brand.
Design product campaigns and key moments.
Create engaging visual experiences for in-product campaigns, launches, and feature moments. These should feel distinctive and expressive while remaining native to the product experience and aligned with the broader brand.
Use AI tools in your design workflow.
Actively integrate AI into your daily practice using generative tools for ideation, exploration, variation, prototyping, and asset production. You’re expected to experiment with AI-assisted workflows and bring what works back to the team. This is a core part of how we work, not an optional extra.
Collaborate cross-functionally.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure visual design decisions are grounded in user needs and technically feasible. Participate in design reviews, give and receive critique constructively, and communicate your rationale clearly.
Pitch and present.
Propose creative concepts to team leads and stakeholders. Articulate the reasoning behind visual choices, not just what you designed, but why it is the right solution for the user and the brand.
What We Look For In You
4–6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, a digital-focused role within a brand team, or a related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, modern taste, and attention to detail.
Experience taking product experiences from wireframes to polished, production-ready UI. You understand how visual design supports usability, hierarchy, trust, product goals, and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetics.
Strong UI and digital design fundamentals across product, responsive web, and mobile experiences. Mobile-first experience is essential.
Exceptional visual craft across typography, color, composition, layout, interaction, and detail. You have a clear point of view, make thoughtful design decisions, and care about the polish that separates good from great.
Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems. You understand tokens, components, patterns, and how to create a coherent visual language across a product.
Comfortable working at the intersection of brand and product. You can translate brand direction into product experiences that meet user and business needs while leaving room for distinctive product expression.
AI-forward in your practice. You actively use generative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production, and are excited to experiment with new workflows. You use AI with strong creative judgment, refining outputs rather than relying on unedited generated assets, and look for ways to make visual work more scalable.
A clear, collaborative communicator who can articulate design rationale and work effectively with product designers, engineers, product managers, and Brand Design.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate interaction and motion intent through high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience creating light animation is a strong plus. Experience with 3D software or a genuine willingness to learn is also highly valued.
What Sets You Apart
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms — you understand the visual language of trust, precision, and data density.
Strong visual. illustration and interaction idea skills — you can create original visual assets, not just compose them.
An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and hierarchy. You can turn ideas into clear, high-quality visual solutions quickly and decisively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across offices and time zones.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Senior Engineering Manager to join our Disputes team. Our mission is to build the tools, services, and models that help merchants manage and win disputes at scale - reducing the cost and operational burden of chargebacks while protecting revenue for our merchants and our business.
Disputes sit at the intersection of merchant-facing products, complex scheme and regulatory processes, and data-driven decisioning. Our team owns the full stack, anchored by a .NET back end that manages the dispute lifecycle and integrates with card schemes, alongside the front-end experiences merchants use to track and respond to disputes and the machine learning models that predict outcomes and recommend the best action on every case.
We're building for scale, and that scale brings ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the occasional setback - so we're looking for a resilient leader who has built and sustained high-performing teams, learned from failure, and come back stronger. Above all, you'll be someone who drives predictable delivery and operational efficiency: shipping consistently, running systems reliably, and continuously improving how the team works. The ideal candidate has operated across both enterprise and scale-up environments and has a proven track record of driving growth within large, complex, regulated organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team centred on a .NET back end, with front-end and machine learning components, helping engineers establish and validate their understanding of technical architecture and design end-user-centric systems and tools.
- Own predictable, high-velocity delivery — establishing healthy engineering practices, sensible estimation, and a smooth path from idea to production so the team ships consistently and sustainably.
- Drive operational efficiency and reliability by automating processes — including monitoring and alerting — meeting SLAs/SLOs, reducing operational cost, and minimising toil to keep the team focused on high-value work rather t
- Continuously improve delivery and operational metrics (e.g. cycle time, deployment frequency, change failure rate, and incident response), using data to identify bottlenecks and raises the bar over time.
- Manage team engineers across various seniority levels and disciplines while staying hands-on when needed. Cultivate an inclusive environment where every team member feels they belong, and mentors them in both their career development and interpersonal skills. Make a good team great, and keep it great..
- Oversee quarterly execution of roadmap delivery, ensuring the team stays focused on the right priorities and manages efficiently through dependencies and cross-functional hurdles.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver solutions for merchant and internal dispute use cases.
- Build and strengthen relationships with engineers, managers, and people leads across multiple teams.
- Operating in a highly regulated financial space, ensure compliance with a range of control frameworks — from internal stakeholders such as InfoSec and Internal
- Audit, to external auditors, card schemes, and regulators.
- Oversee the responsible use of machine learning and AI in dispute decisioning, leading the team to develop the infrastructure, tooling, and governance required to run models safely and at scale in production.
About You
- A resilient leader who has learned from setbacks and failures and consistently comes back stronger, keeping teams steady and delivering through periods of change and ambiguity.
- You thrive on pace. You're energised by a high-growth environment, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, and you keep the team moving and shipping when priorities shift under you.
- A proven track record of driving predictable delivery and operational efficiency — improving throughput, reliability, and the team's cost of operation, and using metrics to back it up.
- Proven experience building, growing, and sustaining high-performing engineering teams over time — not just standing them up.
- Experience across both enterprise and scale-up environments, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth and delivery within large, complex, regulated organisations.
- A strong back-end engineering background, ideally in .NET / C#, leading teams building scalable, event-driven services and APIs. Comfortable also overseeing front-end and machine learning work, able to earn credibility and make sound trade-offs across disciplines even where you aren't the deepest expert.
- Able to partner with Product Management to assess technical feasibility, provide capacity estimates, and balance new features against architectural health.
- Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
Technologies we work with
- Back end (primary): .NET / C#, REST APIs, event-driven and microservice architectures.
- Front end: React, TypeScript.
- Machine learning: Python, model training and serving, and the infrastructure to run models in production.
- Data & platform: SQL, plus experience designing batch and stream data-processing systems.
- Cloud & tooling: AWS and/or GCP, Docker, Terraform, and observability tooling such as Datadog.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
