What the Role Is
We are looking for an E-commerce Finance Manager to join our team. As Finance Manager for our E-commerce business, you'll own financial visibility, efficiency, and performance across the Babylist Shop — topline through gross margin. You'll partner with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Data, and work directly with the Director of Strategic Finance to turn analysis into decisions on pricing, promotions, and investment. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role on a lean team: you'll set the approach, build the models and processes, and be front and center with company executives. If you've owned a full P&L picture and take pride in delivering clean, decision-ready work, you'll thrive here.
Who You Are
Deep ecommerce finance fluency
— you know the metrics and mechanics cold (AOV, gross-to-net, unit economics, and gross margin vs. contribution margin), ideally from a high-volume ecommerce or consumer-tech business
Advanced financial modeling skills
— expert in Excel / Google Sheets, scenario analysis, and managing large datasets to a clean, reliable answer
Strong independent ownership and problem-solving
— you can take an ambiguous problem, define the approach, and drive to a clear answer without day-to-day direction
Executive- and board-ready communication
— you present financial insights clearly and directly to senior leaders, connecting the numbers to what's happening in the business, including strong data visualization
A high bar for accuracy and quality control
— you build checks into your models and decks, reconcile outputs, and catch errors before they reach stakeholders
You naturally reach for AI in your work
— at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
Prior experience owning pricing and promotional decisions, with a focus on ROI and financial impact
You have hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in finance workflows, with clear examples of automating reporting, accelerating analysis, or improving how you model
Experience with financial planning systems such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Oracle Hyperion, or similar
5–8 years of experience, ideally in an FP&A role at a high-growth consumer technology or ecommerce company, with 1–2 years at the Manager level preferred or equivalent ownership and scope in a lean, cross-functional finance environment
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA a plus
How You Will Make An Impact
Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and value-added recommendations from both an operational and strategic viewpoint
Own the monthly financial business review for the Ecommerce business, delivering insights on sales, margins, and trends
Own Ecommerce forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in partnership with Merchandising, Planning, and Accounting
Lead pricing and promotional analysis, including ROI evaluation and optimization
Analyze Co-Op, DDA, and rebate programs to assess financial impact and track accruals
Deliver SKU- and department-level reporting from revenue through margin
Ensure the data integrity of key ecommerce metrics in partnership with Data and Engineering
Build financial reporting that leadership relies on — dynamic dashboards, KPI and operational reporting, business analyses, and clear executive-level explanations of variances
Take ownership of establishing and managing new financial processes and reporting frameworks to close gaps and improve operational transparency
Leverage financial systems to give business leaders visibility to track against financial targets
Contribute to monthly and quarterly board presentations, the annual planning process, and long-range planning (5-Year Plan)
Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements across ecommerce FP&A workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing speed and consistency
Why This Role
You own ecommerce finance — topline through margin — for one of the largest parts of the business, not a slice of it
Your analysis reaches executives and the board and directly shapes decisions on pricing, promotions, and investment
High autonomy on a lean team: you define the approach in ambiguity rather than inheriting a fully built playbook
Babylist is pushing the frontier of AI, and you'll have a real mandate to reshape how FP&A works, not just experiment at the edges
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$128,413 to $171,229 + target bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

We're committed to career progression and performance-based advancement

Location: Minsk; Tbilisi; Chișinău
Workplace: hybrid
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our distributed engineering team.
IDT/NRS builds the Point of Sale platform that runs tens of thousands of independent retail stores across the United States.
We are now expanding that platform into restaurants.
If you like challenges where the hard part is getting it right at scale rather than getting it working once, this is that job!
Primary location - Minsk, Belarus (hybrid - 3 days/week in the office)!
What you will own:
Architecture and delivery of new restaurant facing services, from data model to API to the screens merchants actually touch.
The merchant facing restaurant surfaces: kitchen display and everything staff touch across the life of an order.
Extending and hardening existing production services without destabilizing them.
Correctness under concurrency: transactional integrity, isolation levels, idempotency, race conditions, retries, and honest tradeoffs where perfect guarantees are not available.
Behavior when the connection drops. A store keeps serving whether or not the network is up, which means offline capable clients, local state, sync on reconnect, and reconciling what happened while the system was split.
Queueing and asynchronous processing, background jobs, and event driven flows.
Safe rollout of releases that reach tens of thousands of users.
Working directly with product managers and designers to shape what gets built, not just receiving requirements and implementing them.
Technical direction and code review for other engineers, including the judgment to say when a design is wrong and the credibility to make that stick.
Required Qualifications:
6-8+ years building full-stack products
, including time as the senior person on the work.
Deep Node.js and TypeScript experience across the full-stack
, with production services you designed and still stand behind.
Deep understanding of REST API design and microservices.
Strong relational database skills, Postgres or MySQL
: schema design, indexing, query tuning, transactions, and what actually happens under load. Comfort with non relational stores such as Redis or MongoDB, and with caching and invalidation.
Experience with queues and streaming, whether Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, BullMQ, or similar, including the failure modes that come with them: ordering, duplicates, replay, and consumer lag.
Front- end skill that matches the environment:
our team use these screens during a rush, on a terminal or a tablet, with no time to think and no tolerance for a bad interaction.
We use Vue.
Experience with React or Angular is fine
, as long as it includes component architecture, state management, and progressive web apps.
Real time interfaces built on websockets, ideally socket.io. Order flow and kitchen display depend on it.
Excellent debugging. You can take an unfamiliar production failure and reason your way to root cause instead of guessing.
Parts of the existing platform are PHP.
Working effectively in unfamiliar code, with AI, is part of this job.
Experience deploying services that scale horizontally, tolerate a failed instance or a slow dependency, and automatically add or shed capacity.
Comfortable on Linux, and fluent with Git and CI and CD workflows.
Excellent written and spoken English.
You will be in daily conversation with teams in the United States and Israel, and will often be the person explaining a technical decision to people who did not attend the design discussion.
How you work:
AI first.
You use AI tooling as a core part of how you engineer: mapping an unfamiliar codebase in hours instead of weeks, pressure testing your own designs, moving faster without lowering the bar.
You apply it across the whole lifecycle: shaping a design before any code exists, writing and refactoring, reviewing your own work, as well as automated PR reviews.
You jump in.
Handed a large, complex, unfamiliar repository, your instinct is to open it and start reading. Complexity and sensitivity are reasons to be careful, not reasons to wait for someone else.
You build services that stay maintainable.
Clear boundaries, readable code, tests that earn their keep, observability that makes production legible. The next engineer should be able to operate what you built without a tour guide.
You think about the person on the other side.
During a rush, a confusing screen or one extra tap is not a cosmetic problem. It is a slower line and a worse night for the staff.
You go the extra mile.
You follow a problem to its actual end, including the parts nobody assigned to you. You take pride in the work and you care how it lands for the merchant on the other side of the screen.
What We Offer:
Remote B2B (Georgia) or
On-site in Belarus and Moldova work opportunity!
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Top-tier hardware to support your productivity.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program – get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
More perks for the Minsk and Chisinau office employees.
About us:
IDT Corporation is a global communications company founded in 1990 and headquartered in Newark, New Jersey. We are industry leaders in prepaid communication and payment services and one of the largest international voice carriers. We are listed on the NYSE, employ over 1800 people across 20 countries, and have over $1.5 billion in revenues.
We are not ”another big IT corporation”— we encourage and support in-house entrepreneurs in developing their ideas into business actions.
About NRS:
National Retail Solutions (NRS) is a leading provider of point-of-sale, payment, and digital solutions to tens of thousands of independent retailers across the United States and Canada.
NRS is now expanding into a completely new vertical: restaurant technology. We are building a brand-new Restaurant POS platform, a modern and highly capable system designed specifically for restaurant operations. This is one of the most significant product expansions in NRS history and will open a major new market for the company. This is a real opportunity to help build something new and important.

Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
We’re looking for a Creative leader who can turn creativity into a growth engine. You’ll own creative strategy end to end - from brand and big ideas to performance, production and AI - and lead a 20-person creative team to deliver work that moves both culture and business metrics. You’ll unlock new audiences, build a faster and smarter production engine, and bring creative closer to the heart of growth decisions. If you believe creativity should be bold, measurable and built for impact - this role is for you.
What you will own
Creative strategy end to end: the brand platform and the thousands of assets that run against it, from CTV and upper-funnel video through paid social, search, web funnels, app store and lifecycle.
Business outcomes. CPA, subscription rate and payback are partly creative variables. You carry them alongside acquisition, you sit where budget is set, and you present the creative case to the executive team and the board.
Unlock new audiences. Build the repeatable route in: insight, territory, batch production, structured testing on ring-fenced budget, then scale.
The production engine, around 20 people across creative strategy, motion, design, UGC and production ops. Faster cycles, sharper briefs, and a written rule for what gets hand-crafted, templated or generated. Cost per asset and cycle time are KPIs.
AI in production. Generative tools are already live here and some of our strongest performers are AI-made. Push much further, and decide where human craft stays non-negotiable.
The measurement system itself. Creative performance sits in disconnected per-platform dashboards today, so a single comparable view of every asset is an early priority.
Experience and skills
You have led creative in customer facing tech where performance marketing is the main growth engine, and you can hold your own on incrementality, pROAS and LTV/CAC.
You can state what your creative was worth to your last business, and show the evidence.
You are equally credible on brand, and can write a positioning that survives contact with a media plan.
You are AI-first in practice, not in theory: shipped work, opinions on tooling, and the quality and disclosure calls made yourself.
You are comfortable pushing the boundaries, failing at times and being innovative.
You build teams people stay on, set the bar high and focus on coaching for strong outcomes.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.

What you will be working on:
Delivering product features with AI coding agents as your primary implementation loop: writing specs and context-rich tasks that carry architecture, team standards, existing patterns, and acceptance criteria, then iterating until the output meets the bar
Reviewing and verifying agent-generated code with the same rigor you would apply to a colleague's, catching the plausible-but-wrong before it reaches production
Taking full ownership of every feature end-to-end: clarifying requirements, understanding the problem, owning the quality and test coverage of what you ship, delivering to production, then monitoring behavior, performance, and regressions post-release
Improving how the team works with agents: the shared context, rules, prompts, and guardrails that make everyone's agent output better, not just yours
Conducting code and documentation reviews to ensure quality, share knowledge, and maintain consistency across the codebase
Participating in duty rotations: monitoring production systems, responding to incidents, keeping services available
Growing technically inside a team with a strong engineering culture, clean architecture, and a high bar for delivery
What we expect from you:
5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
Hands-on experience building production software with
AI coding agents
(Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar), including how you set up context, decompose work for an agent, and validate what comes back. Be ready to describe outcomes, not tool names
Practical commercial experience with PHP, Node.js or Golang
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
Solid SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Working knowledge of Docker for application development and deployment
Practical experience with testing methodologies, and an opinion on what "sufficient coverage" means
At least basic knowledge of
DevOps, CI/CD, AWS
, and cloud-native solutions
Ability to write technical documentation using approaches like the C4 model and ADRs
Strong task decomposition and prioritization skills
Fluent English, written and spoken

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on.
dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights.
Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer on the Cloud Clients team, you’ll own end-to-end delivery across the surfaces where dbt developers do their work:
dbt Studio in the browser, the dbt VS Code extension, and the CLI workspace runtime that powers both
.
