Who We Are
X-LAB is the in-house performance bicycle line by XDS, which has quietly become the world’s largest and most vertically integrated bicycle manufacturer and the largest maker of carbon fiber frames, supplying many of the top brands in cycling and mobility.
Today, XDS is quiet no more.
XDS launched X-LAB in April 2026 as the global consumer brand to take the industry by storm. Three decades of experience building exceptional bicycles have culminated into a unique line of road, gravel, electric, city, hybrid, and soon mountain bikes that riders and shops can’t stop talking about.
X-LAB is the new inflection point for the category.
We launched in April 2026 with a full lineup across road, gravel, city, fitness, e-bike, and soon mountain categories, with validation from the highest and most demanding levels of the sport through the XDS Astana Team and a rapidly growing network of dealers.
Our ambition is not simply to sell more bikes. It is to make great bikes more integrated, more accessible, and better supported through the independent shops and communities that grow cycling and bring in new riders.
That is what makes this moment exciting.
Joining X-LAB means shaping a company with unmatched production scale, real engineering R&D depth, and the confidence to earn trust… one rider, one dealer, one product, and one market at a time.

ABOUT CLICKUP
ClickUp is the everything app for work, built to help teams plan, collaborate, and execute in one place. Our customers rely on ClickUp to simplify complexity, move faster, and build better operating systems for work across teams.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager, Strategic Services to partner with strategic customers as they implement, expand, and mature their use of ClickUp. This role sits within Professional Services and is ideal for someone who can blend customer leadership, workflow design, technical problem solving, and practical change management.
You’ll help customers move from fragmented processes to scalable ways of working in ClickUp. That means leading complex implementations, guiding adoption across multiple stakeholder groups, identifying opportunities for automation and AI, and helping customers realize measurable business value from the platform.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
LEAD STRATEGIC IMPLEMENTATIONS AND CUSTOMER TRANSFORMATIONS
- Own complex customer engagements from discovery through rollout, enablement, and ongoing optimization.
- Diagnose current-state workflows, identify friction points, and design scalable future-state solutions in ClickUp.
- Guide customers through governance, architecture, process design, and rollout planning across multiple teams or business units.
- Help customers recover momentum when implementations stall, priorities shift, or stakeholder alignment breaks down.
DRIVE ADOPTION, VALUE REALIZATION, AND ACCOUNT HEALTH
- Partner closely with customer stakeholders to define success measures, adoption milestones, and practical next steps.
- Translate customer goals into clear execution plans that improve adoption, stakeholder engagement, and long-term platform value.
- Use usage signals, customer feedback, and business context to identify risks early and build recovery or acceleration plans.
- Support strategic business reviews and customer conversations with a clear point of view on progress, opportunities, and priorities.
DESIGN SCALABLE SOLUTIONS, AUTOMATION, AND AI USE CASES
- Turn complex business needs into thoughtful ClickUp solutions using workflows, structure, automations, reporting, and process best practices.
- Recommend when to standardize, when to keep flexibility, and how to balance technical ambition with customer readiness.
- Identify practical automation and AI opportunities that improve customer outcomes instead of creating unnecessary complexity.
- Help customers operationalize new ways of working by pairing solution design with enablement, change management, and adoption support.
PARTNER ACROSS TEAMS TO SOLVE COMPLEX CUSTOMER PROBLEMS
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer admins, operators, and executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and other internal partners to keep customer work moving.
- Escalate thoughtfully, communicate clearly, and maintain ownership even when multiple teams are involved.
- Bring customer feedback and recurring pain points back to internal teams to improve product usage, delivery patterns, and customer outcomes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a customer-facing post-sale role such as Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Implementation Consulting, or a closely related function.
- Proven success leading complex SaaS implementations, customer transformations, or strategic enablement programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong workflow and process design instincts, including the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions.
- Excellent customer communication skills, including confidence with both hands-on operators and executive stakeholders.
- Strong judgment in ambiguous environments, with the ability to prioritize, simplify complexity, and keep momentum through change.
- A clear ownership mindset and track record of driving outcomes rather than operating reactively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with work management, workflow automation, collaboration, CRM, ITSM, or adjacent SaaS platforms.
- Comfort recommending or deploying automation, reporting, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
- Experience managing strategic or enterprise customer relationships where adoption, governance, and value realization mattered as much as configuration.
- Exposure to change management, customer enablement, or consulting-style discovery and solutioning.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
LOCATION
- This role is approved for hiring in Ireland.
- Please confirm any remote, hybrid, travel, or time-zone expectations during the hiring process.
WHY THIS ROLE IS COMPELLING
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer strategy, technical solutioning, and execution. You’ll help strategic customers transform how they work, while shaping scalable delivery patterns inside a fast-moving environment where adoption, workflow design, automation, and AI all matter.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Principal Account Executive, Pharma you close deals by understanding the customer, understanding the product and making magic happen. Who knew?
You’ll be responsible for owning some of Tennr’s largest and most strategic pharmaceutical accounts. You’ll bring your experience selling into Pharma to the table, helping us understand how these organizations buy, how to navigate them, and what it takes to win.
The Tennr product is great, but people are stubborn and tend to not talk to strangers.
To help, we’ve got a team of SDRs working to help you generate opportunities. Also some pretty crafty marketing initiatives (the Tennr Taco Truck really means something to pharma companies in Texas).
If you’re good, you’ll get paid an egregious sum, so in exchange, you have to own the whole sales cycle from discovery to close, and keep a tight process along the way. You’ll negotiate pricing. You will never sell what you wouldn’t buy. You must deeply care about your customers and the craft of sales. And since the product is loved, you’ll love selling it.
You’ll have to hit quotas of course. Wouldn’t be much fun otherwise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Planning: As an enterprise rep it is your responsibility to understand your patch of accounts better than anyone at the company. You, along with your manager & the drugs team, will be responsible for mapping out the accounts that fit our ICP, the key contacts associated with them, and your hypothesis around the value we can provide. It’s your job to test and iterate your perspective throughout an evaluation process.
- Pipeline Management: Use Tennr’s sales process to manage your pipeline. It’s not just putting deals into our CRM, but understanding the reality and risks of the deal based on the exit criteria associated with deal stages in our sales process. When you’re stuck, you proactively ask for help.
- Collaboration: Deal team culture is central here. You will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Tennr Leadership and channel partners to build, advance and close opportunities. Lone-wolves need not apply.
- Client Relationships: You are responsible for forming a relationship with the customer, renewing that customer, and cross-selling into that customer.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of software sales closing experience preferred, with experience selling complex solutions into pharmaceutical organizations
- No less than 1 year of enterprise sales experience
- Experience in healthcare technology solutions is a plus
- Experience owning and closing large, strategic pharmaceutical accounts
- Existing knowledge of the pharmaceutical ecosystem and how large manufacturers evaluate and purchase new technology
- Demonstrated intellectual capacity: this candidate must be able to understand the underlying technology and be able to collaborate with clients on how it fits into their business needs
- Demonstrated motivation and hustle: a high-energy and fast-paced approach to problem-solving and taking initiative; past examples of demonstrating grit and entrepreneurial spirit a plus
- Experience working in an early-stage environment is preferred; the candidate should understand how to operate effectively with limited resources selling new products
- Demonstrated EQ and relationship-building: an approach to building relationships that gets to trust quickly.
- Must be comfortable up to 10-20% domestic travel
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals

Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to turn n8n’s most strategic enterprise deployments into production-ready success stories by embedding on-site, solving real customer problems, and building reusable automation patterns that shape our product.
To do so, you’ll work directly with customers, Deployment Strategists, and Product to make every engagement high-impact, scalable, and repeatable:
Drive high-impact enterprise deployments
Embed on-site with enterprise customers for focused 5-day deployment engagements, arriving with a hypothesis and leaving with production workflows in place.
Partner closely with Deployment Strategists to align technical execution with customer priorities, stakeholder needs, and adoption goals.
Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders by turning complex customer environments into clear, actionable solutions.
Build production-grade automation solutions
Design and build workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to each customer’s environment and scalable beyond the initial use case.
Extend existing n8n nodes or add missing functionality where needed to unlock high-value enterprise use cases.
Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete automation designs that prioritize real customer value over technical complexity.
Work across industries and tech stacks, getting productive quickly in new environments.
Bridge customer needs with Product and Engineering
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a reusable node improvement, product feature, or platform capability.
Create a clear feedback loop with Product and Engineering by documenting technical gaps, customer context, implementation learnings, and prioritization signals.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, custom nodes, and integration patterns to an internal playbook library.
Turn customer learnings into product and playbooks
Identify when a bespoke customer requirement should become a core product feature and document it clearly for Product.
Contribute reusable learnings, workflows, and patterns to an internal playbook library.
Help ensure every engagement makes the next one faster, stronger, and more productized.
Keep engagements focused and scalable
Deliver time-boxed customer engagements with clear outcomes, rather than open-ended professional services work.
Build solutions that customers can own and operate themselves.
Know when to build, when to simplify, and when to push back to avoid unnecessary complexity.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
🧑💻 Strong engineering background: You have solid full-stack or backend engineering experience and have built integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.
🧩 Integration-building expertise: You can create custom nodes, extend existing integrations, and work confidently with APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
🔧 Product-minded technical execution: You can distinguish between a one-off customer workaround, a reusable node improvement, and a product feature worth escalating.
🤝 Customer-facing confidence: You’re comfortable working directly in customer environments and can build trust with engineers, operators, and non-technical stakeholders.
🗺️ Solution design skills: You can take a messy operational problem and turn it into a clean, practical technical design.
⚖️ Strong technical judgment: You know when to build, when to push back, and how to avoid gold-plating solutions that should stay simple.
✈️ Willingness to travel: You’re open to travelling roughly 30-50% of the time for on-site engagements.
⚡ Speed to productive: You can quickly understand new industries, tech stacks, and customer environments without needing everything to be neatly defined.
Nice-to-haves
🔁 Workflow automation experience: You have familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
🏢 Enterprise deployment experience: You’ve worked with strategic enterprise accounts in complex technical environments.
🧱 Node or connector development: You’ve built custom nodes, connectors, plugins, SDKs, or reusable integration frameworks.
🚀 Forward deployed experience: You’ve worked in a forward deployed, solutions engineering, or similar role at a product-led technical organization.
📣 Product feedback experience: You’ve helped turn customer learnings into clear product feedback, roadmap input, or engineering specifications.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll be the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, helping define how we turn our largest enterprise deployments into long-term, referenceable success stories. Your work won’t sit in a demo environment — you’ll build production workflows with real users, influence our product roadmap, and create the playbooks that shape how this function scales.
You’ll join one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups at a moment of huge momentum, working with a remote-first team that values autonomy, speed, experimentation, and direct customer impact.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Staff Content Designer to be the voice of investing at Wealthsimple. The person who takes calendar spreads and margin calls and makes them make sense, without dumbing it down or drowning it with jargon. You’ll be embedded on product teams and partner closely with design, product, and engineering to build experiences that our clients love.
This isn't a polish-the-copy-at-the-end role. You'll be in the room shaping what we build and how to position our products — not just the final words on the screen.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write the hard stuff. Options, margin trading, predictions, perpetuals, futures — you'll write and rewrite the content so it all makes sense to a first-time investor and a seasoned trader.
- Work AI-first. From shipping your own code changes to prototyping and research — you’ll use AI to increase your impact in every part of the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product and design on key initiatives. You’ll work early and often with product and design to shape the product direction for big, challenging projects — not just tighten the copy once the decisions are already made.
- Make the team faster and better, not just yourself. Templates, patterns, content standards, workflows, and of course AI. You’ll find ways to automate processes to scale content while ensuring quality.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 7+ years in content design or UX writing at a senior or staff level.
- A learner’s mindset. You don't need a finance background but you have experience that demonstrates your willingness to go deep on something unfamiliar and become a subject matter expert.
- Experience working with AI to increase your impact or empower others.
- Experience developing content standards, or integrating product content best practices and guidelines into a design system.
- Ability to think strategically about content and design while also executing on the details at a tactical level.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and work quickly and decisively across different contexts. You know when to sweat the details and when to move quickly.
- Experience empowering others through mentorship, coaching, and sharing best practices + techniques.
- Ability to work with Marketing, Brand, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver unified and consistent messaging across all touch points.
- A great collaborator and listener who loves to work together to understand and solve client problems.
WHAT TO SEND US
- A portfolio with 3 or more case studies that shows how you used writing and design to improve the user experience and drive business outcomes.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for software engineers to help build safety and oversight mechanisms for our AI systems. As a software engineer on the Safeguards team, you will work to monitor models, prevent misuse, and ensure user well-being. This role will focus on building distributed and scalable systems to detect unwanted model behaviors and prevent disallowed use of models. You will apply your technical skills to uphold our principles of safety, transparency, and oversight while enforcing our terms of service and acceptable use policies.
Responsibilities:
Independently scope and lead complex, multi-month infrastructure projects, from an ambiguous starting point through to a production system
Develop monitoring systems to detect unwanted behaviors from our API partners and potentially take automated enforcement actions; surface these in internal dashboards to analysts for manual review
Stand up and run deployments of those monitoring systems across multiple clouds, including inside cloud-provider partner environments where data residency laws apply. Keep the deployments consistent through shared deployment pipelines, smoke tests, observability, and alerting
Design and harden the sandboxed runtime that AI agents execute in: isolation, network egress controls, least-privilege data access, audit logging, and insider-risk controls
Manage cost and capacity for large volumes of long-running agent work, and set and meet service-level objectives for the platform
Partner with the engineers and researchers who write and evaluate the monitoring agents, and with security, privacy, and legal teams, so new detection work can ship quickly on a platform everyone trusts
You may be a good fit if you:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience
Proficiency in Python, Distributed Systems, and Infrastructure as Code
Have worked across multiple cloud providers, or built infrastructure designed to be provider-agnostic
Have built and operated large-scale, distributed infrastructure, such as data platforms, control planes, or job schedulers
Have experience with sandboxing and isolation technologies (containers, microVMs, network policy) or with a systems language such as Rust
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong candidates may also:
8+ years of experience in a software engineering position, not including internships
Have built systems that handle sensitive or regulated data, with requirements around access control, auditability, retention, and data residency
Have experience running LLM-based agents in production
Have experience with integrity, spam, fraud, or abuse detection and mitigation
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$320,000
—
$485,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000 across Sweden, Denmark and Norway in telecommunications, financial services, industrial manufacturing, energy and utilities, and healthcare and life sciences. Sovereignty and control over where data and models reside are growing priorities across these sectors, and Cohere is well positioned to meet that need with private, on-premise and in-country deployment built for enterprise scale. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Drive net-new customer acquisition across Sweden, Denmark and Norway via targeted outbound activity, executive introductions, and relationship building with key stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach, technical and business validation, through deal close
- Support coverage of adjacent Nordic accounts as territory priorities require
- Generate and own your own pipeline through disciplined outbound, research and executive prospecting
- Be a trusted advisor to customer prospects, deeply understand their challenges & goals, and tailor solutions to drive impact for their businesses
- Leverage senior-level relationships with executives to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunities
- Align closely with our partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue and extend reach into target accounts
- Work cross-functionally across the business, drawing in the right technical and specialist colleagues as each engagement requires
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to supplement your own top of funnel activity
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Fluent in at least one Nordic language – Swedish, Norwegian or Danish – in addition to English; additional Nordic languages are a strong advantage
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers along with experience negotiating & closing transformational 7-figure deals
- Depth in at least two of our priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences
- A hunter mentality - you take pride in generating your own pipeline and are at your best when building a territory rather than managing an inherited one
- A proven track record of high performance and exceeding quotas
- Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with executives
- Experience working alongside channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- Excellent communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others & building strong relationships, experienced presenting to a C-suite audience, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical customer prospects
Additional Requirements:
- Experience selling complex enterprise level solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments (AI/NLP solutions preferred)
- Familiarity with European data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements as live buying criteria
- High tolerance for ambiguity - this is an early-stage territory without an established local playbook, and you'll need to be both a doer and a strategist
- Creativity - deal structures can widely vary, strong technical acumen and the ability to creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships are necessary

The cloud platform underpins how services are built, deployed, secured, and operated across the organization.
