ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
ABOUT THE ROLE
Docker's Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team embeds senior engineers inside our most strategic customers to solve their hardest deployment, integration, and adoption problems. FDEs then bring what they learn back to Docker Product and Engineering so that every customer benefits.
As the Principal Technical Program Manager for FDE, you define what good looks like for the organization and run the business that delivers it. You define the standards for how FDE plans, commits, delivers, and measures quality. You own the operating rhythm, track commitments Docker has made to customers, the commitments Docker Engineering has made to FDE, and the timelines and resourcing behind them.
This is a senior role that works with stakeholders across the business to drive outcomes for Dockers most important customers. FDE is where Docker proves it can deliver for the customers that matter most while the technology around us changes quickly. You will set the standard for how a small team of senior engineers earns and keeps the trust of customers, and you will make what they learn useful to the whole company. The practices you establish will become the model for how Docker engages with its largest, most complex customers.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
DEFINE WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
- Define the FDE delivery standards, engagement model, and quality bar, and write them down so engagements are consistent across customers, regions, and engineers.
- Decide which metrics matter for FDE, set targets, and revise them as the team learns.
- Turn lessons from each engagement into reusable practice and product improvements.
RUN THE FDE BUSINESS
- Give executives a clear account of what is on track, what is at risk, what decision is needed, and from whom.
- Own FDE capacity management and staffing plans with FDE leadership and recruiting: which engineers are aligned to which customers, where the gaps are, where and when to hire to stay ahead of demand.
OWN CUSTOMER AND ENGINEERING COMMITMENTS
- Instrument every commitment Docker has made to FDE customers, and every commitment Docker Product and Engineering teams have made to FDE.
- Track commitments, map dependencies across teams, and surface risks early enough to act on them.
- Negotiate and confirm dates with teams that run on their own planning processes, and hold them to those dates.
INFLUENCE ACROSS DOCKER
- Represent FDE with Product and Engineering leadership. Make sure customer needs are well defined using data, and that product decisions map to achievable FDEs action.
- Improve the internal processes that slow collaboration between Field, Product, and Engineering, and bring those improvements to the wider company when they work.
- Present FDE results and risks to Docker executives and customer stakeholders.
LEAD THE PROGRAM PRACTICE
- Set priorities for junior TPMs, define the reporting FDE needs, and mentor them in program management practice.
- Choose the tools and standards FDE uses to track work.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 10+ years of technical program management experience, including 4+ years at Staff level or above, supporting customer-facing engineering, professional services, or field engineering teams.
- A track record of delivering commitments on schedule for enterprise customers, including contractual or executive-visible deadlines.
- Experience defining standards, quality bars, and operating processes that other teams adopted.
- Experience running dependencies across many engineering teams that you do not manage, and getting reliable dates from them through influence.
- Strong technical background in cloud platforms, containers, and modern software delivery. You can read a design, challenge an estimate, and tell a real blocker from a vague one.
- Experience choosing metrics and setting targets, including working with incomplete data and deciding what is good enough to act on.
- Executive communication skills, with the ability to deliver difficult news early and clearly to customer stakeholders, Docker leaders, and engineers.
- High agency and comfort working autonomously in a distributed, remote-first company where processes are still being defined.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Occasional travel to customer sites and to Docker team gatherings.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience supporting a Forward Deployed Engineering, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Engineering organization.
- Familiarity with the agentic AI ecosystem, including coding agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and enterprise requirements for security and governance of AI workloads.
- Experience with regulated or compliance-driven customers in financial services, healthcare, government, or similar sectors.
- Experience at a developer tools, infrastructure software, or platform company.
- Familiarity with Docker products, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development platforms.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- FDE has written delivery standards, a quality bar, and KPI targets that FDEs, Field, Product, and Engineering all know and use.
- Every customer commitment and every Docker engineering commitment to FDE has an owner and a date, and strategic customer deadlines are met.
- FDE operating reviews run weekly, produce decisions, and close their actions.
- FDE capacity, hiring, and customer alignment are planned ahead of demand.
Visa sponsorship: Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We’re looking for an energetic, self-driven Cold Calling SDR who enjoys being on the phone and doesn’t get tired of making calls. In this role, calling is your main focus: you’ll reach decision-makers on behalf of Belkins clients and turn those conversations into booked appointments.
