Who You Are:
You are a senior construction executive who has delivered multiple phases of large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure and knows what it takes to run a campus, not just a project. You lead leaders. You build teams that execute safely and predictably, and you hold contractors and partners to a high standard. You are equally comfortable walking a live site and presenting schedule, cost, and risk to executive stakeholders. You believe the digital economy depends on infrastructure delivered right, and delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
As VP, Campus Construction Manager at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will own construction execution across all active and future phases of the campus. You will lead a team of senior construction managers, each accountable for a phase or scope, and set the standards, cadence, and accountability that keep the campus aligned on safety, schedule, cost, and quality. You will be the single point of accountability for construction at Helios, from preconstruction handoff through commissioning and turnover to operations. At peak, the Helios campus workforce on site is expected to exceed 2,000 people.
Lead and Develop the Campus Construction Team: Directly manage the on-site construction team on active and future phases at Helios, which will include project management, QA/QC, commissioning, MEP, and CSA leaders, as well as field construction managers. Set clear expectations, coach for performance, and build bench strength as the campus grows.
Own Campus-Level Delivery: Provide integrated oversight of construction across all phases, resolving cross-phase conflicts in resources, laydown, site logistics, access, utilities, and sequencing.
Manage Schedule and Progress: Own the campus master schedule view. Monitor progress against baseline, identify critical-path threats early, and direct recovery and mitigation plans before they affect milestones.
Drive Safety Culture: Set and enforce Galaxy's safety standards across the campus. Partner with Galaxy EHS and contractor safety leadership to sustain a zero-incident environment, and hold the team accountable for leading indicators as well as outcomes.
Oversee Contractors and Trade Partners: Manage executive-level relationships with general contractors and key trade partners. Ensure alignment on milestones, quality, safety, staffing, and commercial performance.
Control Cost and Change: Provide leadership oversight of pay applications, change orders, forecasts, and budget tracking for each phase. Ensure disciplined change management and accurate cost reporting to leadership.
Manage OFCI Integration: Work closely with Pre-Construction and OFCI procurement and logistics teams to ensure UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and other owner-furnished equipment arrive, are set, and are installed without impacting the construction schedule.
Lead Commissioning and Turnover: Partner with on-site commissioning manager, 3
rd
party Cx agent, and operations teams to ensure systematic testing, closeout, and clean turnover of each phase to operations.
Ensure Quality: Establish and enforce Galaxy's QA/QC standards across the campus. Escalate and resolve systemic quality issues.
Advance Lean and Prefabrication: Drive Galaxy's modularization, prefabrication, and lean delivery initiatives, and capture lessons learned so each phase is more repeatable than the last.
Manage Regulatory and Community Relationships: Work with local authorities, inspectors, utilities, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and permit requirements.
Report to Leadership: Provide frequent status updates to the Co-Heads of Data Center Construction, and communicate campus status, risks, and forecasts clearly to Galaxy executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects.
Demonstrated success leading multi-phase or campus-scale developments.
Deep understanding of construction delivery models (including GMP), risk management, and contractor oversight.
Technical fluency across MEP, commissioning, civil, and structural systems.
Proven track record managing OFCI equipment integration and commissioning.
Strong command of cost control, change management, and schedule analysis.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint.
Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)
Bonus Points:
A track record of leading and developing high-performing construction teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technial and executive stakeholders.
Sound jugement under pressure and a bias toward early, honest escalation.
A commitment to safety, quality, and executional excellence.
A passion for building world-class infrastructure that supports the growth of the digital economy.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is becoming the AI layer inside the platforms where enterprises already work. Our partnership with Salesforce — anchored by Claudeforce — is the first and largest example, and a growing roster of strategic technology partners is following the same path: making Claude the front door to their products for millions of users.
As Marketing Manager, Tech Partnerships, you will own the ongoing comarketing relationship with these strategic tech partners. You will be the single marketing point of contact for each partner’s marketing organization, build and run the joint marketing plan, manage shared marketing funds, and turn large partnership agreements into pipeline-generating field programs — exec summits at partner flagship events, joint workshops, enablement moments, and co-branded activations around the world.
