ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
Helix is our flagship Ad-Network team of around 60 top-tier engineers and data scientists spanning backend, mobile SDKs, data engineering, infrastructure, and AI. Helix has evolved beyond powering Voodoo's own gaming portfolio—our technology is now directly integrated into games from external, third-party publishers worldwide.
Operating across millions of third-party devices in real-time bidding environments creates unique technical challenges around SDK performance, ultra-low latency, and intelligent automation.
Within Helix, you'll join the RTB team, the group that owns the bidder and the services behind it that help it take the optimal bidding decision. Bidder, pricing, models and data are all built in-house, so nothing is out of reach when you want to change how a bid gets made. You will work with expert backend and machine-learning engineers in real-time bidding, on a system that prices ad requests across mobile gaming in real time, at a scale few teams get to work at.
ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Real Time Bidding to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you’ll drive product decisions across the full bidding pipeline.
You'll own projects end-to-end: roadmap, trade-offs, shipping, and cross-team contract. You will also:
- Own the roadmap of the bidding pipeline. How we target, price, pace and cap, and what goes live in the bid path and when.
- Own the delivery. Adapt to changes, set clear priorities, communicate effectively
- Own experimentation as a product. Other teams test ideas on the bidder through the framework we build. You make sure they can run the experiments they need, trust the results, and get an answer fast.
- Keep the pieces fitting together. You spot a change in one team that will break another before it reaches production.
- Contribute to the product strategy beyond your scope.
PROFILE (MUST HAVE)
- Experience in programmatic advertising. You have worked on pricing, bidding or auction logic on a DSP, bidder or exchange, you know the pipeline from bid request to win, and you can explain the business impact of your work.
- Analytical mindset. You back decisions with data and understand the statistical basis of pricing and experimentation.
- You own outcomes across teams. When a change in one team is about to break another, you catch it and drive the fix before it ships.
- You use AI tooling daily to write specs, analyse data and prototype, and you move faster because of it.
PROFILE (NICE TO HAVE)
- Mobile user acquisition: app install campaigns, attribution or mediation.
- Experience working with ML or data science teams.
- Supply-side experience: ad exchange or SSP.
- Background in statistics, operations research or economics.
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Runway is building AI to simulate the world. We think world models, not language models alone, are the path to general-purpose simulation: systems that experience the world, learn from their mistakes, and change how stories get told, how science gets done, and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Applied AI is where that research meets a customer with a deadline. Every one of the world's largest studios, brands, and platforms hits a moment where Runway stops being a demo and becomes the way they actually make things. Our team exists for that moment, and we organize around one question: what's blocking this customer from production, and how do we remove it?
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a role for people who want to own a problem, not an account. You'll sit with the biggest studios, brands, and Fortune 100 companies in the world, figure out what's actually standing between them and production, and build whatever removes it. Some weeks that's a workflow. Some weeks it's a plugin or an integration nobody has written yet. Some weeks it's getting a room of executives to make a decision they've been putting off.
Your work will be on screen: Emmy-winning shows, Oscar-winning films, Super Bowl commercials, the stuff people actually watch. And the things you build for one customer tend to become product for all of them. Our team's first Shopify plugin started as a customer blocker and was in engineering's hands within a few weeks. We treat this team as R&D for that reason, not as a cost center.
We have offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
NO TWO WEEKS ARE THE SAME, BUT YOU CAN EXPECT TO:
- Find the real problem: sit with the creative, technical, and executive teams at a customer, map how they actually work, and locate the blocker between them and production. Usually it's one of three things: a missing integration, an unproven pipeline, or a stakeholder who isn't convinced yet.
- Build the first of its kind: the demo that shows a studio head or a Fortune 100 CMO something nobody has shown them before. Working proofs of concept on the customer's own brand, footage, or catalog, often built in a day or two before the meeting, and the best of them become product for everyone.
- Make it reusable: turn the one-off that unblocked one customer into the workflow, plugin, or integration the next ten customers start from.
