We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who owns delivery - not tracks it, not reports it, owns it.
You'll be responsible for a specific area: games, features, or platform work. From the first conversation about a requirement through to production - you're on the hook for the whole thing.
This isn’t a coordination-only role. We need someone with previous hands-on software engineering, DevOps, release engineering, or similar technical experience who can actively improve and automate the way software is built, tested, and released.
You set the timeline, track it, and communicate changes before people start asking questions. If there's a blocker, you've already seen it. If a release isn't ready, you say so - clearly and early.
You'll look at how work flows through your area and fix what's broken. Not just follow whatever process exists. You'll design something that actually works, iterate on it, and make it better over time.
A key part of the role will be identifying manual steps, bottlenecks, and failure points in development and release workflows, and then building practical automation to remove them. This may include improving CI/CD pipelines, automating release checks, connecting tools through APIs, and developing scripts or lightweight internal solutions.
Quality is yours too. Not QA's problem alone, not the tech lead's problem. You own release readiness: is it tested, is it documented, does anyone know the operational risk. If the answer is no, it doesn't ship.
You'll work closely with product, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams, keep them aligned, and report directly to the VP of Delivery.
What we expect from you
First 30 days
- Understand how delivery actually works in your area - not how it should work, how it actually works
- Map where work gets stuck, what the recurring blockers are, and who the key people are
- Meet everyone who matters: product owners, tech leads, QA, release managers, client teams
- Write up what you found and share it with the VP of Delivery
First 60 days
- Take ownership of delivery tracking for your area
- Pick the biggest workflow problem you found and start fixing it
- Show you can catch a blocker before it causes a delay - at least twice
First 90 days
- Own and communicate a delivery forecast that stakeholders actually trust
- Ship at least one release with no last-minute surprises - quality gates passed, documentation done, everyone aligned
- Present your view on how delivery should work in your area going forward
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in an engineering delivery, software delivery leadership, or similar role where you owned outcomes, not just process
- Previous hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Release Engineer, Build Engineer, Developer Productivity Engineer, or in a similarly technical role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including builds, automated testing, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and rollback.
- You catch problems early. Not because you're lucky, but because you know what signals to watch
- You've worked across engineering, product, and QA and you know how to keep them moving together
- Strong communicator - you can give a clear, honest delivery update to a VP without needing a slide deck
- You care about quality beyond closing tickets - release readiness, testing coverage, operational risk are things you think about naturally
- You're genuinely interested in the product you're delivering, not just the process around it
- You actively look for repetitive manual work and replace it with reliable, maintainable automation.
Nice to have
- Background in iGaming, gaming, or another regulated product environment
- Experience in a B2B or multi-operator delivery model
- Familiarity with incident management and post-mortems
- Experience working with external studios or third-party development partners
- OKR-based planning and how it connects to delivery cadence
- Jira or similar tooling - configuration, not just usage
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive Salary
- Quarterly Bonuses
- Unlimited Paid Time Off
- Unlimited Paid Sick Leave
- Remote & Flexible Working
- Private Medical Insurance
- Financial Support for Life Events
- Professional Development Budget
- International Exposure
- Regular Company Events
*Benefits may vary depending on location and contractual agreement

About the Role
As adjoe enters its next critical phase of global expansion, with a strategic priority of building a scalable and predictable revenue engine. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager to advance our GTM strategy and drive global execution with our teams in Europe, North America, and APAC. This is not a maintenance role; it is a creation role at the heart of our commercial strategy.
Your mission is to shape and refine our global GTM strategy and take strategic priorities through execution to achieve results. You will define and implement the operations that will ensure we can continue to scale efficiently across all markets.
Reporting directly to our Managing Director (GTM) and working closely with regional VPs of Revenue, the wider adjoe leadership team, and our Product and Tech departments, you will act as a strategic partner and operational bridge across teams. You’ll help translate strategic goals into execution, ensuring alignment from planning to delivery. This role blends analytical and strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration—supporting high-impact initiatives, guiding teams through complex deals, and driving seamless execution from partner engagement to integration.
What You Will Do:
- GTM Strategy: Partner with our Managing Director (GTM) and regional VPs of Revenue (Europe, North America, APAC) to design and implement a scalable global GTM strategy, defining the end-to-end sales processes and operational cadence.
- Business Development: Actively support our Sales teams on high-priority, strategic accounts across all stages (deal, onboarding, and scaling). Support our Growth teams in strategic account development (e.g. new product upsell strategy).
- Sales Enablement & Productivity: Act as the primary bridge between Product Marketing and the global Sales organization, developing a continuous enablement program to equip teams with the knowledge and assets to win.
- Reporting & Pipeline Management: Architect and build our global sales reporting framework to establish a single source of truth for pipeline health, forecasting, and performance KPIs.
- Sales Incentive Design & Execution: Design, model, and manage a motivating global sales commission plan, from initial hands-on creation to eventual strategic oversight as the team scales.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Product, and Tech teams, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability across markets.
- Future Growth - Team Development: Build and lead the foundation of the Revenue Operations function, establishing processes and a structure that can grow with the company’s expansion.
Who You Are:
- Strategic & Analytical: 2–3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting (MBB), high-growth Start-ups or Scale-ups, or VC/PE, with a strong record in strategy development and execution, ideally GTM oriented.
- Business Acumen: Experienced in formulation (and ideally execution) of commercial strategy and GTM motions. Solid understanding or strong interest in AdTech, including the key performance metrics and sales cycles common in the space.
- Builder’s Mindset: You combine structure and pragmatism—equally comfortable architecting multi-year GTM plans and rolling up your sleeves to execute. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Executive Presence & Partnership: Strong business acumen and the ability to work closely with senior leadership and external partners. You influence through insight, build trust across teams, and act as a reliable partner who turns strategy into execution.
- Problem-Solving & Ownership: You bring a structured, yet adaptive approach to challenges—leading high-impact initiatives from idea to outcome with a hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Global Communicator: Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Academic Foundation: Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM from a top-tier university. An MBA is a plus but not required.
Our Commitment to Your Success:
- Invest in Your Future: You’ll join a high-performing, rapidly scaling global company with a clear vision, while directly influencing the company's trajectory and sharing in its success. We’re committed to your growth through regular feedback, mentoring, and our development programs, you’ll expand your skillset and build a long-term career at adjoe.
- Easy Arrival to adjoe: From signing to settling in Hamburg, we’ve got you and your family covered, including a relocation bonus, and personal support to help you build your life here, making your move smooth and stress-free.
- Live Your Best Life, at Work and Beyond: Flexible hours, remote Fridays and 30 vacation days. You’ll also have three weeks of remote work each year, access to an 24/7 in-house gym with classes, and mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Thrive Where You Work: Our Hamburg HQ offers more than a view of the Alster lake. You’ll find a vibrant office with top-notch equipment, open collaboration spaces, and plenty of snacks and drinks to keep ideas (and energy) flowing.