Key responsibilities
Own the day-to-day comarketing relationship with strategic tech partners, starting with Salesforce: be the one consistent Anthropic marketing voice your partner counterparts plan with, and keep both sides working from a single joint plan
Build joint marketing plans with each partner, with goals and success metrics agreed before any shared funds are committed
Manage joint marketing development funds (MDF): allocation across programs, spend tracking, compliance with partnership terms, and reporting on what the investment returned
Design and execute flagship joint moments — executive summits and sessions at partner events (e.g., Dreamforce, World Tours), joint customer workshops, partner sales kickoff enablement, and co-hosted executive dinners
Extend partner programs through the broader ecosystem, including joint activations with shared systems-integrator and consulting partners
Measure what matters: partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, program-level attribution, and a partnership marketing health scorecard built with Marketing Ops
Protect the brand: apply comarketing guidelines, run messaging and asset approvals in both directions, and know when to say no to a partner ask
Operate as connective tissue across Anthropic: Partner Marketing, Partnerships/Business Development, segment field marketers, Product Marketing, Events, and Comms all touch these relationships. You keep them coordinated and the partner experience coherent
Minimum qualifications
Ownership of a comarketing relationship with a large strategic partner: a hyperscaler, a major SaaS platform, or an equivalent, including joint planning and MDF management
A track record of executive-level field programs: summits, flagship-event activations, C-level dinners, and roadshows, with the pipeline to show for them
Strong relationship-building skills: able to earn trust with partner marketing leaders while holding Anthropic's line on brand, messaging, and spend
Comfort building in ambiguity: the playbook for this motion is being written now, and you'll write much of it
Rigor on measurement: fluent in pipeline attribution with sales and ops counterparts
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in field, partner, or alliance marketing at a technology company
Experience on both sides of a platform partnership (at the platform and at the ISV/partner)
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and how enterprises adopt AI products
Experience running programs at global scale across multiple regions and event series
Experience working with or marketing through global systems integrators
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We're seeking an experienced Policy Communications Manager to help drive external communications for our security, governance, and responsible scaling programs, and associated work. This role offers the opportunity to help shape how Anthropic communicates about our approach to developing secure AI systems and products, our work to uphold and iterate on our Responsible Scaling Policy framework, and the unique corporate structure that keeps the company accountable to its mission, including our Long-Term Benefit Trust (LTBT) and our status as a public benefit corporation.
You'll partner closely with our security, product, legal, governance, and Responsible Scaling Policy (RSP) teams to communicate Anthropic's approach to building safe and secure AI models as the technology becomes increasingly capable across critical domains like cybersecurity. You'll also help lead communications about how Anthropic is governed: the role of the LTBT's independent trustees in overseeing the company and electing members of our board, the obligations that come with our public benefit corporation charter, and why we believe this structure matters as AI systems grow more powerful. As governments establish regulatory frameworks for frontier AI, you'll help articulate how Anthropic approaches its transparency obligations and public reporting commitments, translating evolving requirements into clear, credible external communications. This will include balancing proactive storytelling about product security updates and launches with thoughtful handling of reactive matters as they arise. We're charting new terrain communicating about fast-moving frontier model capabilities and threat surfaces, and about institutional structures few other companies have built. You'll bring strong communications fundamentals to the role but recognize that traditional approaches may not map cleanly to the novel issues we're tackling.