As a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will define and drive the governance model and automation strategy for cloud infrastructure. This includes setting policy-as-code standards, automating compliance and cost controls, and ensuring infrastructure is provisioned and operated through consistent, auditable, self-service pathways rather than tailored or manual processes.
You will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level and will set direction for how cloud resources are governed and automated while also building the tooling and guardrails that make that direction real. Success in this role means engineering teams can self-service the build and operation of infrastructure with confidence that it is secure, cost-aware, and consistent by default, without slowing delivery down.
What you'll do
Cloud Governance
Define and enforce policy-as-code standards (tagging, naming, encryption, network segmentation, access boundaries) across cloud accounts/subscriptions
Establish guardrails using tools such as OPA, Sentinel, AWS Config/Service Control Policies to report on and prevent drift from approved patterns
Partner closely with Security/IAM to deliver least-privilege enforcement and access-control requirements directly in our self-service capabilities while ensuring compliance and auditability.
Embed cost governance and reporting (budgets, anomaly detection, showback/chargeback) into provisioning workflows
Automation & Infrastructure as Code
Drive the organization's Infrastructure-as-Code standards (e.g., Terraform/Terraform Cloud, Pulumi)
Establish and maintain reusable, versioned modules and contribution standards that embed governance requirements by default.
Automate environment provisioning, drift detection/remediation, and lifecycle management so policy compliance doesn't depend on manual review
Stay ahead of AI-native tooling and bring forward practical opportunities balancing risk, fit, value, measurability, and alignment to company goals.
Platform & Developer Enablement
Develop golden paths for infrastructure provisioning and service deployment that make the guided path the easiest path
Partner on developer platform tooling and integrations (CI/CD, container registries, managed data services, observability) where they intersect with governance and automation.
What you'll bring
Experience & Skills
8+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering, including experience operating at a principal or staff level (setting direction, not just implementing)
Deep experience with major Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ideally across more than one
Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform and/or Pulumi) at scale, including module design and state/workspace management

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE USER RESEARCHER ROLE ⭐️
At Alan, research is not a checkpoint. It's a compass. Our User Research team sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, making sure every decision is grounded in what our members actually need, feel, and experience.
As a User Researcher at Alan, you will gather and prioritize the most important questions from across the company, and design the right research to answer them. That means running interviews, diary studies, surveys, and usability sessions throughout the full product cycle, not just at the end. You'll then turn those findings into insights that are clear, compelling, and genuinely useful to the teams who need them.
You'll work hand in hand with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, and collaborate closely with our analytics and data science teams to tell a complete story about our product. You'll also help grow research culture across Alan, sharing your craft and mentoring teammates along the way.
At Alan, great research drives great product. If you love figuring out what people truly need and translating that into decisions that matter, this role is for you.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- 4+ years of experience as a product/user researcher in a tech environment, with strong hands-on expertise in qualitative methods: interviews, diary studies, think-aloud usability testing, and direct observation
- Solid quantitative research skills: you're comfortable with survey design, sampling, crosstabs, and core statistical concepts
- Sharp critical thinking: you quickly identify what research is worth doing, scope it efficiently, and deliver insights that are focused and actionable
- A strategic mindset: you know how to partner with product stakeholders, communicate the value of research, and tie your findings to concrete business impact
- Compelling communication skills: you turn complex findings into clear narratives that resonate with any audience
- Experience mentoring junior researchers or non-researchers, with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback that helps others grow
- You're close to AI. Either you've built AI products, or you follow the space closely and have a clear view on where to leverage and how LLM systems behave in production.
- You care about healthcare. Alan's mission has to genuinely matter to you. For us this is essential, not a nice-to-have.
- English fluency, written and spoken
- (As a plus) Fluency in French, Spanish, or another European language
For this role, we hire within the D-E level range.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Based in (or within commuting distance of) one of our hubs (Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona), with the ability to work onsite twice per week.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 33,000, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.
Why Join Us?