You’ll work across several client projects at once, using the Koncert power dialer to keep a steady, high-volume pace. The research, content, and technical side of outreach are handled by the team, so your time goes into conversations and results. This role suits someone who keeps their own pace without outside pressure, takes “no” in stride, and moves on to the next dial with the same energy.
Things You’ll Be Doing:
Making a high volume of cold calls every day across several client projects via the Koncert power dialer. Most of your day will be spent on the phone;
Reaching decision-makers in the US and Europe and turning conversations into booked appointments;
Adapting your pitch to each client, industry, and prospect;
Handling objections live and following up until the meeting is on the calendar;
Using a wide range of AI tools every day (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and others) for prospect research, call prep, and sharpening your pitch;
Tracking your dials, connect rate, and call-to-meeting conversion, and adjusting your approach as you go;
Joining regular review calls with clients to discuss results.
What You Bring:
2+ years of SDR or sales experience with a strong cold-calling background in B2B or B2C;
Native or near-native English and confidence reaching and speaking with US prospects;
Availability during US business hours (approximately 7:00 AM–3:00 PM EST);
AI-first mindset: you use AI every day, know which tools actually work for sales, and can show us how they make you faster on the phone;
Nice to have:
experience with a power dialer such as Orum, Kixie, Nooks, Aircall, or similar.
Solid objection handling and a track record of landing next steps;
A habit of tracking your metrics and knowing how to improve them;
Ability to manage several client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace;
Disciplined follow-up and reliable CRM hygiene.

Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact.
At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses.
We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.
So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
🚀 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
Our Salesforce org is the system of record for how Docebo sells, renews and serves customers. It carries CPQ, document generation, e-signature, provisioning and billing integrations, and a growing set of AI-driven workflows. The team that runs it is small, senior, and split between Canada and Italy. We've spent this year putting real structure behind it: a formal development lifecycle, a definition of ready for every ticket, a security standard for integrations, and a hardening program that is cleaning up years of accumulated access.
We're adding a senior developer to carry that forward. You'll build on the platform every week, but you'll also be one of the people the rest of the team turns to when a design needs a second opinion, a connected app needs scrutiny, or a request needs someone to say "not like that, and here's why."
⚡ THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Design and build. Deliver production-quality solutions in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and platform configuration, from a clear problem statement through solution design, build, test and release. You'll work the full lifecycle, not just the ticket in front of you.
- Integration security and governance. Review every new or changed integration against our integration security standard: connected app scopes, OAuth and token lifecycle, dedicated Okta-provisioned integration users, least-privilege permission sets. You'll push back on anything that asks for more access than it needs and document the decision.
- Code and design review. Act as a reviewer for the team's pull requests and solution designs. Hold the line on maintainability, test coverage, deployment readiness and SOX-relevant change controls, and give feedback people can act on.
- Platform health. Own a share of the technical-debt and hardening backlog: retiring unused automation, consolidating permission models, cleaning up legacy packages and integration users, and reducing the org's risk surface one deliberate change at a time.
- Access and provisioning backstop. Be a point person for user activation, license allocation and permission assignment, and help move that work from manual cloning toward documented roles and automation.
- Delivery partnership. Work directly with Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing and Customer Success on scoping, and with the team's administrators and QA partner on testing and release. Take part in the daily check-in and the biweekly backlog and capacity review.
- AI in the day-to-day. Use AI tooling to move faster on triage, documentation and build, and apply the judgment to validate what it produces before it ships. We care about both halves.
🌟 YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Deep hands-on Salesforce development. Several years shipping Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow and integrations (REST, platform events, middleware) in a production org with real users and real release discipline.
- A security mindset. You understand connected apps, OAuth scopes, permission sets, profiles and integration users well enough to spot a risky configuration and explain the fix. You treat "valid until revoked" as a problem, not a default.
- Review experience. You've reviewed other engineers' code and designs and know how to be direct and useful at the same time.
- Comfort in a governed environment. SOX controls, structured deployment windows, mandatory UAT, a source-control-backed deployment pipeline (we use Gearset and GitLab).
