As a Finance, Legal & Ops team, we are business partners in Eneba. By cooperating and supporting the organization in finance and accounting topics we strive to enable growth, optimize and improve the current internal processes. At the same time we act as strategic advisors whose input helps shape the roadmap of product teams.
As Head of Finance, you will lead and scale the finance organization, spanning FP&A, treasury, and a Business Analysts hub embedded within product teams. This is a hands-on build role, where you will establish key finance capabilities from scratch while growing and mentoring the team. We are looking for someone who thrives both as a people leader and as an individual contributor driving high-impact initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the finance team and the Business Analysts hub - hire, develop, and manage performance.
- Build the treasury function from scratch - cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, payment prioritisation, cash pool strategy, and working capital management.
- Set FX policy and hedging strategy for the group; oversee execution by the FP&A team.
- Own all banking relationships - negotiate products and deals with banks and partners, manage account infrastructure, and drive operational banking processes.
- Own financial reporting to the board - prepare and deliver accurate, insightful board reporting packages.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; review and challenge financial models and business cases prepared by the FP&A team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards relevant to the finance function.
- Partner with CFO, product, commercial, and operational teams to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
- Develop and improve finance processes as the product evolves and new business lines are introduced.
- Set the direction for AI adoption and process automation within the finance function; lead implementation of automation initiatives across finance workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any other related field.
- 7+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years managing teams. Comfortable operating as a high-level individual contributor on strategic projects while simultaneously building and leading a growing team.
- Strong business acumen - ability to understand business in detail, ask the right questions, and get to root causes rather than treating symptoms.
- Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, and board-level reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
- AI-first mindset - actively uses AI tools in daily work and sees automation as the default, not the exception.
- Exceptional time management, task ownership, and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in both English (written and spoken).
- Experience in treasury, cash management, FX risk management, or hedging strategies would be a plus.
- Experience in a high-growth tech, marketplace, or e-commerce company - energised by building, not just maintaining.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. The Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead go-to-market for AI Mosaic, one of our exclusive pioneering technologies, launching soon.
You'll be the commercial owner of a brand-new product entering the market. That means building demand from the ground up, opening the right doors, and turning early interest into signed business, primarily across the Japanese market.
We're an engineering- and product-heavy company. What we're missing is someone who can represent AI Mosaic in business conversations, find the demand, and convert it into real revenue.
This is not a passive role. It's hands-on, outward-facing, and revenue-driven. You own the pipeline end to end: from first outreach to closed deal.
What You Will Do
Own go-to-market and new revenue for AI Mosaic as it moves from launch into growth.
Identify, qualify, and close new business across studios, platforms, content networks, and technology buyers, with a focus on Japan.
Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline with clear stages, forecasts, and accountable ownership.
Represent AI Mosaic at industry events, conferences, and client-facing meetings.
Translate a complex technical product into clear, commercial value for each buyer.
Create and deliver pitch decks, commercial proposals, and business cases tailored to different audiences.
Work with leadership to define target segments, pricing angles, and go-to-market priorities.
Coordinate internally with product, engineering, and legal to scope, structure, and land deals.
Contribute best practices, market signals, and key findings to the company's knowledge base.
What We Are Looking For
Native or fluent Japanese, with confidence in negotiations and senior-level business conversations in the Japanese market.
Proven experience working with the Japanese market, with an existing understanding of how business gets done and deals get closed there.
Solid B2B experience in business development or sales within tech, media, or platform-driven businesses, with a track record of closing deals.
Ability to represent a complex technical product and translate it into clear buyer value.
Proactive in sourcing new opportunities, clients, and markets, without waiting for inbound.
Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Strong sense of ownership over pipeline, follow-ups, and revenue outcomes.
Bonus Points
Working English for internal collaboration with a global team.
Experience in streaming platforms, tech, media, or the Japanese content industry.