- Run the evaluation: own evaluation plans end to end, guide managed trials, build tailored demos on the customer's own footage and brand, and carry the technical side of deal cycles with AEs.
- Scope deployments that land: 4–12 week engagements with customer-defined success criteria, a hands-on builder and an executive sponsor on their side from day one, and enough discipline to keep them on scope when the asks start piling up.
- Get customers to production fast: take new technical and non-technical customers from signed contract to first production call in days rather than quarters, grow API-only accounts into Platform + API, and fix the onboarding so the support tickets stop coming.
- Present to anyone: walk an analyst through a pipeline in the morning and a studio head through a production plan in the afternoon.
- Bring the field back to the product: embed with Product, Engineering, and Creative to turn what you saw at the customer into roadmap. Every repeat ask is a product requirement, not a patch.
- Measure what the customer measures: time to production, usage before and after a project, what they shipped because you were there. We track our own numbers in Salesforce and the warehouse; you'll own yours.
WHAT WE VALUE
- People who aren't satisfied with surface-level answers and will go into the data, the code, and the room to find the real one
- Low ego: the customer's outcome matters more than who gets the credit
- Comfort with open-ended problems in unstructured environments, and the instinct to create structure instead of waiting for it
- Builders who would rather prototype than debate, and who keep iterating with the customer until it actually works
- Adaptive and introspective: willing to learn, guide, lead, and follow
WHAT WE NEED
- You build things that run in production. Python or TypeScript, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines. Whether you write the code yourself or with coding agents, you can read it, debug it when it breaks, and explain line by line why it's built that way, including to a customer's engineering team. You've shipped something a customer actually ran: a workflow, an integration, a plugin, or an internal tool.
- You've deployed AI or ML systems and integrations inside complex organizations and can point to the outcome, not just the delivery
- You can hold a room of executives and a room of engineers, and translate between the two. Some of those rooms are at the customer, so expect some travel.
- Nice to have: data tooling (SQL, BigQuery, Retool), or experience in media, entertainment, or advertising production

• Ability to use advertising platform data and marketing analytics to evaluate performance, make decisions, and improve campaigns when attribution data is incomplete.
• Experience connecting marketing activity to outcomes such as signups, trial starts, activation, paid conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention, or revenue.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics, creative partners, and other stakeholders.
• Experience supporting B2C or prosumer audiences, SaaS products, or self-serve customer journeys, along with familiarity with lifetime value (LTV) and CAC analysis.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or automated workflows to improve campaign execution, reporting, analysis, or decision-making.
What you can expect:
• Contribute to the PLG and Self-Serve performance marketing strategy across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Manage assigned paid channels and programs from awareness through conversion, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Launch and optimize campaigns, evaluate channel performance, and identify opportunities across audiences, messaging, creative, and funnel stages.
• Build productive vendor relationships, manage account partnerships, and negotiate for stronger performance and value.
• Monitor leading indicators such as clicks, signups, trial starts, activation, and cost per acquisition, as well as outcomes including paid conversions, subscription volume, revenue, and retention.
• Design, run, and document experiments across channels, audiences, creative, offers, pricing pages, and other parts of the customer journey.
• Use AI agents and automated workflows to improve execution speed, reporting efficiency, and the quality of performance insights.
• Collaborate with campaign managers, Product Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and other partners to share learnings and make informed recommendations.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. The right person is excited to prove that paid marketing growth and privacy-respecting advertising practices aren’t at odds — they’re our edge. Example projects include:
- Leading the development of and alignment around a break-even model that defines a profitable CPA
- Planning integrated campaigns and securing buy-in to drive profitable paid subscriber growth
- Designing and executing rapid testing cycles to identify and scale successful tactics
ABOUT YOU

- Deep strategic expertise with a strong hands-on understanding of marketing channels (e.g., app store ads, paid social, mobile app networks), integrated campaign planning and execution, performance measurement, audience alignment, and creative best practices.
- Proven track record of launching paid app subscription acquisition programs from the ground up, including setting cost-per-subscription targets, developing media plans, establishing measurement frameworks, and shaping creative and messaging.