- Clear communication in English, written and spoken, with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You can explain a trade-off to a VP and a defect to a developer.
- Independence and judgment. You scope your own work, ask for clarity early, and don't wait to be told that a request is under-specified.
- Working hours that overlap the team. Our daily check-in runs at 09:30 Eastern / 15:30 Central European; you'll need to be reliably available for it from either location.
🎯 BONUS POINTS
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect or Integration Architect certification.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud, Conga or similar document generation, DocuSign, or a billing migration (we're moving billing to NetSuite).
- Experience with Slack, Okta, Fivetran or Datadog as they relate to a Salesforce org.
- Exposure to Data Cloud or Agentforce.
- Italian language skills, or prior experience on a team split across North American and European time zones.

ABOUT MOTHERDUCK
Don’t let the quirky name fool you: At MotherDuck, we’re on a mission to make data warehousing fun, frictionless, and ducking awesome for developers and data practitioners building blazing fast internal and customer-facing analytics experiences. We're building a cloud-hosted version of DuckDB, working hand-in-hand with the creators of the fastest-growing and fastest-improving query engine on the planet. Unlike other databases, MotherDuck was architected to unify local development with cloud operations to bridge the gap between software and data engineering workflows. Our team is a mix of thoughtful, passionate, and empathetic data industry veterans.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Database team is the bridge between DuckDB and the cloud. We own the core server and client extension logic that lets DuckDB run seamlessly, whether it's local or in the cloud, and we work in C++ right alongside the DuckDB codebase itself. Our mission is to push the boundaries of embedded database performance, distributed execution, and user experience, all while staying closely connected to DuckDB Labs (the team behind DuckDB) to align on APIs and shape what's next.
Day to day, we drive major projects in dual execution, resource assignment, and system reliability, while also handling incoming issues and lending our DuckDB expertise to other teams. We collaborate closely across MotherDuck and with the wider DuckDB community, making sure people get the best of both local and cloud worlds. It's a small, high-agency team with big ambitions... the kind of place where engineers own impactful projects, share what they learn, and help shape how modern analytics gets built.
This role is ideally based in Amsterdam or Berlin, but we are also open to great candidates remotely in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own major projects in our dual execution stack, so DuckDB can process queries seamlessly whether they're running locally or in the cloud.
- Help build a cloud platform that dynamically assigns resources, so DuckDB stays efficient whether someone's running a tiny workload or pushing our biggest, highest-memory instances.
- Lead cross-functional work with our frontend, platform, and infrastructure teams to keep the user experience coherent end to end.
- Push the state of the art in embedded database performance, distributed execution, and DuckDB internals.
- Deepen your DuckDB expertise and share it with the rest of the company through mentorship and documentation.
- Work directly with our support team to debug issues, learn from real usage patterns, and prioritize the improvements that matter most.
- Improve systems holistically... spotting architectural challenges early and clearing bottlenecks before they become problems.
- Mentor teammates and help raise the bar for engineering practices across the team.
- Work closely with DuckDB Labs (which grew out of the Database Architectures group at CWI, where vectorized execution and DuckDB were born) to help align on APIs and shape where DuckDB goes next.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You've built and shipped complex backend systems, and you know what great looks like.
- You're fluent in a backend language like C++, Rust, Java, or similar systems languages, and you're comfortable working close to the metal. (C++ and Rust are the biggest plus here, and we love a great Java engineer too.)
- A good foundation in query engines, execution plans, indexing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with DuckDB is a huge plus, no matter what level you're coming in at.
- You've worked with cloud infrastructure, networking, and building low-latency distributed systems.
- You can scope and lead projects that span multiple collaborators and cross-functional dependencies.
- You take pride in clear thinking, careful design, and thoughtful tradeoffs.
- You're comfortable mentoring peers and helping build a collaborative, high-agency environment.
- You enjoy engaging with the wider community, whether that's open-source conversations or working directly with DuckDB Labs.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- The opportunity to participate and contribute to DuckDB, one of most popular modern open source analytical databases.
- Competitive salary and stock options so you have a stake in our flock’s success.
- Flexible time off – take the time you need to recharge, explore, or just have a lazy day by the pond.
- A good pension plan
- Legendary company events – we bring the whole flock together once a year for unforgettable team gatherings a year to keep our bonds strong.
- Hybrid work environment – Spend three days a week in the office collaborating with the flock, and work from wherever you’re most productive the rest of the time—whether that’s your home office, a coffee shop, or a peaceful lakeside retreat. We have to warn you though, most of us like the office so much we come anyway. It’s on the river Ij, with a great lunch every day.
PLEASE APPLY
Does this role sound appealing to you, but you’re missing some of the requirements or don’t quite think you’re qualified? Please apply anyway. Research has shown that underrepresented groups in technology often shy away from roles which aren’t a 100% match. We aim to build a diverse team and will strongly consider applicants who bring many of the requirements plus have other experiences which round out their qualifications.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Payments Operations Analyst, you’ll be part of the Payments team within Claims Operations, reporting to the Payments Operations lead. You’ll help run and improve the operations that move money to our members every week, working directly with the partners who receive it. Your work will directly shape the member experience as Garner grows and launches new ways to reward members for choosing great care.
What you will do
Run day-to-day payment operations, including weekly payment cycles, funding, and the checks and controls that keep member payments accurate and on time
Serve as a point of contact for external payment partners, working through file delivery, funding, error reports, and issue resolution
Investigate payment issues end to end: analyze error reports, find the root cause, and drive fixes with internal teams and partners
Support new client and partner launches, setting up payment workflows and confirming everything works once real payments start flowing
Analyze and resolve payment questions and issues raised by clients, members, and internal teams, within our service standards
Help maintain and improve the reporting, trackers, and dashboards that show the status of all payments work
Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and process improvements, using automation and AI tools to make recurring work faster and more reliable
Raise risks early and keep the right people informed, so issues are resolved before they reach members
What we're looking for
1-4 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a similar role; experience in payments, fintech, payroll, benefits, or healthcare operations is a plus, not a requirement
Experience working with external partners or vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
An analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail; you dig for the root cause before jumping to a fix
Comfort working with financial data and reconciliations in Excel/Google Sheets
Familiarity with file-based integrations (for example, SFTP, encryption, or file mapping) is a plus
Clear, proactive communication with internal teams and external partners, and comfort using AI tools to work faster and more accurately
A combination of high ownership mentality and detail orientation, including sound judgment and rigor on high-stakes, sensitive operational work, that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives on tight deadlines
A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
A methodical problem-solver who drives continuous improvement, readily gives and absorbs feedback, and operates with individual accountability and integrity as part of a mission-driven team.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the team
The Integrity and Attestation team's remit is to prove what is running at Anthropic: what code it is, where it came from, and whether the machine underneath it is in a known-good state. We build the systems that cryptographically verify build artifacts, model weights, and machines, from hardware roots of trust through firmware and boot to the credentials a workload receives. We also secure the management plane of our servers. These controls protect our model weights and customer data across cloud providers and bare-metal AI data centers, including sites operated by partners.
We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead this team. Anthropic is bringing up new compute quickly, across new hardware platforms and new partners, and each one has to meet the same bar. In this role you will set the team's charter, practices, and priorities. You will partner with our infrastructure, data center, and hardware teams, as well as outside vendors, so that integrity is designed in rather than added later. The goal is simple to state: a machine gets secrets and workloads only after it proves it should, and a new site reaches that bar without slowing down compute.
About the role
Own the integrity roadmap: threat model from silicon and firmware up through the operating system and workloads, decide what to build, and deliver it
Be able to reason about the design and implementation of remote attestation, measured and verified boot, hardware roots of trust (TPM, SPDM), machine identity, and the reference values that define known-good
Make attestation the default path, so machines receive credentials and join clusters only after proving their firmware, system software, and security configuration, with no human in the loop
Build provenance for what we deploy: signed build artifacts and model weights, independent verification, and tamper-evident transparency logs
Lead the protection of sensitive data in use and at rest, including encryption and the chokepoints that control access to it
Secure the server management plane across every site: scoped and audited access to baseboard management controllers and management of per-device credentials
Make security repeatable as compute grows, so a new site or hardware platform inherits these controls in hours, not weeks
Join compute bring-up, data center, and hardware teams at design time
Define clear ownership with partner teams: when operations move to another team, your team keeps the security properties and can prove they still hold
Own the integrity evidence for our security goals and compliance: the invariants hold, and you can prove it
Hire, grow, and retain senior security software engineers; own their career development, and set the practices the team runs on as it scales
Who you are
Low ego, high empathy; has built diverse teams and has former reports who would vouch for them.
Experience managing infrastructure or security engineering teams, including hiring, developing, and managing senior and staff engineers
Has grown engineers into staff or lead roles, and experience with performance management
Created and maintained a high performing in hypergrowth environments. Kept a team intact and delivering through reorgs, charter changes, or leadership turnover
Experience owning a security or infrastructure domain end to end: setting multi-year strategy, delivering year-long cross-organizational work with little direction, and answering to executives for its risk and tradeoffs
An appreciation for distributed systems and properties beyond security, including reliability, efficiency, and maintainability
Scaled a team and its systems together through hypergrowth, where last quarter's architecture was already too small
Hands-on engineering in at least one of: platform security, secure boot and firmware, hardware roots of trust, confidential computing, or software supply chain integrity
Threat modeling and risk assessment for systems that span hardware and software, with strong security judgment and pragmatism
Comfortable leading through ambiguity with multiple partner teams and outside vendors, where you don't control the hardware or the schedule
You may be a good fit if you have:
At least 5+ years managing engineering teams and 8+ years hands-on in platform, infrastructure, or security engineering
Built or operated remote attestation, device identity, or fleet-wide boot integrity at production scale
Worked with BMCs, Redfish, GPU or accelerator attestation, or large-scale bare-metal provisioning
Experience with Nitro, SEV-SNP, TDX, or similar confidential computing platforms
Built signing, provenance, or transparency systems such as Sigstore, SLSA, or binary transparency
Designed key management or offline ceremonies for high-value secrets
Worked in high-assurance environments where controls had to be evidenced, not just deployed
Taken infrastructure from zero to one and then to maturity: built the first version where nothing existed, then run and hardened it into a system other teams depend on
Built or rebuilt a hiring loop and held the bar while adding headcount quickly
Pragmatic and steady: cares about unblocking research, product and compute as much as a clean architecture, and brings patience and judgment to opinionated senior engineers
Clear and persuasive communicator in writing and in person
Familiarity with AI security and safety concepts

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Customer Activation Manager for AI Spend Management https://ramp.com/ai-cost-monitoring and Router https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/ramp-launches-routercom-to-cut-companies-rising-ai-bills-302855572.html. AI Spend Management helps Finance and Engineering see connected AI spend, understand what changed, and assign it to the right owner; Router helps builders route AI model requests. You will guide customers through technical activation, connect the work of developers and AI administrators with the needs of Finance, and turn initial setup into a useful, repeatable workflow. You will lead the customer plan for AI Spend Management and coordinate with specialist Solutions partners when Router requires deeper code integration. This is an early product motion, so you will help build the implementation playbook as we learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead customer discovery and implementation planning, including provider connections, prerequisites, owners, usage visibility, first-use milestones, and adoption follow-through.
- Read API documentation and request/response evidence to investigate setup issues such as credentials, permissions, usage limits, model selection, and product behavior.
- Help technical and finance stakeholders understand AI usage, costs, and governance choices in language each group can act on.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering on deeper Router integrations or issues that require code-level work; give customers a clear owner and next step.
- Guide customers from a working connection to a useful usage-review or governance workflow, and verify that the workflow is used after launch.
- Capture recurring questions and failure patterns in customer guidance, troubleshooting steps, and internal playbooks.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Roughly 4+ years of relevant experience in technical customer success, technical account management, implementations, solutions consulting, or a related customer-facing role; level is flexible based on experience.
- Experience owning technical customer launches from handoff through verified first use and sustained adoption.
- Ability to read API documentation and reason through request/response evidence, authentication, permissions, and integration issues; production coding is not required for this role.
- Working knowledge of multiple AI providers and the customer tradeoffs around capabilities, cost, latency, reliability, usage limits, and data handling.
- Ability to communicate credibly with developers or AI administrators and plainly with Finance leaders, keeping both aligned on the launch plan.