This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the company:
KIEFER is building Greece's integrated AI ecosystem. From renewable energy infrastructure and AI systems to robotics and enterprise applications, we connect the technologies that power Europe's intelligent future. Founded in 2014, KIEFER has delivered 600MW+ of energy projects and is now developing sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise AI products and physical AI systems for Greece and Southeast Europe.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Director to own the commercialization of KIEFER's AI, Robotics, and Operational Intelligence stack directly with major utilities, grid operators, and energy conglomerates in Greece and the broader EU market.
You will act as the bridge between KIEFER's advanced AI engineering and the operational realities of the energy sector - a highly technical, strategic sales role that requires peer-to-peer credibility with utility COOs, CTOs, and Heads of Innovation.
This is not a generalist SaaS sales role. You should be comfortable navigating long, complex procurement cycles and public tenders, translating AI and robotics capability into operational and financial ROI, and bringing market reality back to the CEO and Product team to help sharpen product-market fit.
What you will do
- Build and close a high-value pipeline of enterprise deals across the Greek and SE European energy sector (e.g., DEDDIE, IPTO, PPC, Mytilineos, HELLENiQ Energy)
- Translate KIEFER's AI, robotics, and Sovereign AI Data Center capabilities into concrete operational and financial ROI for grid operators
- Navigate complex procurement cycles, public tenders, and regulatory requirements (NIS2, EU AI Act, DORA) inherent to critical-infrastructure sales
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product Architecture to run a technical pre-sales motion, opening doors and setting the strategic frame while the team proves technical capability
- Act as the voice of the energy market back to the CEO and Product team, helping refine PMF based on real utility pain points (SCADA integration, substation inspection, edge compute)
- Own account planning and relationship management for KIEFER's most strategic energy accounts, including the existing DEDDIE/IPTO relationship
What you will need
- 10+ years selling complex, high-value technical solutions directly to utilities, grid operators, or large energy conglomerates
- Deep understanding of grid infrastructure, substation operations, EMS/ADMS, SCADA, and industrial automation protocols (e.g., IEC 61850)
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for European critical infrastructure (NIS2, EU AI Act, DORA, data sovereignty, on-premise/air-gapped deployment)
- Proven track record closing 6-to-7-figure enterprise deals through long, multi-stakeholder procurement cycles (technical, legal, procurement, C-suite)
- Peer-to-peer credibility with utility COOs, CTOs, and Heads of Innovation
- Based in Athens, with willingness to travel regularly across SE Europe
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with DEDDIE/HEDNO, IPTO, PPC, Mytilineos, HELLENiQ Energy, or comparable SE European utilities/energy conglomerates
- Experience navigating EU AI Act or DORA compliance in a commercial context
- Background bridging Energy EPC and technology/AI commercialization
- Experience selling robotics or industrial automation (e.g., inspection, edge compute) alongside software
- Prior exposure to sovereign, on-premise, or air-gapped AI infrastructure deployments
What is there for you
- Impact - sell the core intelligence layer that will define how national critical infrastructure operates for the next decade
- Access - report directly to the CEO and work alongside top-tier strategic advisors
- Unfair advantage - sovereign GPU infrastructure and strategic partnerships with NVIDIA, and Unitree
- Ownership - build and scale the sales motion for KIEFER's energy vertical across SE Europe
- Category - be at the forefront of Europe's shift toward Autonomous Operations and sovereign AI infrastructure
- Culture - direct CEO access, high autonomy, low bureaucracy

Please be informed that Foxelli Group hires exclusively in-house and doesn't work with any external recruitment agencies. Any company or individual claiming to recruit on behalf of Foxelli Group is not affiliated with us.
At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI?
Foxelli is a place for people who think deeply, learn quickly, automate repetitive work, enjoy spending time together, and build things that matter. We work hard, joke often, and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
If you’re excited about AI, eager to learn, and want to create work that genuinely means something with people who care, you’ll feel right at home with us - no matter where you are in your career.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Churn Specialist for our craft subscription box brands to help us get closer to our customers - understand what they actually need, spot where we're falling short, and find ways to retain them.
You'll work across multiple Foxelli Group brands, investigate the full customer lifecycle, and turn data into initiatives that actually move the needle on retention.
You won't just track churn numbers. You'll own the thinking behind what is happening with the brand and drive the ideas to help retain our customers.
If you love:
- getting into customer data and finding the story behind the numbers
- mapping out a customer journey and spotting where things go wrong
- testing ideas - onboarding tweaks, lifecycle flows, CRO experiments, win-back sequences, etc
- using AI and automations to move faster and do more with less
- understanding what makes customers stay (or leave) on a psychological level
- working across multiple products and brands without losing focus
- working with crafts like knitting, crochet, and quilting
And if you're someone who can take a messy churn problem, break it down into clear hypotheses, and see them through to results…
…you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Churn Analysis & Research
- Analyse churn patterns across multiple Foxelli brands - when customers drop, which segments are most at risk, and what's driving it
- Research competitors and benchmark what best-in-class retention looks like in our space
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, surface insights, and identify patterns
- Build a clear picture of our customers - their motivations, frustrations, and what "good enough to stay" actually means to them
Customer Journey & Onboarding
- Audit the full customer lifecycle with a churn lens - from first-touch onboarding to long-term engagement
- Identify drop-off moments and experience gaps that are costing us customers
- Own initiatives to improve onboarding flows and early-stage activation
Retention Initiatives & Experimentation
- Develop hypotheses and run experiments - lifecycle communications, CRO tests, loyalty mechanics, win-back campaigns, cancellation flows
- Build and maintain automations that support retention at scale - triggered flows, at-risk alerts, personalised sequences
- Use AI to generate ideas, draft copy, simulate scenarios, and iterate faster
- Track the impact of every initiative and iterate based on results
- Document what worked, what didn't, and why
AI & Automations
- Build and maintain automations that support retention initiatives at scale
- Proactively explore how AI can improve the way we understand and respond to churn
- Stay current with new tools and bring ideas to the table before anyone asks
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 2 years of experience of direct experience fixing actual churn for a physical product
- Proven experience diagnosing churn, not just reporting on it, but getting to the root of it
- Comfortable working with data: cohort analysis, funnel metrics, A/B test results
- Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping, onboarding optimisation, or CRO
- Experience building automations: triggered flows, lifecycle sequences, or similar
- Able to turn messy data into a clear point of view and present it to senior stakeholders
- Has worked across multiple products or brands
- Uses AI tools beyond basic prompts and actively looks for ways to automate and improve workflows

1. Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
2. Ribbon AI Interview - Ribbon is a short, guided video step that helps us understand your thinking style in a calm, private space
3. Text Task - A small real-world challenge so we can see how you approach problems in action.
4. Interview - A conversation with your manager to feel the work chemistry, get to know each other, and explore what we could build together
FIXED SERVICE FEE
2,500 - 2,800 euros after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.
- A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like.

A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Solutions Architect based in Singapore (reporting to the Asia Solutions Architect Manager), you'll join GitLab's Asia team as the trusted advisor to prospects, customers and partners across the region, helping them understand how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform addresses both technical requirements and business objectives across the entire software development lifecycle.
You'll guide organisations through their digital transformation journeys, from planning through monitoring, using your technical and AI expertise, understanding of cloud and modern software development practices, and strong customer empathy.
Partnering closely with your peers, Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you'll own technical evaluations, including proofs of value and workshops, shape solution architectures, and serve as the voice of the customer back to Product Management. You'll drive successful platform adoption, influence revenue growth through solution and value selling, and build long-term, trust-based relationships that showcase GitLab's differentiated position in an AI-driven DevSecOps landscape.
What you'll do
Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to show how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers' technical and business needs across the full lifecycle.
Drive the technical evaluation process as the directly responsible individual, including solution design, proof of concept or proof of value ownership, workshop design, and the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
Collaborate with Account Executives and the broader go-to-market team across Asia to shape and execute account strategies that support new customer acquisition and expansion.
Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven transformation and enabling them to become GitLab advocates.
Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment.
Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform roadmap and positioning.
Maintain and expand your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies by creating reusable examples, best-practice guidance, and technical collateral for customers and partners.
Invest in your growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to improve the Solutions Architect team's impact continuously.
What you'll bring
Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices, continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows, and the application of Generative and Agentic AI within software delivery.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, continuous integration and continuous deployment, and collaboration platforms, and the ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
Clear technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for practitioners through to senior business and technical decision makers.
Fluent Mandarin language skills are required for this role, with the ability to engage stakeholders from C-level executives through to end-user buyers confidently. This role covers markets where Mandarin is essential to effective customer engagement, primarily Singapore and Taiwan.
Skill in building trusted relationships, listening with empathy, and acting as a customer advocate to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Motivation to continuously develop professionally, including learning new technologies, deepening GitLab platform expertise, and applying transferable experience from related fields.
About the team
The Solutions Architect team is part of GitLab's Sales organisation and serves as the technical counterpart to Account Executives, with this role focused on opportunities across Asia and reporting to the Asia Solutions Architect Manager. The team helps customers realise the full value of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform by advising on architecture, running technical evaluations such as proofs of value, and guiding customers through digital transformation. Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from top-tier investors.
Here, you get real ownership from day one, high standards, and direct communication. You'll work alongside a team that combines deep local knowledge and experience scaling regulated financial companies from scratch.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and directly impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll build and own Salmon's Frontline Employees Database — the internal system that runs HR and operational processes for around 4,000 frontline employees.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Start with Frontline DB, which brings together employee and candidate profiles, access and account data, time-off information, shift planning, and selected operational results — with a backlog of initiatives across development, integrations, data mapping, documentation, and process improvement.
- Own solutions end to end: dig into the business need, clarify requirements with stakeholders, propose a practical approach, and turn it into a working MVP.
- Work directly with HR, Operations, People Partners, and Support, and over time extend scope into integrations with HiBob, Ashby, and other internal systems.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Develop and improve PostgreSQL data structures for custom internal solutions.
- Design, build, and maintain automation and integration workflows in n8n.
- Build internal applications, forms, and user interfaces in Retool.
- Integrate HR and enterprise systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods, with custom logic in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain what you build — and handle internal support requests for existing tools and workflows (about 20% of the role).
- Grow MVP solutions into reliable internal products as processes and needs evolve.
WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT
- Confident SQL skills and experience with relational databases — you can query, validate, and interpret data independently.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or another low-code automation platform.
- Experience with Retool or another platform for building internal applications and forms.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript for scripting and automation.
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns, plus a basic grasp of testing, debugging, and error handling.
- A proactive working style — you read incomplete requirements, make reasonable technical decisions independently, and know when to escalate — with good English for working with international stakeholders.
WHAT WE OFFER
Build what's next in Southeast Asian fintech.

- Hybrid-first, with fully remote work available for eligible roles and core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 19:00 Manila time (UTC+8)
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene

- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