- Experience working at a consumer-facing tech company with a meaningful US user base (ideally 10M+ MAUs) and multiple products.
- Skill in developing others, not just directing them, with demonstrated improvements in collaboration, expertise, productivity, and business impact.
- Ability to apply first-principles thinking to break down ambiguous growth opportunities, challenge assumptions, identify the key drivers, and turn them into focused, achievable initiatives.
- Comfort working in resource-constrained orgs where opportunity cost and impact are key drivers for prioritization and resource allocation.
- High capability in analytics and measurement, including app economics (payback, LTV), incrementality/lift testing, modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills — you can clearly articulate recommendations and rationale, verbally and in writing, at all organizational levels.
- Willingness to use AI and build effective workflows, accelerating work through AI agents.
COMPENSATION
Compensation is transparent across the organization, and all team members within the same professional level and global region receive the same compensation, plus stock options:

TEAM
Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
ROLE
We're looking for a Legal Counsel, AdTech Transactions to join our Legal team. In this role, you'll own the contracts and legal questions across Voodoo's advertising activity: selling ad inventory in our apps, buying user acquisition at scale, and the ad network we are now launching to connect third-party publishers and advertisers.
This position sits at the intersection of ad tech, commercial contracting, and data and privacy law, in a market where platform policies, ATT, GDPR, and consent frameworks change several times a year. Your work will directly shape how Voodoo monetizes its inventory, buys and measures user acquisition, grows its advertising network, and handles player data, while keeping us within legal and platform requirements and player expectations.
Your main responsibilities :
- Own ad tech transactions end-to-end for Voodoo's games and apps portfolio: draft, negotiate and close agreements with mediation platforms, ad networks, exchanges and SSPs on the sell side, and with ad networks, DSPs, direct advertisers and rewarded platforms on the buy side, including the incentive and rebate agreements (bonuses, UA credits, payment terms), that drive the commercial terms..
- Negotiate agreements with mobile measurement partners, attribution and analytics vendors, data providers and other partners
- Advise on SDK integrations and data flows together with the Privacy team, so contracts match what the tech actually does
- Build our advertising network's contract framework and advertising policies for third-party publishers, advertisers and programmatic partners; negotiate its infrastructure agreements and structure its commercial offers on the legal side
- Manage partner disputes with networks, mediation platforms and other ad tech partners, including reporting discrepancies, invalid traffic (IVT) and compensation claims, from first analysis through negotiated resolution.
- Track and apply platform policy changes and translate them into contract positions and business guidance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Monetization, UA, Ad Network, Publishing and other product teams, serving as a trusted legal partner who helps the business move with speed and confidence
- Build scalable legal infrastructure-templates, playbooks, fallback positions, contract tooling - that allows the business to operate efficiently as volume grows
PROFILE
- 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, with meaningful time spent on ad tech and mobile/programmatic advertising, ideally in-house
- Substantive familiarity with ad tech: you understand how mediation, in-app bidding, SDK-based data collection, attribution and device identifiers work at a technical level - not just a conceptual one - and you know who does what along the supply chain
- Transactional experience: you've negotiated agreements with companies across the advertising ecosystem, ideally on both the publisher and advertiser side
- Privacy law fluency: you handle the privacy side of a deal as comfortably as the commercial side
- Industry standards: you know IAB terms and the TCF inside out
- Risk tolerance and business judgment: you're comfortable making calls in the absence of perfect information, offering clear and concise risk framing that avoids unnecessary stalling of the business. You operate like a business partner, not outside counsel
- Strong communication skills: you translate complex legal requirements into plain language for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and you're comfortable presenting your views succinctly and with confidence
- Autonomy and initiative: you take ownership of your portfolio, identify problems before they escalate, and propose solutions rather than waiting to be directed
- Master 2 in business law, IT/digital law or IP law from a French university or equivalent; avocat or in-house juriste profiles are equally welcome; an LL.M. or study abroad experience is a plus
- Full professional English required
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays
