You will work closely with members of the Enterprise, Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing teams to help customers realize value from Perplexity at scale. This role requires strong communication, operational discipline, comfort with ambiguity, and a proactive "can-do" attitude. Your success will play a crucial role in expanding Perplexity's enterprise customer base, identifying conversion opportunities from self-serve customers, and helping build the next generation of scaled customer success motions.
Responsibilities
- Execute the scaled Enterprise customer success strategy developed by leadership
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market customers through a lower-touch, data-informed engagement model
- Serve as a point of contact for customers across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion moments
- Drive initial enablement through repeatable onboarding programs, training sessions, office hours, webinars, and digital content
- Monitor customer health, usage trends, and engagement signals to prioritize outreach and identify risks or growth opportunities
- Identify self-serve customers with strong usage, business fit, or expansion potential and support conversion opportunities into Enterprise

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Solve for the customer: We serve multiple stakeholders – People looking for help from our Agents via chat & voice, CX managers using our tools to monitor and improve the process, and Developers looking to build on and extend our platform. Each of these has a unique set of needs and product challenges.
- Innovate: AI Agents represent a new frontier. Discovering new tools and processes for building agents will be among the defining characteristics of the next generation of companies.
- End-to-End Ownership: Drive the entire design process from concept to execution to iteration, in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely engineering, product, leadership, and the entire company to define and build a seamless and cohesive experience.
- Gather Feedback: Get your hand dirty with customer feedback and usability testing to gather insights and iterate to ensure we solve user problems effectively.
- Build Design Systems: Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency and efficiency across all products and platforms.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Proven Experience: Extensive experience in UI/UX design, with background leading design projects from ideation to launch.
- Curiosity: Passion for deeply understanding user needs and finding the right solutions from first principles.
- Full-Stack Design: Visual design is the baseline. You should be fluent in creating beautiful, high-quality designs—working end-to-end from shaping product direction to defining the right interactions and ensuring every pixel is crafted with care.
- Great Collaboration: Design is a team sport, and building great products means working closely with product, engineering, and leadership to help bring ideas to life.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems, design concepts and decisions to various stakeholders.
- Research Skills: Experience gathering customer feedback, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
- Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Figma and comfortable picking up new tools quickly, especially AI tools. You use them every day to explore more ideas, prototype faster, and push your work further, and you know when your own judgment needs to take over.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, able to adapt to changing priorities and handle ambiguity with grace.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience designing for AI-driven products or conversational interfaces.
- Experience working on developer-driven products, including SDKs, APIs, and technical tooling.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Matt Wensing, VP of Product & Design at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Principal Product Designer. Principal Product Designer is the highest individual contributor design role at
Customer.io
. This person shapes the design vision for the company and influences how design is practiced here — through their own craft, through the standards their work sets, and through the partnerships they build with product and engineering leadership.
Customer.io
is in a transformational moment: executing against a strong current product while redesigning what the product is and how it's experienced by a new generation of builders. This role has to straddle both — delivering quality and coherence in what exists today while driving the vision for where things go.
This is not a management role, but it's a leadership role in the fullest sense. Their influence is felt company-wide — in the product, in the culture, and in who we hire.
About you
You have a fully formed point of view on how AI changes what software means — for the people who use it, the people who build it, and the agents that increasingly operate it. You have the conviction to put that view to work across a product and an organization. You lead through clarity and example, give candid feedback that improves the work, and operate with humility and curiosity even outside your own expertise.
What we value
Leads through clarity and example, not control.
You shape culture through your own practice — not top-down direction.
Candid craft feedback.
You give feedback that improves the work, even when it's uncomfortable.
Humility and curiosity.
You operate with openness, especially in areas outside your expertise.
Amplifying others.
You raise the impact of people across the whole company — not just the design team.
Bias for craft.
You stay close to the work by choice, and that proximity is how you lead.
Some things you'll do
Shape and communicate a design vision for
Customer.io
's product as a whole
— the coherent, long-range picture of what excellent looks like for our customers, brought into rooms where product direction gets set
Drive the strategic direction of Pluma
, our design system — architecture, evolution, deprecation decisions, and the principles that govern how it scales
Close the gap between design intent and shipped product
— stay close enough to implementation to catch divergence, and fix it directly when code is the right tool
Design for builder and developer audiences
— CLI-native flows, API-first onboarding, and interfaces built for people who type before they click
Lead the design of agentic and human-AI surfaces
across the product — develop the philosophy and advocate for the standards
Partner with product and engineering leadership on product strategy
— bring design into the conversation before direction is set, not after
Develop and advocate for
Customer.io
's AI product design philosophy
as a framework the whole team builds from
Lead design review for major initiatives
and bring accountability for quality and coherence across what ships
Develop Staff designers
through direct mentorship, critique, and the clarity of your own example
Contribute to hiring and calibration
— assess candidates with conviction and help the team develop a shared language for what excellent looks like
What we're looking for
10+ years of product design experience
with a portfolio demonstrating design vision and organizational impact, not just individual craft
Track record of
shaping design direction at the company level
— influenced what gets built and why, not just how it looks
Designed for developer and builder audiences
— CLI, API-first onboarding, or infrastructure-native products
Developed point of view on AI and agentic product design
— has shipped AI-native interfaces and can articulate a philosophy on interaction models for agentic and delegated use
Contributed to a design system at the strategic level
— shaped what it should be and shouldn't be, and advocated for those decisions over time
Operates with influence without authority
— track record of aligning product, engineering, and exec leadership around a design direction without a management title
Has raised the craft bar at an organizational level
— through critique culture, standards, and the example others internalize
Executive-level communication
— connects design decisions to customer impact, product differentiation, and business outcomes
B2B SaaS depth
— understands complex, data-heavy products and has opinions about where the interaction model breaks
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. The starting salary for this role is
$245k-$276k USD
, depending on experience and subject to market-rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks of paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

Our Process
No gotchas, no trick questions — just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision.
30 minute call with Recruiter
45 minute call and portfolio review with Hiring Manager
30 minute call with cross-functional partner
60 minute design case call with members of the design & tech team
All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Robotics Test Engineer to support software release validation, policy evaluations, and end-to-end metrics collection on our humanoid robots. You will work alongside our Test Team, owning day-to-day execution and growing into deeper HIL and automation responsibilities.
This is not a standard web-QA role. You will be running tests on real robots, comparing simulation against reality, and helping us build the data pipeline that tells us whether each new software version is ready to ship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
SOFTWARE RELEASE TESTING
- Release Validation: Execute the end-to-end test pipeline for each new software release, ensuring quality gates are met before the build is deployed to the fleet.
- Regression Coverage: Run automated and manual regression suites against new builds; triage failures and route them to the right owner.
- CI/CD Participation: Contribute new tests to our CI/CD pipeline (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) so that regressions are caught immediately after code merges.
2. POLICY EVALUATIONS
- Eval Support: Help design and run policy evaluations for our learned behaviors — defining success criteria, executing trials, and collecting results in a reproducible way.
- Simulation: Run policy evaluations in simulation environments (Gazebo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim) in parallel with physical robot tests.
- Sim-to-Real: Track differences between simulation and physical robot results and feed findings back to the policy team.
3. E2E METRICS COLLECTION
- Metrics Pipeline: Support the collection of end-to-end performance and reliability metrics across releases, building consistent reporting the org can trust.
- Dashboards: Help maintain dashboards that highlight pass/fail rates, latency, and performance trends release-over-release.
- Data Hygiene: Keep test data clean and well-labeled so that long-term trends remain meaningful as the platform evolves.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 3+ years in software test engineering or test automation, ideally with some exposure to robotics, embedded systems, or another physical-systems domain.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Strategy Lead at OnePay, you'll act as a right hand to leadership - helping define where we should play and why. You'll spot where the industry is going, translate that into clear business and product priorities, and build the frameworks that guide what we build, buy, or partner for.
If you're someone who has strong instincts about the future of fintech and the ability to turn ambiguity into crisp strategic direction, this role is built for that.
You will:
- Spot where fintech, AI, and consumer behavior are headed - and turn that into concrete strategic bets and product priorities, and shape them into clear testable experiments
- Develop evaluation frameworks, build business cases / financial modeling, and define the prioritization criteria that determine what OnePay builds, buys, or partners for
- Create clear, compelling narratives for leadership, including board-level work
- Own competitive intelligence - synthesize trends, competitor moves and regulatory signals into strategic recommendations for the executive team
- Lead high visibility strategic initiatives end-to-end, including scoping, execution and measuremen, coordinating across cross functional teams
- Help position OnePay externally through industry POVs, research, and key conversations
- Use AI aggressively to move faster, think broader, and produce high-quality output
YOU BRING
- 7–10+ years of experience across consulting, product / corporate strategy, or venture capital; with at least 3-4 years in fintech, AI or consumer tech
- Consulting background (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or similar)
- Strong product intuition - you can evaluate ideas critically and frame clear go/no-go recommendations
- Experience advising on or defining strategy for 0→1 products - not necessarily building them
- A clear point of view on where fintech is going
- Excellent problem structuring and communication skills
- High ownership and comfort operating in fast-moving, constantly changing environments
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is hiring Product Analysts to embed across the product organization and serve as strategic analytics partners to teams across Healthcare, Algorithms, AI, Hardware, and other product areas. In this role, you will help define how WHOOP measures product success, uncover insights that shape roadmap decisions, and translate complex data into clear recommendations that improve the member experience. You will bring strong analytical rigor, product intuition, and intellectual curiosity to help teams make faster, smarter, and more impactful decisions with data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Design, and cross-functional leadership to inform strategy and roadmap decisions with data.
- Own the analytical narrative for your product area, illustrated by defining KPIs, refining measurement frameworks, and surfacing insights that drive action.
- Support experimentation and feature launches end-to-end: from defining success metrics to post-launch analysis and iteration.
- Build scalable, self-serve reporting & tooling that lets your stakeholders make decisions without waiting on you.
- Develop deep context on your product domain and use it to ask sharper questions, challenge assumptions, and push the product forward.
- Proactively surface insights and recommendations that go beyond the ask; identify opportunities others haven't seen yet.
- Collaborate with a high-performance analytics team in a fast-paced environment where intellectual curiosity is the baseline expectation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You've done this before: 2-6+ years in an analytical role where you owned business-critical metrics or initiatives. (We're hiring across levels; we'll figure out the right fit together.)
- You use AI tools proactively and hold AI-assisted work to the same bar as your own.
- You can take a vague question, wrangle the right data, isolate insights, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders who aren't data people.
- You're a strong storyteller: you know how to make a compelling, concise case for action.
- You're technically sharp: advanced SQL is table stakes. Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, ELT workflows) and visualization tools (Hex, Sigma, Amplitude, Looker) is a plus.
- You have product sense: you think about the member experience, not just the numbers.
- You're curious about how things work. Algorithms, hardware, health science: you don't need to be an expert, but you should want to understand.
- You're a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and doesn't wait to be told what to work on.
- TEAMS WE'RE HIRING FOR
We’re looking for multiple analysts to work across our product teams. During the interview process, we'll work with you to find the right team fit based on your interests and strengths:
- AI Product: The future of intelligent coaching and personalized insights powered by AI/ML.
- Algorithms: Where the science meets the product; sleep, recovery, strain, and how algorithmic outputs translate into member value.
- Hardware Product: The physical device experience; sensors, wearability, and next-gen hardware.
- Healthcare Product: Building WHOOP's Health Operating System; health outcomes, clinical features, personalized wellness.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify https://www.e-verify.gov/ to determine employment eligibility
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $155,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
The Data Infrastructure team at Cohere is responsible for the storage and data movement layer underlying every model training run. We're building the unified storage layer that feeds our training workloads. It needs to serve petabytes of training data and model checkpoints fast enough to keep thousands of GPUs busy across several training clusters. In this role, you’d have an opportunity to build this system from the ground up. You’d be a key contributor, working on a problem few teams have had to solve at this scale.
In this role, you will:
- Design, build, and operate the distributed storage system that feeds model training and evaluation.
- Run this system multiple on Kubernetes clusters at petabyte scale.
- Work with researchers and training-infra teams on how jobs actually read and write data, and turn that into throughput, latency, and durability requirements
- Work through the networking, I/O, and consistency problems of moving large datasets and checkpoints across regions and backends, with GPU idle time and time-to-insight as the measures of success
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Strong storage fundamentals, including replication, consistency, caching, and data lifecycle management.
- Strong coding ability. We work in Python and Go; experience in either is enough, but you should be willing to pick up the other
- Experience running stateful systems on Kubernetes, including Persistent Volumes, CSI drivers, and StatefulSets.
- Hands-on experience with cloud object storage such as S3 as well as POSIX-style filesystems.
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience with parallel or HPC filesystems such as Weka, VAST, or Lustre.
- Familiarity with the data-loading and checkpointing patterns used in large-scale model training.
- An interest in how large models are trained and evaluated, including the trajectory and eval data those runs generate, and a desire to understand the workloads the platform is serving.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
