Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As Data Operations Manager, you'll build and scale data operations across research teams working on frontier AI capabilities. You'll partner with researchers to design and execute data strategies, manage vendor relationships, and own the entire data pipeline from requirements to production. This role requires operational excellence combined with technical depth to understand what makes high-quality training data, but your focus will be on strategy and execution.
About the Impact
The data operations you build will directly determine how well our models perform on critical capabilities—tool use accuracy, prompt injection robustness, long-horizon reasoning, and safety alignment. You'll work with world-class researchers advancing the frontier while building the operational infrastructure to scale these efforts.
We're looking for someone who gets excited about the challenge of scaling quality across diverse research areas—someone who can understand nuanced technical requirements, build the right partnerships, and execute flawlessly. If you thrive at the intersection of operational excellence and cutting-edge AI research, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Own and execute data strategy for research teams advancing frontier AI capabilities across RLHF, safety, tool use, and agentic workflows
Drive strategic vendor partnerships and build scalable frameworks for technical data collection at scale
Design and implement operational systems that translate research requirements into high-quality data pipelines
Build evaluation frameworks and quality standards that ensure data meets the bar for training state-of-the-art AI systems
Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize research velocity while maintaining rigorous quality standards
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across data operations
Partner with senior research leaders to align data operations with model development roadmaps and strategic priorities
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 3+ years in operations, consulting, product management, or program management roles
Have exceptional project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
Have strong communication skills and can engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Are familiar with how LLMs work or have strong interest in understanding AI training methodologies
Are highly organized and can navigate ambiguity effectively
Have experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, spreadsheets, or similar)
Thrive in fast-paced research environments with shifting priorities
Are passionate about AI safety and understand the critical importance of high-quality data
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience with data collection, labeling, or annotation operations for AI/ML systems
Knowledge of RLHF, constitutional AI, or human-in-the-loop workflows
Background working with research teams at AI companies or research-oriented organizations
Experience managing vendor relationships or external contractors
Consulting background with experience translating complex requirements into deliverables
Track record of implementing process improvements or quality control systems at scale
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Annual Salary:
$270,000
—
$365,000 USD

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We're looking for a leader to build and run Vercel's Product Strategy & Operations function from the ground up. This is a senior, cross-functional role that sits at the heart of the EPD organization and works in close partnership with the CPO, EPD Leads, GTM leadership, and Finance.
You will own three things above all else: the rigor that makes our high-velocity shipping machine sustainable, the measurement infrastructure that tells us whether our products are succeeding after they launch, and the planning systems that keep our roadmap and revenue plan sharp, funded, and aligned across the company.
This is a strategic leadership position for someone who thinks deeply about product markets and business models, builds world-class operating systems, and uses data to drive decisions that matter.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the EPD rhythm of business: weekly operating reviews, monthly business reviews, planning cycles, and roadmap processes — building minimum viable process for each.
Run the ShipOps function to enable Launch Calendar reviews and Vercel’s high velocity “You Can Just Ship Things” approach.
Establish a "product landing" framework — a structured post-launch process that goes beyond the ship date to ensure new features and products are actually adopted, drive the intended business outcomes, and generate learnings that feed the next iteration.
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to set targets, make plans and execute tactics that drive deal pipeline creation, and user launches and ramps.
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence systems that give product leaders a continuously updated view of the market landscape.
Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science to ensure the analytical infrastructure (data pipelines, warehouse models, tooling) supports the speed of analysis our business requires.
Partner with EPD leads to maintain team health, capacity visibility, and resource allocation so that the right bets are properly staffed and execution risk is surfaced early.
What you need
8+ years in product operations, business operations, strategy, or a closely adjacent function inside a high-growth technology company.
Ability to understand complex, technical products and articulate their value to non-technical audiences.
Deep familiarity with the full software development lifecycle — you understand how EPD teams plan, build, and ship, and have experience improving those processes.
Passion for structuring and solving highly ambiguous strategic problems and owning end-to-end execution of solutions.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple functional stakeholders.
Past experience working at the intersection of product and go-to-market teams in a software company.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders, including users.
Bonus if you
Background in developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, or platform products — you understand the Vercel customer and can speak credibly about the space.
Frequently build your own agents to support workflows and data analyses
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $232,000 - $348,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. About The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Senior Growth BI Project Manager
to join our CEO Office. This is a high-impact, end-to-end role that sits at the intersection of data intelligence and execution — covering OKX's key regulated markets globally.
You will own the full loop:
identifying growth problems through data, diagnosing root causes, shaping recommendations, and driving outcomes through cross-functional execution.
Beyond technical and operational skills, what will set you apart is who you are. We are looking for someone with an exceptional ability to learn fast and operate in unfamiliar territory without losing direction. Someone who does not wait to be told what matters — you find it yourself. Someone who genuinely cares about the work and brings energy to problems that others find too messy or too ambiguous to touch.
What You'll Be Doing
Growth Analytics & Insight
Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets, proactively identifying anomalies, trends, and emerging opportunities.
Conduct structured root-cause analysis on growth performance — moving beyond data description to diagnosis: why did this happen, and what should we do about it.
Translate analytical findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for senior leadership and local market growth teams.
Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards that give leadership a clear, real-time view of market health and growth efficiency.
Program Management & Execution
Own the end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives: from scoping and planning through to delivery and outcome tracking.
Drive cross-functional coordination across growth, product, engineering, and operations teams — ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery.
Define measurable success criteria for each initiative and close the loop on results.

Actively apply AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting cycles, and operational workflows.
Champion AI-native practices within the team and demonstrate productivity gains through concrete examples.
What We Look For In You
At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management — ideally from a top internet company, fintech, Web3 firm, or management consulting background.
Exceptional learning agility — able to rapidly absorb new domains, connect the dots across unfamiliar data, and develop informed views in areas where you had no prior expertise.
Strong logical and quantitative thinking — you break complex problems into structured components and form conclusions grounded in evidence, not assumption.
Extreme self-motivation and ownership — you take full accountability for your workstreams, set your own direction, and are not satisfied until you see measurable outcomes. A genuine drive and passion for the work — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, and find clarity and momentum where others find friction.
Excellent communication skills; able to adapt between technical and non-technical audiences, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred to work with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
Nice to Haves
Prior experience in the Web3 or crypto industry, or as a user of crypto products — genuine familiarity with the space is a meaningful advantage.
Hands-on experience building AI agent systems or complex workflows, beyond general tool usage.
Experience working within international or multinational organizations, with cross-regional stakeholder exposure.
Solid track record in growth analytics or channel analysis — comfortable working with acquisition, retention, and channel performance data, and experience translating analytical work into growth decisions.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

AI-Augmented Ways of Working
More that we love to tell you along the process!

Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile GTM Engineer to bridge the gap between our technical product capabilities and our ambitious revenue goals. In this role, you will be the architectural backbone of the sales process, ensuring that our technology solves real-world business problems for our customers. You will sit at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Sales, acting as a technical advisor who can both high-level strategize and deep-dive into code to close complex deals and accelerate market adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Sales team to lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements.
Build custom integrations, scripts, and demos that showcase the unique value proposition of the product to prospective clients.
Act as the "voice of the customer" for the product team, translating field feedback into actionable product requirements and roadmap items.
Develop technical sales collateral, including documentation, best practices guides, and modular code snippets.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical hurdles during the pre-sales and onboarding phases to ensure a seamless customer transition.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor landscapes to position our technology effectively against market alternatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Sales Engineer).
Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.) and comfort working with APIs and databases.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A "builder" mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues on the fly.
Track record of supporting high-growth GTM motions and hitting revenue-linked milestones.
Experience working in early-stage or venture-backed startups.
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, or specialized data tools).
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of technical content creation.