- Comfort solving unfamiliar problems, escalating with useful evidence, and building a repeatable process in a changing product environment.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with AI gateways, model routing, provider integrations, token usage, AI spend controls, or API-key governance.
- Post-sale implementation experience at an AI-first or developer-facing software company.
- Coding literacy or experience partnering with Solutions or Engineering teams on customer integrations.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We're looking for a Director of EPD Operations to run the operating system for Webflow's Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) organization. You'll own how EPD plans, tracks, launches, and reports on its work, and you'll make that system faster every quarter, increasingly with AI agents doing the repetitive parts. You'll report to the Chief Product Officer, sit on EPD Leadership, and lead a small, high-leverage team of program managers, technical program managers, and agentic engineers.
This role is for an operator who builds. You care about rituals and rigor, but you measure success by one thing: whether EPD ships more customer value, faster and more reliably.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
- Full-time
- Exempt
- Reporting to the Chief Product Officer
- For this role, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for Webflow's sponsorship for an immigration-related employment benefit (i.e., a work visa, work permit, etc.)
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures in USD)
- Zone A: 284,000 - 355,000
- Zone B: 267,000 - 334,000
- Zone C: 249,600 - 312,000
As Director, EPD Operations, you'll…
- Run the EPD operating rhythm. Own the leadership and org-wide rituals that keep a multi-pillar EPD org aligned: weekly EPD Leadership, pillar lead reviews, quarterly all-hands, offsites, and protected builder time. Cut what doesn't earn its time; make what stays drive decisions.
- Own planning, OKRs, and roadmap health. Run quarterly planning with pillar leads, manage the OKR program and its owners, and keep the roadmap current and trustworthy. Surface at-risk work early and route it to the right leader for a decision within a week.
- Tell EPD's story to leadership and the board. Produce accurate, on-time reporting for exec staff, board meetings, and QBRs, sourced from live roadmap and OKR data rather than one-off reconciliation.
- Own launch readiness and release governance. Run OK2GA and production-readiness reviews, coordinate high-profile launch moments (like Webflow Conf), and partner with Engineering and Support on post-incident follow-through so reliability work gets prioritized, not lost.
- Run alpha and beta programs. Give product teams a predictable path from build-complete to customers' hands, with clear feedback loops, in partnership with Product, Research, and GTM.
- Improve the product development lifecycle. Own PDLC standards (PRDs, stage gates, product-led releases), templatize or automate the repeatable steps, and make the process lighter for PMs, EMs, and designers.
- Lead EPD's internal AI and tooling roadmap. Direct a team of agentic engineers building agents and automations for EPD: triage intake and routing, status updates, beta recruitment, roadmap views, and a shared skills library. Own EPD tooling (e.g., Linear) and partner with IT and Finance on spend and adoption.
- Be the bridge to Finance and GTM. Partner with Finance and Accounting on headcount plans and capitalized software reporting, and with Marketing, Sales, and Support on launch plans and the flow of customer feedback into EPD.
- Build and lead the team. Hire, coach, and grow a team of program managers, TPMs, and agentic engineers across US and LATAM time zones. Set clear priorities and give them room to own outcomes.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
ABOUT YOU
You'll thrive as Director, EPD Operations if you have:
- 10+ years in technical program management, engineering or product operations, or chief-of-staff roles at a software company, with at least 4 years leading teams.
- A track record of running planning, OKRs, and operating cadence for an EPD org of several hundred people, and of making that system simpler over time.
- Experience owning launch readiness or release governance for a SaaS product, including coordinating major launches with GTM.
- Strong executive presence. You can run a room of VPs, synthesize a messy debate into a decision, and write a board-ready update.
- Hands-on AI fluency. You use AI tools and agents in your own daily work, and you've led or sponsored automation that removed real operational toil and got adopted.
- Fluency with engineering and product tooling (Linear, Jira, Confluence, Slack, data/BI tools), and the judgment to change tools only when it pays off.
- Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change. You can re-plan quickly after a reorg or a strategy shift without losing the thread.
- Clear, concise communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS
- Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
- Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
- Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
- Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
- Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
- Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
- Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
- Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
- Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
- Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
- Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.