The ideal candidate is an experienced issues handler with strong executive management skills, attention to detail, and the judgment to navigate sensitive topics with care. You should be able to move quickly under pressure and tight deadlines, write crisply, and distill complex security, governance, and technical topics for a broad audience while maintaining accuracy. This is a unique opportunity to help define how one of the world's leading AI safety companies communicates about the security and governance challenges that will shape the future of the technology.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute communications strategies for Anthropic's approach to AI security, governance, and responsible scaling
Drive external communications about Anthropic's corporate governance, including the Long-Term Benefit Trust and our public benefit corporation status, explaining how these structures provide independent oversight and accountability to our mission
Serve as a trusted communications partner to security, product, legal, governance, and RSP leaders on sensitive, fast-moving matters
Develop proactive communications around emerging regulatory frameworks and transparency obligations, including public reporting commitments, disclosure requirements, and Anthropic's engagement with oversight bodies
Manage reactive inbound media requests on complex security and governance topics
Build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers covering security, corporate governance, and technology policy
Prepare executives for media interviews, speaking engagements, and public appearances, developing thought leadership opportunities that position Anthropic's leaders as credible voices on AI security, governance, and responsible development
Write blog posts, statements, talking points, and other communications materials that explain our security, governance, and responsible scaling work clearly and accessibly, maintaining accuracy
Support reactive communications efforts with speed, accuracy, and sound judgment
Minimum qualifications
Experience in policy communications, including managing communications around complex security or governance topics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical topics accurately for broad audiences
Experience in issues management and developing reactive communications under pressure and tight timelines
Strong executive management skills and a proven ability to work seamlessly across technical and non-technical teams
A track record of building media relationships
A results-oriented, high-agency working style, with a bias toward flexibility and impact
Comfort operating in new terrain, where the technology is evolving quickly and the right communications approach may not yet exist
A deep commitment to ensuring that transformative AI systems are developed safely
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of experience in policy communications, ideally at a high-growth technology company
Experience communicating about corporate governance, regulatory affairs, or oversight structures, and comfort explaining novel institutional arrangements to broad audiences
Existing relationships with security, governance, and tech policy reporters and influencers

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work with Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, and Marketing on tailored solutions, successful POCs and pilots, and a smooth path from award to deployment.
Forecast with Discipline:
Maintain accurate pipeline management, realistic forecasting that reflects procurement timelines and budget cycles, and clear account plans.

Public Sector IT Awareness:
Working knowledge of the data protection and security requirements that shape European public-sector IT purchasing.
Partner-Led Approach:
Track record of building co-selling strategies with channel, SI, and alliance partners.
Competitive Selling:
Proven ability to displace entrenched vendors with a differentiated value proposition.
Consultative, Challenger Mindset:
You teach, tailor, and challenge customer thinking, and you shape requirements rather than just responding to them.
Startup Mindset:
Comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up in a fast-moving company.
Network:
Established relationships within UK/EU public institutions, research communities, and the partner ecosystem.
Communication:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with technical and executive stakeholders. Fluency in English and other relevant local languages is required.

- Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
- Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process.
- Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Design Sensibility: Strong UI/UX understanding , able to create compelling, detailed mockups.

- Ownership Mentality: Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes.
- Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).
- Fluent English: Strong written and verbal communication skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

We value ambitious professionals who deliver results. We offer:
- A merit-based environment where performance directly impacts compensation
- Substantial bonus structure tied to exceeding KPI targets

About Somnia:
SOMNIA is the Agentic Chain - a hyper-performance L1 operating at an order of magnitude faster than existing networks. We empower builders and traders to create real-time, autonomous, and fully decentralized products, powered by agents, that were previously impossible and cannot be built anywhere else. It’s where the future of Web3 protocols will be built, so we’re facilitating a new wave of on-chain applications from DEX to Prediction Protocols and much, much more.
Somnia is being developed by Somnia Foundation backed by Improbable https://www.improbable.io/, a British tech Unicorn +++ that has been at the forefront of building virtual worlds for over a decade. Somnia received initial funding from MSquared https://www.msquared.io/, which raised $150 million https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20220407005101/en/Improbable-Raises-US150m-to-Establish-M%C2%B2-MSquared-a-Metaverse-Network-and-Ecosystem-Powered-by-Its-Morpheus-Technology from a16z crypto, SoftBank, Mirana Ventures, CMT Digital, and SIG.
About the Role:
DreamDEX makes a hard claim: CEX execution without DEX custody. A fully on-chain CLOB with sub-10ms, zero trading fees, self-custody and transparent rules, competing head-on with Hyperliquid, Lighter and the large centralised exchanges.
An exchange wins or dies on liquidity, and early liquidity comes from relationships. Market makers must sign and quote tight. Builders must route flow to us. Institutions must trust a new venue with size. You will own those relationships.
You'll run business development for dreamDEX and carry the wider Somnia story (the L1, Somnia Agents, Prophecy) into institutional conversations. You'll work directly with the GTM leads and core team, with a mandate to source, structure and close the deals that put depth on the book and volume through it. We measure every deal by the liquidity, volume and TVL it produces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the market maker pipeline: source, pitch, negotiate and onboard MMs, from DeFi-native firms early on to an anchor tier 1 relationship, structuring deals across CLOB rewards, fee arrangements and liquidity commitments
- Get DreamDEX integrated with the major spot and cross-chain aggregators, then manage those relationships so we keep winning flow on price
- Build and activate the institutional pipeline: trading firms, funds, family offices, OTC desks, prime brokers and custodians, with white-glove onboarding for qualified institutions
- Build an active Builder pipeline: Trading terminals, AI strategies and native apps to drive users and volume to the Dex.
- Close liquidity deals that grow TVL: institutional LPs, protocol and DAO treasuries, and vault operators
- Land distribution partnerships that feed the exchange: wallets, perp aggregators and bridges
- Support broader Somnia BD where your network applies: ecosystem projects, stablecoin partners and treasury deals on the L1
- Feed market intelligence back to product: you hear first what MMs and institutions need (RFQ flow, reporting, credit arrangements, API features) and help shape the roadmap
- Represent DreamDEX and Somnia at conferences and in the rooms where these deals get done
Requirements:
Must Have
- Business development experience at a crypto exchange (CEX, perp DEX or spot DEX) covering market makers, institutional clients or listings
- A real network across institutions in crypto and/or TradFi: trading firms, market makers, funds, prime brokers and OTC desks. You open doors on day one rather than building a list from scratch
- Closed deals with measurable impact on volume, liquidity or TVL, and the ability to walk us through the numbers
- A working understanding of exchange mechanics: order books, spreads and depth, perps and margin, liquidations, MM economics and incentive design
- Ability to run a full deal cycle alone, from sourcing through structuring and negotiation to post-signature relationship management
- Comfort operating early in a venue's life, when you are selling the roadmap as much as the product
Nice to Have
- TradFi background in prime brokerage, electronic trading or institutional sales
- Existing relationships with DEX aggregators, wallets, custodians or vault operators
- Experience taking a new venue through cold start; you have solved the empty order book problem before
- Experience structuring token or incentive-based deals
- Working knowledge of DeFi: CLOB DEXs, vaults, stablecoins and yield products
- Experience selling to DAOs and protocol treasuries
Why Join Somnia?
Design The Future: Join Somnia to work remotely with a global team, earn competitive compensation with token incentives, and help build the future of Web3 at a company where your impact truly matters.
First of its Kind: Make Somnia famous as the only hyperspeed L1 with native AI inference.
High Stakes: Influence a brand targeting a $1M+ launch budget in the 2026 peak-fragility market.
Incentives: Competitive salary + tokens.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building a dedicated function to drive its partnerships across the AI ecosystem — labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community — and convert those into real technical and commercial outcomes. This is a newly created, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategic business development, product partnership, and ecosystem relationship-building.
Ramp is already embedded with key partners across the AI ecosystem, from working with leading labs on the latest models to serving as a design partner for emerging product capabilities. This role exists to deepen those relationships across every major lab and AI-native company, and turn them into something commercially meaningful.
There is no playbook for this.