You’ll help build dbt’s
AI-native developer experience
, including agent workflows, diff review, streaming tool calls, charts and rich outputs for conversational analytics, and MCP apps that bring dbt projects directly into tools like Claude and Codex. This is a true full-stack role: you’ll work across
Python, TypeScript, React, and Kubernetes
, with the expectation that you can take a feature from schema and service design through to the final pixel without a handoff
What you’ll do
Own parts of the CLI workspace runtime that backs both surfaces, including migrating users off our legacy IDE and enabling asynchronous, background agent runs.
Design and build agent-facing experiences: streaming responses, transparent tool calls, diff review, and charting / rich output for conversational analytics.
Extend dbt into other developer surfaces — MCP integrations that make dbt projects usable directly from AI clients like Claude and Codex.
Lead well-scoped projects end to end: write the plan, partner with design and product, ship in two-week increments, and measure whether it worked.
Share oncall and customer support for your surfaces, and mentor engineers earlier in their careers.
Skills we are looking for
8+ years building production software, including senior-level ownership of projects that ran for months and involved several people.
Deep Python experience plus exposure to TypeScript and React experience — you move across the stack without waiting for a handoff.
Built and maintained something other developers depend on: an IDE, an editor extension, a CLI, an SDK, an LSP server, or a data tool.
Comfort with the operational side of shipping — APIs, Kubernetes, Postgres, observability — and with being on the hook when something breaks.
Strong written communication: you can make a technical argument in a document and bring people along.
Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
Bonus points for
Shipped LLM- or agent-powered features to production, with real opinions on evaluation, latency, cost, and where models fall down.
Worked with the Language Server Protocol, Monaco, CodeMirror, or other code-editor internals.
Hands-on dbt, SQL, or data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift).
Migrated users off a legacy product surface and decommissioned it without breaking them.
Go, Rust, or systems-level performance experience.

Workplace: Remote
Our Customer Outcomes team turns blockchain intelligence into operational capability for our customers. We work with financial institutions, crypto businesses, regulators, and law enforcement agencies across EMEA. We combine technical depth with commercial judgment, owning the customer relationship from early sales engagements through renewal and expansion. It's a small, high-ownership team where individual impact is visible.
As a Deployment Strategist, you own the pre and post-sale relationship for a portfolio of strategic accounts in West and Southern Africa. You lead deployments, drive adoption, and act as the technical advisor customers rely on when the stakes are high. You translate complex compliance and investigative workflows into working solutions on our platform. The role suits someone equally comfortable in a customer's compliance team or government agencies in an executive QBR.
Please note we are only looking to hire people that are based/willing to locate to Johannesburg
In this role, you’ll:
- Own onboarding and deployment for strategic accounts, building adoption plans with clear success criteria
- Advise compliance, investigations, and executive stakeholders as their primary technical point of contact
- Deliver product training, workshops, and enablement that turn new users into confident daily users
- Translate customer workflows and pain points into solution designs, integrations, and platform configurations
- Monitor usage and engagement trends to surface expansion opportunities and early churn risk, and act on both
- Partner with Sales on renewals, expansion, and account strategy, contributing directly to retention and growth targets
- Collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve escalations and channel structured field feedback into the roadmap
- Represent the company at industry events, customer forums, and conferences across the region
- Contribute to team playbooks and documentation that scale how we serve customers
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles at a high-growth technology company: customer success, solutions architecture, presales, technical account management, or enterprise consulting
- A track record of owning enterprise accounts, including managing senior and executive stakeholders through complex, multi-month deployments
- Working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain: how transactions, wallets, exchanges, and stablecoins work, and how they intersect with AML, compliance, or investigative workflows
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Professional fluency in English
- Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, data analysis, and logic-based workflows, with and without AI agents.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership
Nice to have experience:
- Direct experience in financial crime, AML/CFT, fraud, law enforcement, or financial regulation
- Hands-on experience with blockchain intelligence or analytics tooling
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CCI, equivalent)
- Experience supporting public sector customers or financial institutions in Africa
- An additional European or Arabic language
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