This person will own and grow Ramp's most strategic relationships across the AI ecosystem, leading the technical side of those relationships end to end with partner product and engineering teams. The mandate spans product integrations, technical partnership strategy, deal-making, co-selling, and the creation of new revenue channels, pairing real product and engineering depth with commercial execution and ecosystem credibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Demonstrate technical depth to lead AI product and integration conversations end to end with partner engineering and product teams.
- Own Ramp's relationships with emerging labs and AI-native companies at a true partnership level — not account management
- Be embedded in the San Francisco AI community and know who is actually driving decisions at the labs, not just what the org chart says
- Convert ecosystem relationships into commercial outcomes — referrals, integrations, co-selling, and new revenue channels
- Do both the business development and product/integration work, combining deal-making with genuine technical engagement
- Stay ahead of how leading AI companies are commercializing and going to market, and help Ramp move with them — and ahead of them
- Represent Ramp externally across the San Francisco AI community: founders, investors, lab leaders, and operators
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Deep, trusted relationships at leading AI companies with the people who make decisions and influence direction — not just formal contacts
- Commercial outcomes tied to those relationships, including initiatives with measurable revenue potential and smarter product integrations on both sides
- Ramp is known and respected across the San Francisco AI community as a must-know fintech partner
- Ramp keeps pace with — and ideally stays ahead of — how quickly the labs are changing, evolving their go-to-market strategies, and commercializing
- A repeatable business development and product motion built for the AI ecosystem, not a series of one-off partnerships
- An ever-evolving AI partnership strategy that includes sourcing, negotiating, contracting, executing, and growing relationships with leading AI companies
Over the course of a year, success means launching public products, integrations, go-to-market initiatives, and distribution channels with labs and applied AI companies.
Near-term objectives could include inclusion in model-launch announcements and joint product-integration launches. Longer-term goals will incorporate adoption of integrations and revenue targets as distribution partnerships are executed.
Every day will look different, but the work will include meeting with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally, keeping a pulse on applied AI and the labs, negotiating active contracts, refining and executing Ramp's AI partnership strategy, and helping Ramp get closer to the teams that matter at the top AI companies.
NICE TO HAVES
- The ideal candidate combines two qualities that are hard to find in one person:
ECOSYSTEM CONNECTOR
- Deep personal relationships in the San Francisco AI community — founders, lab leaders, and investors — at a level where people pick up the phone
- Experience working inside or alongside leading AI partners in a way that provides genuine credibility, not just familiarity
- Known and trusted by the venture capital and investor community in AI
COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
- Has built partnerships from zero at a high-growth company and been accountable for commercial outcomes
- Can do the product and business development work simultaneously — technically fluent enough to engage on integrations and commercially sharp enough to close deals
- Has a builder mindset and can design scalable programs, not just one-off relationships
KEY CRITERIA
- Strategic business development — can identify and close partnerships that drive real commercial outcomes
- Technical aptitude — enough depth to hold credible conversations with AI lab and product teams
- Systems thinking — builds scalable programs, not just one-off deals
- Access — personal relationships at the decision-maker level inside labs, AI-native companies, and the investor community
WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING
- Ramp's AI partners are among the most influential partners any technology company can have right now. Getting this right matters enormously.
- There is no playbook. Anyone who can do something distinctive here will create a significant advantage — for Ramp and for their own career.
- This is one of the few roles that is genuinely AI-focused at a leading company in AI and technology.
- Ramp is already embedded with leading AI companies and is ahead of the curve in building this function. The groundwork is there.
- Ramp will give this person real runway — not a constrained, narrow mandate.

As-Is
(Zebra UX/UI Redesign):
(Poka-Yoke)
(Error Rate).
(Industrial Mobility):
Android / Zebra (серії TC/MC)
.
Soft Skills:
«Hands-on» підхід: це не кабінетний аналітик, а фахівець, який проводить 50%+ часу перших місяців у касці та спецвзутті безпосередньо в рядах складу.
Емпатія до кінцевого користувача (вантажника) та здоровий перфекціонізм у спрощенні складних речей.
Пропонуємо:
